To do this, series of pyruvate hydrazones (PVAHs) and their respective Cu(II) complexes and Zn(II) complexes were synthesized and fully characterised. Abstract Methyl ethyl ketoxime was introduced to NACE at CORROSION/86 in Houston, TX1. In the paper, comparisons were made between hydrazine and this oxime. Since the latter is a relatively new material compared with hydrazine, there were some gaps in the available information.
