Abstract:
In this paper are presented results of mechanical properties evaluation of the thin sheets welds made of the S960MC TMCP steel, which were executed using the GMAW procedure with different process parameters. The microstructural changes in the heat affected zone (HAZ) were evaluated, as well. The microstructural observation revealed significant changes in the HAZ and the three main zones, coarse grain, fine grain and intercritical (CGHAZ, FGHAZ and ICHAZ) were identified in the HAZ for both sets of tested welding parameters. Evaluation of the micro-hardness showed significant reduction of the micro-hardness in the ICHAZ, for both tested states, and the ICHAZ was identified as the most critical area of the whole welded joint. Results of the tensile tests revealed significant reduction of mechanical properties regardless of the welding parameters.

Abstract:
This study investigated the effect of postweld heat treatment (PWHT) conditions on Type IV failure behavior of 10% Cr martensitic steel welds using Haynes 282 filler. The welded joints were subjected to PWHT at temperatures of 688, 738, and 788 °C for 4 and 8 h. Creep tests were carried out at 600 °C under a stress of 200 MPa. The as-welded joint without PWHT showed Type IV cracking due to growth of voids around Laves phase by localized creep deformation in the intercritical heat-affected zone (ICHAZ). The creep properties of the PWHTed joints at 688 °C were similar to those of the as-welded joints without PWHT. On the other hand, the PWHTed joints at 738 °C exhibited a significantly longer creep life by a lower amount of Laves phase in the ICHAZ than those at 688 °C; this could be a result of the homogenization of ICHAZ microstructure during PWHT at 738 °C. However, the PWHT at 688 and 738 °C showed the same Type IV creep failure mode. Meanwhile, the PWHTed joints at 788 °C exhibited the shortest creep life in this study. The failure location was shifted to the base metal away from the HAZ, and severe plastic deformation occurred due to the softened matrix by excessive tempering.

Abstract:
High-strength hot-press-formed (HPF) steels with a fully martensitic microstructure are being widely used in the fabrication of automotive body structure, and 2.0 GPa-strength HPF steel has recently been commercially launched. However, heat-affected zone (HAZ) softening is unavoidable in welding martensitic steel. In this study, the HAZ softening characteristic of 2.0 GPa HPF steel was investigated by applying a high-brightness laser welding process, wherein the heat input was controlled by varying the welding speed. Microstructural evaluation and hardness test results showed that the base metal with a fully martensitic microstructure was changed to the same type of fully martensitic microstructure in the weld metal, while relatively soft microstructures of tempered martensite and ferrite phase were partially formed in the intercritical HAZ (ICHAZ) and subcritical HAZ (SCHAZ) areas. In the tensile test, the joint strength was 10–20% lower than that of the base metal, and the fracture initiation was estimated at the ICHAZ/SCHAZ boundary, where the lowest hardness was confirmed by the nanoindentation technique.

Abstract:
The TMCP (thermo-mechanically controlled processed) steels belong to the group of ultra-high strength steels, which exhibit exceptional combination of high tensile and yield strength, toughness and ductility. These steels were introduced in the heavy machinery constructions, such as heavy mobile cranes, chassis trucks and other to reduce their weight, what increases their loading capacity and ecology of transport. The high tensile and yield strength of this type of steels is obtained by the combination of the chemical composition, heat treatment and the mechanical processing. However, the heat input into the material during the welding significantly affect properties of the steel and the whole joint. In this paper are presented results of mechanical properties evaluation and structural analysis of the welds of the thin sheets made of the S960MC steel, which were welded using the GMAW procedure. The microstructural evaluation referred significant changes in the HAZ. This area contains the three sub-zones, coarse grain (CGHAZ), fine grain (FGHAZ) and intercritical zone (ICHAZ). Analysis of microhardness and the tensile tests results showed, that ICHAZ is the most critical area of the whole welded joint.

Welded high-temperature power plant components can experience a greater risk of failure by creep during service, when compared to similar as-wrought components. The heat-affected zone (HAZ) of alloy steels is usually the region of a weldment exhibiting poor mechanical properties. The arc welding of an ASTM A470, Class 8-rotor steel in this study identified the intercritical heat affected zone (ICHAZ) as the weakest region in terms of creep rupture life. The type of welding procedure significantly affects this region, but most important are the welding parameters utilized. Because of the microstructural heterogeneity of the HAZ and sensitivity of these microstructures to changes when exposed to elevated temperatures, their performance at later times is difficult to predict. Extrapolation techniques are limited in value for predicting service lives of homogeneous materials, because these do not incorporate the microstructure changes of the materials during high temperature operation. They are even less useful for predicting the operating lives of weldments. This paper considers the creep performance and structure stability of the ICHAZ of 12 percent Cr and 214-1Mo vanadium modified weldments produced on a retired CrMoV rotor steel. Abstract:
Premature creep failures at the intercritical heat affected zone (ICHAZ) of creep-resistant steel weldments have been frequently reported. However, the creep degradation mechanism of different microstructure constituents in ICHAZ is complicated and needs further clarification. In this work, Grade 91 steel was intercritically heat-treated at a temperature (860 °C) between the critical temperatures AC1 and AC3, and a correlation between microstructure and mechanical properties of the heat-treated specimen was built. The effects of austenitization and tempering resulting from the intercritical treatment (IT) differentiated the local strain energies between the two microstructure constituents: newly transformed martensite (NTM) and over-tempered martensite (OTM). The formation of NTM grains led to a hardness increase from 247 HV0.5 in the base metal to 332 HV0.5 in the IT specimen. The ultimate tensile strength (UTS) increased from 739 MPa in the base metal to 1054 MPa in the IT specimen. Extensive growth of the OTM grains and rapid recovery of NTM grains took place simultaneously in the IT specimen during a typical tempering at 760 °C. These microstructure degradations led to a lowered hardness of 178 HV0.5, a reduced UTS of 596 MPa, and a poor creep resistance with a minimum creep strain rate of 0.49 %/h at 650 °C in an IT + tempering (ITT) specimen.

Abstract:
Hydrogen diffusion and sulfide stress cracking of simulated heat-affected zone (HAZ) of A516- 65 grade steel were examined using an electrochemical permeation technique, glycerin volumetric method, and constant loading method. HAZ samples were fabricated using a metal thermal cycle simulator with a welding heat input of 20, 35, and 50 kJ/cm. The fractions of bainite and martensite-austenite (M-A) constituent in coarse-grained HAZ (CGHAZ) and intercritical HAZ (ICHAZ) obtained by a simulated thermal cycle with a low heat input (20 kJ/cm) were higher than those with a higher heat input. These fractions contributed to the increase in the reversible hydrogen trap density (N<sub>[H]rev</sub>) and reversibly trapped hydrogen concentrations (C<sub>rev</sub>). Although CGHAZ had higher N<sub>[H]rev</sub> and C<sub>rev</sub> meaning that it is more likely to be vulnerable to brittle failure by hydrogen, actual fracture by sulfide stress cracking (SSC) occurred in ICHAZ composed of a mixture of soft ferrite/pearlite, and hard bainite and M-A. The hydrogen diffusion/trapping parameters, which were obtained from the electrochemical permeation or glycerin method, cannot be directly indicative of the resistance to SSC of the steel in a H<sub>2</sub>S environment. The susceptibility to SSC was more influenced by the level of M-A-localization and localized corrosion attack, acting as a stress intensifier under a tensile load.

The microstructure and mechanical properties of an X100 grade pipeline steel were investigated by the thermal simulation tests performed on a Gleeble-3500 thermal simulator. The results show that the steel has excellent weldability. Even if the weld heat input gets 40 kJ mm-1, the low impact toughness energy in welding coarse grain heat affected zone (CGHAZ) is still higher than 200 J. Yet, an embrittlement zone emerges in inter-critical HAZ (ICHAZ) at the peak temperature of 750 °C, and the lowest strength appears in fine grained HAZ (FGHAZ) at the peak temperature of 950 °C. Moreover, the strength and toughness decrease with the increase of heat input.

The studies were performed on dissimilar ferritic/austenitic weldments between 9Cr tempered martensitic steels of the grades either P/T 91 or 92 and unstabilised AISI316H austenitic steel. The welded joints were fabricated using the fusion welding by tungsten inert gas (TIG) method with Ni-based filler metal. Microstructural analyses were performed using light and electron microscopy. Microstructural gradient in heat-affected zone (HAZ) of 9Cr steels remained preserved during creep exposure. All weldments fractured by the type IV failure within their intercritical HAZ (ICHAZ) regions. The most remarkable microstructural change during creep was the precipitation of intermetallic Laves phase. Experimentally determined phases of the samples after creep exposure are in good agreement with equilibrium thermodynamic calculations.

The effect of postweld heat treatment (PWHT) on microstructure and properties of the heat affected zone (HAZ) in ASTM4130 steel fabricated by single-pass welding was investigated by weld thermal simulation test, optical microscope, transmission electron microscopy and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the subcritical HAZ (SCHAZ) toughness slightly decreases due to the aggregation and growth of carbides. Other HAZ toughness is significantly improved showing that the 650°C/1.5h PWHT is effective. The toughness improvement of the fine-grained HAZ (FGHAZ) and the intercritical HAZ (ICHAZ) is chiefly resulted from the complete decomposition of martensite and M-A constituent. Meanwhile, the supersaturation reduction of non-equilibrium microstructure and the relief of residual stress effectively improve CGHAZ toughness.

The objective of this investigation was to provide a detailed evaluation of the heat-affected zone (HAZ) toughness of a high-strength TMCP steel designed for low-temperature applications. The results from both Charpy-vee notch (CVN) and cracktip-opening displacement (CTOD) tests conducted on two straight-walled narrow groove welds, produced at energy inputs of 1.5 and 3.0 kJ/mm, show that significantly lower toughness was exhibited by the grain-coarsened HAZ (GCHAZ) compared with the intercritical HAZ (ICHAZ) region. This is explained based on the overall GCHAZ microstructure, and the initiation mechanism which caused failure. For the particular TMCP steel investigated in this study very good ICHAZ toughness properties were recorded using both HAZ Charpy and CTOD tests. In general, this was attributable to the low hardness, relatively fine ferrite microstructure, and the formation of secondary microphases that were not overly detrimental to the toughness. The lower-bound GCHAZ CTOD results obtained for both welds (KA W-L and KA W-H) did not meet the targeted requirement of δ = 0.07 mm at −50°C. It was found in both welds that low CTOD toughness was associated with the initiation of fracture from nonmetallic inclusions, which were complex oxides containing Ce, La, and S. The sites were located in the subcritical GCHAZ (SCGCHAZ) region in the case of the 1.5 kJ/mm weld and in the GCHAZ for the 3.0 kJ/mm weld. Some variation in CVN toughness was observed at different through-thickness locations. Toughness was lowest for the GCHAZ of the weld deposited at 3.0 kJ/mm and was related to the proportion of GCHAZ being sampled, which was ~55 percent for the bottom compared to 25–30 percent for that of the top location. Recommendations are proposed on the preferred practices and criteria that should be used in establishing guidelines and specifications for evaluating the HAZ toughness of candidate steels for construction of Arctic class ships.

Abstract:
This paper deals with microstructural stability of P23/P91 dissimilar welds during long-term creep exposure at 500°C. Detailed TEM investigations on minor phase evolution were performed on specimens after long-term creep exposure. Microstructural changes in the decarburized layer of the P23 steel were studied using EBSD and TEM. Experimental data on minor phase evolution were compared to the results of thermodynamic (Thermocalc) and kinetic (Dictra) simulations. Evolution of minor phases in the P23/P91 welds during creep at 500°C was in a good agreement with results of microstructural modelling. Partial decarburization of the P23 occurred at the expense of dissolving M7C3 phase. Microstructure of the partly decarburized zone in the P23 steel remained bainitic in all specimens investigated. In spite of the partial decarburization in the P23 steel during longterm creep exposure at 500°C, creep failures occurred in the ICHAZ of the P23 steel.

This study investigated the microstructural evolution of the weld interface and creep fracture behavior of 10% Cr martensitic steel welds using Haynes 282 filler metal. The welded joints were subjected to post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) at temperatures of 738 °C for 4, 8, and 15 h. Creep tests were carried out at 600 °C under stress of 200 MPa. The creep rupture life increased with an increase in holding time for PWHT up to 8 h compared to the as-welded condition. However, when the holding time for PWHT was further increased to 15 h, creep properties (i.e., rupture life and creep strain) decreased considerably, and the failure location was found to shift from the ICHAZ to the weld interface. The microstructural investigation revealed that Type I carbides precipitated at the weld interface and recrystallized grains with Cr depletion were formed near Type I carbides in the partially mixed zone during creep exposure. The creep failure at the weld interface began on the surface and propagated inward through the recrystallized grains of the weld-interface region.

The effect of peak temperature (TP) on the microstructure and impact toughness of the welding heat-affected zone (HAZ) of Q690 high-strength bridge steel was studied using a Gleeble-3500 thermal simulation testing machine. The results show that the microstructure of the inter critical heat-affected zone (ICHAZ) was ferrite and bainite. The microstructure of fine grain heat-affected zone (FGHAZ) and coarse grain heat-affected zone (CGHAZ) was lath bainite (LB), lath martensite (LM), and granular bainite (GB), but the microstructure of FGHAZ was finer. With the increase in peak temperature, the content of LB and GB decreased, the content of LM increased, and the lath bundles of LM and LB gradually became coarser. With the increase in peak temperature, the grain size of the original austenite increased significantly, and the impact toughness decreased significantly. When the peak temperature was 800 °C, the toughness was the best. For CGHAZ, the peak temperature should be less than 1200 °C to avoid excessive growth of grain and reduction of mechanical property.

To increase transmission efficiency and reduce operation cost, dual-phase (DP) steels have been considered for pipeline applications. Welding has to be involved in such applications, which would cause a localized alteration of materials and cause many potential fatigue issues to arise under cyclic loading. In this work, the fatigue crack propagation and fatigue life of simulated heat-affected zone (HAZ) were examined. Results indicate that when the maximum stress is at the same magnitude, the fatigue life at a peak temperature of 1050 °C is very close to that of a peak temperature of 850 °C, and both of them are higher than that of a peak temperature of 1350 °C. The changes in da/dN with ΔK for HAZ subregions are attributed to the variation of crack path and fracture mode during the crack propagation. The fatigue cracks may propagate along the bainite lath preferentially in coarse-grained HAZ (CGHAZ), and the prior austenite grain boundaries can change the crack growth direction. A considerable amount of highly misoriented grain boundaries in fine-grained HAZ (FGHAZ) and intercritical-grained HAZ (ICHAZ) increase the crack growth resistance. The difference of fatigue crack propagation behavior in HAZ subregions between actual and simulated welded joints was also discussed.

Abstract:
When the weldability of high strength steels is analyzed, it is the softening in the heat-affected zone (HAZ) that is mostly investigated, and the reduction of toughness properties is generally less considered. The outstanding toughness properties of quenched and tempered high strength steels cannot be adequately preserved during the welding due to the unfavorable microstructural changes in the HAZ. Relevant technological variants (t8/5 = 2.5–100 s) for arc welding technologies were applied during the HAZ simulation of S960QL steel (EN 10025-6) in a Gleeble 3500 physical simulator, and the effect of cooling time on the critical HAZ areas of single and multipass welded joints was analyzed. Thermal cycles were determined according to the Rykalin 3D model. The properties of the selected coarse-grained (CGHAZ), intercritical (ICHAZ) and intercritically reheated coarse-grained (ICCGHAZ) zones were investigated by scanning electron microscope, macro and micro hardness tests and instrumented Charpy V-notch pendulum impact tests. The examined HAZ subzones indicated higher sensitivity to the welding heat input compared to conventional structural steels. Due to the observed brittle behavior of all subzones in the whole t8/5 range, the possible lowest welding heat input should be applied in order to minimize the volume of HAZ that does not put fulfillment of the allowed maximal (450 HV10) hardness at risk and does not lead to the formation of cold cracks.

In the automotive industry there is an increasing demand for the wider application of high strength steels due to their favourable mechanical properties. The steel producers continuously developing new generations of high strength steels to insure higher strength and toughness properties. Since in most cases these steels are joined in welded structures, great attention must be taken to their weldability. The weldability of high strength steels has still challenges which are as follows: cold cracking sensitivity; reduction of strength and toughness of heat affected zone (HAZ); filler metal selection. Because the mechanical properties of ultrahigh strength steels are provided by using various alloying elements, micro alloys, and by different metallurgical methods, the steels may lose their outstanding properties during welding. In real welded joints the critical parts of the HAZ have small extent so their properties can be limitedly analysed by conventional material testing methods. With the help of physical simulators, the different parts of the heat affected zone can be produced in an adequate size for subsequent tests. In our research work the weldability, especially the HAZ properties of an ultrahigh strength structural steel (Rp0.2 = 1300 MPa) were investigated on thermal simulated samples with the help of Gleeble 3500 physical simulator. Three relevant technological variants for gas metal arc welding (GMAW), t8/5 = 5 s, 15 s and 30 s were applied during the HAZ simulations in the selected coarse-grained (CGHAZ), intercritical (ICHAZ) and intercritically reheated coarse-grained (ICCGHAZ) zones. Both the microstructure was studied by optical microscope and the mechanical properties were analysed by Vickers hardness tests and Charpy V-notch impact tests at -40 °C. According to the results the investigated ultrahigh strength steel was softened on account of the welding heat cycles, besides that the strength of the investigated ultrahigh strength steel can be better with the application of shorter t8/5 cooling time.

The International Conference on Heteroatom Chemistry (ICHAC) is an established international forum for the presentation and discussion of research results in the diverse fields of heteroatom chemistry. Previous ICHAC meetings have been held in different countries: 1987 (Kobe, Japan); 1989 (Albany, NY, USA); 1992 (Riccione, Italy); 1995 (Seoul, Korea); 1998 (London, Ontario, Canada); 2001 (Łódź, Poland); 2004 (Shanghai, China); 2007 (Riverside, CA, USA); and 2009 (Oviedo, Spain). To celebrate its 10th anniversary, ICHAC returned to Japan, the first ICHAC host country. The ICHAC series has been organized mostly every three years, but now is a biennial event beginning with ICHAC-9 in Spain.Continuing the successful ICHAC series, ICHAC-10 covered many areas around the central topic of heteroatom chemistry. Following the long tradition of these conferences, ICHAC-10 was a major scientific event, bringing together organic and inorganic chemists all over the world to share their interests in the different areas of heteroatom chemistry. As usual, this conference served as a professional forum to disseminate scientific knowledge. Synthesis, structure, and reactivity, including catalysis, theoretical methods, and material aspects, constituted the major themes of ICHAC-10. This issue of Pure and Applied Chemistry presents the selected plenary, invited, and commemorative lectures at ICHAC-10.ICHAC-10 was held 20-25 May 2012 at Uji Obaku Plaza, Kyoto University, and the conference program consisted of 7 plenary and 17 invited lectures, 3 memorial lectures celebrating the 10th event in the ICHAC series, as well as 43 short communications and 154 poster presentations. We had 371 participants (92 from abroad) from 28 countries. All the participants may have found a fruitful environment at ICHAC-10 for personal contact and scientific exchange, and experienced useful interactions between chemists of different areas. As for the poster presentations by students, the organizing committee selected 9 posters for the student poster awards, and the best 3 of them were awarded as IUPAC poster awards in ICHAC-10.Although ICHAC-10 was originally scheduled to take place in the summer of 2011, we postponed it to 2012 owing to the effects of the earthquake and tsunami on 11 March 2011 and the following accident in the Fukushima nuclear power plant. Following the Sydney General Assembly, the membership of C41 stood at 352, of whom, at the time of writing, three are known to have deceased. Since the formation of the Inter-Union Commission for the History of Astronomy (ICHA) prior to the Sydney General Assembly, C41/ICHA has subsequently acted, in effect, as an integrated Commission with a single OC. In this triennium the C41/ICHA OC made strong efforts to clarify and simplify the controversial issue of admitting non-IAU members to the ICHA. After prolonged and active consultation, the OC approved the document “Procedures for Admitting non-IAU members to the ICHA” and the OC Secretary Prof. Clive Ruggles officially presented this document to the history of astronomy community in C41/ICHA Newsletter no. 6. CV. Icha Collection Pemalang is an industry engaged in the manufacture of bags and wallets. For the manufacture of bags in particular is the LC Type Women's Bags. The problem in this study that arises is the supply of raw materials. Raw material inventory is where there is a delay in the delivery of raw materials in the case of an expedition. This study aims to plan the supply of raw materials at an efficient cost so that raw material needs do not experience obstacles. This research will discuss the planning of LC Bag Type OL with raw material (optimization of lot sizing) on the MRP system. The analysis technique used is plotting past request data, forecasting the future, and MRP. The results of this study are the application of the Lot Sizing method, Part Balancing Period for each raw material for Women Bags Type LC in CV. Icha Collection Pemalang can minimize the total cost of inventory. The Part Balancing Period method has the lowest total inventory cost for each raw material and optimizes 91.33% of raw material inventory. Keyword : MRP, Raw material inventory CV. Icha Collection Pemalang merupakan indusri yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan tas dan dompet, khususnya Tas Wanita Type LC. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah persediaan bahan baku, dimana terjadi keterlambatan pengiriman bahan baku dalam hal ekspedisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merencanakan persediaan bahan baku dengan biaya yang efisien sehingga kebutuhan bahan baku tidak mengalami kendala. Penelitian ini akan membahas perencanaan bahan baku Tas Wanita Type LC dengan OLOS (optimalisasi lot sizing) pada sistem MRP. Teknik analisis yang dilakukan yaitu mengeplot data pemintaan masa lalu, peramalan, dan MRP. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan metode Lot Sizing, Part Periode Balancing untuk setiap bahan baku Tas Wanita Type LC di CV. Icha Collection Pemalang dapat meminimalkan biaya total persediaan. Metode Part Periode Balancing mempunyai total biaya persediaan paling rendah untuk setiap bahan bakunya dan mengoptimalkan 91,33% persediaan bahan baku.Kata Kunci: MRP, persediaan bahan baku.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) walaupun chick lit merupakan subgenre romance, tetapi alur cerita novel Beauty Case tidak mengikuti standar narasi normatif romance karena ada beberapa plot yang berubah. Namun demikian, bagian akhir novel ini mengikuti formulasi romance, yaitu berakhir dengan bahagia; (2) tokoh utama perempuan pada novel tersebut tidak benar-benar melakukan usaha pencarian cinta sejati, melainkan pencarian identitas diri. Selain itu, penggambaran tokoh laki-laki juga tidak mengikuti formulasi romance yang memiliki karakter teladan; dan (3) pencerita dalam novel ini adalah orang pertama tunggal, tokoh utama perempuan, dengan sifat penceritaan yang intim, subjektif, dan terbatas, sesuai dengan formulasi romance.

The branchiobdellidan slide collection of Professor Hideji Yamaguchi was rediscovered in 1995; however, all of the written records associated with it appear to have been lost. The slide collection has been examined, cataloged and deposited in the Invertebrate Collection of the Hokkaido University Museum, Sapporo, Japan (ICHAM). The collection was found to contain whole mounted specimens of all 17 species described by Prof. Yamaguchi, together with specimens of three other Oriental species described after his death. In addition, mounted specimens of some of these species were designated syntypes. Many sectioned and stained specimens were also cataloged, but those were not identified to species at this time.

Al-Itnab is one of style that is contained in the Qur'an. The language has the privilege and power of its own based on its position as the word of Allah Almighty. Therefore, this study will analyze several sample sentences using force al-Itnab to demonstrate its importance. Primary data obtained from books about balaghah, Icjaz Qur'an and Tafsir al-Bayan. While secondary data are based on books on language, linguistics and others. 3 sample sentences using force al-Itnab selected based on sampling methods were analyzed descriptively aiming for each of the samples 1 to 3 out of 10 of al-Itnab. The result was a language al-Itnab in the Qur'an shown to have the privilege and power of its own to make it part of the Icjaz Qur'an. This is evident through the linkage between theoretical grammar and balaghah in the interpretation of meaning. Various implicit meaning can be disclosed and can have a profound impact and touched the heart of man to think rationally about the truth of the message of the Qur'an. The importance of al-Itnab also available through the goal of eliminating doubts and answer the questions that arise. Most of al-Itnab force also has the meaning of the affirmation and strengthening of the meaning of the verse. The implication can contribute to the assessment process al-Itnab meaning of verses that can be used also in other balaghah component. Keywords: Style language of al-Itnab, balaghah al-Itnab in the Qur'an. Al-Itnab merupakan salah satu daripada gaya bahasa yang terdapat dalam al-Qur‟an. Oleh yang demikian, kajian ini akan menganalisis beberapa sampel ayat yang menggunakan gaya al-Itnab bagi menunjukkan kepentingannya. Data primer diperolehi daripada buku-buku tentang balaghah, I’jaz al- Qur‟an dan tafsir al-Bayan. Manakala data sekunder pula berdasarkan kepada buku-buku tentang bahasa, linguistik dan lain-lain. Sebanyak 3 sampel ayat yang menggunakan gaya al-Itnab dipilih berdasarkan kaedah Pensampelan Bertujuan untuk dianalisis secara deskriptif iaitu masing-masing 1 sampel bagi 3 jenis sahaja daripada 10 jenis al-Itnab. Kajian mendapati gaya bahasa al-Itnab dalam al-Qur‟an terbukti mempunyai keistimewaan dan kekuatannya yang tersendiri sehingga menjadikannya sebahagian daripada unsur Icjaz al-Qur‟an. Hal ini terbukti menerusi pertautan antara teori nahu dan balaghah dalam proses pentafsiran makna. Pelbagai makna tersirat dapat dizahirkan dan memberi kesan mendalam serta boleh menyentuh sanubari manusia agar berfikir dengan rasional tentang kebenaran mesej daripada al-Qur‟an. Kepentingan al-Itnab juga didapati menerusi tujuannya yang menghilangkan keraguan dan menjawab persoalan yang timbul. Kebanyakan gaya al-Itnab juga mempunyai makna penegasan dan pengukuhan makna ayat. Implikasinya dapat memberi sumbangan terhadap kaedah proses pengkajian makna ayat al-Itnab yang boleh digunakan pada kompenen balaghah yang lain. Abstract The Enneagram, from the Greek ennea (nine) and grammos (written or drawn), is a nine-sided figure, presented as a triangle within a circle (connecting points 9, 3 and 6), that was taught by the esoteric teacher G.I. Gurdjieff and discussed in P.D. Ouspensky’s In Search of the Miraculous (1949). Gurdjieff stated that the Enneagram is “completely self-supporting and independent of other lines and it has been completely unknown up to the present time,” yet multiple origins have been claimed for the symbol (e.g., Christian, Sufi, Kabbalistic). This article situates the Enneagram in the Work context, and considers the post-Gurdjieffian Enneagram, which is chiefly used for personality analysis (indebted to Oscar Ichazo, founder of the Arica School).

Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara menggunakan pedoman wawancara serta observasi langsung pada objek penelitian. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Strategi yang dapat di terapkan dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan antara lain melakukan iklan terus menerus, memberikan uang muka rendah, mempersingkat waktu administrasi , memberikan pelayanan prima, mengikuti event-event pameran, lakukan kontrol berkala terhadap baliho, memperluas jangkauan iklan, mempersingkat proses administrasi, merespon konsumen yang komplin secara cepat, meningkatkan daya tarik iklan dan selalu meningkatkan citra perusahaan.

O estudo foi feito em uma entidade sócio educativa, de cunho religioso, localizada na cidade do Crato (CE). A empresa foi analisada desde a implantação até os dias de hoje. O estudo aponta quais as fases do Ciclo de Vida e em qual período a empresa passou por determinado estágio.

In popular literature, chicklit is one of the genres that focuses on the women's issues. For some scholars chicklit has a simple formula. In cultural studies, chicklit enriches various discourses especially the discourse of feminism.In this paper, analyzed about the construction of men in "The Hopeless Romantic's Handbook" by Gemma Townley's (2008) and "Cintapucinno" by Icha Rahmanti (2007). The construction of identity (men/women) is an important object in study of feminist discourse. The results of the study show that heroines construct ideal men’s standards. In gender discourse, the construction of men’s physical appearance and their symbol are considered as an activity or value equivalent as well as men constructs the identity and stereotypes of women through their bodies

The Takarazuka Revue, an all-female music theatre troupe founded in 1913 as the flagship of an elite performance academy, with its ultimate interest in Broadway musicals and western music, theatre and dance influences, is an unlikely foil for its male antecedent,kabuki. Like the ongoing revival ofkabuki, there had been an ideological as well as entrepreneurial impetus behind the Revue's creation, which reflected changes in the nature of popular entertainment in Japan. Kobayashi Ichiz, the founder of the Takarazuka Revue, claimed that Japan needed a new form of national theatre that was based in popular culture orkokumingeki, an entertainment for the masses in the style ofkabukiin that it was to feature dance and music. What Kobayashi could not foresee was that the Takarazuka Revue would grow into quite the opposite a cult-status entertainment for its enduring fandom of housewives and fanatical teenage girls.

About a hundred years later the unfulfilled prophecy on Jerusalem was newly "discovered" when the Babylonians captured Jerusalem in 586/7 BC New reasons are given for the destruction of Jerusalem. It is not primarily because of social injustice bur also bacause of theological reasons that the city was destroyed. These two aspects now play the dominant role in defining justice. N!icha 6:8 functions as a summary of the first parts of the book of ltJicah but also points forward to the remaining part of the book. In this new context, justice has both a social and a theological dimension.

The 7th IUPAC International Conference on Heteroatom Chemistry (ICHAC-7) was held in Shanghai, China, on 21-25 August 2004. This conference was co-organized by Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS); Chinese Chemical Society; Shanghai Society of Chemistry and Chemical Industry; and State Key Laboratory of Organometallic Chemistry and State Key Laboratory of Elemento-organic Chemistry. Three hundred participants attended the conference, with about 150 attendants from 23 different countries other than China. The scientific program consisted of 8 plenary lectures, 1 keynote lecture, 38 invited lectures, 56 p, and 120 posters. This conference focused on the following 6 major themes:- Organocatalysis- Heteroatom chemistry directed toward organic synthesis- Mechanistic and structural aspect of heteroatom chemistry- New heteroatom-containing materials- Biologically relevant heteroatom chemistry- Supramolecular chemistry of heteroatom.All the lecture sessions were held in Everbright Exhibition Center.
