Abstract:
Mobile adhoc networks (MANET) are a self-coordinated wireless network that is worked without perpetual foundation and base station endorsement. In MANETs (Mobile Ad Hoc Networks) every single node activity goes about as the information source and communicator router. It notices its useful neighbours by making themselves by passing the nodes that got terminated of that correspondence range. In this paper, we designed the IHRP routing protocol with the help of combining the AODV, AOMDV and OLSR routing protocol with the network situation based routing adaptation. In the previous analysis, we identify AODV is more compatible for dynamic environment (where node motion is higher).The AOMDV routing protocol is useful for network load balancing and congestion control. OLSR is compatible for stable network which use as maximum link stability base routing. While we are designing the IHRP routing protocol through of the above (AODV, AOMDV and OLSR) protocol .We handle the network behaviour with better performance in any situation. Initially the RREP are broadcasted to find out the route. The poll of routing, select based on the network situation. The proposed IHRP start with a RREQ packet is to search the distance from its origin to its objective node. The network motion is higher than AODV protocol handle the particular situation but in any situation, while the 70% network node are stable then the route selection and transferring of data with the help of an OLSR routing protocol. The propose IHRP routing protocol also handle the network load and control the network congestion through the AOMDV routing protocol. Our proposed protocol IHRP also works in a hybrid manner while the source and destination belong in longer range such as different cluster. At that time situation based routing was followed between the clusters. We saw in the result part the comparison of IHRP and ZRP routing protocol. Execution of the improved hybrid routing protocol (IHRP) is much better than hybrid routing protocol (ZRP). In case of Packet Delivery Ratio analysis for IHRP and ZRP, we clearly show that The Packet Delivery Ratio is 97.99% by IHRP and 79.49% by ZRP, so we can say that the performance of packet delivery ratio in Improved hybrid routing protocol (IHRP) is much better than ZRP, where Improved hybrid routing protocol (IHRP) and hybrid routing protocol (ZRP) both performed the conjunction of proactive and reactive routing protocol features therefore we can say that Packet Delivery Ratio is better in improved hybrid routing protocol (IHRP) as compare to hybrid routing protocol (ZRP). We clearly show that the Normal Routing Load analysis for IHRP and ZRP where Normal Routing Load is 0.11% by IHRP and 4.72 % by ZRP, so we can say that performance of Improved Hybrid Routing Protocol (IHRP) in case of a Normal Routing Load is much less than the Hybrid Routing Protocol (ZRP). In case of overall parameter matrix (Normal Routing Load, Throughput, Packet Delivery Ratio and Average End To End Delay) the performance of Improved Hybrid Routing Protocol (IHRP) is much better than existing Hybrid routing protocol (ZRP).

Abstract:
Without the need of a fixed foundation or base station, the Mobile Ad hoc Network creates its own wireless network. One of the most troublesome aspects of Mobile Ad hoc Network (MANET) is the occurrence of unexpected loss of network connectivity. As a result of this problem, packets continue to drop, and we must restore the connection by sending Route Request (RREQ) and Route Reply (RREP). As a result, network performance will suffer yet another setback. We used the scenario routing technique to combine the Dream Multipath Routing (DMR), Ad hoc on-demand multipath distance vector (AOMDV), Optimized link-state routing (OLSR), and Ad-hoc on Demand Vector (AODV) routing protocols to build the IHRP routing protocol in this work. According to previous studies, (AODV) is more suited when node motion is high. The purpose of DREAM Multipath Routing (DMR) is to maintain node mobility and location information coordinated. Route packet flooding is prevented by computing the expected chance of node relocation. The number of mobile nodes in the wireless network fluctuates, and the DMR operates on each one individually. In the network, each node maintains a list of nearby nodes and their current locations. Using the AOMDV routing protocol is effective for load balancing and preventing congestion on the network. OLSR is a good fit for networks that priorities link reliability above other considerations when routing traffic. When using the aforementioned (DMR, AODV, AOMDV, and OLSR) protocols to create the IHRP routing protocol, we are capable of better regulation of network behavior and perform. In the case of 100 nodes, data is sent for analysis for The Improved Hybrid Routing Protocol (IHRP), Zone Routing Protocol (ZRP), AOMDV, AODV, and OLSR routing protocols. For data send, the performance of IHRP, ZRP, AOMDV, AODV, and OLSR is 11513, 10240, 10225, 10558, and 9184, respectively, and for 50 nodes, the performance of IHRP, ZRP, AOMDV, AODV, and OLSR is 11151, 9807, 9636, 9586, and 7470, respectively. Thus, with 100 and 50 nodes, the Improved Hybrid Routing Protocol (IHRP) outperforms the AOMDV, ZRP, AODV, and OLSR routing protocols. In the case of 100 nodes and 50 nodes, the data receive analysis for IHRP, ZRP, AOMDV, AODV, and OLSR routing protocols is 11513, 10240, 10225, 10558, and 9184, respectively, and 9367, 8714, 8370, 6730, and 7298, respectively, So IHRP also receives data faster than ZRP, AOMDV, AODV, and OLSR routing protocols. The IHRP outperforms AOMDV, AODV, ZRP, and OLSR routing protocols in terms of data transmit, receive, data drop, PDR, throughput, E-E latency, and NRL.

Abstract:
This article analyzes intersectorial health-related policies (IHRP) based on a case study performed in 2008-2009 that mapped the social policies of the city of Piracicaba, State of Sao Paulo, Brazil. The research strategy comprised quantitative and qualitative methodologies and converging information sources. Legal and theoretical conceptual frameworks were applied to the Piracicaba study results and served as the basis for proposing a typology of IHRP. Three types of IHRP were identified: health policies where the health sector is coordinator but needs non-health sectors to succeed; policies with a sector other than health as coordinator, but which needs health sector collaboration to succeed; and thirdly, genuine intersectorial policies, not led by any one sector but by a specifically-appointed intersectorial coordinator. The authors contend that political commitment of local authorities alone may not be enough to promote efficient intersectorial social policies. Comprehension of different types of IHRP and their interface mechanisms may contribute to greater efficiency and coverage of social policies that affect health equity and its social determinants positively. In the final analysis,, this will lead to more equitable health outcomes.

Abstract:
In a current dynamic business environment, human resources is playing a pivotal role in organizational effectiveness. The success of any organization regardless of the size is largely depended on the effective management of the human resource. This study attempted to study the impact of Innovative Human Resource Management Practices (IHRP) in Small and Medium enterprises in Oman, particularly in the Al-Dhakiliya governorate. We used the Cluster analysis to collect data from five major industrial areas of the region to study the level of adoption of innovative human resource practices (IHRP) and to analyze how the practices are associated with the outcomes of HR and the firms’ performance. It is found that innovation in talent acquisition, compensation systems, and learning and development practices significantly influenced the performance of firms. The degree to which SMEs have adopted innovative human resource practices is shown to be closely related to human resource outcomes and firm performance.

Adipositas gilt seit einigen Jahren als eine der häufigsten chronischen Erkrankungen des Kindes- und Jugendalters. Welche Faktoren zu einer erfolgreichen Behandlung der Adipositas im Kindes- und Jugendalter führen, sind jedoch noch immer nicht ausreichend geklärt. Ein wichtiger – bisher jedoch weitgehend unbeachteter – Faktor, welcher möglicherweise wegweisend für den Therapieverlauf sein kann, ist das subjektive Krankheitskonzept der betroffenen Kinder. Das bedeutsamste theoretische Modell, welches den Einfluss der individuellen Krankheitsvorstellungen auf den Regulationsprozess eines Menschen im Umgang mit Erkrankungen beschreibt, ist das Common Sense Model of Illness Representation (CSM) von Howard Leventhal. Ziel der vorliegenden Arbeit war es die subjektiven Krankheitskonzepte adipöser Kinder zu erfassen und ihren Einfluss auf den Regulationsprozess zu analysieren. In einer ersten Untersuchung wurde mittels Daten von 168 adipösen Kindern im Alter von 8 bis 12 Jahren zunächst ein Fragebogen zur Erfassung der subjektiven Krankheitskonzepte entwickelt. Die Ergebnisse weisen darauf hin, dass der Fragebogen als reliabel und valide eingeschätzt werden kann. Mit Hilfe dieses Fragebogens konnte nachgewiesen werden, dass adipöse Kinder Konstrukte über ihre Erkrankung haben, welche in eigenständigen Dimensionen gespeichert werden. Die gefundenen initialen Krankheitskonzepte adipöser Kinder ergeben ein homogenes erwartungskonformes Bild. In einer zweiten Untersuchung wurden anschließend die subjektiven Krankheitskonzepte adipöser Kinder, die Bewältigungsstrategien sowie gesundheits- und krankheitsrelevante Kriteriumsvariablen untersucht. Die Befragungen erfolgten vor Beginn einer stationären Reha (T1), am Ende der Reha (T2) sowie sechs Monate nach Reha-Ende (T3). Von 107 Kindern liegen Daten zu allen drei Messzeitpunkten vor. Es konnte ein Zusammenhang zwischen Krankheitskonzepten, Bewältigungsstrategien und spezifischen Kriteriumsvariablen bei adipösen Kindern nachgewiesen werden. Die Analyse der Wirkzusammenhänge konnte zeigen, dass die kindlichen Krankheitskonzepte – neben den indirekten Einflüssen über die Bewältigungsstrategien – die Kriteriumsvariablen vor allem auch direkt beeinflussen können. Der Einfluss der initialen Krankheitskonzepte adipöser Kinder konnte hierbei sowohl im querschnittlichen als auch im längsschnittlichen Design bestätigt werden. Zudem konnten vielfältige Einflüsse der Veränderung der subjektiven Krankheitskonzepte während der Therapie gefunden werden. Die Veränderungen der Krankheitskonzepte wirken sowohl mittelfristig auf die individuellen Bewältigungsstrategien am Ende der Reha als auch längerfristig auf die adipositasspezifischen Kriteriumsvariablen Gewicht, Ernährung, Bewegung und Lebensqualität. Die Befunde stärken die Relevanz und das Potential der zielgerichteten Modifikation adaptiver bzw. maladaptiver Krankheitskonzepte innerhalb der stationären Therapie der kindlichen Adipositas. Zudem konnte bestätigt werden, dass subjektive Krankheitskonzepte und ihre Veränderung innerhalb der Therapie einen relevanten Beitrag zur Vorhersage des kindlichen Therapieerfolgs über einen längerfristigen Zeitraum leisten können.
Obesity has been considered one of the most common chronic illnesses in children and adolescents for some years. The factors that contribute to a successful treatment of obesity in children and adolescents have however yet to be adequately identified. One important – but so far largely neglected – factor which could be crucial to the therapeutic process is the subjective concept of illness in the children affected. The most significant theoretical model to describe the influence of the individual notions of illness on a person’s regulatory process in dealing with illnesses is the Common Sense Model of Illness Representation (CSM) developed by Howard Leventhal. The aim of this thesis was to record the subjective concepts of illness in obese children and to analyse their influence on the regulatory process. In a first study, a survey was developed to collect data on the subjective concepts of illness in 168 obese children between the ages of 8 and 12 years. The results indicate that the survey can be considered reliable and valid. With the aid of this survey, it could be proven that obese children have constructs of their illness that are stored in independent dimensions. The initial concepts of illness found in obese children give a homogeneous picture that conforms to expectations. A second study analysed the subjective concepts of illness in obese children, as well as coping strategies and health and illness-relevant criterion variables. Surveys were carried out before the start of in-patient rehab (T1), at the end of rehab (T2) and six months after the end of rehab (T3). The data of 107 children is available from all three instances of measurement. It was possible to prove a connection between concepts of illness, coping strategies and specific criterion variables in obese children. An analysis of cause-and-effect relationships was able to demonstrate that – as well as indirectly influencing the coping strategies – the children’s concepts of illness had above all a direct influence on the criterion variables. The influence of the initial concepts of illness in obese children could thus be confirmed both in a cross-sectional and in a longitudinal design. In addition, multiple influences were found of changes to the subjective concepts of illness in the course of therapy. Changes to concepts of illness have both a medium-term effect on individual coping strategies at the end of rehab and a longer-term effect on the obesity-specific criterion variables weight, diet, movement and quality of life. The findings reinforce the relevance and potential of the goal-orientated modification of adaptive or maladaptive concepts of illness within the in-patient treatment of childhood obesity. In addition, it was confirmed that subjective concepts of illness and the changes they undergo during therapy can provide a relevant contribution to predicting the success of a child’s therapy over a longer period of time.

Leitfadengestützte Vorher-Nachher-Interviews mit Zuschauenden dienten dem Zweck, Zielgruppen des Formats näher kennenzulernen, ihre Vorstellungen von Wissenschaft und Kunst sowie ihre Programmbewertung zu erheben. Auf methodischer Ebene zeigt das Fallbeispiel auf, wie die Umstellung des ursprünglich reinen Präsenzformats zu einem digitalen Angebot die Evaluationsplanung veränderte und verdeutlicht das Erkenntnispotenzial, das aus wenigen, sorgfältig vorbereiteten Befragungen gewonnen werden kann. Auf inhaltlicher Ebene geben die Ergebnisse Anlass zur Reflexion, wie die Wahrnehmung von Wissenschaftler:innen durch ihre Präsentation und die Moderation in Formaten der Wissenschaftskommunikation geprägt wird.

Wenn der Staat in höhere Kapazitäten investiert und mehr Studienplätze in einer Fachrichtung mit hoher Bildungsrendite schafft, können mehr Studienwerber ihre erstbeste Wahl in diesem Fach verwirklichen und so zu mehr Einkommen und Lebenszufriedenheit kommen. Weil sie von anderen Fachrichtungen in ihr bevorzugtes Fach wechseln, werden andernorts Studienplätze frei. Mindestens so wichtig für die gesamtwirtschaftliche Rendite von Bildungsinvestitionen sind die Gewinne der «Aufrücker», welche mit den frei werdenden Studienplätzen ihre nächst bessere Studienwahl realisieren können. Susanne Leeb fragt in diesem Beitrag nach dem Blickwechsel, der sich auf die (Kunst-)Geschichtsschreibung von 1968 ergibt, wenn man aus antikolonialer Perspektive auf '68 schaut. In den Blick kommt die Verknüpfung von globaler Imagination und lokaler Produktion. Da Modulhersteller ihre Applikationen weitestgehend kapseln, um ihr Know-How zu schützen, müssen Strukturen und Applikationen entwickelt werden, die das Monitoring und die Diagnose auch im Rahmen der vorausschauenden Instandhaltung dieser Module ermöglichen. Die Implementierung solcher Funktionen in das übergeordnete Leitsystem der Gesamtanlage ist bei modularen Anlagen bislang ähnlich umständlich wie die Einbindung von Fremdkomponenten in ein Leitsystem. Um ein vollständiges modulares Anlagenkonzept erfolgreich zu etablieren, ist eine einfache Implementierung dieser Funktionalitäten somit unumgänglich. Im Rahmen dieses Beitrags wird daher untersucht, wie Strukturen und Applikationen zum Monitoring und Diagnose einfach in übergeordnete Systeme implementiert werden können. Hier wird auch betrachtet, welche dieser Informationen für Anlagenfahrer relevant, welche Funktionalitäten auf externe Systeme (z. B. eine Cloud) ausgelagert werden sollten und wie diese optimal dargestellt werden. Weiterhin wird ein Konzept zur Modularisierung von Plant Asset Management Funktionen vorgestellt, anhand dessen eine Strukturierung des NAMUR Open Architecture (NOA)-Kanals vorgenommen wird.

The inverse heat conduction problem (IHCP) in a one-dimensional composite slab with rate-dependent pyrolysis chemical reaction and outgassing flow effects is investigated using the conjugate gradient method (CGM). The thermal properties of the composites are considered to be temperature-dependent, which makes the IHCP a nonlinear problem. The inverse problem is formulated in such a way that the front-surface heat flux is chosen as the unknown function to be recovered, and the front-surface temperature is computed as a by-product of the IHCP algorithm, which uses back-surface temperature and heat flux measurements. The proposed IHCP formulation is then applied to solve the IHCP in an organic composite slab whose front surface is subjected to high intensity periodic laser heating. It is shown that an extra temperature sensor located at an interior position is necessary since the organic composites usually possess a very low thermal conductivity. It is also found that the frequency of the periodic laser heating flux plays a dominant role in the inverse solution accuracy. In addition, the robustness of the proposed algorithm is demonstrated by its capability in handling the case of thermophysical properties with random errors.

Im Zuge der Diskussion um wettbewerbsnotwendige Anpassungen von Arbeit und Arbeitsmärkten wird von Arbeitnehmern unter anderem die Bereitschaft zu räumlicher Mobilität erwartet. Zudem können Individuen selbst versucht sein ihre Arbeitsbedingungen, etwa ihr Einkommen, durch regionale Mobilität zu verbessern. Dies sollte, folgt man ökonomisch-rational argumentierenden Ansätzen, bei jenen Personen, die höhere Investitionen in ihr Humankapital getätigt haben, häufiger der Fall sein als bei geringer Qualifizierten. Es kann zudem angenommen werden, dass bei Mobilitätsentscheidungen die erwarteten Erfolgsaussichten des Zielbetriebes und der Zielregion unter Berücksichtigung der aktuellen und erwarteten Bedingungen am Herkunftsort in die Entscheidung eingehen (Cadwallader 1989; Windzio 2004a: 258). Welche Personengruppen eine höhere oder geringere räumliche Mobilitätsneigung aufweisen, ist empirisch belegt. Allerdings gibt es kaum Befunde zu den Faktoren, die den Erfolg räumlicher Arbeitsplatzveränderungen erhöhen oder mindern. Dabei stellt sich die Frage, ob etwa die häufiger Mobilen auch die häufiger Erfolgreichen sind, und welche Bedeutung Individual-, Betriebs- und Regionenmerkmalen in diesem Zusammenhang zukommt. Der vorliegende Aufsatz prüft, welche individuellen, betrieblichen und regionalen wirtschaftsstrukturellen Merkmale eine erfolgreiche regionale Mobilität in Deutschland unterstützen und/oder behindern.

Die vorliegende Arbeit verdeutlicht für das Handlungsfeld „Ethnomarketing in Deutschland“, wie ethnische Grenzen gezogen werden. Sein Ausgangspunkt ist der gesellschaftliche Diskurs über das Deutschsein und seine Gegenstücke: das Türkische, Russische, Orientalische, Südländische usw.. Im Niemandsland zwischen Fremdem und Eigenem führen die Akteure des Ethnomarketings ihr eigenes Spiel mit der Ethnizität auf, indem sie sich die kursierenden ethnischen Zuschreibungen zu nutze machen. Sie übernehmen selektiv die im Diskurs vorgefundenen ethnischen Konstruktionen eines „kollektiven Gedächtnisses“ in der Gesellschaft über sich selbst und „die Anderen“, modifizieren diese Konstruktionen in ihrem Marketing entsprechend eigener Vorstellungen und Interessen, verstärken ihre Wirkung durch Ausstrahlung in den Medien und greifen so selbst ein in den machtbasierten gesellschaftlichen Prozess ethnischer Rollenzuweisung und Anerkennung. Die Gestaltung des eigenen Marketings zwingt die Akteure, sich auf eindeutige Werbebilder festzulegen, und ihre Präsenz in der Öffentlichkeit nötigt sie, sich und ihr ethnisches Marketing zu erklären. Sie offenbaren dadurch ihre Persönlichkeiten, Interessen, Vorstellungen, Fähigkeiten, Rollenverständnisse und Strategien – nicht jedoch das vermeintliche „Wesen“ ethnischer Zielgruppen, die sie adäquat zu bewerben glauben. Wie aus einleitender Definition hervorgeht, ist für Ethnomarketing ein Umfeld ethnischer Divergenz notwendig, um bestehen und funktionieren zu können. Es sind die fortwährenden Debatten in Deutschland über Ausländer, Asylanten, deutsche Werte, Einbürgerung, Fundamentalismus usw., in welchen entlang vermeintlich realer Kriterien wie Herkunft, Mentalität, Religion, Aussehen, Sprache usw. die soziale Realität ethnischer Gruppen (re-)konstruiert und ihnen stigmatisierend Eigenschaften zugeschrieben werden. Am vorläufigen Ende dieses Prozesses stehen Einbürgerungstests, mit welchen das „Deutsche“ vom „Undeutschen“ getrennt und bewahrt werden soll, die jedoch lediglich den Glauben ihrer Urheber demonstrieren, dies sei möglich. Als Gegenpol zum „guten“ Deutschen hat der Diskurs eine Chimäre aus zahlreichen, zumeist abwertenden Zuschreibungen für das Östliche, Südländische, Orientalische, Islamische usw. hervorgebracht, die im Türkischen oft einen Platzhalter findet: „Der Türke“ ist für viele Menschen zum Bild vom „unliebsamen“ Ausländer generell geworden. Vor diesem gesellschaftlichen Hintergrund ist Ethnomarketing erfolgreich, wenn es gelingt, den „verletzten Seelen“ die ethnische Wertschätzung zu geben, die sie sich von der „deutschen“ Gesellschaft vergeblich wünschen. Ethnomarketing kompensiert jedoch nicht nur das Gefühl mangelnder ethnischer Akzeptanz, das viele ethnisch stigmatisierte Rezipienten empfinden, sondern ist auch ein Mikrokosmos, in welchem die gleichen Prozesse der Konstruktion und Instrumentalisierung von Ethnizität wirksam sind wie in der umschließenden Gesellschaft.

Vor allem für Kinder und Jugendliche sind in dieser Zeit viele alltagssichernde Strukturen weggebrochen, welche langfristige Konsequenzen für ihr persönliches Wohlbefinden und ihre Entwicklung nach sich ziehen könnten.
