Abstract:
The article deals with the actual problem of using IT tools for the analysis of financial condition and its modeling. The procedure of application of methodology of functional modeling by business processes and graphic description of processes of notation IDEF0 (Defining for Function Modeling) for the analysis of financial condition and its modeling for the future periods for the domestic enterprise is presented. The SADT (Structured Analyzes and Design Teqníque) diagram is presented and its decomposition by major stages of financial condition analysis is presented. The article describes and depicts the procedure for analyzing the financial condition and determining reserves for its improvement based on functional modeling in the IDEF0 notation. The article focuses on the specifics of the notation of modeling information technology tools that are used in the modeling of financial condition. Abstract:
This article discusses the improvement of the work of an enterprise in the production sphere of LLC "TETA FOOD", which consists in increasing the efficiency of employees of the enterprise by reducing the time for the formation of a full package of documents (UPD) for submission to the tax office for the purpose of refunding VAT to the exporting enterprise. In the analytical part, the features of the VAT refund to the exporting company are analyzed in detail. To formalize and describe business processes, the notation IDEF0 and IDEF3 was chosen. In the design part, the ―AS IS‖ model was analyzed and the main problems of the model were identified. A strategy for the future strategy based on the IDEF0 methodology was developed.

В статье приведены результаты формализации исследуемого бизнес-процесса в деятельности банка. Фокус исследования сделан на выявлении требований к соблюдению норматива Н1.0 в деятельности кредитной организации. Проведена алгоритмизация расчета Н1.0 с точки зрения ЦБ РФ (в нотации IDEF0). В качестве основных методов выявления требований использованы анализ нормативных документов, метод включенного наблюдения и анкетирование выявленных стейкхолдеров. Проведена спецификация алгоритма в нотации IDEF0. Разработано решение по частичной автоматизации бизнес-процесса на базе MS Excel, под которое сформирована концептуальная модель данных (в нотации IDEF1X). The article presents the results of formalizing the investigated business process in the bank's activities. The focus of the study is on identifying the requirements for compliance with the N1.0 standard in the activities of a credit institution. Algorithmization of the calculation of Н1.0 was carried out from the point of view of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (in IDEF0 notation). The main methods for identifying requirements were the analysis of regulatory documents, the method of participatory observation and questioning of the identified stakeholders. Algorithm specification in IDEF0 notation is carried out. A solution for partial automation of abusiness process based on MS Excel was developed, for which a conceptual data model was formed (in theIDEF1X notation).

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the substantiation of methodological support for monitoring the effectiveness of strategic changes in agricultural machinery enterprises. The IDEF0 notation was used as a tool. The meaning of the concept of «assessment» is considered. The purpose of monitoring as a management function is defined. A comparative description of the concepts of «assessment» and «monitoring» is presented. The content of the business process, its features and specifics of the description are considered. The description of the model in the IDEF0 notation is given. The advantages of IDEF0 notation are presented. The type of interface in IDEF0 notation is defined: the control information is included in the block from above; input information is included in the block on the left; the results come from the block on the right; the mechanism (automated system or person) that performs the operation is included in the unit below. It is proved that monitoring the effectiveness of strategic changes involves the presence of a complex structure in the context of the mechanism of strategic change management and the application of a process approach, which determines the feasibility of using business process modeling. A process model for monitoring the effectiveness of strategic changes using the BPwin business process modeling tool (AllFusion Process Modeler) has been built. The substantive component of the monitoring processes the effectiveness of strategic change is provided, which includes information on the input (intermediate results of the implementation of the strategic change management mechanism) and output (effectiveness of the strategic change management mechanism) of the model within each first and second level process. The visualization of the proposed model in the BPWin environment is presented. The functions of monitoring the effectiveness of strategic changes are defined. The results of modeling of current monitoring tasks with the help of "AS-IS" are given. The results of model decomposition of the monitoring the effectiveness of strategic changes into separate stages are presented. It is determined that when monitoring the effectiveness of strategic changes, the main management tool at this stage is the use of strategic maps, which makes it possible to visualize the causal links between the elements of enterprise strategy. The properties of the proposed process model for monitoring the effectiveness of strategic changes are specified. Abstract:
The development of rules for transitions between the design stages of dynamic systems: the goals of the system consumer, system requirements, technical solutions and consumer properties of systems, remains one of the most important aspects in the design of complex systems. The article implements an extension of the IDEF0 notation – a notation system for functions and their components. For a more detailed functional description of dynamic systems, an extension of the semantic notation language is introduced. Such an extension allows getting more detailed information about the system as a whole, and creates links between the functional and behavioral models. Extended semantics is applied to the design of functional descriptions of the aircraft parts. The notation extension is also a component of the lifecycle management system under development, that, in particular, should solve the issue of engineering semantics deficiency, not allowing to ensure in the elaborating processes the correspondence between requirements and technical solutions, the verification of those relationships and the validation of the system being developed. As a result, the expansion of the IDEF0 notation, new, expanded properties of the system model will be formed, which contribute to solving validation and verification problems in the development of complex technical systems.

Abstract:
The national security and defense capability of the state is largely determined by the level of equipping the armed forces with modern weapons and military equipment. An important point in the rearmament of the army is the high-quality and timely testing of the latest military models, which, to a large extent, is ensured by successful and systematic planning and management of test activities. The automated test support information system is aimed at solving such problems. During the IDEF0 notation, functional modeling of the armaments and military equipment testing system was designed, which allowed to determine the system-wide characteristics of information flows, but did not allow obtaining models performance evaluation. Existing methods for estimating distributed structures, as a rule, are reduced to estimating the connectivity of graph models and do not take into account the features of the interface of the IDEF0 notation functions.The article considers the issue of evaluation of functional models at the pre-design stage. A method for estimating the functional connectivity of processes in the functional modeling of complex systems using graph-ical notation IDEF0 and using automated design tools is proposed. The estimation has clear logical limits and is sensitive to changes in the parameters of the evaluated model. Due to the different importance of connections provided by the graphical notation interface IDEF0, it is proposed to use a scale of importance of the type of connection, which reflects the assessment of the connectedness of functions of strong or weak types of connections, and, accordingly, the success and rationality of functional configuration models. Estimates of the functional model of the weapons and military equipment test system are obtained.The use of the proposed evaluation method will allow to compare the structures of functional models of complex systems at the stage of pre-design studies

The article discusses the INCOSE decisions on the topic and justifies the need to introduce regularity in connection between the design stages in order to validate and validate each action. To simplify the transitions between the stages, three methodologies are compared with each other: the unified modeling language UML, the ontological language OntoUML and the modeling methodology IDEF0, the article also explains why it is suggested to apply the IDEF0 notation together with the Goal-Oriented Requirements Engineering approach, which allows compensating for some of the shortcomings of that notation

Abstract:
In the educational and project activities, an important area is the formation of competencies associated with the planning, monitoring and adjustment of the work plan. An effective means of structuring a project implementation plan is to use technology for modeling business processes. Using the notation of functional modeling IDEF0, a description is given of the tasks that must be solved during the project. This makes it possible to allocate the necessary resources and the results obtained at each stage of the work, as well as present a holistic picture of all activities in the relationship of all stages. Each task, business process can be considered as an independent project with its own characteristics. It is possible to use the decomposition of business processes, which is also present in the IDEF0 notation. In educational and project activities, this approach is applied for the first time. It allows students to make the planning process simpler and more understandable by structuring the project work plan and visualizing it in the form of graphic diagrams. The variety of software and Internet services that allow you to create IDEF0 diagrams is an additional argument in favor of using the proposed methodology in educational and project activities.

The article discusses the possibilities of forming partnerships in the “school – university” educational system, the features of the development of extended cooperation on the example of a model made in the IDEF0 notation, which is widely used in world practice. Possible ways to optimize approaches and planning of the educational process that would meet the latest trends of educational standards are analyzed. The problem of the need to introduce new pedagogical practices, which is caused by a change in the functional approach, is considered. Various methodologies and practices of process and project management that have the advantage of multi-level activity decomposition are analyzed. The graphical language and visualization of which helps to form a detailed representation of the overall picture for the full implementation of the tasks set. The purpose of the presented process model is to establish network partner relations between schools and universities. The step-by-step, waterfall process model proposed in the article clearly demonstrates the amount of resources needed and determines the step-by-step process of project implementation. The considered possibility of establishing partnership relations is aimed at attracting potential University applicants. The awakening of academic interest among potential applicants is formed through the use of various activities on the part of the educational institution and the activity team.

Having discussed a method for service realization in Chapter VII, the service methodology that was first outlined in the Introduction of this book is now complete. We have covered the following, so far: • Service concepts and fundamentals (Chapter II). • Service identification from business models and modeling, using the IDEF0/ IDEF1X notations (Chapter VII). • Service realization using the MDA transformation of business services to executable Web services (Chapter V). • Environments for service execution and management (Chapter IX). This chapter demonstrates how the above aforementioned concepts and methods can be applied to the analysis design and implementation of real business services. The business domain that we have chosen, accounts.payable/accounts.receivable (A/R-A/P), is pervasive, but by no means trivial. In this chapter, we approach this traditional accounting domain from a fresh, service-oriented perspective, by following the steps of the approach presented in the previous chapters, to show how services can be realized. We finally implement the modeled services using the CLMS service engineering platform that was first introduced in Chapter IX.

Abstract:
The development of state information systems, state electronic services, and electronic government systems require special approaches. However, at present, the requirements for the design notation of domestic state software are not defined and fixed. In the established practice, in the development of state software projects with a certain specificity and increased social significance, already existing technological solutions used in the private business are applied to the state information systems for various state departments of the Russian Federation. For the design of the state information systems and state e-services, it is suggested to use the unified methodology proposed by the authors, which includes subjects and objects, actions and processes, administrative restrictions, the IDEF0 standard, workflow class notation, the UML standard. The use of the proposed unified design methodology significantly structures, unifies and simplifies state software development. The advantages of using the proposed approach are illustrated in the implemented project to create a domestic customs inspection system.
