Abstract:
Abstract: The Internet of Things (IoT) is the most recent technology platform. We may regulate our daily routine work, such as home applications, control, and simple communication systems, using IOT, and improve our digital services. The Internet of Things (IoT) is a system that intelligently adds everyday content information to the internet in order to facilitate communication between objects and humans, as well as among themselves. In this study, we demonstrate how IoT can improve home automation. The relay, Node MCU, which is a network access component, is used in our suggested system. We can control that equipment using an IoT-based system technique. Mobile phones, computers, and tablets are used as user interfaces in home automation systems. They can connect to the home automation network through a wireless internet connection. The user will interact with the system directly via the control interface, while home appliances will be controlled remotely via a mobile app. An additional aspect of the home automation system is that it may be protected remotely. This redesigned design concept provided a home automation system that could be controlled efficiently. Keywords: IOT, home automation, smart home, relay, response time, Node MCU (ESP8266)

Abstract:
Abstract: Home automation involves introducing a degree of computerized or automatic control to certain electrical and electronic systems in a building. A hardware system is installed to monitor and control the various appliances. The system would control the appliances based on its configuration. For example, it could automatically turn on the lights at a specified time in the evening, or it could measure the ambient light using a hardware sensor and turn on the lights when it grows dark. For example, one could turn on the air conditioning from the office, before leaving for home. This project demonstrates a simple home automation system that allows the user to control it with a wireless device such as a Bluetooth enabled mobile phone. The system allows the user to control each of the lights and fans individually. It can automatically turn off the main lights and turn on a night lamp at a specified time. By measuring the signal strength, it can detect when the user enters a room and automatically turn on the light and fans, and then automatically turn them off when the user leaves the room. Abstract:
The objective of the home security detection and appliance control system is to protect occupants against events -- many of which are attributable to human error. We have developed a module based security system for home automation. The structure of the security system is divided into many modules. Each module in the home -- automation security system we develop has a wireless RF and a speech interface. They contain fire detection module, intruder detection module, environment detection module, gas detection module, (AC) power detection and diagnosis module, appliance control module and team robots. In the security detection module, we use multisensor fusion algorithms to decide an exact output. In the application control module, we use two-wire communication via wireless RF interface. These modules have event-condition voice alarms, and send the real-time status to the master controller. In the smart team robot system, we have designed many smart robots for the security system. We have designed a general user interface (GUI) for the intelligent security system. The user interface can supervise these modules and team robots via wireless RF interface, and use wireless Internet and mobile phone for remote supervision.

The home is an eternal, heterogeneous, distributed computing environment which certainly requires a careful study before developing any suitable Home Automation System that will accomplish its requirements. Nevertheless the latest attempts at introducing Home Automation Systems in actual homes for all kinds of users are starting to be successful thanks to the continuous standardization process that is lowering the prices and making devices more useful and easier to use for the end user. Even so several important issues are always to be handled strictly before developing and installing a Home Automation System; factors like security, reliability, usefulness, robustness and price are critical to determine if the final product will accomplish the expected requirements.

Abstract:
Usually, home automation talks about the domestic atmosphere that increases the class of the occupant’s life by eliminating as much human interface as in theory possible in numerous domestic practices and exchange them with automated mechatronics systems. Home automation comprises selected form of intelligence, home network and or centralized or logic distributed network or specific control unit. The modest system works on an approach in which the functionality is hardwired and incorporated into the system and cannot be altered automatically without the interference of technical or a knowledgeable person. Advanced sensor technology with Wireless advancement expands our sensing competencies by linking communication networks and physical world which enables wide-ranging applications in respect of home automation. In this article, we are discussing various sensors, actuators and control systems utilized for the home automation systems.

Abstract:
Home automation has achieved a lot of popularity in recent years, as day-to-day life is getting simpler due to the rapid growth of technology. Almost everything has become digitalized and automatic. In this paper, a system for interconnecting sensors, actuators, and other data sources with the purpose of multiple home automations is proposed. The system is called qToggle and works by leveraging the power of a flexible and powerful Application Programming Interface (API), which represents the foundation of a simple and common communication scheme. The devices used by qToggle are usually sensors or actuators with an upstream network connection implementing the qToggle API. Most devices used by qToggle are based on ESP8266/ESP8285 chips and/or on Raspberry Pi boards. A smartphone application has been developed that allows users to control a series of home appliances and sensors. The qToggle system is user friendly, flexible, and can be further developed by using different devices and add-ons.
