Abstract:
Animals therapy is one of the types of therapy, which includes the use of animals as a means of treatment. The purpose of such therapy is to improve the patient's social, emotional, or cognitive functions. It is distinguished directed animal therapy (the use of specially trained animals for developed therapeutic programs) and non-directional (interaction with animals at home). Animal therapy methods, in contrast to other rehab techniques, allow not only to reduce muscle tone, increase the volume of passive movements, acquire new active motor skills, and, in addition to kinesiological rehabilitation effects, is intended to perform the following functions: psycho-physiological function; psychotherapeutic function; rehabilitation function; function of satisfaction of the need for competence; self-realization function; communication function. Hypotherapy is one of the most effective methods of animal therapy. The restorative effect of horse riding for patients is based on the use of the function of motion, which has for man not only biological, but also social significance. Hippotherapy combines kinesitherapy, physiotherapy, cognitive action on the emotions and the psyche of the patient, contributes to the destruction of pathological efferent impulses. Dolphin therapy for the rehabilitation of children with post-traumatic stress syndrome, depression, emotional disorders, diseases of the locomotorium, etc., is actively developing in many countries, especially in the coastal countries, including Ukraine, since the 70s of the last century. The positive effect of felinotherapy in children with enuresis, logoneurosis, neurasthenia was established. Felinotherapy helps to lower blood pressure, normalizes the work of the heart, relieves articular and headaches. Cats accelerate recovery after injuries, cure internal inflammatory diseases. Canisterapy (treatment by dogs) is indicated for gout, rheumatism, liver and bladder disorders. In canisterapy, the breeds of companion dogs are most often used: labradors, collie, pugs etc. In addition to the described methods, there are still many methods of animal therapies. These are human contacts with reptiles, a dream on bees of honey bees, and others.

Abstract:
Cases that often occur after the distinction in the recovery room one of them is hypothermy. One of the causes of postoperative hypothermy is the type of anaesthetic used. The purpose of the study was to find out the relationship of anaesthetic type to the incidence of hypothermic. Research design uses correlational with cross sectional approaches. The population of all postoperative patients in the Recovery Room of Banyumas Hospital over the past 3 months as many as 500 patients. A large sample of 83 patients using consecutive sampling techniques. The research instrument used is an observation sheet to record the type of anaesthetic and body temperature. Data analysis using the chi square test. Patients mostly respondents aged 36-46 years as many as 51 respondents (61.4%), men as many as 52 respondents (62.7%) and high school / vocational education as many as 39 respondents (47.0%). Respondents received general anaesthetics of 58 respondents (69.9%) and hypothermi as many as 60 respondents (72.3%). Statustic test results obtained a value of p = 0.000 which showed there was a relationship of anaesthetic type with the incidence of hypothermi in the Recovery Room of Banyumas Hospital. The type of anaesthetic used can determine the occurrence of changes in body temperature, namely hypothermy.

Abstract:
Abstract Heterothermy in birds occurs in species that are generally small and whose diet fluctuates. This study of thermoregulation of Malachite Sunbirds (Nectarina famosa) showed that they have circadian fluctuations in Tb and VO2, as in most birds. Of special importance was the high degree of rest-phase hypothermy and exhibition of torpor at ambient temperatures of 10°C and lower. These patterns are significant because they have not been described in detail for a passerine species. Surgically implanted minimitters were used to measure Tb continuously and without disturbing the birds. Minimum VO2 during rest phase was 1.70 (mL O2 g–1 h–1) at 25°C. As ambient temperature decreased, VO2 minimum during the rest phase did not increase to maintain Tb. No birds remained normothermic during scotophase. At 5°C, that resulted in torpor in Malachite Sunbirds with a decrease of 15°C in Tb. Birds increased Tb to active-phase levels with the onset of light. It was difficult to define limits and ranges of physiological parameters associated with observed heterothermy. Individuals showed similar responses; however, those differed with ambient temperature. Malachite Sunbirds conserved energy nocturnally by reducing metabolic rate and, concomitantly, Tb. This plasticity in Tb shows that daily variations in Tb of homeotherms are biologically important. Furthermore, this heterothermy (particularly nocturnal hypothermia and torpor) in a small avian species would be important in an unpredictable environment where food resources fluctuate to prevent an energy deficit.

Rectal temperature was continuously measured. The baseline data of temperature and MAP were collected at the first hemorrhage (T1), the third hemorrhage (T2) and 30min after T2 (T3). Bilateral nephrectomy was achieved for histology and immunohistochemistry. In both groups, temperature and MAP diminished from normal values of these animals. Hypothermia was greater in sevo group (p=0.0002). Tubular necrosis was more frequent in sevo group (p=0.02). The studied cytokines were equally present in the kidneys of both groups. Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with hyporehabilitation and its influence on the (re) socialization of people with spinal cord lesions in adulthood. The theoretical part deals with physical disability and then defines the spinal cord injury and its consequences reflected in the life of the individual and the individual social aspects into which the disability is intertwined. We also deal with hyporehabilitation and its division into individual categories and their goals. Hyporerehabilitation is introduced as a possible way for the resocialization of people with spinal lesions. In this work we will introduce the individual components of hipporehabilitation and introduce ways of working with clients in individual areas. Each area is aimed at developing a different aspect of human personality. In all areas, we emphasize and raise the impact on physical disability and personality traits that form specifically spinal lesions. For each type of hiporebilitation, we indicate its goal of action. These goals and categories intersect, with the chapters emphasizing the impact on disability. Based on the interviews, the life changes of a person with an acquired disability due to a spinal cord injury were described. In the analysis of individual interviews, we focused on their changes in behavior and also values, on...

Копішинська А. Ю. The object of the study is the functional state of the musculoskeletal system of children with cerebral palsy. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness of hippotherapy in the comprehensive rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy in a specialized center «Сossack pledge». Research methods – analysis and generalization of literature sources, evaluation of large motor functions on a scale of V.I. Kozyavkina, method of questionnaires, methods of mathematical statistics. At the beginning of the study, the assessment of the functional state of children 4-6 years with cerebral palsy and lower paraplegia in the studied groups showed a significant decrease in large motor functions, which in turn significantly impairs the social adaptation of these children. The use of hippotherapy in a comprehensive approach significantly increases the overall positive impact of rehabilitation on the restoration of motor functions in children with cerebral palsy, lower paraplegia. Which, in turn, confirms the statistical analysis of repeated studies, which indicates the presence of significant differences between the test results of large motor functions, when as before the application of a comprehensive program between these indicators did not emphasize significant differences.
