The energies of unoccupied and occupied orbitals were used as the correlation parameters between the electronic and adsorptive properties of organic molecules. A model describing the chemisorption of organic compounds on CaCO3 involving two types of interaction, i.e. two-electron, donor–acceptor interaction HOMO(adsorbent) → LUMO(adsorbate) and four-electron, three-orbital interaction HOMO(adsorbent) → {LUMO(adsorbate) + HOMO(adsorbate)}, was proposed. It was concluded that strengthening of the bond involved in chemisorption occurred if the energies of the occupied orbitals associated with the

In the modern era, we increasingly encounter threats and challenges caused by climate change, and as a result, “green” thinking has become a necessity in every person’s life. However, it must be recognized that to understand the essence of Homo Climaticus, it must be compared with other archetypes. Abstract Humans are uniquely social creatures who engage in uniquely complex social interactions. These are typically enabled by natural languages such as English, Dutch, or Swahili. These natural languages evolve culturally over time. They were also enabled by a series of biological adaptations in the hominin lineage, which endowed us with capacities for language that other species seemingly lack. The possession of abilities for language, along with the mastery of natural languages, has played a constitutive role in the development of our species. Without language homo sapiens wouldn’t exist.
