This was a three stage study. Stage one identified the physical activity levels and barriers and motivators to activity for older people who had received a restorative or ‘usual’ home care service. Stage two was a pilot study to establish that it was feasible to deliver a lifestyle exercise program (LiFE) within a restorative home care service.
