Abstract:

In this master thesis, creative process and the process of personal growth and their fusion are dealt with. The thesis is opened with associations and continued with thematic exploration up to reflections upon specific encounters and cooperation on theatre performances and other project that I have participated in as an actress. Through the unanswered questions posed in this thesis I constantly remind myself of the fact that acting is a process of constant searching, which, however, does not need to resemble blind stumbling through the unknown and in fact, in my opinion, it should not. In my work, I try to articulate what I have been able to uncover about myself and the creative process as an actress and so develop systematically in my profession, both through work on myself and within a group. I consider feedback to be a necessary step towards professionalism and an important contribution for shifting personal limits. This thesis is concluded with a reflection of my internship at the Portuguese Instituto Politécnico de Lisboa ? Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with location optimal wavelet for detecton charakterics points of QRS complex in ECG signals. The first part of this thesis deals with description of heart, genesis of electric signals on heart and problem of noise. The second part describes the wavelet transform and the designed program and the third part evaluate detection results. The created program is working with 10 ECG signals from the CSE database and is testing 12 different mother wavelets. The program was developed in Matlab environment and is based on the finding zero-points in the transformed signal.

Abstract:

U ovom radu je izvršeno kvantitativno određivanje i identifikacija biljnih fenola i flavonoida etanolih ekstrakata ploda peršuna (Petroselini fructus), kore krušine (Frangulae cortex), lista pitome nane (Mentha piperitae folium), ploda kima (Carvi fructus) i lista breze (Betulae folium), kao i komercijalnog preparata Vitalplant^®((Frangulae cortex(35 %), Mentha piperitae folium(20%), Carvi fructus(20 %), Petroselini fructus (25 %)). U nastavku istraživanja ispitivana je antioksidantna aktivnosti etanolih ekstrakata primenom direktnih, ESR “spin trap“ spektroskopskih metoda određivanja “skevindžer“ aktivnosti na superoksid anjon i hidroksil radikale i indirektnih, spektrofotometrijskih testova za određivanje skevindžer“ aktivnosti na DPPH˙ radikale, redoks potencijala i helatacione aktivnosti, kao i antioksidantne aktivnosti u sistemu β-karoten-linolna kiselina. Osim navedenog, deo istraživanja je posvećen ispitivanju termičke stabilnosti ekstrakata navedenih biljaka i komercijalnog preparata Vitalplant^®radi sticanja uvida u mogućnost njihove primene u pekarskim proizvodima. U poslednjoj fazi rada, izvršeno je određivanje sposobnosti pulvisa i etanolnog ekstrakta komercijalnog preparata Vitalplant^® da inhibiraju oksidaciju lipida u keksu, primenom spektrofotometrijskih testova “skevindžer“ aktivnosti na DPPH˙ radikale i MDA testa. Ispitane biljne sirovine, kao i komercijalni preparat Vitalplant^®su bogat izvor jedinjenja iz klase biljnih fenola. Sve ispitane biljne droge poseduju antioksidantnu aktivnost, koja se značajno ne menja usled termičkog tretmana. Dodatak biljne mešavine Vitalplant^®, upravo proporcionalno njenom sadržaju, dovodi do povećanja antioksidantne aktivnosti keksa i smanjenja stepena lipidne peroksidacije.
In this paper, quantitative determination and identification of plant phenolics and flavonoids of ethanolic extracts obtained from parsley fruit (Petroselini fructus), buckthorn bark (Frangulae cortex), mint leaves (Mentha piperitae folium), caraway fruit (Carvi fructus), birch leaves (Betulae folium), as well as from commercial preparation Vitalplant® ((Frangulae cortex(35 %), Mentha piperitae folium (20%), Carvi fructus(20 %), Petroselini fructus (25 %)) was performed. In addition, antioxidant activity of ethanolic extracts was tested, by applying direct, ESR “spin trap“ spectroscopic methods for the determination of scavenging activity on superoxide anion and hydroxyl radicals, and indirect, spectrophotometric methods for the determination of DPPH˙ radical scavenging activity, reducing power, chelating activity and antioxidant activity in β-carotene-linoleic acid model system. Moreover, thermal stability of the ethanolic extracts was tested in order to get insight into possible application of the extracts in bakery products. Finally, the ability of the commercial preparation Vitalplant®, in the form of powder and extract, to inhibit oxidative changes of cookies was tested by applying spectrophotometric DPPH radical scavenging and MDA tests.According to obtained results, investigated plant samples, including commercial preparation Vitalplant®, are rich source of plant phenolics. Investigated plant drugs possess antioxidant activity, which is not significantly changed after the thermal treatment. Cookie supplementation with commercial preparation Vitalplant® results in better oxidative stability of lipids and enhanced antioxidant activity of the cookies.

Abstract:

This Master‘s thesis is focused on theoretical study of twinning in magnetic shape memory alloys based on Ni2MnGa using ab initio calculations of electronic structure within the projector augmented wave method. In particular, the effect of increasing concentration of manganese at the expense of gallium was studied on total energy and stress profiles along different deformation paths in the (10-1)[101] shear system of non-modulated martensite. Further, this work deals with the effect of the concentration of manganese on the energy of planar fault caused by presence of partial dislocation due to motion of twin boundary. The results show that the shear modulus in studied shear system increases with the increasing concentration of manganese as well as energy barrier and deformation characteristics along shear deformation paths increases, which makes the shear more difficult in Mn-rich alloys. Increasing concentration of manganese also leads to rising the planar fault energy. All these effects can be responsible for lower mobility of twin boundaries in alloys with higher concentration of manganese.

Abstract:

This thesis describes the development of two unique phenomena. In the first part of this thesis I address to deal with the folk wooden lathed toy and it´s potential theatrical use, the second part is dedicated to family puppet theatre as a challenge for the stage designer. I try to make clear some historical and technical context of these two sources of inspiration. I am also interested in some connections between these two themes. One of this relation is the woodturning technique, which was used by puppet-makers as well as toy-makers. The final part of my work is a description of creative process of my authorial fairy tale About a Little Girl and a Little Boy and a prototype of New Family Puppet Theatre.

Abstract:

Cilj istraživanja u okviru ove doktorske disertacije bio je da se ispita uticaj ekstrudiranja na funkcionalno hranivo, čija bi osnovna uloga bila povećanje sadržaja omega-masnih kiselina u ishrani životinja, a naročito α-linolenske kiseline (ALA). Za proizvodnju funkcionalnog hraniva upotrebljeni su laneno seme, kao nosilac funkcionalnih osobina i suncokretova sačma, koja je dodata da se spreči isticanje lanenog ulja tokom ekstrudiranja. Nezavisni parametri ekstrudiranja čiji je uticaj ispitivan bili su: brzina obrtanja puža ekstrudera (240, 360 i 590 o/min), kapacitet punjenja (16, 24 i 32 kg/h), vlaga polaznog materijala (7, 11,5 i 16 %) i ukupna površina otvora na matrici (19,8, 39,6 i 59,4 mm2). Zavisno promenljive karakteristike (odzivi) dobijenog hraniva koje su praćene bile su: sadržaj HCN u hranivu, sadržaj ALA, sadržaj slobodnih masnih kiselina (SMK) i potrošnja energije.Za modelovanje zavisnosti karakteristika hraniva od procesnih parametara ekstrudiranja primenjena je metoda odzivne površine (RSM), a korišćen je Box-Behnken-ov dizajn (BBD) za četiri faktora na tri nivoa. Za svaki od pomenutih odziva definisan je polinom drugog reda i određeni su koeficijenti polinoma, a analizom varijanse potvrđena je tačnost ovih modela. Formirani modeli upotrebljeni su za optimizaciju procesa ekstrudiranja, sa ciljem da se postigne što veća redukcijacijanogenih glikozida u hranivu, uz što viši sadržaj ALA i što niže SMK i potrošnju energije. Da bi se zadovoljili svi postavljeni uslovi optimizacije, proces ekstrudiranja bilo je potrebno izvoditi pod sledećim uslovima: brzina obrtanja puža – 417,41 o/min, kapacitet punjenja – 32 kg/h, vlaga materijala – 13,39 % i ukupna površina otvora namatrici – 19,80 mm2.Ovako dobijeno hranivo pokazalo je nizak sadržaj HCN, čiji je stepen redukcije u odnosu na početnu vrednost iznosio 76,20 %. Sa druge strane, sadržaj ALA smanjen je za svega 0,69 %, što ukazuje da ekstrudiranje nije negativno uticalo na masnokiselinski sastav proizvedenog ko-ekstrudata.Nakon proizvodnje ko-ekstrudata, pristupilo se ispitivanju njegove održivosti. U tu svrhu uzorci su skladišteni u klima komori sa mogućnošću kontrolisanog podešavanja temperature, relativne vlažnosti i cirkulacije vazduha. Za praćenje održivosti proizvoda primenjen je modifikovan Schaal-oven test. Modifikacija metode sastojala se u podešavanju relativne vlažnosti vazduha na konstantnu vrednost od 40 %, što klasičnom metodom nije propisano. Ova vlažnost vazduha odabrana je na osnovu relativne vlažnosti koja je u trenutku eksperimenta izmerena u prostoriji. U cilju ispitivanja uticaja antioksidanasa na oksidativnu stabilnost proizvoda, uzorcima su dodavani komercijalni preparati karvakrol (200 mg/100 g koekstrudata), vitamin E (135 mg/100 g ko-ekstrudata) i smeša ova dva antioksidansa. Za praćenje oksidativnih i hemijskih promena ko-ekstrudata, određivani su peroksidni broj (Pbr), SMK uzorcima su dodavani komercijalni preparati karvakrol (200 mg/100 g koekstrudata), vitamin E (135 mg/100 g i masnokiselinski sastav. Takođe su ispitane mikrobiološke promene u koekstrudatu. Najsnažnije antioksidativno dejstvo u ovom eksperimentu imao je vitamin E, dok smeša vitamina E i karvakrola nije pokazala sinergističko dejstvo. Sastav masnih kiselina se u toku skladištenja nije statistički značajno promenio. The goal of the research in this thesis was to examine the effect of extrusion on functional feed compound, whose main role was to increase the content of omega-fatty acids in animal nutrition, especially α-linolenic acid (ALA). Flax seed, as the holder of the functional properties, and sunflower meal, as an adsorbent of linseed oil during extrusion, were used for the production of functional feed compound. Independent extrusion parameters studied in the experiment were: extruder screw speed (240, 360 and 590 rpm), loading capacity (16, 24 and 32 kg/h), the moisture content of the starting material (7, 11.5 and 16 % ) and the total die opening’s area (19.8, 39.6 and 59.4 mm2). Dependent variables (responses) of the produced feed compound were: HCN content in coextrudate, ALA content, the content of free fatty acids (FFA) and energy consumption.Response surface methodology (RSM) was applied in order to model mathematical dependence between co-extrudate characteristics and the independent process parameters. The experiments were designed according to Box-Behnken's design (BBD) with four factors, each at three levels. Second-order polynomial equation wasdeveloped for each of these responses, and polynomial coefficients were determined. Accuracy of each model was confirmed by analysis of variance (ANOVA). Formed polynomial models were used to optimize the extrusion process, with the aim of achieving high reduction of cyanogenic glycosides in feed compound, the highest content of ALA, as well as low FFA and low energy consumption. Obtained optimal conditions were: extruder srew speed - 417.41 rpm, loading capacity - 32 kg/h, moisture content of starting material - 13.39 % and the total die openings’ area- 19.80 mm2.Functional feed compound produced under these conditions showed a low concentration of HCN, and the degree of HCN reduction was 76.20 % compared to the starting HCN content. On the other hand, the ALA content was reduced by only 0.69 %, indicating that extrusion did not significantly affect the fatty acid composition of the produced co-extrudate.The next step was investigation of stability of produced co-extrudate. For this purpose, the samples were stored in a climate chamber capable of setting temperature, relative humidity and air circulation. Modified Schaal-oven test was used to monitor the stability of the product. Modification of the method consisted in adjusting the relative humidity at a constant value of 40 %, which is not required by a classical method. Peroxide value (PV), FFA and fatty acid composition were determined in order to monitor oxidative and chemical changes in co-extrudate. Microbial changes were also examined in the functional feed compound. The most powerful antioxidant effect in this experiment had vitamin E, and a mixture of vitamin E and carvacrol did not show a synergistic effect. The fatty acid compostion during storage was not significantly changed in any sample. On the other hand, extrusion process showed a statistically significant effect (p = 0.032) on the reduction of total number of microorganisms in feed, and the lowest value of the total number of microorganisms (600 cfu/g) was observed in the sample with addedcarvacrol.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the possibilities of digital circuit test optimization using multifunctional logic gates. The most important part of this thesis is the explanation of the optimization principle, which is also described by a formal mathematical apparatus. Based on this apparatus, the work presents several options. The optimization of testability analogous to inserting test points and simple methodology based on SCOAP is shown. The focus of work is a methodology created to optimize circuit tests. It was implemented in the form of software tools. Presented in this work are the results of using these tools to reduce the test vectors volume while maintaining fault coverage on various circuits, including circuits from the ISCAS 85 test set. Part of the work is devoted to the various principles and technology of creating multifunctional logic gates. Some selected gates of these technologies are subject to simulations of electronic properties in SPICE. Based on the principles of presented methodology and results of multifunctional gates simulations, analysis of various problems such as validity of the modified circuit test and the suitability of each multifunctional gate technology for the methodology was also made. The results of analysis and experiments confirm it is possible for the multifunctional logic gate to optimize circuit diagnostic properties in such a way that has achieved the required circuit test parameter modification with minimum impact on the quality and credibility of these tests.

Pour la faciliter, les termes aromatiques peuvent être regroupés par catégorie d’odeurs et présentés parfois sous forme de roues. Dans cette thèse, une nouvelle méthodologie, appelée Hierarchical-Rate-All-That-Apply (HRATA) est proposée. Celle-ci associe une structuration hiérarchique des attributs avec la méthodologie Rate-All-That-Apply (RATA) et est appliquée à la caractérisation aromatique de vins. Une première réflexion porte sur la structuration hiérarchique d’un lexique de termes aromatiques sur la base d’une expérimentation de tri libre. La représentation des proximités entre termes s'appuie sur la méthodologie des arbres additifs qui combinée à une stratégie de catégorisation permet de proposer une structuration taxonomique du lexique mis en œuvre. Une attention particulière est également portée sur l’influence de l’expertise dans la structuration d’un lexique aromatique du vin. La structuration hiérarchique est finalement intégrée lors de l’évaluation sensorielle au moyen d’une épreuve de notation de type RATA. Cette nouvelle méthode HRATA offre plus de liberté aux sujets car ils peuvent sélectionner les termes descriptifs à partir d'une grande variété d'attributs, généraux ou spécifiques selon leur sensibilité individuelle. The aromatic characterization of wines turns out to be a complex task, even for well-trained assessors. To gain ease, a common way consists in grouping terms into odor categories and organizing them by wheels. In this thesis, a new methodology, called Hierarchical-Rate-All-That-Apply (HRATA), is proposed. It combines a hierarchical structuration of the set of attributes together with Rate-All-That-Apply (RATA) notation. The HRATA methodology is then applied for the aromatic characterization of wines. In the first part, the structuration of a lexicon of aromatic terms is defined on the basis of a free sorting experiment. The representation of the proximities between terms is carried out by means of additive trees. An original partitioning technique is proposed, on the basis of an additive tree, which makes it possible to set up the taxonomic structuration of the lexicon. Particular attention is also paid to the influence of expertise in the structuration of an aromatic lexicon of wine. The hierarchical structure, thus obtained, is finally integrated into a sensory evaluation by means of a RATA rating. This new methodology HRATA provides a user-friendly characterization for subjects since they can rate descriptive terms from a wide variety of attributes, general or specific, depending on their individual sensitivity. In my diploma thesis, I looked at part of Prague 8 - Libeň, in the kontext of the life and work of writer Bohumil Hrabal. I tried to show Libeň in the twentieth century, when the famous writer lived there. At first I made efforts to describe Bohumil Hrabal's life and Libeň, how we can find it in his books. Than I outlined the history of Libeň. In the main part I tried to show real locations in Libeň, which Bohumil Hrabal visited and he liked them. It was mainly Libeň castle, a lot of views of hills in Libeň, the vicinity of Vltava river and Rokytka brook and atmosphere of pubs in Libeň. The diploma thesis shows Libeň in last century especially in the kontext of Hrabal's trialogy Weddings in the house.

I highlight some of today's craftsmen as well as their personal stories about getting started in the handmade doll production. Next, I delve into rules and guidelines for doll production as well as doll selection by the consumer. A the end of theoretical part, I deal with the different types of gameplay with dolls along wth gender aspect. This study is an analysis ofthe syntax in Bohumil Hrabal's prosaic works. It looks into the way Hrabal's syntax deviates from the "Czech norm", and the way his style evolved over time. For the purposes ofthe analysis, Hrabal's creative life has been divided into three chronological parts - early, middle and late. This periodization is essential for conceptualizing Bohumil Hrabal' s syntax usage and its evolution. Methodologically the study is based on a statistical analysis of observed traits in Hrabal' s syntax compared with the findings ofM. Těšitelová in Kvantitativní charakteristika současné češtiny - a quantitative research on the present-day Czech language. Against the backdrop ofwhat is considered the "Czech norm" the differences between Hrabal's creative periods become more obvious. To a certain degree these differences can be attributed to the use of different text models in each period-while most of the works from the early period were written as classic narratives, the later ones were more likely to be modem narratives. (EN) The doctoral thesis Varianta v poetice Bohumila Hrabala [The process of variation in Bohumil Hrabal's poetics] studies the creative process of writing variants, which the author employed in the whole of his literary production. The main theoretical focus of the thesis is the concept of semantic "openness" introduced by Italian semiotician Umberto Eco (1932-2016) as the possibility of inter preting a literary work on the basis of the aestetic information (i.e. the formal construction) of the text. A further elaboration of Eco's concept is to be found in a case study conducted by Michael Špirit (1965-) on one text written by Hrabal in the 50s and presented by Špirit as an example of a concluded text yet open in meaning, and its variant published in the 60s, which according to Špirit has the features of an open text, but is semantically closed. This thesis deals with syllable boundaries in Czech and the issue of their determination. The theoretical part discusses the concept of the syllable in terms of both phonetics and phonology, introduces several approaches to syllabification (i.e. division of words into syllables) along with factors that are relevant in syllabification, and it also presents a survey of methods used in syllable boundary investigation. The following chapters describe a series of experiments that are to be a basis for formulating a syllabification model of Czech. The first group of experiments examines the phonetic correlates of syllable affiliation of intervocalic consonants (using electropalatography and temporal parameters). A phonotactic analysis of a spoken and a written corpus follows, in which we computed type and token frequencies of occurrence of word-initial and word-final clusters. The subsequent chapter introduces three behavioural experiments, in which the participants work with words and syllables without explicitly focusing on syllable boundaries (synchronization of syllables with a metronome pulse; syllable permutation; inserting silence into words). The diploma thesis will deal with film realizations of works by Bohumil Hrabal. Specifically, they will be films that were created until 1969. These include: Fádní odpoledne, Perličky na dně, Ostře sledované vlaky, Sběrné surovosti a Skřivánci na niti. At the same time, verbal and film versions of individual texts will be compared. In addition, the work will become familiar with the film Private Storm by Vladimir Paral's book. We will focus on comparing Hrabal and Páral's poetics. Part of the work will also include information about the 60 s in the film, theater and literature. It will then contain information on the position of Bohumil Hrabal in the so-called gray zone. From a didactic point of view, how Hrabal and the 1960s are taught will be dealt with and whether the film can be used to teach literature and how to get pupils to read.

The aim of this thesis is to examine the consequences of the process of establishing the boundaries of the of the Ortel band soundscape, or else the Ortel community, as negotiated by actors both inside and outside the community and to place this negotiation into the context of endeavours to legitimise the community's values in the public space, economic aspects, political engagement, attitudes to radicalism and the experience of cultural anxiety and marginalisation of members of the community. I examine the topic through the prism of ethnomusicology and social and cultural anthropology where music lies at the centre of my interest. I define music as a social object, a human activity, an expressive culture and a fundamental element for establishing (and reading) music communities. I observe the dynamism and hetero-local nature of music communities through the concept of soundscapes. When describing the community, I focus on the permeable and fluid contours of the community's boundaries as negotiated by actors both inside and outside the community, when such boundaries require an image the enemy outside. My thesis concentrates on the game, the playfulness and the toy. At first, I was searching for where these topics were most common and how they effected our lives generally. I presented some of the definitions. Then I worked more with these definitions and I put them into a connection with the art and the padegogy. Later I made a separated point of the role of the game, the playfulness and the toy in the visual art. I introduced some artist, who have been using the topics of mainly the game and the playfulness in their art work. The toy was presented more like the theme of the art works. The final part concentrates on the visual art project, which is prepared for children at age eight to ten years. One of the range was introduced deeply. n this range present individual lessons, one of them is showed in detail. This lesson is named The painting by the soap bubbles and I had been taught it at The basic art school Na Proseku. After this lesson I wrote reflection of it. Whole thesis is ilustrated by the pictures. In the conclusion I try to summarize knowledge I reached.

(Deutsch) Diese Arbeit versucht sich unter Einbeziehung interkultureller Quellen im Dialog mit Julio Cortázars Erzählung "der Verfolger" [el perseguidor] an einer Verfolgung der Jagd. Sie hofft, mit dem Begriff der Jagd und seiner Ausdifferenzierung in verschiedene Modi fundamentale Bewegungsrichtungen der menschlichen Existenz zu beschreiben. Die menschliche Existenz kommt dabei als spannungsreiches Zwischen ("inter") von sinngetragener medialisierter Bezogenheit und außer-sinnhafter realer Faktizität in den Blick. Im Verlaufe der Arbeit werden anhand ausgewählter Szenen der Erzählung nicht nur die Spannung des Zwischen selbst, sondern auch seine Pole zum Gegenstand des philosophischen Fragens gemacht. THE PROBLEMATIC OF INTER-RELATIONSHIP BOUNDARIES IN THE CHRISTIAN ENVIRONMENT Summary In the Christian environment, the same sociological-psychological principles are valid as anywhere else. The aim of the work is to clarify the knowledge of the topic of borders on general level and to view the life of Jesus Christ, the ideal of humanity, from the perspective of borders. I will also attempt to show the way in which the incorrect and selective understanding of the gospel principles may lead to psychologically insane attitudes.
