In the non-germline BRCA mutated (non-g BRCAmut) cohort of the ENGOT-OV16/NOVA trial, clinical benefit with niraparib vs placebo was seen in pts regardless of their Myriad myChoice HRD test status ( BRCAmut and homologous recombination deficiency [HRD] score), with a hazard ratio (HR) of 0.38 in HRD-positive (HRDpos) and

PT Karya Putra Sapta Manunggal is a company in the field of construction services based in Bekasi. In recruiting employees, PT Karya Putra Sapta Manunggal still uses conventional methods, namely that prospective employees usually send application files to the head office in Bekasi either by e-mail, post or by submitting applications directly to the Admin section. HRDs need to open e-mails and application files one by one which makes HRDs have to process applicants' data again, resulting in a high probability of errors. Therefore, it is necessary to create a new and effective system in order to

The Problem. The Covid-19 pandemic brought unprecedented crisis to a world already undergoing digital transformation. Millions of people began working virtually to prevent the spread of disease and to maintain business continuity, suddenly participating in virtual human resource development (VHRD) and alternative work strategies that helped organizations adapt to current challenges and prepare for future disruption. The purpose of this article is to analyze VHRD’s role in the crisis and the transition to a new era marked by further disruption and change. The Recommendation. This article provid

The Problem Human resource development (HRD) research has sought to demarcate a human developmental problem by identifying learning interventions through which individuals can contribute towards group and organizational growth. However, there remains the fundamental problem, which is how to go beyond individualized employee development to a more collective resilience model building against workplace stress. Such lesser effectiveness has led to financial, emotional and psycho-social costs to individuals and collectives. Based on the theoretical analysis of human capital theory, HRD research and

In various world regions, human rights defenders (HRDs) often become targets for smear campaigns that seek to discredit and marginalise them. Russia’s “foreign agents” law which brands NGOs as “foreign agents” – a phrase that carries Soviet-era connotations of a spy or traitor – is just one example of states’ attempts to cultivate an unfavorable image of rights defenders in society. Yet, despite the global context of such stigmatising campaigns and their potential to put defenders at further risk, there is very little systematic knowledge about the way citizens react to such rhetoric and wheth
