Abstract:
Pengambilan sampel serum darah dilakukan 3 minggu pasca vaksinasi.

Abstract:
Esophagectomy often presents anastomotic leaks (AL), due to tenuous perfusion of gastric conduit fundus (GCF). Hybrid (endovascular/surgical) ischemic gastric preconditioning (IGP), might improve GCF perfusion. Sixteen pigs undergoing IGP were randomized: (1) Max-IGP (n = 6): embolization of left gastric artery (LGA), right gastric artery (RGA), left gastroepiploic artery (LGEA), and laparoscopic division (LapD) of short gastric arteries (SGA); (2) Min-IGP (n = 5): LGA-embolization, SGA-LapD; (3) Sham (n = 5): angiography, laparoscopy. At day 21 gastric tubulation occurred and GCF perfusion was assessed as: (A) Serosal-tissue-oxygenation (StO2) by hyperspectral-imaging; (B) Serosal time-to-peak (TTP) by fluorescence-imaging; (C) Mucosal functional-capillary-density-area (FCD-A) index by confocal-laser-endomicroscopy. Local capillary lactates (LCL) were sampled. Neovascularization was assessed (histology/immunohistochemistry). Sham presented lower StO2 and FCD-A index (41 ± 10.6%; 0.03 ± 0.03 respectively) than min-IGP (66.2 ± 10.2%, p-value = 0.004; 0.22 ± 0.02, p-value < 0.0001 respectively) and max-IGP (63.8 ± 9.4%, p-value = 0.006; 0.2 ± 0.02, p-value < 0.0001 respectively). Sham had higher LCL (9.6 ± 4.8 mL/mol) than min-IGP (4 ± 3.1, p-value = 0.04) and max-IGP (3.4 ± 1.5, p-value = 0.02). For StO2, FCD-A, LCL, max- and min-IGP did not differ. Sham had higher TTP (24.4 ± 4.9 s) than max-IGP (10 ± 1.5 s, p-value = 0.0008) and min-IGP (14 ± 1.7 s, non-significant). Max- and min-IGP did not differ. Neovascularization was confirmed in both IGP groups. Hybrid IGP improves GCF perfusion, potentially reducing post-esophagectomy AL.

Abstract:
Abstract. Measurements of the vertical profiles of the optical properties (namely the extinction coefficient and scattering and absorption coefficients respectively σext ∕ σscat ∕ σabs) of aerosols have been made across the Indo-Gangetic Plain (IGP) using an instrumented aircraft operated from three base stations – Jodhpur (JDR), representing the semi-arid western IGP; Varanasi (VNS), the central IGP characterized by significant anthropogenic activities; and the industrialized coastal location in the eastern end of the IGP (Bhubaneswar, BBR) – just prior to the onset of the Indian summer monsoon. The vertical profiles depicted region-specific absorption characteristics, while the scattering characteristics remained fairly uniform across the region, leading to a west–east gradient in the vertical structure of single-scattering albedo (SSA). Integrated from near the ground to 3 km, the highest absorption coefficient and hence the lowest SSA occurred in the central IGP (Varanasi). Size distribution, inferred from the spectral variation of the scattering coefficient, showed a gradual shift from coarse-particle dominance in the western IGP to strong accumulation dominance in the eastern coast with the central IGP coming in between, arising from a change in the aerosol type from a predominantly natural (dust and sea salt) type in the western IGP to a highly anthropogenic type (industrial emissions, fossil fuel and biomass combustion) in the eastern IGP, with the central IGP exhibiting a mixture of both. Aerosol-induced short-wave radiative forcing, estimated using altitude-resolved SSA information, revealed significant atmospheric warming in the central IGP, while a top-of-atmosphere cooling is seen, in general, in the IGP. Atmospheric heating rate profiles, estimated using altitude-resolved SSA and column-averaged SSA, revealed considerable underestimation in the latter case, emphasizing the importance and necessity of having altitude-resolved SSA information as against a single value for the entire column.

Abstract:
Abstract: Every year, the Indo-Gangetic Plains (IGP) burn biomass, which results in serious atmospheric pollution, including reactive nitrogen. This study focuses on the burning of biomass area and nitrogen species emissions in the months of October, November, and March, April, and May from 2016 to 2020. Using a satellite product from the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) sensor on the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Aqua and Terra satellites, reactive nitrogen species emissions (ammonia (NH3), nitrous oxide (N2O), and oxides of nitrogen (NOx = NO + NO2)) were estimated for the study period. In this study, region of IGP is divided in three parts i.e. West IGP region, Middle IGP region and East IGP region. we estimate that post-monsoon west IGP region has highest average burned area is 19731.081839 sq km and the maximum emission of nitrogen species NH3 is 3558462491 g in year 2016. Our findings on biomass burning and nitrogen species emissions offer important insight for addressing the most contaminated area of the IGP region.

Abstract:
We set out to determine the effect of peptide YY3–36 (PYY3–36) on the gastric muscle tone in conscious rats by measuring intragastric pressure (IGP) during intragastric nutrient drink infusion. After an overnight fast, a chronically implanted gastric fistula was connected to a custom-made nutrient drink infusion system and a catheter to measure IGP. IGP was measured before and during the infusion of a nutrient drink (Nutridrink; 0.5 ml/min) until 10 ml was infused. Rats were treated with PYY3–36 (0, 33, and 100 pmol·kg−1·min−1) in combination with a subcutaneous injection of the Y2 receptor antagonists JNJ31020028 (10 mg/kg) or BIIE0246 (2 mg/kg). Experiments were also performed after subdiaphragmatic vagotomy and after pretreatment with 3 ml of nutrient drink (to mimic a fed state). IGP was compared as the average IGP during nutrient infusion, represented as means ± SE and compared using ANOVA. PYY3–36 dose dependently increased the IGP during nutrient infusion (4.7 ± 0.3, 5.7 ± 0.5 and 7.3 ± 0.7 mmHg; P < 0.01) while JNJ31020028 and BIIE0246 could block this increase [4.4 ± 0.5 ( P < 0.001) and 4.8 ± 0.4 ( P < 0.05) mmHg, respectively]. Also in vagotomized rats, PYY3–36 was able to significantly increase the IGP during, an effect attenuated by JNJ31020028. BIIE0246 and JNJ31020028 were not able to decrease the IGP when no PYY3–36 was administered. PYY3–36 increased gastric tone through an Y2 receptor-mediated mechanism that does not involve the vagus nerve. Y2 receptor antagonists were not able to decrease gastric tone without exogenous administration of PYY3–36, indicating that Y2 receptors do not play a crucial role in the determination of gastric tone in physiological conditions.

Abstract:
Under the complex loads, the injector guide pillar (IGP) used in injection machine was failure only after 1.5-year-service. In order to determine the cause of the fracture, the numerical simulation technology was applied to analyze the mechanical properties of the IGP. The contact between the mating surfaces of the clamping mechanism was modeled; nonlinear multi-region contact of surface-surface was applied to establish the contact model of FEA. The constraint of tie was used for modeling thread joint. The simulated results indicated that the smaller area of contact surface, the higher value of stress in the neck of IGP. Electronic measurement was also used to check the results of stress in IGP obtained by FEA. It was found that the experimental data agreed well with simulated results. Based on the numerical analysis and experimental study, the structure of IGP was improved by adopting a smoother double-round neck. The fatigue life of the improved structure was longer than that of the original machine.

Abstract:
Invasion of an exotic species initiated by its local introduction is considered subject to intraguild predation (IGP). Mathematically, the system dynamics is described by three nonlinear diffusion-reaction equations in two spatial dimensions. The key factors that determine successful invasion are investigated by means of extensive numerical simulations. The results reveal high asymmetry. An exotic species can invade successfully if it acted as the top predator and engaged in IGP, and the IGP interactions of the postinvasion web will be kept. While the exotic species were introduced as the intraguild prey (IGprey), they invade and spread through patchy invasion which corresponds to the invasion at the edge of extinction. Increase of the IGprey's dispersal rate and decrease of the IGpredator's may make the IGprey invade. But the interactions of the postinvasion web will change from IGP to competition, which is absolutely different from the first case. Finally, the common existence of IGP was explored once again from the perspective of biological invasion.

Abstract:
Routing protocols form an important key component in Mobile Ad-hoc Network (MANET) and Interior Gateway Protocol (IGP) networks, where every node (router) computes a shortest path to every other destination node, so the service can be delivered through this shortest path in a short time. Hence, failures in the shortest path lead to the degradation of network performance by increasing packet loss and delays in the demanded traffic. An incident of failure in the network is time-demanding to recover through routing protocol, as this necessitates re-constructing the routing table for the network topology and computing a new shortest path. During this process, delays in shortest path computations between some routers lead to the formation of routing loops, in which traffic circulates between two or more nodes many times before the routers construct an updated shortest path tree. When local loops occur in the network, the circulated traffic can increase link utilisation, create congestion, and affect other traffic passing along paths which also form a part of the loop. In this thesis, the performance implications of link or node failures in IGP and MANET networks are studied in detail. Several recovery mechanisms are proposed to reduce the impact of failure and guarantee a loop-free in the network. These mechanisms seek to reduce recovery time, which remains undesirably long in the current routing protocols in wired and wireless networks. The research was further extended to develop a recovery mechanism in MANET network to alleviate the impact of the frequent loss of connection due to the flexibility of free nodes, which move from one area to another without pre-notification. The idea behind recovery mechanism is to reduce current recovery time by constructing an alternative backup path in advance between source and destination, and then to reroute the traffic via this backup path when failure occurs.

Abstract: Neurocysticercosis (NC) is an important cause of neurological disease in many developing countries, including Brazil. The clinical diagnosis of NC is hindered by the polymorphism and non-specificity of the symptoms. Neuroimaging techniques and detection of specific antibodies have contributed to the diagnosis of NC and a better understanding of the physiopathological processes of this infection. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the humoral immune response in NC by using immunoenzymatic techniques (ELISA) in which vesicular fluid (VF) and a glycoprotein fraction purified from a crude extract of Taenia solium cysticerci with affinity for lentil-lectin (fraction Gp) were used as antigenic preparations. Fifty-six cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) samples, 22 from patients with NC and 34 from patients with other neurological disorders, were assayed for IgG and IgG subclasses, with the following results: IgG-VF: 100% sensitivity and specificity, IgG1 - VF: 72.73% sensitivity and 100% specificity, IgG2 -VF: 81.81% sensitivity and 100% specificity, IgG3 -VF: 59.09% sensitivity and 97.06% specificity, IgG4 -VF: 90.91% sensitivity and 97.06% specificity, IgG-fraction Gp: 90.91% sensitivity and 97.06% specificity, IgG1- fraction Gp: 59.09% sensitivity and 91.18% specificity, IgG2-fraction Gp: 68.18% sensitivity and 94.12% specificity, IgG3 -fraction Gp: 36.36% sensitivity and 100% specificity, IgG4 - fraction Gp: 86.36% sensitivity and 100% specificity. Forty-seven CSF samples, 16 from patients with NC and 31 from patients with other neurological disorders, were assayed for IgE, with the following results: IgE-VF and IgE-fraction Gp: 93.75% sensitivity and 100% specificity. Fifty-seven serum samples, 22 from patients with NC, 18 from patients with other infections and 17 from presumably healthy individuals, were assayed for IgG, IgG subclasses, IgE, IgA and IgM, with the following results: IgG-VF: 100% sensitivity and specificity, IgG1-VF: 86.36% sensitivity and 94.28% specificity, IgG2 -VF: 90.91% sensitivity and 97.14% specificity, IgG3 -VF: 86.36% sensitivity and 97.14% specificity, IgG4 -VF:100% sensitivity and specificity, IgG-fraction Gp: 95.45% sensitivity and 100% specificity, IgG1- fraction Gp: 63.64% sensitivity and 94.28% specificity, IgG2 -fraction Gp: 68.18% sensitivity and 97.14% specificity, IgG3 -fraction Gp: 54.54% sensitivity and 88.57% specificity, IgG4 - fraction Gp: 90.91% sensitivity and 100% specificity, IgE-VF: 90.91% sensitivity and 97.14% specificity, IgE-fraction Gp: 86.36% sensitivity and 100% specificity, IgA-VF: 54.54% sensitivity and 94.28% specificity, IgA-fraction Gp: 13.63% sensitivity and 100% specificity. No specific IgM antibodies were detected with VF and fraction Gp antigenic preparations. These results show that with the two antigenic preparations the highest positivity in CSF and serum samples was obtained for IgG and IgE antibodies, followed by positivity for IgA. No IgM antibodies were detected in serum samples assayed with VF and fraction Gp. With regard to IgG subclasses, IgG4 positivity and concentration in CSF and serum samples were higher than or equal to the other subclasses. ELISA reactions done with VF showed equal or higher sensitivities than those obtained with fraction Gp. Considering the complexity and high cost of obtaining fraction Gp, VF could be more suitable for detecting specific antibodies in CSF and serum samples from patients with NC.

ENGLISH ABSTRACT: Traffic Engineering (TE) is intended to be used in next generation IP networks to optimize the usage of network resources by effecting QoS agreements between the traffic offered to the network and the available network resources. TE is currently performed by the IP community using three methods including (1) IGP TE using connectionless routing optimization (2) MPLS TE using connection-oriented routing optimization and (3) Hybrid TE combining IGP TE with MPLS TE. MPLS has won the battle of the core of the Internet and is making its way into metro, access and even some private networks. However, emerging provider practices are revealing the relevance of using IGP TE in hybrid TE models where IGP TE is combined with MPLS TE to optimize IP routing. This is done by either optimizing IGP routing while setting a few number of MPLS tunnels in the network or optimizing the management of MPLS tunnels to allow growth for the IGP traffic or optimizing both IGP and MPLS routing in a hybrid IGP+MPLS setting. The focus of this thesis is on IGP TE using heuristic algorithms borrowed from the computational intelligence research field. We present four classes of algorithms for Maximum Link Utilization (MLU) minimization. These include Genetic Algorithm (GA), Gene Expression Programming (GEP), Ant Colony Optimization (ACO), and Simulated Annealing (SA). We use these algorithms to compute a set of optimal link weights to achieve IGP TE in different settings where a set of test networks representing Europe, USA, Africa and China are used. Using NS simulation, we compare the performance of these algorithms on the test networks with various traffic profiles.
Dit sluit in genetiese algoritmes, geen-uitdrukkingsprogrammering, mierkoloniemaksimering and gesimuleerde temperoptimering.

Abstract:

The analyses presented in this article about the performance of the prices indexes of the Brazilian economy corroborate to the hypothesis that the General Index of Price (IGP), considering its all modalities, became a biased index of prices. In the period 1999-2005, the prices changes measured by the IGP were well above those accused by the other indexes of prices provided by several Brazilian institutions. The Index of Wholesale Prices (IPA) - responsible for 60% of the IGP - is identified as the main responsible for this anomalous performance of the IGP. The non convergence between the inflation measured by the IPA and the inflation measured by the Index of Amplified Consumer Prices (IPCA) in the period 1999- 2005, confirmed by the econometric tests applied here, ratifies the above hypothesis, reinforcing the thesis that the IGP would have failed to perform as an index-synthesis of the national inflation. The effects of the exchange rate floating have been much stronger on the IGP than on the Indexes of Consumer Prices. Despite of the updating of its components, the weighting pattern of the IGP, formulated in the decade of 1940, became old-fashioned and inadequate to an economy that adopted the floating exchange rate system and promoted a substantial trade and financial liberalization, as it is the case of the Brazilian economy.

Abstract:
ABSTRACT; The present work aims to know the level of renown of the traditional products of animal origin (DOP and IGP) of the Alentejo in the consumer market. This objective was reached through the realization of bibliographical revision with resource to the available secondary fountains and of primary fountains, namely of a questionnaire of evaluation of the renown of the traditional products (DOP and IGP) of animal origin of the Alentejo definitely developed for the effect. The obtained information allowed to characterize the offer of the traditional products of animal origin of the Alentejo, in quantitative, qualitative terms and diversity, to fit theoretically the subject of the renown in the context of the behavior of the consumer and of the food-rough marketing and to identify the methodological proceedings being used and delineation of the work of investigation. The analysis of the data gathered by inquiry, treated with resource the software and descriptive statistical techniques, allowed there withdrew relevant conclusions, such as the low renown of the products DOP and IGP, the product with more renown, Top-of-Mind, was the Carnalentejana, between others. Aspects were identified so much in the primary fountains how in secondary in common: a low renown of the certified products and a preoccupation and necessity in having more actions of spread/promotion of these products. Of 33 products made sure of animal origin of the Alentejo, they perfected that you punish 26 they are being marketed and in what many cases the groupings send for the producers the responsibility of the promotion of the products. Topics were still identified for future inquiries and for tending actions of marketing to improve the renown of the traditional products of animal origin of the Alentejo in the market.

Abstract:

Abstract:
Come viene percepito realmente il Made in Italy agroalimentare in Cina?
