Zusammenfassung In diesem Bericht wird ein erwartungstreues Filter mit endlicher Impulsantwort (Unbiased Finite Impulse Response/UFIR) zur Systemidentifikation mittels Parameterschätzung verwendet. Dieses entspricht einem Least-Squares-Verfahren auf bewegtem Horizont (Receding Horizon Least Squares/RHLS) ohne die Verwendung von Anfangsbedingungen und mit optimaler Horizontlänge für eine minimale Schätzfehlerkovarianz in Gegenwart von Parameter- und Messrauschen. Die Messwerte des Ausgangssignals werden von der Strecke über ein Netzwerk [basierend auf dem Transmission Control Protocol (TCP)] zum Parameterschätzer übertragen. Die dabei stochastisch auftretenden Paketverluste werden mit Hilfe multipler Imputationen kompensiert. Der Einfluss des Netzwerks auf die Schätzgüte wird untersucht und an einem numerischen Beispiel erläutert.

Zusammenfassung Die aktuelle Situation, in der sich die Welt einer Pandemie ausgesetzt sieht, zeigt einmal mehr, dass sich die Zukunft nicht vorhersagen lässt. Zukunftsforschung bietet Bibliotheken jedoch die Chance, zukünftige Folgen der Pandemie besser einzuschätzen, sich auf möglicherweise eintretende Ereignisse vorzubereiten und bereits heute Strategien für morgen zu entwickeln. Der folgende Beitrag präsentiert verschiedene Methoden der Zukunftsforschung und gibt Antwort darauf, was Zukunftsforschung für Bibliotheken leisten kann. Zudem werden Trends aus Zukunftsreports vorgestellt, die sich momentan am Horizont der Bibliothekswelt andeuten.

ZusammenfassungKonfessionelle Kooperation im Religionsunterricht wird in Deutschland immer relevanter. In verschiedenen Bundesländern finden sich gegenwärtig unterschiedliche Umsetzungen dieser Kooperation, die von einer intensiven Zusammenarbeit evangelischer und katholischer Religionslehrkräfte bis zu einem Religionsunterricht in gemischt-konfessionellen Lerngruppen, den eine Lehrkraft allein verantwortet, reichen. Ein fachlich und didaktisch verantworteter konfessionell-kooperativer Religionsunterricht, der den unterschiedlichen Umsetzungsvarianten gerecht wird, bedarf entsprechend professionalisierter Religionslehrerinnen und Religionslehrer. Beide Aspekte – die unterschiedlichen Manifestationen konfessioneller Kooperation und die damit einhergehenden Erfordernisse an die Religionslehrerinnen- und Religionslehrerbildung – werden in vorliegendem Beitrag konturiert. Ein Überblick über existierende Formate einer kooperativ angelegten universitären Religionslehrkräftebildung und ein abschließendes Plädoyer für deren ökumenische Profilierung runden die Ausführungen ab.

Relatório de estágio do mestrado em Economia (Economia de Crescimento e Políticas Estruturais), apresentado à Faculdade de Economia da Universidade de Coimbra, sob a orientação de Pedro Godinho.<br>Este relatório de estágio, efetuado na ISA – Intelligent Sensing Anywhere, onde trabalhamos de perto com os programas de incentivos europeus, discute a heterogeneidade europeia em Investigação & Desenvolvimento e na Inovação, nomeadamente no programa Horizonte 2020 (via proxy “SME instrument”). Esta questão torna-se relevante com a dificuldade da Europa em competir com a concorrência asiática enquanto, dentro da união, os novos membros aparentam ser incapazes de convergir na direção da vanguarda em inovação. Nós analisamos os dados da participação no “SME instrument” (um canal exclusivo a PMEs – Pequenas e médias empresas) para expor os padrões de participação dos países e as tendências atuais. Os resultados corroboram firmemente a hipótese de não-convergência entre EU15 e EU13, no entanto, apesar disto, existem casos discordantes, como a Estónia e a Eslovénia, casos aqui desenvolvidos em dois casos de estudos. Novas questões também emergiram como o aparecimento de uma periferia Sul na Europa e indicadores de apatia nos países do ‘coração’ europeu. Concluímos com uma serie de recomendações de politicas para reverter o atual cenário e trazer convergência para a excelência, reforçando assim o papel da Europa no sistema de I&D e Inovação mundial.

O conhecimento da mudança profunda da educação que está acontecendo no Projeto Horizonte 2020, na Espanha, foi uma referência para compreender como juntos podemos transformar um projeto educativo. O estudo bibliográfico do referido projeto indicou seis âmbitos de trabalho no processo de inovação no contexto das escola jesuítas na Espanha, os quais serviram de referência para realizar, nesta investigação, a escuta da comunidade quanto às suas prioridades de inovação em relação a: métodos, conteúdos e valores; espaços educativos; alunos e professores; tempo e organização; tecnologias e recursos; família e entorno. A apresentação da proposta de investigação à comunidade e a entrega de uma Carta Convite em uma reunião de pais foi o ponto de partida para a participação da comunidade da educação infantil, que se deu por meio de um questionário, respondido por adesão. A pesquisa de campo contou com 68 participantes, de um total de 193 convidados. Quanto à análise dos resultados, além dos dados quantitativos, foi utilizado o procedimento da Análise Textual Discursiva (ATD) das ideias apresentadas na questão, aberta: "Você gostaria de oferecer uma boa ideia para construirmos caminhos de inovação na Educação Infantil do Colégio Anchieta? Faça sua sugestão!". Da análise dos dados resultou o levantamento de ideias para a construção de caminhos de inovação na Educação Infantil do Colégio Anchieta, Nova Friburgo. Concluiu-se que já existem claras proposições de inovação em alguns âmbitos de trabalho, enquanto outros merecem a continuidade da escuta da comunidade. Por isso, para a devolução à comunidade, foi elaborada uma Carta Pedagógica Devolutiva da Pesquisa comunicando as principais ideias de inovação, bem como os principais questionamentos que sugerem a continuidade do diálogo. Desta forma, a pesquisa contribuiu para a reflexão sobre o que devemos mudar, mas também para a compreensão sobre a importância da criação de uma cultura participativa na escola e da necessidade de ampliação dos canais de participação da comunidade na escola.<br>This recent research had the goal of gathering ideas with Colegio Anchieta´s educative community, from Nova Friburgo, Rio de Janeiro, adding towards participative management in the process of innovation of the pedagogic project in Children´s Education. Once getting to know the deep changes in education that are going on in Horizon 2020 project, in Spain, it has been a reference to understand and to learn how we can, together, transform an educational project. The bibliographical research done has identified six areas of work in the process of innovation that have been references in the process of listening to the ideas of the education community about their innovational priorities regarding methods, contents and values, educational facilities, students and teachers, technologies and resources, and family and surroundings. The presentation of the proposal of research and the delivery of a letter of invitation during a meeting with parents was the starting point for the participation of the children´s education community, which was operationalized by a questionary, answered by adhesion. The field research was answered by 68 people out of a total of 193 possible participants. The data analysis has also involved the discursive textual analyzsis (DTA) of the presented ideas in the open question: “Which suggestion would you like to present in order to help us building ways of innovation in the Children´s Education of Colegio Anchieta? Give us your best thoughts!”. Analysing the data received, we have developed the ideas for the construction of innovative routes in Children´s Education of Colegio Anchieta, Nova Friburgo. We have come to the conclusion that they have some crystal clear innovation proposals in some of the areas of work and there are some other that demand us to keep our ears open to the community. For this, in the return of the research, we developed an Pedagogical Letter of the research to the community where we have exposed the main ideas of innovation and also the main questions that suggest the continuous need of exchanging ideas. The research has helped us to realize what are the points that need to be changed and also the understanding about the importance of development of a of participative culture in the school and the need of having more channels of community participation.<br>La presente pesquisa tuvo como objetivo realizar la captación de ideas con la comunidad educativa del Colegio Anchieta de Nova Friburgo, Rio de Janeiro, contribuyendo para la gestión participativa en el proceso de innovación del proyecto pedagógico de la Educación Infantil. El conocimiento del cambio profundo de la educación que está sucediendo en el Proyecto Horizonte 2020, en España, fue una referencia para comprender como juntos podemos transformar un proyecto educativo. El estudio bibliográfico del referido proyecto indicó seis ámbitos de trabajo en el proceso de innovación en el contexto de las escuelas jesuitas en España, que sirvieron de referencia para realizar, en esta investigación, la escucha de la comunidad en cuanto a sus prioridades de innovación en relación a: métodos, contenidos y valores; espacios educativos; alumnos y maestros; tiempo y organización; tecnologías y recursos; familia y entorno. La presentación de la propuesta de investigación a la comunidad y la entrega de una Carta Invitación en una reunión de padres fue el punto de partida para la participación de la comunidad de la educación infantil, que se dio por medio de un cuestionario, respondido por adhesión. La investigación de campo contó con 68 participantes, de un total de 193 invitados. En cuanto el análisis de los resultados, además de los datos cuantitativos, se utilizó el procedimiento del Análisis Textual Discursiva (ATD) de las ideas presentadas en la cuestión, abierta: "¿Le gustaría ofrecer una buena idea para que construyamos caminos de innovación en la Educación Infantil del Colegio Anchieta? ¡Haga su sugerencia!". Del análisis de los datos resultó el levantamiento de ideas para la construcción de caminos de innovación en la Educación Infantil del Colegio Anchieta, Nova Friburgo. Se concluyó que ya existen claras proposiciones de innovación en algunos ámbitos de trabajo, mientras otros merecen la continuidad de la escucha de la comunidad. Por eso, para la devolución a la comunidad, se elaboró una Carta Pedagógica Devolutiva de la Pesquisa comunicando las principales ideas de innovación, así como los principales cuestionamientos que sugieren la continuidad del diálogo. De esta forma, la pesquisa contribuyó para la reflexión sobre lo que debemos alterar, bien como para la comprensión sobre la importancia de la creación de una cultura participativa en la escuela y de la necesidad de ampliación de los canales de participación de la comunidad en la escuela.

A brief critical overview of artistic production audiovisual held in Minas Gerais in the first decade of this century, from artists who articulated concepts, thematic and formal studies with other fields of visual arts. Discusses the recent history of video in Brazil and, more specifically, in Minas Gerais, where the actual video dimensions expand and assert themselves beyond the support. We chose to construct the trajectory of the formal use of video as artistic support through specific references to understand the historical background and meet with the most recent settings through interviews with artists and researchers.<br>Breve recorte crítico da produção artística audiovisual realizada em Minas Gerais na primeira década do século XXI, a partir de artistas que articulam conceitos, temáticas e estudos formais com outros campos das artes visuais. Aborda a história recente do vídeo no Brasil e, mais especificamente, em Minas Gerais quando as próprias dimensões do vídeo se ampliam e se afirmam para além do suporte. Optou-se por construir a trajetória da utilização formal do vídeo como suporte artístico através de bibliografia específica para compreender o percurso histórico e ir de encontro com as configurações mais recentes através de entrevistas com artistas e pesquisadores.

Moderne Sensorik, Modellierungs- und Optimierungsmethoden im Rohstoffgewinnungsprozess liefern Daten in “Echtzeit” und bieten Entscheidungsassistenz in der Betriebssteuerung und Kurzfristplanung. In den vergangenen Jahren wurden sogenannte „Closed- Loop-Ansätze“ entwickelt, um diese Informationen in Kombination mit moderner Datenverarbeitungstechnologie für eine verbesserte Produktionssteuerung in der Rohstoffgewinnung nutzbar zu machen. Der Beitrag stellt ein Projekt vor, das sich genau dieser Entwicklung widmet, das im Europäischen Rahmenprogramm Horizon 2020 geförderte Projekt Real-Time Mining. Der Fokus des Projektes liegt auf der Gewinnung bergbaugeologisch komplexer Lagerstätten unter Anwendung hoch-selektiver Gewinnungsszenarien. Der Aufbau des Projektes, das Projektziel, die einzelnen Arbeitspakete und Schlüsseltechnologien werden kurz dargestellt. An zwei ausgewählten Beispielen wird auf zwei Hauptkomponenten von Real-Time Mining, die Aktualisierung der Lagerstättenmodelle unter Einbeziehung von Online-Sensorik und die Optimierung der Entscheidungsfindung im Produktionsprozess näher eingegangen.

Abstract:
O envelhecimento demográfico e o desemprego constituem, actualmente, problemas sociais para a população portuguesa. Nos últimos tempos tem-se tornado frequente a realização de estudos sobre o envelhecimento da população e os seus impactes sobre o "contrato social" estabelecido entre a sociedade e os idosos, falando-se mesmo de possíveis "conflitos de gerações" (a dos idosos que necessita de protecção social e a dos activos que terá que suportar cada vez mais encargos com o apoio aos idosos). Todavia, o desemprego não é um problema social menos grave que a população portuguesa tem que enfrentar. Os desempregados poderão vir a constituir um novo tipo de pobreza "nova pobreza" com consequências mais negativas ou mesmo frustrantes para as famílias e para o próprio sistema de segurança social. As famílias, de um momento para o outro, deixam de contar com um rendimento familiar proveniente do salário, necessário para a realização das despesas médias habituais, compromissos e projectos familiares. Por outro lado, os mesmos deixam de efectuar as suas contribuições para a Segurança Social que vê diminuir as receitas associadas ao trabalho indispensáveis ao sistema e à própria sociedade (designadamente, a população que se encontra em condições de dependência e/ou carência social). No Alentejo, pensamos que a situação, no que respeita ao envelhecimento, continuará a verificar-se no futuro (ROSA; 1993;684), uma vez que não se prevê venham a verificar-se as alterações nas variáveis microdemográficas (aumento das taxas de mortalidade e de natalidade) necessárias à inversão do fenómeno. Relativamente ao desemprego, a região apresenta actualmente uma taxa muito superior à média nacional, não se prevendo, para breve, a sua inversão. Ao contrário, a elevada percentagem de empregados que ainda se verifica no sector primário (agricultura), a orientação dos fundos sociais de apoio aos agricultores não relacionados com a produção, os fracos níveis de qu alificação profissional e o baixo grau de es colarização que caracterizam o s desempregados e, de uma forma geral, a população activa da região, constituem condições favoráveis ao crescimento da taxa de desemprego e ao prolongamento das situações de desempregados. Neste contexto, torna-se imprescindível e urgente que os responsáveis pelo planeamento sócio-económico tenham presente esta realidade e sejam informados sobre a volução da população, tendo em vista tomadas de decisão ajustadas às necessidades da população. O presente trabalho consiste num estudo de população e pretende analisar a evolução demográfica ocorrida na região Alentejo, prever a evolução futura da população dessa região e procurar determinar as influências que a previsível evolução populacional possa causar relativamente ao emprego, desemprego e segurança social. A estrutura do trabalho assenta em três capítulos, para além da introdução, dos objectivos e das limitações e dificuldades do estudo. No CAPÍTULO 1 definimos o problema em estudo, apresentamos uma caracterização sóciodemográfica da região Alentejo e procedemos à identificação de zonas "regiões" homogéneas através de agrupamentos "clusters" de concelhos. No CAPÍTULO 2 procedemos à elaboração da projecção demográfica, descrevendo a metodologia utilizada. No CAPÍTULO 3 abordamos a questão do desemprego no Alentejo e procuramos relacionar os efeitos da evolução populacional prevista até 2010, nesse fenómeno, tendo, para o efeito, previsto alguns cenários neste âmbito. Finalmente, apresentamos as conclusões do estudo e atrevemo-nos a tecer algumas recomendações.

This program will cover the period from 2014 to 2020, and will have some new features compared to previous funding programs, the most important and expected - simplification. Simplification of participation rules, simplification regarding the bureaucracy, simplification of an entire project that is primarily designed to integrate our European researchers, making them return and supporting their ideas. In particular, the H2020 covers issues of agriculture and food security in two of their three pillars, promoting an improvement the competitiveness in European industry and construction for the EU achieve excellence. This new funding program was designed to cover the entire innovation cycle, from the embryo to their marketing, with particular attention to small and medium enterprises, which are vital for strengthening European competitiveness. This can be a starting point for small and medium nterprisess to grow, based on innovative ideas, enterprising, and program funding framework that will facilitate large-scale capital injection. Relatório de estágio do mestrado em Gestão, apresentado à Faculdade de Economia da Universidade de Coimbra, sob a orientação de Patrícia Pereira da Silva e Luísa Matos.<br>O presente relatório de estágio foi realizado no seguimento do Mestrado em Gestão na Faculdade de Economia da Universidade de Coimbra e tem como objetivo, não só relatar as atividades desenvolvidas durante o estágio curricular realizado na ISA (Intelligent Sensing Anywhere), em particular na ISA Academy, mas também, sendo esta organização uma empresa totalmente vocacionada para a inovação e para as novas tecnologias, serão feitas algumas considerações sobre a inovação, incluindo uma resenha de literatura, onde será abordada esta temática, bem como será feito um enquadramento teórico sobre a gestão de inovação. Esteve igualmente subjacente à sua realização, servir de apoio à gestão financeira de projetos de inovação, fazendo uma passagem dos atuais programas de apoio à inovação nacionais (o caso do QREN – Quadro de Referência Estratégico Nacional) e internacionais (FP7 – Framework Programme Seventh, entre outros), para os novos programas de apoio que chegarão com o Horizonte 2020. Será feita uma análise crítica dos atuais planos de incentivos (nacionais e internacionais),o que neles melhorará com a chegada do Horizonte 2020, as suas implicações e, ainda, o que poderá ser alterado, para que estes processos de incentivos se tornem mais fáceis no ponto de vista prático e burocrático, nas empresas. Este estágio foi realizado no Departamento de Inovação, nomeadamente na seção de Gestão de Financiamento de projetos de I&DT.

Para que se desencadeie o desenvolvimento é necessário que se aumente a capacidade competitiva das regiões através do conhecimento científico, assumindo-se assim o mesmo como aspeto fulcral no reforço da capacidade competitiva de países e regiões. Os Parques de Ciência e Tecnologia, cujo objetivo principal se prende com o desenvolvimento da comunidade onde se inserem, surgem como forma de materializar e potenciar esta relação. Ao estimular e gerir o fluxo de conhecimento e tecnologias entre universidades e empresas, estimulam o desenvolvimento do local onde se inserem. O presente estudo incide sobre o Parque de Ciência e Tecnologia do Alentejo, e tem como objetivo principal traçar cenários futuros prováveis para este parque e definir que estratégias devem ser adotadas face a esses cenários, considerando o horizonte temporal 2020 e as motivações sentidas pelos stakeholders envolvidos na sua criação. Por estar em fase embrionária, não existem ainda estudos efetuados nesta temática sobre o PCTA em específico. O seu estado embrionário e a escassez de estudos, revela a importância de desenvolver um estudo que auxilie as entidades responsáveis pela criação do PCTA a delinear estratégias e formas de agir. As técnicas mais adequadas para recolher a informação necessária à prossecução dos objetivos são, em termos de recolha de dados, o recurso a fontes documentais, através da pesquisa bibliográfica e da pesquisa documental, e a entrevista semiestruturada. No que diz respeito à análise dos dados, concluiu-se que o método a utilizar seria a análise de conteúdo e o método dos cenários enquadrado na metodologia prospetiva. Os resultados decorrentes desta investigação apontam que no horizonte 2020 o Parque de Ciência e Tecnologia do Alentejo apresente algumas fragilidades. Contudo, permite também uma conjugação horizontal de variáveis por dimensão, dando origem a micro cenários, úteis para a indicação de medidas suscetíveis de contribuir para a consecução de resultados mais favoráveis. Considera-se prometedor o aprofundamento da metodologia utilizada nesta investigação pois apresenta potencialidades inequívocas na construção de cenários exploratórios. Sublinha-se ainda a utilidade da análise SWOT como contributo para a elaboração de cenários, linha de trabalho que pode ainda ser aprofundada em posteriores pesquisas a realizar sobre esta temática; Abstract: Park of science and technology of Alentejo in the horizon 2020 – which scenarios and strategies? In order to trigger the development is necessary to increase the competitiveness of the regions through scientific knowledge, thus assuming the same as a key aspect in enhancing the competitiveness of countries and regions. Parks of Science and Technology, whose main objective is linked to the development of the community where they belong, emerge as a way to reflect and enhance this relationship. To stimulate and manage the flow of knowledge and technology between universities and businesses, stimulate the development of the place where they belong. The present study focuses on the Science and Technology Park of the Alentejo, and aims to trace probable future scenarios for this park and set strategies to be adopted to those scenarios, considering the time horizon 2020 and motivations experienced by stakeholders involved in its creation. By being in the embryonic stage, there are no studies conducted on this subject in specific PCTA. Your embryonic state and the lack of studies, reveals the importance of developing a study to assist the entities responsible for creating the PCTA to outline strategies and ways of acting. The most appropriate techniques to gather information necessary for the pursuit of goals are in terms of data collection, the use of documentary sources, through bibliographical research and documentary research and semi-structured interview. With regard to data analysis, it was concluded that the method would be the analysis of the content and method of scenarios framed in prospective methodology. The outcomes of this research show that in 2020 the Park of Science and Technology of Alentejo presents some weaknesses. However, it also allows a horizontal combination of variables by size, giving rise to micro scenarios, useful for the indication of measures likely to contribute to achieving the most favorable results. It is considered promising the deepening of the methodology used in this research because it presents clear potential in the construction of exploratory scenarios. Yet it underlines the usefulness of SWOT analysis as input for scenario development, line of work that can still be developed further in later research by on this theme.

Abstract:
La previsión del volumen y de la estructura por edad de la población es una información capital para que los poderes públicos puedan articular sus políticas y actuaciones anticipándose a situaciones a menudo cambiantes e inciertas. La necesidad de información más precisa para campos específicos como el de la vivienda, el consumo doméstico de energía, de agua u otros rubros ha contribuido a la generalización de proyecciones de hogares en los últimos años, aunque éstas todavía son poco frecuentes en Latinoamérica. Tradicionalmente, el método más conocido y aplicado para proyectar hogares es el denominado tasa de jefatura. No obstante, sus resultados sólo proporcionan información sobre del número de hogares según la edad y el sexo de la persona de referencia, lo que supone una gran limitación. Más aún en países como los latinoamericanos, donde los hogares extensos son más frecuentes y el tamaño medio de los hogares es mayor que en los países desarrollados. El principal objetivo de esta tesis doctoral es presentar un método de proyección que supere estas limitaciones. En concreto, se trata de proyectar los hogares de Venezuela al horizonte 2021 por tamaño y edad de la persona de referencia. La investigación también se centra en realizar un repaso de las diferentes metodologías utilizadas para la proyección de hogares, destacando sus ventajas y sus limitaciones. Esta revisión no se limitará sólo a los autores sino que también incluye las aportaciones de las Oficinas Nacionales de Estadística que realizan proyecciones de hogares a escala mundial. Se aplica finalmente el método de proyección Alfa ( ) de Ediev (2007) a partir de los microdatos censales de 2001. Palabras claves: proyección de hogares, modelo estático, modelo dinámico, extensión del método de jefatura, método alfa.<br>The volume and population age structure forecast is key information to public authorities and their policies and actions for anticipation of situations often uncertain. The need for more detailed information for specific fields like housing, household energy, water or other items contributed to the widespread use of household projections in recent years, although they are still rare in Latin America. Traditionally, the most known and applied method to project households is so called the headship rate. However, the results only provide information about the number of households by age and sex of the reference person, which is a major constraint. Further to the Latin American countries, where extended households are more common and average household size is greater than in developed countries. The main objective of this thesis is to present a projection method which overcomes these limitations. In particular, it is projecting Venezuela households up to the year 2021 by size and reference person age. The research also focuses on making an overview of the different methodologies used for the household projection, its benefits and limitations. This review is not limited only to the authors, includes also contributions from national statistical offices that make households projections worldwide. We apply Ediev (2007) projection method Alfa using micro census data. KEY WORDS: household projections, static model, dynamic model, headship rate extent method, alpha method.
