In the article, the author reflects on the problem of musical identity and notes that the structure of writing, like any writing, excludes any idea of a written text as unchangeable and eternal, because the signification, representation and replacement of one meaning or context by another occur in it endlessly and without closure. By analogy with the "textual strategies" characteristic of Jacques Derrida's approach to literary theory, criticism, and philosophy of language, the article proposes to consider the problem of musical identity. It is my intention in this article to present some consequences of Quine’s thesis on the dependence of ontology on ideology (Quine, 1980), seeking an argument for my own thesis on the dependence (theoretical) existence of entities on identity type or ontology dependence on logic and language. If Quine's thesis is correct, then we can expand the resolution of this conclusion and say that ontology depends on the identity or on identification of the "identity criteria for conceptual schemes" (Davidson, 2001) which is constructed in the theory. Through a series of three papers, this thesis explores identity processes in 52 teams, ranging from amateur volleyball teams in Italy through to elite-level Olympic, professional and military teams. Paper 1 takes a multilevel approach to social identification and team performance, demonstrating that when identification occurs across the whole team (i.e., team level identification) this predicts an increase in both perceived and actual team performance. Most recent attempts at solving the Non-Identity Problem have focused on providing a deontological solution to the problem, often by giving special attention to rights. In this paper, I argue for a solution that focuses on highlighting the morally permissible second-personal reasons and claims that nonidentity victims may have. I use a natural marriage between a Kantian conceptualization of what it means to be free and equal—being one’s own master—and Nussbaum’s Capabilities Approach to identify the rights that all individuals, current and future are assigned. Physically disabled people belong to a stigmatised group that is subject to negative societal stereotypes of incompetence and dependency on others. In order to maintain a positive sense of self, as well as receive needed support from others, physically disabled people need to continually navigate the stigma associated with disability. In so doing, they may face a number of dilemmas about how to express their disabled identity to others. The central research focus explores racialised emotions internalised by African youth that are largely attributed to a lack of positive media representation of African and/or black youth, coupled with daily experiences of micro-aggressions and structural racism.
