Let 0F) denote the integers of an algebraic number field F. Classically the Dirichlet Units Theorem gives us the structure of the K-group K1(0F). Then recently the structure of the K-group K3(0F) was found by Merkurjev and Suslin, [11]. But as of now we have only limited information about the structure of the tame kernel K2(0F).

We study the lepton flavor violating [Formula: see text] and the lepton flavor conserving [Formula: see text] decays in the framework of the general two-Higgs doublet model, the so-called model III. We estimate the decay width of LFV (LFC) process at the order of magnitude of 10-5 GeV (10-4 GeV), for mH0 = 150 GeV , and the intermediate values of the coupling [Formula: see text]. The experimental result of the process under consideration can ensure comprehensive information about the standard model Higgs boson H0 and the model III free parameters.

Abstract The reaction of tris(ethene)nickel(0) with stoichiometric amounts of bis(dimethylphos-phino)methane (dmpm) in ether at low temperature affords the yellow crystalline, dinuclear complexes (dmpm)Ni2(C2H4)4 (1) and (dmpm)2Ni2(C2H4)2 (2). 2 reacts with ethyne to yield (dmpm)2Ni2(C2H2)2 (3). When 2 is treated with CO at -40 °C the primary product is (dmpm)2Ni2(CO)2(μ-CO) (4). At 20 °C 4 is converted by additional CO into (dmpm)2Ni2(CO)4 (5), which has already been characterized as the reaction product of Ni(CO) 4 with dmpm. For zero energy, E=0, we derive exact, quantum solutions for all power-law potentials, V(r)=−γ/rν, with γ>0 and −∞<ν<∞. The solutions are, in general, Bessel functions of powers of r. For ν>2 and l≥1 the solutions are normalizable. Surprisingly, the solutions for ν<−2, which correspond to highly repulsive potentials, are also normalizable, for all l≥0. For these |ν|>2 the partial-wave Hamiltonians, Hl, have overcomplete sets of normalizable eigensolutions. We discuss how to obtain self-adjoint extensions of Hl such that the above E=0 solutions become included in their domains

Abstract:
The lattice dynamics of YBa2Cu306+x with partially filled 0(4) sites is investigated using a supercell method. The model used is the lattice-dynamical shell model, which incorporates the short-range interactions and the long-range Coulomb potential as well as the polarisabilities of ions. Varying the oxygen content produces small changes throughout the spectrum of normal modes, as well as major changes in those modes with large 0(4) amplitudes. Selected phonon dispersion curves are presented, with emphasis on the variation of frequency with oxygen concentration. The nature of new modes, which
