Abstract:
Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui strategi untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, untuk mengetahui hasil analisis SWOT terhadap strategi peningkatan kinerja karyawan dan untuk mengetahui hasil analisis QSPM terhadap strategi peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam menganalisis penelitian ini adalak matriks IFE, matriks EFE, matriks IE , Analisis SWOT dan QSPM. Setelah mengetahui kondisi internal dan eksternal perusahaan, maka dapat diperoleh hasil matriks IFE dan EFE melalui kuesioner yang telah disebarkan kepada responden yang sudah dipilih. Matriks IFE menghasilkan total skor 3,529 dan matriks EFE menghasilkan total skor sebesar 3,185. Mengacu pada hasil matriks IFE dan EFE, maka disusunlah matriks IE untuk menentukan posisi perusahaan, maka posisi perusahaan saat ini berada di kuadran I (grow and built). Berdasarkan analisis matriks SWOT dan matriks IE, dihasilkan 3 alternative yaitu Program peningkatan kompetensi karyawan, Program pelatihan leader dan karyawan untuk posisi strategis, dan Membangun kedisplinan dengan punishment and reward yang ketat. Hasil dari perhitungan menggunakan analisis matriks QSPM didapatkan alternatif strategi utama yang memiliki nilai TAS tertinggi yaitu Program peningkatan kompetensi karyawan dengan nilai TAS 6,248.

Abstract:
ENGLISHOnion is one of the featured vegetable commodities that have long been cultivated by farmers intensively. This study aims to analyze the factors internal and external environment (IE) in the development of onion cultivation in Pati regency. Research used descriptive method with data sources derived from primary and secondary data. Analysis of data using the strategy formulation consisting of (1) Matrix Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE), (2) Matrix Internal External (IE). The results showed the total value of the average score of 2.67 on a matrix IFE located on the cell II (on average), while the total score of the matrix EFE gained an average of 2.80 lies in cell IV (moderate). These results position the development of onion cultivation in Pati regency in cell II and IV, called a strategy to grow and build. INDONESIABawang merah merupakan salah satu komoditas sayuran unggulan yang sejak lama telah diusahakan oleh petani secara intensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor lingkungan internal dan eksternal (IE) dalam pengembangan budidaya bawang merah di Kabupaten Pati. penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan sumber data berasal dari data primer dan sekunder. Analisis data menggunakan formulasi strategi terdiri dari (1) Matriks Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) dan External Factor Evaluation (EFE), (2) Matriks Internal External (IE). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai total skor rata-rata pada matriks IFE sebesar 2,67 terletak pada sel II (rata-rata), sedangkan matriks EFE memperoleh total skor rata-rata sebesar 2,80 terletak pada sel IV (sedang). Hasil tersebut menempatkan posisi pengembangan budidaya bawang merah di Kabupaten Pati pada sel II dan IV, disebut strategi tumbuh dan membangun.

Adanya peningkatan permintaan yang belum diimbangi dengan kondisi internal dan eksternal perusahaan menuntut Sentra Batik Al-Barokah dan Sentra Batik Tulis Melati untuk memiliki strategi pengembangan pasar yang tepat agar usaha yang dijalankan dapat terus berkembang.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor eksternal perusahaan yang menjadi peluang dan ancaman serta faktor internal perusahaan yang menjadi kekuatan dan kelemahan di Sentra Batik Tulis Al-Barokah dan Sentra Batik Tulis Melati dan merumuskan alternatif strategi.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis lingkungan dengan alat analisis Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) matrix, Eksternal Factor Evaluation (EFE) Matrix dan Internal – Eksternal (IE) Matrix.Hasil penelitian adalah dengan IFE matrix dapat diketahui bahwa Sentra Batik Tulis Melati dengan total nilai IFE sebesar 3,20 menunjukkan bahwa posisi internal yang dimiliki oleh Sentra Batik Tulis Melati adalah di atas rata-rata. Sedangkan pada Sentra Batik Tulis Al-Barokah memiliki total nilai IFE sebesar 2,38 menunjukkan bahwa posisi Sentra Batik Tulis Al-Barokah adalah di bawah rata-rata. Dari hasil EFE matrix dapat diketahui bahwa Sentra Batik Tulis Melati dengan total nilai EFE sebesar 2,26 dan Sentra Batik Tulis Al-Barokah dengan total nilai EFE sebesar 2,44 menunjukkan bahwa Sentra Batik Tulis Melati dan Sentra Batik Tulis Al-Barokah harus bisa mengatasi ancaman dengan peluang yang dimiliki. Abstract:
This study aims to determine the right strategies to describe, analyze, and interpret the factors related to the empowerment of women's business groups so that they can improve the level of the family economy and become an independent and economically prosperous family. Strategy determination is implemented through three steps, namely the input stage (using the Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation Matrix (EFE)) method, the matching stage, and the decision stage. Researchers used qualitative research methods with a participatory approach that did not do hypothesis testing only describing the state of social protection in accordance with the facts found at the study site. Data collection techniques namely using questionnaires, interviews, observation took several elements and then each element was investigated in depth. To obtain information about the profile of Ornamental Plant Business Women in Sidomulyo Village, Batu City by using accidental sampling technique. A score of 284 was obtained from the IFE matrix, while a score of 334 was obtained from the matrix. Scores on the IFE matrix and the EFE Matrix show that the Group of Ornamental Plant Business Women are in cell II, with strategies that can be used namely developing and developing, so that they are in a strong position.

This study aims to determine the development of a strategic plan from the evaluation results of implementing the balanced scorecard as a performance measurement tool at the Gotong Royong Hospital, Surabaya. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. This data collection technique is carried out through (1) Interview (2) Documentation. The data source of this research from primary data. The analysis of the application of the balanced scorecard is to find out how the company is performing, then identify the internal and external environment to determine the key factors. After obtaining the key factors, they are evaluated using the EFE Matrix, IFE Matrix, TOWS Matrix, and IE Matrix, which is then obtained the recommended alternative strategies. The results of the recommended priority strategy alternatives are assessed using QSPM Matrix. The results Analysis using the EFE Matrix, IFE Matrix, TOWS Matrix, IE Matrix and QSPM then obtained the chosen strategy, namely product development and market penetration strategies. Based on the TOWS analysis, the reserachers provide recommendations that can be used to strengthen the strengths and opportunities as well as control weaknesses and threats by developing 13 strategies chosen.

Abstract:
Nursing managers must have a strong directing function towards the Professional Clinic Nurse Career Ladder System (SJKP2K). This is to improve the quality of nursing care that will be provided by nurses to patients. The military hospital in Jakarta already has the standard of planning, guidelines and SOP regarding the SJKP2K, but based on the authors' observations for two weeks in one of the rooms in the hospital, the results show that the SJKP2K implementation is not optimal. This problem then analyzed using the SWOT Analysis followed by scoring and weighting through an Internal Factors Evaluation (IFE) and External Factors Evaluation (EFE) matrix analysis. The sum of the scores of each matrix ​​then poured into the IE (Internal and External) matrix to determine the position of the SJKP2K strengths. The calculation result between IFE and EFE in IE matrix shows that SJKP2K is in area V, which means that SJKP2K is in hold and maintain stage so that market penetration and product development strategies are needed so that SJKP2K requires development both in quality and quantity.

PT Samudra Nusantara Logistindo (PT SNL) is a company engaged in international cargo transportation services (international freight forwarder). Purpose of this study is to analyze the internal and external conditions and formulating business strategy and in order to gain competitive advantage for companies. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method research types such as of case studies. We have used Data Collection Techniques using interviews, surveys and questionnaires provided by the relevant parties in the company. These obtained data has been analyzed using a matrix IFE, EFE, CPM, TOWS, IE, SPACE, Grand Strategy and QSPM. The results of the IFE Matrix 2.885 and EFE Matrix are 2.623. The Result of the following Matrixes TOWS, SPACE, IE, Grand Strategy alternatives that can be applied in the company will be market penetration and product development strategy. The final results of this study concluded that the recommendation or proposal of an appropriate business strategy for the company based on the results obtained through a matrix of data processing is QSPM Market development strategy are then followed by the product development.

<p>This study aimed to analyze the satisfaction of taxi passengers, analyze the internal and external factors in PT A and formulate the competitive strategy with conventional taxi competitor and online taxi companies. The scope og this research is specifically focused on the competitive staretgy at strategic business unit level. This study is uses quantitative and quantitative descriptive approach. Data analysis techniques used are porter five score model, IFE, EFE, IE and QSPM. The results of this study on the analysis of IFE, PT A shows that the highest strength is on a strong, strategic distribution network of taxi in big cities. Meanwhile, the highest threat is standardization of tariff, number of taxi, and minimum identify of online taxi. Furthermore, IE matrix analysis shows that PT A is in quadrant I (grow and build strategy). The decision making stage with QSPM matrix has the order of strategic prority as follows: forward integration, backward integration, horizontal integration, product development, market penetration, and market development.<br />Keywords: EFE, IFE, IPA, QSPM, competitive strategy</p>

This research aims to determine the internal and external conditions of Wawasan Newspaper based on SWOT analysis in maintaining market share in Semarang. This uses descriptive research type with quantitative approach through three stages of strategy formulation, namely: the input stage, the matching stage, and the decision-making stage. In the first stage, IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) and EFE (External Factor Evaluation) matrices are used. In the second stage, the IE Matrix (internal-External) and the SWOT Matrix (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) are used. In stage three, QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) is used. The results of this study are: In the first stage, the results of the IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) matrix obtained a weighted score of 2.356, while the results of the EFE (External Factor Evaluation) matrix resulted in a weighted score of 2.18. In the matching stage, IE (Internal-External) Matrix of the company is in a stable position. Marketing strategies that are feasible to use are market penetration and product development. In the decision-making stage, an alternative strategy that can be implemented in Wawasan Newspaper namely market penetration with a TAS of 4.406 is obtained.

By virtue of international agreements, Association of South East Asia Nation (ASEAN) member countries are currently in an economic cooperation within the ASEAN community. Potatoes are a leading commodity in Indonesia's agricultural sector, due to high production but only succeeded in exporting to two ASEAN countries and still inferior to Malaysia and Singapore. This study aims to identify competitiveness of the potato as a commodity, using Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), using External factor evaluation (EFE) matrix and analyze the position of Indonesian potatoes using the Internal-External (IE) matrix. The analytical tools used in this study are EFE matrix, IFE matrix, and IE matrix. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, using the assessment of experts or experts who mastered the agricultural field, especially increasing the competitiveness of potato commodities, which knew potato farming from upstream to downstream. The results of this study indicate that internally and externally Indonesia is strong enough in facing the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC), currently in a condition of hold and maintain, a strategy that can be done to strengthen the Indonesian potatoes internally and externally is to market penetration and product development.

Abstract:
<p><em>This study aims to analyze the cost, revenue, profits, profitability, analyze internal and external factors, alternative strategies and prioritize strategies for developing the home industry of soybean tempeh in Karanganyar Regency. The data analysis methods used are 1) business analysis to find out the cost, revenue, profit, profitability; 2) IFE Matrix; 3) EFE Matrix; 4) IE Matrix; 5) SWOT Matrix; 6) QSPM Matrix. The results showed that the average cost of the soybean tempeh home industry business in Karanganyar Regency was IDR14,058,002.96 and the average revenue was IDR15,675,000.00 with an average profit of IDR1,616,997.04 and profitability of 11,50 %. Analysis of the matrix of IFE home industry in soybean tempeh in Karanganyar is strong with value of 2,877. The results of the EFE matrix also show it is classified as strong with a value of 2,680. The position is in cell 5, namely in the division guarding and maintaining through market penetration strategies and product development strategies. Based on the SWOT matrix, there were eight alternative strategies which were then selected by the four appropriate strategies based on consideration of the IE matrix results, to assess their attractiveness in the QSPM matrix. The highest value of attraction (TAS) of 5,522 is forming institutions or organizations to facilitate access to market, capital, raw material and technology information. </em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong><em>: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis besarnya biaya, penerimaan, keuntungan, profitabilitas, menganalisis faktor internal dan eksternal, alternatif strategi serta prioritas strategi pegembangan industri rumah tangga tempe kedelai di Kabupaten Karanganyar. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah (1) analisis usaha untuk mengetahui besarnya biaya, penerimaan, keuntungan, profitabilitas (2) Matriks IFE (3) Matriks EFE (4) Matriks IE (5) Matriks SWOT (6) Matriks QSPM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata biaya selama sebulan pada usaha industri rumah tangga tempe kedelai di Kabupaten Karanganyar sebesar Rp14.058.002,96 dan rata-rata penerimaan Rp15.675.000,00 dengan rata-rata keuntungan adalah Rp1.616.997,04 serta profitabilitas 11,50%. Analisis matriks IFE industri rumah tangga tempe kedelai di Kabupaten Karanganyar tergolong kuat dengan nilai 2,877. Hasil dari matriks EFE juga menunjukan bahwa industri tersebut tergolong kuat dengan nilai 2,680. Posisi industri tersebut berada pada sel 5 yaitu pada divisi menjaga dan mempertahankan melalui strategi penetrasi pasar dan strategi pengembangan produk. Berdasarkan hasil matriks SWOT diperoleh delapan alternatif strategi yang selanjutnya terpilih empat strategi yang sesuai berdasarkan pertimbangan hasil matriks IE, untuk dinilai daya tariknya pada matriks QSPM. Nilai daya tarik (TAS) tertinggi sebesar 5,522 yaitu membentuk lembaga atau organisasi untuk mempermudah akses informasi pasar, permodalan, bahan baku dan teknologi. </em></p>

Artificial Insemination Agency (AIA) Lembang is one of frozen semen producer in Indonesia. AIA Lembang as the first received mandate from Government of Indonesia to produce frozen semen of beef cattle and dairy cattle in order to fulfill the of Artificial Insemination (AI) in Indonesia hopefully that Indonesia doesn’t always depend on imported frozen semen. The purposes of these research are (1) to identify and analysis external and internal factors that influence marketing of frozen semen of beef cattle from AIA Lembang, (2) to compile and formulate marketing strategy of frozen semen of beef cattle regarding product, price, promotion and distribution. In this research, identifying internal and external factors that influence marketing of frozen semen of beef cattle were done at AIA Lembang. Based on internal factors (strengths and weakness) and owned by AIA Lembang and external factors (opportunities and threats) facing by AIA Lembang, marketing strategy of frozen semen of beef cattle were formulated by using IFE and EFE matrixs. IFE score for AIA Lembang is 2,944 and EFE score is 2,316. Total score in EFE matrix is describing and identifying that company is in stable position in responding to external situation. Total score for IFE matrix is 2,944, shows that the strength owned by AIA Lembang can over come it weakness fairly enough. Total score EFE matrix is 2,316, shows that AIA Lembang good enough in responding to opportunity and minimize threat. The combination of IFE and EFE scoring in IE matrix shows that AIA Lembang position is in quadrant V namely stability and growth cell. It means that AIA Lembang is stable condition. The good strategies for this region are market penetration and product development. Using SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats) produce 7 alternative strategy formula. Based on calculation in QSP matrix, the most interesting strategy produced is increase socialization and supervision to farmers on maintainance, feeding and reproduction management as well as animal health management.

Supply chain is a way that provides information system support to management in terms of procurement of goods as well as managing networks among partners to maintain the level of product availability required by consumers. This research was aimed to analyze supply chain strategies and formulate the best strategy for the supply chain of lettuce CV. Tirta Fertindo Pratama. The research method used is case study. Respondents used in this study are manager, 5 employees, 3 wholesalers and 5 consumers selected by snowball sampling. Research methods used in this research is Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) matrix, External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrix, Internal-External (IE) matrix, SWOT matrix, and Quantitative Strategic Planing Matrix (QSPM). The result showed that supply chain activities consist three chains namely companies, wholesalers dan consumers. IFE matrix analysis shows that the greatest strength possessed by the company is location that close to the market with score 0.502 and the greatest weakness is poor business management with score 0.274. EFE matrix analysis shows that the biggest opportunity of the company is low and stable price with score 0.471 and the biggest threats is a high level of competition with score 0.218. IE matrix analysis shows that the company is in cell IV which means the company is in a position to grow and build. QSP matrix analysis shows that priority strategy of the company is to penetrate the market.

Therefore, in 2020 a research was carried out aimed at systematically formulating Daya Minyak, Ltd business strategy for the years 2021-2024. This applied research was conducted qualitatively, using the business strategy formulation model from David and David (2016) where external strategic issues were compiled in the External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrix and internal strategic issues in the International Factor Evaluation (IFE) matrix. The weighted value of the EFE matrix is 2.93 and the weighted value of the IFE matrix is 2.97, which meant that the future business strategy is to hold and maintain. Two alternative strategies, market penetration, and product development were developed using the Internal-External (IE) matrix and the TOWS matrix. Two priority strategies, namely a strategy to increase market penetration through integrated services at low costs and a product development strategy through increasing local content with international standards are determined by the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM).

Processing data using IFE matrix produced the factors that become a major strength in the business development of PT. Sumber Pangan Jaya, the variety of products offered with a total score of 0.350, and the factor that becomes weakness is the consumers not entirely from upper class society with a total score of 0.093. EFE matrix processing produce factors that are major opportunities in business development PT. Sumber Pangan Jaya, namely the continuity of raw materials from supplier with a total score of 0.300, and a factor that is the main threat, the rise in raw material prices with a total score of 0.106. IE matrix processing results illustrate the position PT. Sumber Pangan Jaya are in the division IV, which means a strategy aimed at Growth and Build. The result of the SWOT matrix obtained 9 alternative strategies developed by the company's position on the matrix IE, in this case the strategy might be implemented is intensive strategy (market penetration, market development, and product development) and integration strategy (forward integration, horizontal integration and backward integration). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis situasi dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT berdasarkan pada indikator kinerja Unit Pengelola Program Studi (UPPS) dan program studi. Analisis data disajikan dalam matriks Evaluasi Faktor Internal (IFE) dan Evaluasi Faktor Eksternal (EFE). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur posisi keberadaan program studi pada matriks Internal Eksternal (IE), sehingga dapat dijadikan landasan dalam merumuskan strategi pengembangan program studi. Hasil pengukuran matriks IE menunjukkan bahwa program studi sistem informasi ARS University berada pada posisi growth (sel I), dengan hasil IFE sebesar 3.2 dan matriks EFE sebesar 3.045. The method used in this research is situation analysis using SWOT analysis based on the performance indicators of the Study Program Management Unit (UPPS) and study program. Data analysis is presented in the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrices. The purpose of this study is to measure the position of the study program's existence on the Internal External Matrix (IE), so that it can be used as a basis in formulating study program development strategies. The scope of this research is specifically focused on the competitive strategy in strategic business unit level. This study uses quantitative descriptive approach. The data analysis techniques used are IFE, EFE, IE, and QSPM. The result of this study on the analysis of EFE, PT XYZ shows that the highest strength is on a strategic distribution network of taxi in big cities. Meanwhile, the highest threats are standardization of tariff, number of taxi, and minimum identity of online taxi. Furthermore, IE matrix analysis shows that PT XYZ is in quadrant I (grow and build strategy). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan dan merumuskan strategi bisnis yang tepat untuk Toserba 165 Universitas Putra Indonesia. Objek penelitian ini adalah Toserba 165 yang merupakan unit Usaha dari Universitas Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan kuesioner kepada pihak pengelola. Teknik Analisis data mengunakan analisis SWOT meliputi IFE, EFE, CPM, TOWS, IE, SPACE, Grand Strategy dan QSPM. Hasil penelitian menemukan Matrik IFE dan EFE bahwa Toserba 165 telah memiliki kekuatan internal yang baik yang mampu meminimalkan kelemahan dan mampu memanfaakan peluang untuk mengurangi acaman. Hasil analisis Matriks TOWS, SPACE, IE, Grand Strategy sebagai hasil akhir, merekomendasi kepada Toserba 165 untuk menerapkan strategi bisnis strategi pengembangan pasar yang diikuti oleh pengembangan produk.

A source of income for farmers would be 'Kopi Jantan Toraja' (Peaberry coffee). The growing demand due to changes in the lifestyles of people makes today's coffee more popular. 'Kopi Jantan Toraja' is one of the interesting business options to be produced to boost the farmers' economy. This study aims to define and evaluate the internal and external factors of the "Kopi Jantan Toraja" company in the hope that the internal conditions examined can enable farmers to explore the strengths and weaknesses as well as the opportunities or challenges and threats to be addressed in the company. Internal and external environmental analysis is the type of data collection and analysis used in this study. IFE and EFE in the early phases (Internal and External Factor Evaluation). In the next step, the status of the "Kopi Jantan Toraja" company was calculated by the IE Matrix analysis method. 19 (nineteen) internal factors (8 strengths and 11 weaknesses) and 14 (fourteen) external factors were seen in the IFE and EFE study (8 opportunities and 6 threats). Based on the IE matrix, UMKM Kopi 1000 Nurhidayah's "Kopi Jantan Toraja" company is in a position to keep and sustain, suggesting that a viable approach used by UMKM Kopi 1000 Nurhidayah is market penetration and product growth strategy.

<p>Andesite stone mining activities in Bogor area is now growing, one of the andesite stone processing business is PT Duta Keluarga Imfaco located in Bogor Regency, West Java. The economically valuable andesit stone is expected to be the mainstay of the income of the surrounding community, characterized by the increasing market demand and the growing interest of the community towards andesite stone. The purpose of this study are (1) to identify internal and external factors of PT Imfaco Family Ambassador; (2) Developing appropriate market development strategies; and (3) Develop alternative strategies of andesite stone marketing development. The study used descriptive and analytic methods that are case studies. Determination of respondents with purposive sampling method, with consideration that mastered the problems to be asked. Data analysis with IFE and EFE matrix to identify internal and external factor of company, then mapping with IE matrix, to see company position. Preparation of strategy with SWOT matrix, yield several alternative strategies that can be implemented. The final stage with the QSP matrix, to determine the priority of the most appropriate strategy to be implemented. Based on the results of IFE and EFE matrix analysis, indicates the company is in a stable position in responding to external situations. The result of analysis with IE matrix, company is in quadrant V, that is growth and stability, where strategy that can be done is market penetration and business development. Results of analysis with SWOT matrix obtained alternative strategies that can be implemented and with the QSP matrix obtained the most appropriate strategy to be implemented in order to develop the company's marketing strategy is to expand the marketing network.</p>

This research examines the development of traditional culinary culture, Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ with the aim of preserving the local culinary heritage located in Bantul. Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ is a special traditional business place that sells traditional Yogyakarta food in the Bantul area which still uses traditional methods. This business has been around for a long time since 1997. Lack of the right strategy is the cause when local and foreign visitors do not know much information about the culinary business of Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ. Based on this, this study aims to identify and analyze the marketing process carried out by Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ, to determine the potential of traditional culinary culture and to explore strategy formulations in Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ. The research method in this study is a qualitative research method, by conducting direct and in-depth interviews with key persons, observation, and literature study. The qualitative method used is descriptive qualitative which will describe how the right strategy is based on the results of the analysis. The interview data were analyzed by several stages, namely the SWOT stage in the internal and external environment, the weight and ranking calculation stage, the IFE-EFE and IE matrix analysis stage, and the conclusion stage. In the research analysis, the IFE and EFE matrix values were obtained, where the IFE value was 2.774 and the EFE value was 2.842. This condition shows that Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ is in the V quadrant position, which means Hold and Maintain, in this position the right strategy is market penetration and product development, and in the SWOT quadrant in quadrant II Cobination supports the Diversification strategy, this is requires making alternative strategies that can be used to increase existing strengths so that they can overcome threats.Keywords: culinary culture, SWOT, IE.AbstrakPenelitian ini meneliti tentang budaya kuliner tradisional yaitu Bakpia dan Wingko Babat XYZ dengan tujuan untuk menjaga warisan budaya kuliner lokal yang terletak di Bantul. Kurangnya strategi yang tepat menjadi penyebab ketika pengunjung lokal maupun mancanegara tidak mengetahui banyak informasi mengenai usaha kuliner Bakpia dan Wingko Babat XYZ. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisa proses pemasaran yang dilakukan Bakpia dan Wingko Babat XYZ, untuk mengetahui potensi budaya kuliner tradisional dan mengeksplorasi formulasi strategi di Bakpia dan Wingko Babat XYZ. Metode penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, dimana dengan melakukan wawancara kepada key person secara langsung dan mendalam, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Metode kualitatif yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif yang akan mendeskripsikan bagaimana strategi yang tepat berdasarkan hasil analisis. Data wawancara dianalisis dengan beberapa tahap-tahapan yaitu tahap SWOT pada lingkungan internal dan eksternal, tahap perhitungan bobot dan peringkat, dan tahap analisis matriks IFE-EFE dan IE, serta tahap kesimpulan. The production of Siam-catfish (Pangasianodon hypopthalmus) seeds in Subang, West Java can not meet the market demand yet. The production of Siam-catfish seeds need to be improved especially by the main supplier namely the North Branch of Marine and fisheries service of West Java province (CDKPWU) with a partnership pattern between core and plasma. The purposes of this study were to identify internal and external factors that influence the marketing of Siam-catfish seeds with a network system between CDKPWU and partners, to identify advantages and disadvantages in the network process that occurs between CDKPWU and the partners, and trying to develop the most effective business and marketing srategy of Siam-catfish seeds in order to reach maximum output and outcome. The methods used in this study were as follows: (1) Valuable, Rare, Imitate to Cost and Organized Analysis (VRIO), (2) Political-Legal, Economic, Social, Technology Analysis (PEST), (3) Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix (IFE), (4) External Factor Evaluation Matrix (EFE), (5) Internal External (IE) Matrix, (6) Analysis of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) and (7) Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) Analysis. The result of IFE and EFE matrix indicated that the company's position was stable in response to external situation. The total score of IFE matrix was 3.38, indicating that the strength of CDKPWU can overcome weaknesses very well. The total score of EFE matrix was 2.59, describing that CDKPWU was good enough in responding to opportunities and minimizing threats. The results of the SWOT analysis show nine alternative strategy formulations in which three alternative formulation priorities were (1) Expanding the production partnership network to increase production and increase community income, (2) Maintaining good seed quality and production process technology, (3) Utilizing partnerships to establish good relationship and communication with relevant agencies. Method research that is used is the analysis of SWOT to identify factors internal and external are then analyzed using matrix IFE, EFE, SWOT, IE, and QSP.The results of the study based on the analysis of the IFE matrix get the main strengths that are according to SOP/ GAP/ GHP and good quality Human Resources of members with a score of 0.268,while the main weakness is having a planting plan but not yet implementing it with a score of 0.118 and obtaining a total score of 2.941 means that the Argoayuningtani farmer group has a strong internal position. Based on the EFE matrix analysis, the main opportunity is the active role of the instructor with a weight score of 0.352 while the main threat is land adjacent to conventional land with a score of 0.252 and a total score of 3.021 means that the external position of the farmer group is above average. In IE matrix analysis Argoayuningtani farmer group is in cell II which means that Argoyuningtani farmer group is in a position of growing and developing. Penelitian bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi pengembangan Kabupaten Solok sebagai sentra bawang merah nasional. Penelitian dilakukan dari bulan Agustus hingga Desember 2017 bertempat di Kabupaten Solok. Data primer berupa atribut-atribut faktor internal kekuatan dan kelemahan serta faktor-faktor eksternal peluang dan ancaman diidentifikasi melalui Focussed Group Discussion (FGD) yang dilakukan dengan peserta para pemangku kepentingan di Kabupaten Solok sekaligus untuk melakukan kuantifikasi dari atribut-atribut yang telah teridentifikasi. Analisis dilakukan dengan pendekatan SWOT, yaitu menggunakan perhitungan IFE, EFE, matriks IE, matriks SPACE, dan matriks SWOT. Terdapat enam atribut kekuatan, delapan atribut kelemahan, enam atribut peluang, dan lima atribut ancaman. Perhitungan IFE dan EFE memperlihatkan bahwa faktor internal merupakan faktor yang paling dominan, dengan faktor kekuatan merupakan faktor yang paling dominan dibandingkan kelemahan. Posisi Kabupaten Solok dalam matriks IE dan matriks SPACE masing-masing berada dalam posisi jaga dan pertahankan serta mendukung strategi agresif. Strategi yang perlu diterapkan adalah strategi memaksimalkan kekuatan untuk menangkap peluang yang tersedia (S-O) di antaranya pengembangan teknologi PTT bawang merah spesifik lokasi, pengembangan teknologi pascapanen bawang merah, membuka pasar baru selain yang sudah ada, dan membina penangkar bawang merah. Beberapa dukungan teknologi dan inovasi Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Pertanian sebagai peluang yang tersedia juga perlu diterapkan untuk memaksimalkan kekuatan yang dimiliki Kabupaten Solok untuk berkembang sebagai sentra produksi bawang merah nasional.</p><p><strong>Keywords</strong></p><p>Kabupaten Solok; Bawang merah; Strategi; SWOT</p><p><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p>Solok Regency is planned as one of the production centers of shallot to complement the main production centers on Java Island which production always fluctuating. Some advantages and disadvantages are owned by Solok in developing its potential. This study aims to formulating strategy to develop Solok Regency as a national shallot production center. The research was conducted from August till December 2017 at Solok District. Primary data such as internal factor attributes like strengths and weaknesses as well as external factors like opportunity and threat are identified through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) which conducted with participants of stakeholders in Solok to quantify the attributes that have been identified. The analysis then conducted with the SWOT approaches using IFE, EFE, IE matrix, SPACE matrix, and SWOT matrix. There are six attributes of strength, eight attributes of weakness, six attributes of opportunity, and five attributes of threat. The calculation of IFE and EFE shows that internal factor is the most dominant factor, with strength is the most dominant internal factor. The position of Solok Regency in IE is in a position to guard and defend while in the SPACE matrix the position of Solok Regency is to support an aggressive strategy. The strategies that needs to be implemented is strategy to maximize the power to capture the available opportunities (S-O) such as the development of location-specific shallot integrated crop management technology, the development of shallot post-harvest technology, create new markets other than existing ones, and develop shalot breeder. Some IAARD’s technology and innovation support as available opportunities also need to be applied to maximize the power of Solok to grow as a national production center for shallot.</p>

Indonesia is one country with the kidney failure is quite high, according to the Indonesian Society of Nephrology (PERNEFRI) in the 5th Report of Indonesian Renal Registry, in 2012 there were 16.040 patients with kidney failure but reportedly only 9161 patients were active in hemodialysis in 2012. The purpose of research is (a) identifying the internal and external factors potential business unit clinic hemodialysis-based BPJS Health, (b) develop appropriate strategies with a SWOT analysis of the business unit clinic hemodialysis-based BPJS and (c) to analyze the satisfaction of patients who use the clinic hemodialysis-based BPJS Health. Data processing and analysis using the analysis: (a) analysis matrix EFE (External Factor Evaluation) and IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation), (b) matrix Internal External (IE); (c) a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats); (d) Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). EFE value (2.73) and IFE (2.61) obtained IE matrix that shows the position of growth/stable. SWOT analysis produce six alternative development strategies that can be implemented in the development of the business unit. From the study of IPA to attribute asked to patients, it was found that the performance of the business unit is considered good, where there are nearly half of the attributes that were examined are in the second quadrant. This shows the importance of the assessment of the attributes considered important by patients and in its implementation is considered to be very good. CSI score of 0.920, indicating the level of customer satisfaction index is at 0.81 to 1.00, or interpreted the customer was very satisfied with the business unit of the hemodialysis clinics SME scale.

The research was conducted on February to April 2018 in farmer group Cepoko Mulyo in Pandansari, Wonodoyo Village, Cepogo district, Boyolali regency of Central Java Province. The type of research used is descriptive research and the method used the survey method. Analysis of qualitative and quantitative descriptive data with IFE, EFE, IE, SWOT, and QSPM matrices. The result of the analysis shows that based on the IFE matrix the main strengths are vegetables with varying sizes of 0.287. The main weakness is the management of information systems that have not been good with a score of 0.172, while based on the EFE matrix the main opportunity is the association of organic farming with a score of 0.239 and the main threat is high competition level with other farms with a score of 0.234. Based on the QSPM analysis the suggested strategy is to cooperate with both central and local government in product marketing.</p>

The purpose of this research is (1) determine the level of interest and the level of performance Kopdit Sehati, (2) determine member satisfaction Kopdit Sehati, (3) develop alternative strategies Kopdit pegembangan Sehati. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Internal Factors Evaluation (IFE), External Factor Evaluation (EFE) Analysis Internal External (IE) and the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT). The number of respondents in this studies as many as 100 members of the cooperative. The analysis showed that the overall level of performance Kopdit Sehati (3.98) still does not meet the expected level of interest by members of (4.14). Based on the attributes of IPA obtained priority for repair that Kopdit services using information technology media, availability of information brochures, Kopdit have professional managers, innovation of products offered, the education for members and establish communication with members as well. Based on the calculation of CSI, the service level of 79.78 percent Kopdit Sehati. This means that the level of satisfaction index Sehati Kopdit member located between the range of 0.66 to 0.80, which means members are satisfied with the performance of services Kopdit Sehati. After weighting and scoring through IFE matrix (2.64) and matris EFE (2.86). IE matrix shows that the position Kopdit Sehati is in cell V, can be managed with a strategy to maintain and sustain namely by using market penetration strategies and product development could be the most appropriate for Kopdit Sehati. Industri pengolahan gula merah lontar di Kabupaten Jeneponto adalah usaha pengolahan pangan yang dikelolah oleh masyarakat. Data dari Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Jeneponto pada tahun 2014 produk gula merah lontar berkisar Rp. 14.442.831 atau mencapai 16,437 ton. Usaha ini menjadi sumber pendapatan daerah dan Jeneponto menjadi penyuplai gula merah di Sulawesi Selatan. Potensi ini merupakan salah satu faktor kunci pengembangan agroindustri. Pengembangan suatu agroindustri dipengaruhi beberapa faktor. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor potensi yang mempengaruhi pengembangan industri gula merah lontar di Kabupaten Jeneponto. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation), EFE (Eksternal Factor Evaluation), dan Matrik IE (Internal Eksternal). Berdasarkan hasil analisis IFE, kekuatan terbesar adalah ketersediaan bahan baku (0,688) dan kelemahan terkecil adalah teknologi pengolahan yang masih sederhana (0,077). Hasil analisis EFE menunjukkan peluang terbesarnya adalah dukungan pemerintah (0,423) dan ancaman utamanya adalah masih adanya produksi nira menjadi tuak (0,123). Hasil evaluasi matrik IE menunjukkan posisi industri berada di koordinat positif (+2,407 ; +0,1090). Hal ini menggambarkan kondisi lingkungan industri didominasi oleh faktor internal. Titik koordinat positif ini berada pada kuadran I menandakan bahwa situasi industri pengolahan gula merah lontar sangat menguntungkan untuk digunakan dalam pengembangan ke depan. Teknik Analisis SWOT meliputi IFE, EFE, CPM, TOWS, IE, SPACE, Grand Strategy dan QSPM. Temuan Matrik IFE dan matrik menunjukkan bahwa Kafe 165 memiliki ciri organisasi yang kuat secara internal dengan strategi yang dapat memanfaatkan faktor kekuatan yang mampu meminimalkan kelemahan dan mampu memanfaakan peluang dari acaman yang dihadapi. In this study an analysis of the actual conditions of MSMEs in the Pengilingan Village was carried out. Business people do not know what marketing strategies to do to overcome various emerging problems such as resources, business competition, purchasing power and are dominated by the limitations of technological innovation and the ability to use technology to gain a wider market share. This study uses data processing methods in the form of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). SWOT is used to measure internal conditions, in the form of strengths and weaknesses made in the IFE matrix and external conditions in the form of opportunities and threats made in the EFE matrix. The processing method consists of three stages, namely the input stage, the matching stage and the decision stage. The first stage is given the weight, rating and calculation of the weighted value of the IFE and EFE matrix, the second stage is through the formulation of marketing strategies with the Internal External (IE) and SWOT matrix, and the last stage is the decision stage to choose the existing strategy using the QSPM method. Tests were conducted on 38 data through validity and reliability tests to determine whether the questionnaire instruments used were valid and reliable using Cronbach Alpha correlation. The results obtained are that the reliability of the questionnaire is 0.795 which indicates that the sample has a high scaling consistency. Because the value of Cronbach Alpha is more than 0.6, it can be said that all the questionnaire items tested are reliable. The results obtained are then seen by the correlation with inbound marketing. Obtained the correlation reached 0.942 with a significance level of 1%. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengolahan data berupa Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities dan Threats (SWOT) dan Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). SWOT digunakan untuk mengukur kondisi internal, berupa kekuatan dan kelemahan yang dibuat dalam matriks IFE dan kondisi eksternal berupa peluang dan ancaman yang dibuat dalam matriks EFE. Metode pengolahannya terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu tahap pemasukan (input stage), tahap pencocokan (the matching stage) dan tahap keputusan (decision stage). Pada tahap pertama diberikan bobot, rating dan perhitungan nilai tertimbang dari matriks IFE dan EFE, tahap kedua melalui perumusan strategi pemasaran dengan matriks Internal Eksternal (IE) dan SWOT, dan tahap terakhir adalah tahap keputusan memilih alternatif strategi yang ada menggunakan metode QSPM. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap 38 data melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas untuk mengetahui apakah instrument kuesioner yang digunakan sudah valid dan reliable dengan menggunakan korelasi Cronbach Alpha. Diperoleh hasil bahwa reliabilitas dari kuesioner adalah 0.795 yang menunjukkan bahwa sampel memiliki konsistensi penskalaan yang tinggi. Karena nilai Cronbach Alpha lebih dari 0,6 maka dapat dikatakan bahwa semua item kuesioner yang diuji adalah reliable. Hasil yang diperoleh kemudian dilihat dengan korelasinya dengan inbound marketing. Didapat hasil korelasinya mencapai 0.942 dengan taraf keberartian 1%. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada keterhubungan yang sangat kuat antara penggunaan teknologi dengan peningkatan jumlah konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat 3 kekuatan, 6 kelemahan, 4 peluang, dan 3 ancaman. Hasil pembobotan dan rating menunjukan bahwa nilai terbobot untuk matriks Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) adalah 3,02 dan matriks Eksternal Factor Evaluation (EFE) adalah 2.65. The results showed that there were 3 strengths, 6 weaknesses, 4 opportunities, and 3 threats. The weighting and assessment results show that the weighted value for the Internal Factor Evaluation matrix (IFE) is 3,02 and the External Factor Evaluation matrix (EFE) is 2,65. Abstract:
Bioinsecticide has known for much farmers to substitute chemical pesticide. In periodically, hope that can reduce negative impact from chemical pesticide. One of company that starts their business with fertiliser and biology pesticide is CV Thara Nero Tama. This company was make business from made by order system, but now company wants to build their business more. The research aimed to priority of strategy from their internal and external factor. This research used Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) method with determine alternative strategies, than decide priority strategy. For the method stages are input stage with IFE and EFE matrix, continued with matching stage, IE matrix. The last stage is decision stage with QSPM method. Based on the result, the alternative strategies that can applied is seven strategies with highest TAS (Total Attractive Score) was the improving market segmentation.
