Abstract:
The production of nuclear waste is undoubtedly a major downside to nuclear energy. In the UK, much of our intermediate and high level waste is currently stored in temporary facilities with the aim of burying it in deep underground facilities by 2040. In order to achieve this, the radionuclides require immobilising to prevent them from leaching into the environment. This can be achieved by incorporating the radionuclides into minerals, ceramics or glasses before encapsulation in disposal containers. In order for a material to be successful in this role it must be chemically durable, thermally s

Abstract:
博士
國立清華大學
化學系
90
This thesis describes 17 new gallophosphates and transition metal substituted gallophosphates, which were synthesized by hydrothermal reaction. All compounds were characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, powder X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, EPMA, ICP-AES, solid-state NMR spectroscopy, and magnetic susceptibility data. These compounds were divided into three parts by different template or structure directing agent: The first system: DACH/(M, Ga)/P/O (M= Zn) was contributed by three compounds. There are the two dime
