Abstract:
This study discusses civil war and ideology conflict represented in Alex Irvine's Transformers: Exodus. It aims to analyze how the ideological conflict contributes to civil war in the novel and the moral messages that the readers can learn from the narrative. Antonio Gramsci's theory of hegemony and Terry Eagleton's theory of ideological features are used to examine ideology's role, and the moral-philosophical approach is used to analyze moral values. The findings suggest the existence of three ideologies: the Cybertronian traditions, the Autobots' ideology, and the Decepticons' ideology. In addition, this study finds that the novel contains moral values related to peace, toleration, and diplomacy.

The philosophical values consist of categories of religious philosophical values, moral values, and social values. The referential meaning that dominates is the referential meaning of nature. Abstract:
Introduction. The relevance of the sociological analysis of traditional values is determined by the need to regulate the growing contradictions between them and human rights at the national and international levels. The scientific novelty consists in the fact that the article highlights analytical perspectives that reveal the relationship of continuity and transformation in the activities of a public subject, and identifies starting points for using the potential of a sociological understanding of traditional values in socio-cultural design.Methodology and sources. The empirical base of the analysis was made up of official documents of the Russian Federation, materials of the UN Human Rights Council, expert assessments, the results of surveys of the All-Russian Center for the Study of Public Opinion, materials of discussions in the Russian media. The methodology of the system approach, sociocultural analysis, social constructivism, the typological concept of cultural and historical tradition is used. Results and discussion. In the logic of socio–cultural analysis, traditional values are components of a traditional type of collective organization and a way of transmitting them in a two-part experience that is different from ideological indoctrination. Sociological reflection makes it possible to distinguish them from the values of “traditional society” as a passed stage of social evolution. The system paradigm in sociology conceptualizes the irreducible complexity of values: they are cultural objects, internalized by the individual, institutionalized in the social system. A social subject, through a value-based attitude to heritage, reflexively and constructively establishes cultural and historical traditions as the selected samples of its development are implemented in changing conditions. Fundamental human rights are ensured by access to the resources of their culture. The protection of human rights includes the strengthening of traditional institutions and cultural diversity as conditions for the harmony of intercivilizational and intra-social values. The manifestation of adherence to traditional values in the context of the crisis of globalization is due to the desire to reveal the pathological nature and to stop, through legal, military-political and ideological tools, technically achievable ways of remaking a person who have ceased to be subjected to criminal prosecution and unconditional moral condemnation.Conclusion. Actualization of meaningful samples of cultural and historical traditions in the socio-political discourse indicates directions for socio-cultural design and performs ideological mobilization tasks.

Abstract:
Attitudes of a worldview character always live in society. In the worldview of individual persons, we find the cultural characteristics of different peoples, which, in turn, is related to the development of material history, as well as the emergence and organization of certain methods of social production. Beliefs in which the basic meaning of life values is expressed affect the public organization of human economic activity. Cultural foundations shape the behavior of humans in society, and therefore always carry moral norms, that is, moral grounds that constitute the implementation of moral principles in specific forms of human behavior. Moral principles are not limited to the sphere of individual consciousness, they permeate society and organize social life. If we turn to the role of ethical principles of the economic activity of society, then we will get to conduct of this activity related to cultural traditions, ideological attitudes, with the world of motivations and values in general. Morality is the Alpha and Omega of a socially useful economy. Morality determines the worldview. The worldview, in turn, forms the conception of society, in which culture and its component - legal culture, in particular economic culture, crystallizes. Christians pinned their hopes in economic life on the application of moral principles, thus forming the bases of a moral economy. The Christian ideal of the national economy is based on justice. Christians evaluate economic relations by the criterion of service to people. Therefore, the economy is perceived as a phenomenon of spiritual life, as spiritual creativity, providing space place to individual freedom. Here it is necessary to comprehend the ideas, objectives, values and traditions of economic activity from the point of view of Christianity.

This article analyzes law enforcement and law-making aspects of the security of convicts serving sentences in places of deprivation of liberty. Main attention is paid to issues of preserving traditional spiritual and moral values in the process of punishment, and achieving correction of convicts in terms of forming respect for the rules and traditions of human community. The importance of recognizing human dignity for determining the directions of development of the rule of law and the formation of law-abiding behavior of convicts is noted. The problems of the influence of criminal ideology on the process of serving a sentence, and the acceptance of Nazi paraphernalia and symbols, are analyzed in particular. Based on the study of trends in law enforcement and legal interpretation, an assessment of the validity of the introduction of criminal liability for public justification or propaganda of extremism was carried out. A discursive analysis of the spread of criminal extremist ideology in places of detention reflects two main dangers: the unspoken stratification and caste system among convicts is aggravated, which is often difficult to overcome in the process of re-socialization;, and secular culture absorbs criminal traditions almost unhindered, taking and “being infected” with markers of prison subcultures. The expansion of criminal responsibility in the sphere of countering the spread of the ideology of extremism associated with threats to state and public security, human life and health, public order and the well-being of citizens is seen as a promising direction of the legislative process.

Secondly, the ideological differences of reasoning in favor of a power state conceal the danger of deviating from the discussion of a power state in the political-manipulative side in favor of the existing socio-political status quo; Finally, thirdly, the concentration of the expert-scientific community and the public on ideological differences over a power state is hampered by an objective scientific analysis of the foundations and effectiveness of a modern power state in modern conditions.

Abstract:
Introduction. Stipulation of the national spiritual and moral values in the laws and regulations as the benchmarks for the multinational people of Russia is one of the most important conditions for ensuring the national security of the Russian Federation and strengthening the political sovereignty of the state. At present, the national ideological security is in a vulnerable position, because the Constitution of the Russian Federation contains a prohibition of the state or other mandatory ideology, instead of which the legislators are currently using a term “traditional Russian spiritual and moral values”. The Constitution of the Russian Federation adopted in 1993 was created in conditions when the national humanitarian science found itself in a conceptual impasse due to the fact that for a long time it had been built on the basis of the materialistic concepts, but after the disintegration of the USSR, the liberalism in its Western interpretation became a natural replacement for the Marxism-Leninism. Therefore, for a long time, Russia was assimilating the foreign humanitarian knowledge in anticipation of forming the “global world order” and finalising construction of the “consumer society”. Later, when it became evident that there was no place for a sovereign Russia in the unipolar world, the revival of the national humanitarian knowledge turned out to be a way out of that situation and the only opportunity to adapt the new political reality to the conditions of the Russian legal reality. It is necessary to eliminate the gaps in the juridical knowledge referring to the state policy in the field of national ideology based on the traditional Russian spiritual and moral values. The aim of the research is to study the current conditions for the juridical stipulation of the all-Russian identity and national unity having been formed on the basis of the traditional Russian spiritual and moral values.Materials and Methods. The authors have used the formal-logical and historical-legal methods for preparing the article. The general analysis and comparison of regulatory legal acts on the relevant topic have been carried out, where appropriate.Results. A scientific understanding of the traditional Russian spiritual and moral values has been formed on the basis of that enshrined in the Constitution of the Russian Federation and in the Executive Order of the President of the Russian Federation No. 809 of November 9, 2022. The authors have proved that, upon the constitutional and legal prohibition of state or other mandatory ideology, the historical type of legal understanding based on the reproduction of the traditional values and national legal culture, which are necessary for the intellectual opposition to the liberal trends of the unfriendly states, becomes particularly relevant in the present day theoretical and legal doctrine. Moreover, the availability of a range of the normative legal acts regulating the state policy on the preservation and strengthening of the traditional Russian spiritual and moral values has been clarified.Discussion and Conclusion. It is evident that the role of the historical culture and legal traditions of the multinational people of the Russian Federation with the Russian people as a vanguard, is strengthening within the national legal framework. Preservation and strengthening of the traditional spiritual and moral values allows us to form a cohesive society as a guarantee of a strong state and is a constitutional goal of the Russian Federation for the forthcoming years. The scientific ideas put forward by the authors have a proven, solid character and can be used as a theoretical basis for ensuring the national ideological security of the Russian Federation.

This paper clarifies the scientific connotation of traditional Chinese values identification, identifies its value from macro and micro perspectives, and constructs the mechanism of adolescents’ traditional Chinese values identification based on social identity theory, in which social categorization is the prerequisite, social comparison is the central, and positive distinctiveness is the guarantee. Three dimensions – rational perceptions, emotional resonance, externalized practice – could be explored as the practice path to strengthen the traditional Chinese values identification among adolescents.

The primary objective is to explore how both thinkers conceptualize the genealogy and interpretation of ḥadīth as integral to the development of Islamic epistemology. Employing a qualitative library research method, this study applies genealogical analysis and comparative hermeneutics, grounded in the sociology of knowledge and testimonial epistemology theoretical frameworks. The findings reveal that Ḥanafī frames ḥadīth as a socio-political construct embedded within power relations and ideological structures, requiring critical deconstruction for emancipatory purposes. Conversely, Rahman situates ḥadīth within a moral-historical paradigm, emphasizing the role of ijtihād and the living Sunnah in extracting ethical values applicable to contemporary contexts. Both scholars reject the notion of a static, dogmatic ḥadīth tradition and instead propose interpretative methodologies that are historically conscious and socially responsive. The study concludes that integrating genealogical critique and epistemological reconstruction opens new avenues for revitalizing Islamic thought. It expands the discourse on ḥadīth beyond traditional jurisprudential confines, offering a dynamic framework for engaging with prophetic traditions in modern intellectual contexts.

Abstract:
This paper explores the profound influence of Confucianism on the ideological framework of Hồ Chí Minh, a pivotal figure in Vietnam’s history. Confucianism, rooted in political ethics and moral education, entered Vietnam early and played a dominant role in shaping its intellectual and social fabric. Hồ Chí Minh, born into a family deeply embedded in Confucian traditions, was extensively exposed to its principles from a young age. This study examines how Hồ Chí Minh adopted and adapted Confucian ideals, particularly its emphasis on moral integrity, education, and the value of people as the foundation of governance. It highlights Hồ Chí Minh’s capacity to extract positive elements from Confucian teachings, such as “tu thân” (self-cultivation) and “dĩ dân vi bản” (people as the root), while rejecting outdated doctrines like patriarchal subjugation and hierarchical elitism. The paper also discusses Hồ Chí Minh’s synthesis of Confucianism with Marxist-Leninist philosophy to address Vietnam’s revolutionary needs. By bridging traditional values with modern ideologies, Hồ Chí Minh crafted a unique philosophical paradigm that harmonized Eastern cultural heritage with Western revolutionary thought, illustrating the enduring relevance of Confucian values in contemporary contexts.

The  article  deals  with  changing  processes  in  moral  values  foundations and trends in  contemporary societies, focusing on their current  state and  specific features often referred to as postmodern. These processes include such phenomenon as divergence between morality and ethics, where the latter comes into conflict with traditional moral standards in professional communities. New behavioural patterns and goals overpass the boundaries of the earlier established norms and customs. Normative morality is replaced by ethos of certain communities, “tribes” and gender groups. Prominent proponents of the postmodern sociological theory (J. Baudrillard, Z. Bauman, S. Lash, M. Maffesoli) emphasize on the factor of relativity in ideological orientations,  which  can  lead  to  “values  chaos”,  where  rationalization  of  social relations, sociality, and progress are substituted by sensual irrationality, individualization, ingress, etc. New research is required to define new human values hierarchy (or transfiguration) of contemporary societies. These tendencies are relevant to present-day Ukrainian society in terms of its processes and specific features   such   as   “hybrid”   morality,   migration,   domestic   culture,   and   youth subcultures, etc.

Abstract:
The special military operation in Ukraine, which began on February 24, 2022, made the subject of ideological education of Russian youth and the country’s population as a whole actual and inevitable. This event clearly showed that a large gap has appeared in the ideological education and patriotic upbringing of the Russian population. It is impossible to fill that gap without having the appropriate tools and mechanisms to influence the minds of people, especially young people. Decree of the President of Russia V. V. Putin No. 809 of November 9, 2022 “On approval of the fundamentals of State policy for the preservation and strengthening of traditional Russian spiritual and moral values” is destined to fill the ideological vacuum that had been formed immediately after the liberal democratic revolution in Russia, which took place in the early 90s of the last century. The ideological university course “Bases of Russian Nation-building” should play a special role in solving the problem of the ideological patriotic education of Russian youth. Such basic factors as the global mission of Russia, the historical experience of the nation, the level of development of society and the state, relations with the outside world should be the main ones during developing the ideological course.

The article examines the problems of cultural heritage, which occupies a special place in the Kazakh worldview, the historical and philosophical analysis of this topic is a requirement of modern science. This is determined by spiritual, social, political and ideological factors. By cultural heritage, we mean spiritual values such as cultural traditions, stable standards of perception and behavior, moral norms, stereotypes of thinking, political, legal and philosophical ideas, aesthetic concepts. It is these traditions that constitute the historical roots of the modern life of the people and reflect its essence. Every society has a culture formed as a result of centuries of human development. Culture as the main form of dissemination of social experience contributes to the vitality of society in history and always preserves the experience of previous generations. At the same time, the peculiarity of culture is that it is a public memory. Culture is a historical memory that always provides constant spiritual, moral and intellectual qualities to the surrounding human environment. In this case, culture is a collection of heritage information that is formed, preserved and disseminated by humanity. Historical and philosophical study of cultural heritage strengthens spiritual culture. It is important for Kazakhstan to update the philosophy based on national cultural values.

Abstract:
The rapid development of the internet era has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to ideological and political education for college students. The internet not only enriches information sources and broadens students' access to knowledge but also enhances ideological and cultural diversity and openness, allowing students to freely express and share their thoughts. However, the virtual and anonymous nature of the internet also leads to complex information environments and diversified moral values, posing severe challenges to the stability and authority of traditional ideological and political education. This paper deeply analyzes both the positive impacts of the internet on ideological and political education, such as enhancing ideological interaction, promoting autonomous learning, and driving innovative educational models, as well as its negative effects, including the spread of misinformation, cyber violence, and moral degradation. Based on this analysis, the study identifies the major difficulties and bottlenecks faced by ideological and political education today. Accordingly, countermeasures and suggestions are proposed, including: building a more comprehensive online ideological and political education platform, promoting the digitalization and interactivity of educational content; improving teachers' internet application skills to strengthen their guiding role in the online environment; fostering students’ autonomous learning ability and participation awareness in the online context, enhancing their ability to discern and select online information; and strengthening online moral and legal education to regulate students' online behavior. This paper aims to provide valuable references and insights for the innovation of ideological and political education in the new era.

Abstract:
Researching the psychological causes of legal nihilism in young people is urgent nowadays due to the considerable negative effect which this problem has on the society. Previous studies of psychological causes of legal nihilism often didn't take into account contemporary theoretical approaches (such as Moral Foundations Theory by J. Haidt) and relied on tools with unknown psychometric characteristics. The current research checked the hypothesis of values-related and moral foundations of legal nihilism in young people. Values were diagnosed with PVQ-R2 Questionnaire (S.Schwartz et al.), moral sphere - with Moral Foundations Questionnaire MFQ-Ru (O.A.Sychev et al.). In order to diagnose legal nihilism, a questionnaire was made which includes two scales characterizing disbelief in the law either as a generalized attitude (ideological legal nihilism) or disbelief in the law enforcement system as a result of enforcement practices (pragmatic legal nihilism). By the use of the confirmatory factor analysis it was shown that the separation of these constructs within the structure of legal nihilism (despite their strong correlation) was justified. Based on a sample of 283 students we established that legal nihilism in its different aspects is supported by the values of openness to changes, including independence of thought and conduct, hedonism and seeking stimulation, whereas it is opposed by the conservative values, including safety, tradition and conformism. Using structured linear modeling it was shown that belief in the rule of law is supported by autonomy ethics whereas trust in the law enforcement system is supported by community ethics. The results refine the conclusions previously drawn about the relationship between legal nihilism and values and add to the idea about morals as the basis of legal consciousness.

Abstract:
This study explores the integration of ritual and virtue cultivation within Chinese classical dance teaching as a unique and culturally embedded approach to enhancing humanistic values within the framework of ideological and political education. Drawing on a comprehensive literature review and case studies in dance pedagogy, this research investigates how Chinese classical dance, deeply rooted in China’s rich cultural heritage, embodies ritualized movements and moral principles that serve not merely as a form of artistic expression but also as a conduit for instilling respect, discipline, and ethical conduct. By examining the structured movements, symbolic gestures, and values embedded within this traditional art form, the study seeks to illuminate how these elements can contribute to students’ moral development and cultural awareness, reinforcing virtues that align with both personal growth and civic responsibility. The central aim of this research is to assess how the integration of these traditional elements within dance education can foster students’ humanistic cultivation, thereby strengthening their understanding of moral and civic values in an educational context that prioritizes both cultural preservation and ethical development. The findings underscore the potential of Chinese classical dance to deepen students' appreciation of cultural values, ethical awareness, and social responsibilities. Furthermore, the results suggest that embedding ideological education within the dance curriculum promotes a holistic learning experience, wherein students not only acquire technical proficiency but also internalize principles of ritual and virtue. This approach offers an innovative pathway for ideological and political education in contemporary academic settings, bridging the gap between traditional cultural education and modern educational goals and contributing to the formation of ethically conscious and culturally grounded individuals.

Abstract:
With the advancement of the contemporary society to the stage of global digitalization, the issues of personality education, its means and methods are becoming increasingly important. The strategy of Russias scientific-technological development presupposes, among other things, the formation of certain ideological and axiological priorities, in accordance with which the value characteristics of the information society change and reproduce. Moral education is a purposeful development of the personal moral culture: moral activity, system of values, moral feelings and behavior that corresponds to the ideals and principles of humanistic morality. Moral activity as an important personal quality in the information society presupposes an internal need for continuous moral improvement, a desire to creatively set and solve new, increasingly complex tasks of the technological development. The development of such moral activity of the student also means his ability to choose actions on the basis of the contemporary trends of the dynamic social development, and to choose actions that are the most appropriate for a specific situation. The organization of moral education at the university consists of two main interrelated directions: moral education and teaching students the skills of moral behavior. Complex activities of the university serve not only as a means of moral education but also as its condition, which requires their inclusion in the educational process and purposeful organization. The efficiency of moral education at the university depends on the system of influence on students, and its main components are as follows: ethical education and teaching ethical disciplines; development of sustainable traditions of corporate culture (mission of the university, system of life values, ethical codes of students and teachers, etc.); ethical orientation of general-theoretical and professional disciplines; moral-educational components in the organization of the educational process; non-learning activities with students, labor education, volunteer activities, etc.

Abstract:
Over the past thirty years, Kazakhstan has seen significant changes in the political, economic, and socio–cultural spheres, which have affected the lives of its citizens and their everyday reality. However, the values and social attitudes of modern society often do not meet the requirements of objective reality, which gives rise to the need to search for new guidelines. In this context, the formation of patriotism and the revival of moral ideals become important. An appeal to the rich historical heritage allows us to identify the fundamental values that ensured the survival and development of civilization in the past. In this regard, the authors set themselves the goal of examining the traditions of charity, including value orientations, motives for action, forms of self–organization, and aspects of spiritual culture. The traditions of charity operate in the discursive space of history; the authors consider its ideological foundations, socio–cultural dynamics, and practical manifestations. These traditions not only represent an important aspect of the historical process, but also reflect profound changes in society, contributing to the formation of the social and cultural context in which they exist. The study shows that despite the centuries–old history of charity, it remains an understudied socio–cultural phenomenon in the history of Kazakhstan. The authors pay special attention to charitable traditions in the field of education. Charitable activities during this period were actively supported by the state, the entire Kazakh population, private entrepreneurs, philanthropists, and the intellectual elite.

The article is devoted to the problem of finding a strategic guideline for the legal policy of the modern Russian state aimed at preserving, further developing, supporting, protecting and protecting traditional values. Special attention is paid in the article to identifying the specific features of the content of traditional values, their essential characteristics, determining the place and role in the system of value orientation of society, as well as the importance of the ideological factor in the preservation and multiplication of traditional values underlying the political, religious, spiritual, moral and legal spheres of public life of modern society. It is concluded that it is necessary to recognize and take into account traditional values as an established dominant vector of the directed development of the legal policy of the state, since the obligation to comply with the legal norms built on their basis will be ensured not only by measures of state coercion, but also by individuals' own internal positively expressed personalized conviction about the importance of maintaining regulated requirements due to awareness of their necessity and fairness.

Abstract:
The article analyses the national-moral values of Azerbaijan for the first decade of Sovietization in the political context of the soviet state and explains the peculiarities that characterize the communist totalitarianism. It says that, all spheres of society, including economic life undergo total control, private property is annulled and any and all basis of the autonomy of the members of the society and the activity are removed. The government and people struggle against “enemy”, and the “enemy” against the surrounding. The effect of de-jure and de-facto contradictions (the contradictions that were applied to people who are enforced to build a socialist state) to the national and moral values are explained by historic facts as it is in the other fields.
According to the information provided by the archival sources, the soviet regime that invaded the Northern Azerbaijan in a short period of time sacrificed 48 thousand people to the “red terror”, and the single-party dictatorship regime established in the country left the concepts of “nation” and “homeland” a step behind in the soviet empire through the single “traditional” system built for cultural development of the nation, having banned the national thinking of the Azerbaijani nation. The ideology, including the personal life of the citizens passed on to all spheres of public life and banned tough sanctions against certain acts.
In fulfillment of the socialist purposes in the current policy, the soviet government, as an ideological gun, pursued an offensive policy, strengthened the promotion of international upbringing and godlessness and used all means to affect the children practically in this field.
More than 2000 Turkish teachers were persecuted and exiled in 1923 and thousand of teachers with “pasha” and “bay” titles in their surnames were dismissed from their positions. The religious marriages concluded after September 08, 1923 have not been attached any legal force. The person of that period was treated as a social being with “traditional atheism” spirit, prohibitions were put against the muharrem rituals, the traditional customs of wedding, the purposes and reasons of the Ramadan were distorted by referring to some countries, the month of fasting was prohibited and atheism was propagated among the youth.
The “Atheists union” organization put different official prohibitions to the national traditions of the nation and created new traditions that were quite far away from the national spirit (Red wedding, civilians’ burial and so on) which led to disrespect to the national and spiritual values by time. Since 1929, 219 mosques, 2 madrasahs and 18 churches were utilized for other purposes (horse stables, barn and so on.) in 13 provinces. The women were forced to take off their veils and “antihat” propaganda was launched against the remnants of the old period. It was decided to take off hat that has been considered as a symbol of national self-esteem for thousands of years and “Novruz” Holiday was removed from the list of the public holidays as a result of obvious pressures against the religious and national holidays.
The facts show that, the peculiarities of the administrative domination in the official national and religious policy, enlightenment system and industry in the 20-30s years have affected the public policy realized in Azerbaijan. These were the invisible sides of the policy pursued by the totalitarian regime.

Abstract:
The article examines the ideological basis of the legal policy for the criminal sphere of Russian society. The author notes that, in spite of optimistic criminological indices found in official statistics, it is too early to conclude that the criminal situation in the country is stable. It is stressed that the situation with law and order in modern Russia is far from ideal due to, largely, a lack of a sound criminal policy. The author assesses the contemporary condition of Russian criminal policy as a crisis and stresses that this crisis is, primarily, an ideological one. The paper states that in today’s Russia the question of developing any policy, including criminal policy, is very sensitive due to the polarization of opinions as to whether this process should rely on a radical modernization of its ideological basis or it should use national foundations while taking into account the existing traditions. Within this context, the author notes that the Russian state was historically based on a system of obligations placed on a person, and it still uses the idea of obligations and (or) the system of the Gospel’s Commandments. However, today this fundamental basis is eroded by the values of uncontrolled liberalism, which not only dictates permissiveness in all spheres of life, but also imposes this ideology as the only one possible. The author believes that this path is absolutely unacceptable for Russia because, unlike the Western civilization, that has successfully replaced morals with the law, the Orthodox civilization has always given priority to the moral norms. Based on the presented material, the author concludes that, while formulating the clauses of criminal legal policy in contemporary Russia, it is necessary to rely upon its specific national features, and that the ideological basis should not contradict basic values that have been developing in the society for thousands of years. This approach will benefit the lawfulness of citizens and will reduce the level of legal nihilism, which is a serious obstacle for the effective use of law.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the issues of the dialogue of cultures and spiritual, moral, and life purpose values of modern youth. Currently, integration and globalization have a decisive influence on all spheres of human life — the economy, culture, education, and upbringing. Today we live in the reality of the 21st century — the century of digitalization and informatization, which has significantly changed the culture and stratification of society. At the same time, we must understand that our youth is not homogeneous or uniform. It is a mirror reflection of the social pyramid that exists in Kazakhstan. Ultimately, as elsewhere, we have both "golden youth" and "outsiders", there is urban, rural, unemployed, and self-employed youth. The youth can be politically active, marginal, and passive, cosmopolitan and conservative, secular-minded and religious. Therefore, it is crucial to understand the values that guide young people and largely determine their culture, ideas about the present, their life strategies and plans for the future. The article deals with a complex of ideological, conceptual, theoretical, and socio-cultural issues related to the socio-philosophical and cultural aspects and considering political socialization and culture as an integral characteristic of the social sphere of life of modern Kazakhstani society. The genesis, structure, dynamics, institutional forms, and normative value content of the political socialization and culture of the youth of Kazakhstan, conditioned by the national traditions of political culture, are analyzed.

Abstract:
The article deals with the main stages of the ideological divergence of FM. Dostoevsky and N.S. Leskov on the question of the national ideal and Orthodoxy, noted the fundamental differences in their attitude to the people and the people’s faith, which excludes the possibility of ideological and creative convergences. The article emphasizes that the problem of nationality has become central to Russian literature, criticism and journalism. In the second half of the XIX century it was the subject of not only aesthetic, but, primarily, ideological discussions, in which F.M. Dostoevsky and N.S. Leskov took an active part. These writers were united by an interest in the life of the Russian people and the comprehension of the national ideal. Both writers recognized the duality of the Russian character, which combined bizarrely the good and the evil, the sinful and the righteous. However, Dostoevsky believed that the Russian people would never accept “their sin as truth”, and determined the popular faith as a religious ideal, Leskov called the Russian people heretic and associated his moral consciousness with the need for knowledge of God. If the national ideal seemed to Dostoevsky as the basis on which it is possible to unite the whole nation, then Leskov, on the contrary, was far from looking for the embodiment of the highest moral and religious values in national life. In addition, differences in the attitude to official Orthodoxy and the Orthodox Church became a serious basis for the ideological, and later personal differences between Dostoevsky and Leskov. But while for the author of The Brothers Karamazov, church traditions and the religious-mystical meaning of the “Russian faith” always had a determining meaning, then Leskov ultimately came to sermon of non-confessional Christianity and the idea of personal righteousness. The article proves that ideological differences in the interpretation of the nationality were the main reason not only for the lack of dialogue between writers, but also for the mutual rejection of each other’s work.

Abstract:
The task of modern higher medical education in Ukraine is to provide professional training for future doctors on the relevant principles of philosophy and bioethics involving knowledge, values, attitudes and behavior within the category “moral responsibility of a doctor”.
This paper is dedicated to basic modern philosophical and bioethical concepts which are related to the moral responsibility of the doctor for human life, as well as analysis of their axiological essence.
Research methods: content analysis and comparative analysis.
Feminist bioethics seeks to show the special, exceptional value of a woman’s spiritual world; at the same time the dependence of her social position on the traditional patriarchal society is taken into account. Therefore, when it comes to abortion, women’s interests are dominant.
In contrast, conservatives and Christians protect the unborn child’s right to life. But now secularism, more assertive in Europe than elsewhere, proposes the exclusion of religious belief and expression from public life. In aspiring to be the legitimate judge of the religious sphere, secularism claims not merely separation from religion but control over it.
Besides, there is serious discussion on the morality of abortion under conditions of some medical indications, assumptions or forecasts. For instance, concerning a fetus with Down syndrome. On the one hand, this is a serious genetic disease that can cause a difficult life for the child and his or her parents. On the other hand, these special children can even be very talented and achieve great success in various fields of social life, especially in the arts and sports.
So, it is defined that ideological foundations of modern doctor must be based on the humanistic values’ system. It means that health, safety and life of human, including unborn child, have to be accepted as the highest values. Moral responsibility of doctor is related to implementing of these values into practice.
