Background - Burns is a complex condition requiring assessment and addressing of both the wound and the patient in a holistic way. In spite of tremendous improvements in burn care, infection continues to remain an important cause of morbidity and mortality. The main subtypes include HBD1, 2 and 3 and are individually known to have other functions apart from being anti-microbial. Human-Robot Interaction (HRI) research is examining ways to make human-robot (HR) communication more natural. Incorporating natural communication techniques is expected to make HR communication seamless and more natural for humans. The aim for this work was to evaluate a model for human-robot implicit communication.
