Abstract:
This study looks at sūrah al-Nisa’ (Chapter The Women) and draws some lessons for Muslim business leaders. The focus is on Muslim business leaders as they have the power and authority to transform the corporate culture of their organisations. The author compared and contrasted the works of Khaled and Khan. Although the general theme of the sūrah is justice, this author focuses on ihsan. Generally, people need to have ihsan towards one another (4:36), whether Muslims or non-Muslims. Extrapolating from this principle, this sūrah teaches us that managers need to have ihsan towards their subordinates and vice-versa. The complexity of the concept of ihsan is explored. Although ihsan is linked to taqwa (piety), it is also linked to remembering death and resurrection. The author tried two experiments, derived from the work of Kübler-Ross, to demonstrate how developing a culture of ihsan is possible. The findings state that developing a culture of ihsan is straightforward but facilitators need to have a counselling background to address participants’ concerns in the right manner. Keywords: Qur’an, ihsan, corporate culture, counselling, Islamic leadership. Abstrak Kajian ini tentang sūrah an-Nisa bagi mengambil beberapa pengajaran untuk pemimpin perniaga Islam. Tumpuannya khusus pemimpin perniaga Islam kerana mereka mempunyai kuasa dan autoriti untuk mengubah budaya korporat organisasi mereka. Penulis membandingkan dan membezakan karya-karya Khaled dan Khan. Walaupun tema umum sūrah ini adalah keadilan tetapi penulis memberi tumpuan tentang konsep ihsan. Secara umum, setiap orang perlu mempunyai ihsan terhadap satu sama lain (4:36), sama ada orang Islam atau bukan Islam. Pengkaitan daripada prinsip tersebut, sūrah ini mengajar kita bahawa pengurus perlu mempunyai ihsan kepada orang bawahan mereka dan sebaliknya. Konsep ihsan yang menyeluruh dan berhubung kait juga diteroka. Walaupun ihsan dikaitkan dengan taqwa (taqwa), ia juga dikaitkan dengan mengingati kematian dan kebangkitan. Penulis melakukan dua eksperimen, yang berasal dari karya Kübler-Ross, untuk menunjukkan keupayan membangunkan budaya ihsan. Kesimpulannya ialah membina budaya ihsan adalah mudah tetapi memerlukan fasilitator yang mempunyai latar belakang kaunseling untuk menangani masalah peserta dengan cara yang berkesan. Kata Kunci: Al-Qur'an, ihsan, budaya korporat, kaunseling, kepimpinan Islam.

Reformulasi metodologis untuk perkembangan tasawuf sangat berguna bagi masyarakat dari rentetan perkembanganya dari masa ke masa. Alternatifnya adalah tasawuf sosial sebagai ilmu yang pada dasarnya memiliki kerangka untuk amalan atau keshalihan pribadi namun dengan akhir yang tidak terbatas menjadi keshalihan sosial untuk membangun surga bagi diri sendiri dan umat manusia di dunia ini. Pada sisi lainnya, hakikat spiritual yang terkandung dalam pengamalan tasawuf Islam menekankan core values sufisme dalam diri seorang manusia seperti sikap muruah, waro’i, zuhud, qanaah, ikhlas, taqarub ilallah, moral. Secara esensial, tasawuf terletak pada pengejewantahan dari ajaran tentang ihsan, atau salah satu dari tiga serangkaia ajaran Islam, yaitu Islam sendiri, Iman, dan Ihasan. Esotorisme sufi adalah perwujudan dari sabda Nabi SAW bahwa ihsan adalah keadaan dimana ketika seorang manusia menyembah Allah SWT seolah-olah melihatnya. Sehingga pembelajaran atau paham kaum tasawuf, tidak lain adalah bagaimana menyembah Allah SWT.

Abstract:
Al-Khidmah is a council of dzikir in which the congregations consist of various educational, economic, and social backgrounds. Uniquely, in the council, there are people who have criminal backgrounds such as drug addicts and thugs. In its development, these people experienced a change in character towards ihsan. This change is suspected to be the impact of their participation in Majelis Dzikir Al-Khidmah of dzikir. This paper examines the living hadith about dzikir and ihsan in Al-Khidmah and it’s role in shaping the character of its congregations towards ihsan. This paper was a field research in Simbarwaringin, Trimurjo sub-district, Central Lampung. This was a qualitative descriptive paper that provides a description of the living hadith and the formation of ihsan characters in Al-Khidmah Lampung. This paper was conducted by using participation method with the symbolic interaction method. The results concluded that Al-Khidmah revived the values of hadith about ihsan in three forms of tradition: practice, oral, and written. The character of the ihsan is measured by using the parameters of the asas al khomsa contained in the interaction model, the relation model, and the ritual dzikir of manaqib. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, untuk menggambarkan dan memberikan penjelasan tentang manajemen Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan Santri (LDKS) di Pondok Pesantren Al-Ihsan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa LDKS di Pondok Pesantren Al-Ihsan sesuai pada prinsip-prinsip manajemen modern sudah terbukti dengan adanya penerapan fungsi-fungsi manajemen modern dalam pelaksanaan LDKS. Penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa fungsi manajemen telah diterapkan secara teratur dalam kegiatan LDKS di Pesantren Al-Ihsan, karena panitia menerapkan fungsi-fungsi manajemen dalam kegiatan LDKS ini sehingga kegiatan dapat berjalan dengan lancar, sesuai dengan tujuan yang telah di tentukan. This study describes planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating the Santri Leadership Basic Training (LDKS) held at the Al-Ihsan Islamic Boarding School apply the principles and functions of modern management. The method used in this research is descriptive method, to describe and provide an explanation of the management of Santri Leadership Basic Training (LDKS) at Al-Ihsan Islamic Boarding School. This study shows that LDKS in Al-Ihsan Islamic Boarding School in accordance with the principles of modern management has been proven by the application of modern management functions in the implementation of LDKS. Research also shows that management functions have been applied regularly in LDKS activities at Al-Ihsan Islamic Boarding Schools, because the committee implements management functions in this LDKS activity so that activities can run smoothly, in accordance with the goals that have been set.

Abstract. Ovarian carcinoma is a primary malignant process that occurs in the ovaries. This disease is commonly found in postmenopausal women with various clinical symptoms, comorbidities, and complications. This study aims to determine how ovarian carcinoma is based on the characteristics of clinical symptoms, comorbidities, complications, and age in patients at Al-Ihsan Hospital Bandung for the period January 2018-December 2019. The population in this study were patients with ovarian carcinoma at Al-Ihsan Hospital Bandung. . The sampling technique used in this study was the total sampling technique, covering all patients with ovarian carcinoma at RSUD Al-Ihsan Bandung for the period 2018-2019. The results showed that the number of patients hospitalized in RSUD Al-Ihsan Bandung for no longer than 5 days was 72.5%. In addition, the number of ovarian carcinoma patients at Al-Ihsan Hospital Bandung with the most clinical symptoms detected, namely anemia by 47.83%, comorbidities, namely uterine myoma and gastritis by 40.00%, complications namely sepsis and pleural effusion by 33.33%. , and most have an age between 30-50 years at 47.50%. Abstrak. Karsinoma ovarium adalah proses keganasan primer yang terjadi pada ovarium. Penyakit ini umumnya dijumpai pada wanita usia pasca menopause dengan berbagai macam gejala klinis, penyakit penyerta, dan komplikasi yang timbul. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana karsinoma ovarium berdasarkan karateristik gejala klinis, penyakit penyerta, komplikasi, dan usia pada pasien di RS Al-Ihsan Bandung periode Januari 2018 – Desember 2019. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien penderita karsinoma ovarium di RS Al-Ihsan Bandung. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik total sampling, mencangkup seluruh pasien penderita karsinoma ovarium di RSUD Al-Ihsan Bandung periode 2018–2019. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa jumlah pasien yang dirawat inap di RSUD Al-Ihsan Bandung paling lama kurang dari 5 hari sebesar 72,5%. Selain itu jumlah pasien karsinoma ovarium di RSUD Al-Ihsan Bandung yang paling banyak terdeteksi gejala klinis yaitu anemia sebesar 47,83%, penyakit penyerta yaitu mioma uteri dan gastritis sebesar 40,00%, komplikasi yaitu sepsis dan efusi pleura sebesar 33,33%, serta paling banyak memiliki usia antara 30-50 tahun sebesar 47,50%.

Abstract:
Objective - The objective of this study is to propose the implementation of the concept of ihsan intoa company's Shari'ah Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Methodology/Technique - Ihsan, as a concept in Islam, can be assessed from several approaches i.e., normative approach, theoretical approach, and empirical approach. A Company's CSR activities aim to provide welfare to stakeholders but many theories propose different points of view. The entity theory argues that stakeholders are the shareholders only while the enterprise theory holds a broader view suggesting that stakeholder are not only the shareholders but that other stakeholders are involved. Meanwhile, the Shari'ah's enterprise theory states that stakeholders include God, human, and nature. The difference existing among these theories motivate every company to implement the CSR activities based on the concept of ihsan. Findings - Results of this study show that the implementation of the concept of ihsaninto the Shari'ah's CSR could provide the Shari'ah added value. Novelty - This study contends thatthe CSR is not only to improve the reputation of the company but also to worship God via the concept of ihsan. The conceptual framework of water accounting should include the element or value of Ihsan. That is, it is expected that users will be able to implement the Ihsan value in water accounting. The environment is an ecosystem created entirely by God for human life. The value of Ihsan in the conceptual framework of water accounting, especially peatland, requires knowledge of the characteristics, types and distribution of peatland. It is intended that peatland can be utilized and managed sustainably. Implementation of the Ihsan value of utilizing peatland for life without damage. The mosque also organizes many activities or program the takmirof the mosque must prepare everything properly, such as good facilities for pilgrims, the selection of priests and mosque managers who are competent in the field of spirituality to ensure the comfort and comfort of worshipers.The purpose of this reseach is to find out how to use air conditioner facilities in mosques and know how to maintain air conditioner facilities at mosques Baituk Ihsan. The research approach is descriptive case study approach because researchers describe a phenomenon using various sources of data. Source of the data in this study are primary data sources totaling 3 informants consisting of priests at the Masjid Baitul Ihsan Bank Indonesia Surabaya, chairman of takmir as well as a logistics section in BI and AC technicians in the Masjid Baitul Ihsan Bank Indonesia Surabaya. Data collection techniques used in this study are: Observation techniques, interview, and documentation. Processing techniques and data analysis are: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The result of the study indicate that the management of the air conditioner facilities in the Masjid Baitul Ihsan Bank Indonesia Surabaya is in accordance with the 7 stages of the process delivered by Suherman. This research has resulted in a good way to treat central AC. The implication of this research needs to be paid more attention to the evaluation of AC treatment at the Masjid Baitul Ihsan Bank Indonesia Surabaya. Masjid memiliki peran yang sangat penting bagi masyarakat, karena masjid memiliki andil dalam mensejahterahkan masyarakat, tidak hanya sebagai tempat beribadah saja, bahkan solusi dari permasalahan kehidupan ada di masjid. Masjid juga mengatur banyak sekali kegiatan atau program, para takmir masjid harus mempersiapkan segala sesuatunya dengan baik, seperti fasilitas yang baik untuk para jama’ah, pemilihan imam serta menejer masjid yang berkompeten dalam bidang kerohanian untuk menjamin kekhusyuan dan kenyamanan jama’ah ketika beribadah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara pemanfaatan fasilitas air conditioner di Masjid Baitul Ihsan dan mengetahui bagaimana sistem pemeliharaan fasilitas air conditioner di Masjid Baitul Ihsan. Pendekatan penelitian yang dilakukan adalah pendekatan studi kasus deskriptif karena peneliti menggambarkan sebuah fenomena dengan menggunakan berbagai sumber data. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer berjumlah 3 informan yang terdiri dari imam masjid Baitul Ihsan Bank Indonesia Surabaya, ketua takmir sekaligus bagian logistic di BI dan teknisi AC di masjid Baitul Ihsan Bank Indonesia Surabaya. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah: teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data adalah: Data reduction (reduksi data), data display (penyajian data), conclusiondrawing/verification (penarikan kesimpulan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen fasilitas air conditioner di masjid Baitul Ihsan Bank Indonesia Surabaya sudah sesuai dengan 7 tahapan proses yang disampakain oleh Suherman. Penelitian ini menghasilkan terkait cara perawatan yang AC central yang baik. Implikasi dari penelitian ini perlu lebih di perhatikan lagi terkait evaluasi perawatan AC di masjid Baitul Ihsan Bank Indonesia Surabaya.

Abstract:
This research was motivated by the low pedagogical competence of MI Al-Ihsan Sleman teachers in terms of making and using PowerPoint-based learning media. Therefore, this study aims to increase the pedagogical competence of teachers in making and utilizing PowerPoint as a learning medium at MI Al-Ihsan Sleman, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. Researchers used a qualitative approach with a descriptive model in which the explanations presented in this paper were sourced from the results of training conducted by researchers for teachers at MI Al-Ihsan Sleman. Data collection techniques used by researchers through observation, training results questionnaires, and interviews. The results of this study indicate an increase in the ability of teachers to create and use interactive PowerPoint-based learning media after attending two training sessions conducted by researchers. Abstrak:Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih rendahnya kompetensi pedagogik guru MI Al-Ihsan Sleman dalam hal pembuatan dan penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis PowerPoint. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam pembuatan dan pemanfaatan PowerPoint sebagai media pembelajaran di MI Al-Ihsan Sleman, terutama di masa pandemi Covid-19. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan model deskriptif dimana paparan penjelasan yang disampaikan dalam tulisan ini bersumber dari hasil pelatihan yang dilakukan oleh peneliti kepada guru di MI Al-Ihsan Sleman. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti melalui observasi, angket hasil pelatihan, dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam membuat dan menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis PowerPoint Interaktif setelah mengikuti dua sesi pelatihan yang dilakukan oleh peneliti.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Aktivitas peserta didik kelas III SD Islam Nurul Ihsan Palangka Raya pada saat Pembelajaran IPA dengan menggunakan Metode Problem Solving berkaloborasi dengan Metode Eksperimen dan (2) Meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA dengan menggunakan Metode Problem Solving berkaloborasi dengan Metode Eksperimen pada peserta didik kelas III SD Islam Nurul Ihsan Plangka Raya. Metode yang digunakan peneliti adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan subjek penelitian 28 peserta didik yang terdiri dari 13 laki-laki dan 15 perempuan kelas III SD Islam Nurul Ihsan Palangka Raya. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi dan tes. Analisis data menggunakan analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Aktivitas peserta didik kelas III SD Islam Nurul Ihsan Palangka Raya pada saat pembelajaran berlangsung dengan menggunakan metode Problem Solving berkaloborasi dengan metode Eksperimen pada mata pelajaran IPA materi Energi sudah dalam kategori sangat baik. (2) Ada peningkatan hasil belajaran IPA dengan menggunakan metode Problem Solving berkaloborasi dengan metode Eksperimen pada peserta didik kelas III SD Islam Nurul Ihsan Palangka Raya. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil belajar peserta didik, pada pre test dengan rat-rata 48,4 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 17%, sedangkan hasil post test siklus I rata-rata 76,7 dengan ketuntasan klasikal yaitu 100%.

Purpose This paper aims to explore the root cause of growing gap in Islamic moral ideals and practices by examining paradigmatic foundation and moral axioms of Islamic business ethics. It compares and contrasts Tawhidi and secular paradigms in terms of their moral axioms and ethical mandates. Design/methodology/approach The paper first presents the paradigmatic foundation of Islamic ethics, namely, ihsan ethics. Second, it compares Tawhidi paradigm of Islam with secular paradigm in respect to their ontological, axiological, anthropological and teleological differences. Third, it links to Islamic moral axioms to the relevant paradigmatic pillars. Fourth, it defines “ihsan ethics” based on Tawhidi paradigm and moral axioms. Finally, it sheds some light on the gap between moral ideals and realities through the theory of ihsan ethics. Findings The paper attempts to provide strong conceptual and theoretical tools to understand ethical problems in the Muslim societies. The paper makes a strong case that Muslim minds shall be de-secularized to perceive the reality, truth and telos within Tawhidi worldview. As Muslims reach the level of ihsan by perceiving transcendental reality, they are likely to practice what they preach. Originality/value The paper proposes “ihsan ethics” based on Tawhidi worldview and Islamic moral axioms.

Competition between SDITs in Bandung Regency, especially in Baleendah District, will have an impact on how the principal should be the captain in carrying out school leadership, as has been done by SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. The focus of this research is the implementation of intrapreneurship educational leadership at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This study aims to capture the leadership implementation carried out by the principal at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. In the data collection technique, various techniques were used in this study, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis procedure used in this study was qualitative analysis. Based on the findings from the research results, it is concluded that the implementation of intrapreneurship educational leadership at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah can be implemented and has a positive impact on the implementation of SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah.</em></p>

Meanwhile, to find out the application of the principle of al-ihsan in the external scope of the company, a survey was conducted to 86 partners and customers of X Travel Indonesia. Based on the results of the assessment of its customers, it was found that X Travel Indonesia has applied the principle of al-ihsan to its business activities with a score of 82.79%. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus.Informan dari penelitian ini dipilih secara purposive sampling.Jumlah dari informan adalah 4 orang yaitu 3 orang santri putra dan 1 orang pengurus pondok sebagai informan pendukung. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dinamika kenakalan remaja pada siswa SMP Darul Ihsan Muhammadiyah Sragen muncul dalam empat aspek, yaitu: (a) orientasi, (b) emosi, (c) interaksi sosial, dan (d) aktivitas. Temuan yang menarik dari penelitian ini adalah dua faktor utama yang menyebabkan munculnya perilaku kenakalan remaja pada siswa SMP Darul Ihsan Muhammadiyah Sragen yaitu waktu dan pengawasan.Kata Kunci :Faktor penyebab, Kenakalan remaja, Siswa sekolah berbasis Islam

This article studies the concept of Ihsan (good deed) in the thought of ulama mufassirs (Muslim scholars interpretering the Qur’an). The result of the study being carried out by the writer is that the concept of ihsan being too narrowly interpreted, proves that it has wide interpretation in the thought of muffasirs. If so far among society the concept of ihsan has been narrowly interpreted on the good deed or doing good deed, so according to mufassirs, the concept means: (1) carrying out all obligations, (2) being patient to receive all the obligation and anything forbidden by God, (3) being obedient and always perfects his obedience in quality as well as in the way, (4) forgiving, (5) being sincere, (6) realizing the existence of God, (7) emphasizing the esoteric aspect rather than exoteric world, (8) knowledge, (9) being firm in the truthfulness, (10) havng understanding about the true teachings of God, (11) having good comprehension about the law appropriately applied among the Islamic society. Purpose The purpose of this study is to develop a conceptual model explicating Muslims intention towards charitable giving of cash waqf. Drawing from altruism theoretical paradigm, the present study investigates the role of perceived ihsan, Islamic egalitarian and Islamic religiosity on cash waqf contribution. Design/methodology/approach The survey method using Islamic banking respondents were exploited for data collection. A total sample of 264 completed questionnaires were analysed. Findings The results of exploratory factor analysis indicate strong constructs nomological validity. The structural equation modelling using path analysis was also performed to estimate the proposed research framework. The result of model testing shows significant relationship between perceived ihsan, Islamic egalitarian and Islamic religiosity on cash waqf contribution. Practical implications The results suggest that perception of ihsan and notion of equality significantly influences Muslims’ sense of religiosity, which subsequently encourages the generosity giving behaviour of waqf. Implications of the findings and suggestions for future research are also discussed. Originality/value The study introduces two new dimensions of perceived ihsan and Islamic egalitarian. Specifically, the present study offers fresh new insights of charitable giving of cash waqf behaviours from Islamic perspective.

Shaykh Ihsan Jampes gave the fatwa of the cigarette law as makrūh, while Majelis Tarjih gave the fatwa ḥarām. Although Sheikh Ihsan’s fatwa is individual, this fatwa deserves to be a comparison for the collective fatwa of the Majelis Tarjih. This is because the Sheikh Ihsan’s fatwa is a complete picture of the NU fatwa in general. This paper is based on two important questions, which the arguments are used by the two fatwas in formulating the cigarette law and whether there are conceptual differences from these arguments or not. To answer these two questions, the method used is descriptive-critical-analysis with a critical hermeneutic approach. This article finds that both fatwa of Sheikh Ihsan Jampes and Majelis Tarjih have the same argument in deciding the cigarette law, namely the argument of utility or usefulness (maşlaḥat). However, the two fatwas are different in formulating the maşlaḥat model used. Shaykh Ihsan used maşlaḥat taḥsīniyyāh while Majelis Tarjih put it in the shade of maşlaḥah darūriyyah. This article implies, not only from the various variants of the different choices of cigarette law but also providing insight into the epistemology that underlies these differences in law. This article educates smokers to choose between continuing or leaving smoking. Epistemology, as is well known, is the opening door to one's actions. This article also provides a perspective for policy-makers between legalizing or banning cigarettes based on the theory of maşlaḥat.Syeikh Ihsan Jampes memberi fatwa hukum rokok sebagai makrūh, sementara Majelis Tarjih memberi fatwa ḥarām. Walau fatwa Syeikh Ihsan bersifat individual, fatwa ini layak menjadi pembanding bagi fatwa Majelis Tarjih yang kolektif. Hal ini disebabkan karena fatwa Syeikh Ihsan adalah gambaran lengkap bagi fatwa NU pada umumnya. Tulisan ini dilandasi oleh dua pertanyaan penting yaitu argumentasi apakah yang digunakan oleh kedua fatwa tersebut dalam merumuskan hukum rokok serta apakah ada perbedaan konseptual dari argumentasi tersebut. Untuk menjawab dua pertanyaan tersebut, metode yang digunakan adalah diskriptif-analisis-kritis dengan pendekatan hermeneutika kritis. Artikel ini menemukan jawaban bahwa fatwa Syeikh Ihsan Jampes dan fatwa Majelis Tarjih memiliki argumen yang sama dalam memberi hukum rokok yaitu argumentasi utilitas atau kebermanfaatan (maşlaḥat). Hanya saja, kedua fatwa tersebut berbeda dalam merumuskan model maşlaḥat yang digunakan. Syeikh Ihsan menggunakan maşlaḥah taḥsīniyyāh sementara Majelis Tarjih meletakkannya dalam naungan maşlaḥah darūriyyah. Artikel ini memberi implikasi, tidak saja dari berbagai varian pilihan hukum rokok yang berbeda, tetapi juga memberi pengetahuan tentang epistemologi yang melatari perbedaan hukum tersebut. Artikel ini mencerdaskan para perokok untuk mengambil pilihan antara melanjutkan merokok atau meninggalkannya. Epistemologi, seperti diketahui, adalah pintu pembuka bagi tindakan seseorang. Artikel ini juga memberi perspektif bagi pengambil kebijakan antara melegalkan rokok atau melarangnya yang didasarkan kepada teori maşlaḥat.

Hal ini dikarenakan siswa dapat mengontrol sendiri berbagai cara belajar yang perlu ditempuh untuk mencapai hasil prestasi belajar sesuai dengan keinginannya. Dalam rangka membantu peserta didik meningkatkan hasil belajar, proses pembelajaran perlu diusahakan agar interaktif, inspiratif, inovatif, memotivasi peserta didik berpartisipasi aktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemandirian belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan angket kuesioner untuk pengumpulan datanya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII di MTs Darul Ihsan Cibungbulang dengan populasi target (sampling frame) yang berjumlah 42 siswa. Penyajian analisis deskriptif dalam penelitian ini yaitu: variabel kemandirian belajar (X) dan variabel hasil belajar (Y). Di lihat dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa siswa di MTs Darul Ihsan memiliki kemandirian dalam belajar, dan dapat dilihat dari hasil belajar para siswa di MTs Darul Ihsan rata-rata 6% siswa mendapat nilai “0-65”, 19% siswa mendapat nilai “66-75”, 71% siswa mendapat nilai “76-85” dan 3% siswa mendapat nilai “86-100”. This is because students can control themselves various ways of learning that need to be taken to achieve the results of learning achievement in accordance with their wishes. In order to help students improve learning outcomes, the learning process needs to be endeavored to be interactive, inspiring, innovative, motivating students to actively participate. This study aims to determine the effect of student learning independence on student learning outcomes using quantitative research methods using questionnaires to collect data. The population in this study were all students of class VIII at MTs Darul Ihsan Cibungbulang with a target population (sampling frame) of 42 students. The descriptive analysis presentations in this study are: learning independence variable (X) and learning outcome variable (Y). In view of the results of this study indicate that students at MTs Darul Ihsan have independence in learning, and can be seen from the learning outcomes of students at MTs Darul Ihsan on average 6% of students get a value of "0-65", 19% of students get grades " 66-75 ", 71% of students scored" 76-85 "and 3% of students scored" 86-100 ". Then it can be concluded that students at MTs Darul Ihsan have good learning outcomes (report cards).</p>

Like providing more facilitaties such as providing some scholarship to the student who needed. This research was conducted at the Baitul Ihsan Mosque of the East Java Bank Indonesia, uses a qualitative method with an exploratory approach and complex data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The resource persons interviewed are as follows: Chairman Mr. Takmir, TPQ Manager, Former TPQ Manager, and TPQ Students. Kadar serum feritin yang tinggi pada pasien talasemia menimbulkan berbagai komplikasi yang menurunkan kualitas hidup pasien. Kadar tersebut dipengaruhi berbagai hal, salah satunya kepatuhan pasien dalam mengkonsumsi obat kelasi besi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepatuhan konsumsi obat kelasi besi dan kadar serum feritin pada penderita talasemia beta-mayor di RSUD Al-Ihsan Bandung serta hubungan antara keduanya. Penelitian ini merupakan studi cross sectional dengan melibatkan 50 pasien talasemia di RSUD Al-Ihsan Bandung yang dipilih secara consecutive. Data tingkat kepatuhan diukur dengan kuesioner Morisky Medication Adherence Scale-8 (MMAS-8) yang diisi dengan dipandu oleh peneliti, sedangkan data kadar feritin didapatkan dari rekam medis pasien. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Juli-September 2019, data dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi square dengan bantuan piranti lunak STATA versi 13. Hasil penelitian menunjukan mayoritas penderita talasemia beta-mayor di RSUD Al-Ihsan Bandung (60%, IK 45.4% - 72.9%) memiliki tingkat kepatuhan rendah dalam konsumsi obat kelasi besi dan sebagian besar memiliki kadar serum feritin >2500 ng/ml (58%, IK 43.5% - 71.2%). Terdapat hubungan bermakna secara statistik antara tingkat kepatuhan konsumsi obat kelasi besi dengan kadar serum feritin pada penderita talasemia beta-mayor di RSUD Al-Ihsan Bandung p=0.00( p<0.05).

Guru juga menemukan beberapa kendala dalam kegiatan perencanaan yang berupa persiapan kurang matang dikarenakan tidak adanya waktu untuk membuat RPP dan sulitnya guru dalam mengembangkan kegiatan pembelajaran. Dalam kegiatan pelaksanaan, guru menemukan kendala yang berupa tidak adanya buku paket siswa dan saran prasarana yang kurang mendukung. Sedangkan dalam kegiatan penilaian pembelajaran kendala yang ditemukan berupa terlalu banyak aspek yang dinilai sehingga guru harus segera merekap nilai agar tidak menumpuk. Guru mempunyai cara tersendiri untuk mengatasi tiap kendala yang dihadapi.

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of teacher guidance and the Qur'anic khatam on the ability to read the Qur'an at MTS Nurul Ihsan Cibinong. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative research method. The result was that the majority (60.3%) of MTS students Nurul Ihsan Cibinong, Bogor, met the Al-Qur'an's Khatam target with very good criteria. The rest, including both (18.0%) and moderate (9.8%). There is a moderate correlation between Khatam Al-Qur'an and Ability to Read the Qur'an at MTs Nurul Ihsan Bogor. This is evidenced by the correlation number or R2 of 0.575. That is, the variables of khatam and guidance can explain the ability to read the Qur'an by 57.5%. The rest is explained by other variables not examined. Proses rekrutmen dengan nepotisme mengakibatkan ketidakadilan dalam mendapatkan peluang menjadi salah satu perangkat desa. Dengan demikian, perlu proses rekrutmen yang terbuka dari stakeholder agar mendapatkan hasil yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah ada pengaruh rekmutmen perangkat desa terhadap kinerja perangkat pemerintah desa di Desa Sungai Tohor Barat dan Desa Sendanu Darul ihsan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif eksplanasi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan survei dengan menyebarkan angket kepada 95 responden. Peneliti menggunakan teori rekrutmen menurut Simamora (2014) dan kinerja menurut Agus Dwiyanto (2008). Hipotesis penelitian di uji dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penilitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh rekrutmen terhadap kinerja perangkat desa di Desa Sungai Tohor Barat dan Desa Sendanu Darul Ihsan, yaitu sebesar 0,163 atau 16,3%. Nilai pengaruhnya tidak terlalu besar, artinya ada variabel-variabel lain yang turut menentukan kinerja perangkat desa yang tidak menjadi objek kajian penelitian ini. Konsep ini telah dikembangkan oleh William Rathon sejak tahun 1859 di liverpool yang dinamakan perawatan dirumah dalam bentuk kunjungan tenaga keperawatan ke rumah untuk mengobati pasien yang sakit dan tidak bersedia dibawa ke rumah sakit. Di Indonesia, konsep homecare ini merupakan solusi paling tepat untuk mengantisipasi jumlah pasien yang tidak tertampung di rumah sakit. Dengan konsep homecare maka pasien yang sakit dengan kriteria tertentu (terutama yang tidak memerlukan peralatan rumah sakit) tidak lagi harus ke rumah sakit, tetapi tenaga kesehatan yang mendatangi rumah pasien dengan fokus utama pada kemandirian pasiendan keluarganya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan perawat tentang manajemen pelayanan hospital homecare di RSUD Al-Ihsan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di RSUD Al-Ihsan Provinsi Jawa Barat pada tanggal 26-27 Mei 2016 dengan jumlah populasi 10 orang serta jumlah sampel 10 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner tertutup. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan gambaran pengetahuan perawat tentang menejemen pelayanan hospital homecare di RSUD Al-Ihsan Provinsi Jawa Barat diperoleh kategori terbanyak yaitu lima orang responden (50%) memiliki pengetahuan cukup, kategori kurang tiga orang responden (30%) memiliki pengetahuan kurang dan untuk pengetahuan dengan kategori baik sebanyak dua orang responden (20%). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan perawat tentang manajemen pelayanan hospital homecare di RSUD Al-Ihsan Provinsi Jawa Barat adalah kategori cukup yaitu lima orang responden (50%). Oleh karena itu maka peneliti merekomendasikan agar pihak kesehatan lebih mengembangkan pengetahuan tentang homecare agar tercipta kesehatan yang holistik.ABSTRACTHomecare is supportive care provide in the home. The modern concept of providing nursing care in the home was developed by William Rathbone of Liverpool, England, in 1859. In Indonesia, The concept of homecare is solution for anticipate amount of patient in the hospital. In manner of this concept for patient have a spesific character like unneed some hospital’s instrumentation, patient unneed to go to hospital but a nurse come to a patient’s home, but a nurse have to come to a patient home for a focus, that is a patient to be autonomous in activity daily living. This research for find out of nurse’s knowledge about hospital homecare service management (HHSM) in Al-Ihsan Provience’s Hospital Jawa Barat. It is conducted using descriptive quantitative study in 26-27 May 2016, and involved 10 population and 10 samples. Simple total sampling was used as the technique and closed questionnaire was used as the instrument. The findings of the study show that most nurse’s in Al-Ihsan Provience’s Hospital Jawa Barat ( five respondents) have adequate knowledge about HHSM (50%); next, three respondents (30%) have low knowledge about HHSM; and two respondents (20%) have good knowledge about HHSM. To conclude, the nurse in Al-Ihsan Provience’s Hospital Jawa Barat’s knowledge about HHSM is adequate. Therefore, the health professionals are suggested to actively conduct more counseling and re-evaluation about homecare, especially about HHSM, in hospital settings.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana manajemen sumber dana di Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Ihsan Baleendah Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analisis. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tentang manajemen sumber dana di Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Ihsan Baleendah dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1) Sumber dana pondok pesantren secara garis besar dapat dikelompokkan atas tiga sumber, yaitu: Pemerintah berupa dana BOS, Orang tua santri berupa SPP, uang dapur santri, dan ZISWAF, serta unit usaha mandiri berupa Koppontren Al-Ihsan. 2) Pengalokasian sumber dana sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku dengan dibuat RAPBM dan dilakukannya pencatatan untuk setiap transaksi. 3) Bentuk pertanggungjawaban sumber dana tergolong baik karena dibuat dalam bentuk laporan harian, bulanan, maupun tahunan. 4) Solusi untuk mengatasi hambatan dalam mengelola kekurangan dana untuk menjalankan kegiatan dengan cara terlebih dahulu memanfaatkan sumber dana yang tersedia tergolong cukup karena setidaknya memenuhi kebutuhan minimal dalam mencapai tujuan kegiatan pembelajaran pondok pesantren.

Perkembangan ilmu tafsir di Tanah Melayu bermula sejajar dengan kedatangan agama Islam ke Tanah Melayu. Kajian ini memfokuskan mengenai metodologi Syeikh Muhammad Said Bin Umar dalam mentafsirkan ayat-ayat Mutashabihat dalam kitab Tafsir Nur al-Ihsan. Kitab ini dikarang pada abad ke 19 iaitu pada tahun 1927 Masihi. Beliau adalah pengikut mazhab shafie dan mahir dalam Bahasa Arab. Kitab Tafsir Nur al-Ihsan merupakan salah satu rujukan utama Bahasa Melayu kepada masyarakat di Tanah Melayu di dalam memahami isi kandungan al-Quran. Proses pengumpulan data bagi kertas kerja ini akan menggunakan modul pengajaran dan dokumen-dokumen berkaitan dengan menggunakan method kajian induktif dalam menganalisa data. Hasil dari kajian ini mendapati bahawa, Syeikh Muhammad Said Bin Umar mengaplikasikan metodologi tafsir berasaskan tafwidh dan ta’wil dalam mentafsirkan ayat-ayat mutashabihat. Abstract: The golden era of al-Ilm al-Tafsir in Malaya was started along with the existence of Islamic influence in Malaya. This study focuses on the methodology that was applied by Syeikh Muhammad Said bin Umar in interpreting al-Ayat al-Mutashabihat for his well-known book entitled Tafsir Nur al-Ihsan. This book was narrated in 1927. He practiced Shafie’s Sect and an expert in Arabic language. Tafsir Nur al-Ihsan is the main reference for the Malays in understanding the contents of Quran. This study gains the data throughout teaching modules and few related documents. In analyzing the data, an inductive research method was implemented. The study found that Syeikh Muhammad Said bin Umar has adapted the principles of Tafwidh (Authorization) and Ta’wil (Interpretation) in interpreting al-Ayat al-Mutashabihat.

Abstract This study aims to reveal the interpretation of the Koran about doing good (ihsan) to parents which is explicitly mentioned 13 (thirteen) times, and which is mentioned 7 (seven) times directly after Allah swt invites and calls on people to tauhid and thanksgiving. to him. In social practice, how a person has good character to both parents is revealed in this study with Tafsir al-Amthal fi Tafsir Kitabillah al-Munzal by Makarim Syairazi as the primary source. This Interpretasion is a contemporary social interpretation. Meanwhile, the secondary data in this study are other authoritative and relevant social interpretation works. The findings of this research are that the meaning of ihsan applies to both parents in the Koran is in the form of monotheism that must be put forward to accompany the worship of both parents. Ihsan is absolute covering all goodness, including the category whether the religious status of both parents is Muslim or infidel. be civilized when both parents are weak, old and old, who desperately need protection and affection from their children. Be gentle and respectful when communicating with him. Be tawadhu 'and pray for them when they are still alive or not. Always ask Allah for an easy way to serve both parents. Tafsir Al-Amthal merupakan tafsir yang bercorak sosial kontemporer. Sedang data sekunder dalam penelitian ini adalah karya tafsir sosial lainnya yang otoritatif dan relevan dengan kajian ini. Temuan penelitin ini adalah bahwa makna berlaku ihsan kepada kedua orang tua dalam Al-Quran adalah berupa tauhid yang harus dikedapankan yang mengiringi kebaktian terhadap kedua orang tua. Ihsan bersifat mutlak meliputi semua kebaikan termasuk kategori apakah status agama kedua orang tua muslim ataupun kafir. bersikap beradab ketika kedua orang tua dalam masa lemah, renta dan tua yang sangat membutuhkan perlindungan dan kasih sayang dari anaknya. Bersuara lembut dan hormat ketika berkomunikasi dengannya. Bersikap tawadhu’ dan mendoakan mereka ketika masih hidup maupun telah tiada. Selalu memohon kepada Allah untuk di anugerahi jalan mudah untuk berkhidmat kepada kedua orang tua.

Polemic about the law of cigarettes, according to the search on the manuscript, actually has been going on long before the fatwa MUI. It can be seen on a manuscript entitled Irsyad Al-Ikhwan, work of Sheikh Ihsan Muhammad Dahlan of Boarding Schools (Pondok Pesantren) Jampes Kediri East Java. According to Sheikh Ihsan, the legal position of smoking is found only opinions / ijtihad of the scholars alone, that would be deviation (there is a difference of opinion). Smoking is not a single legal position, some have argued haram, halal, permissible, and even beneficial makruh. It happens because there is a precondition in the case of smoking.</p><p>---</p><p><br />Fatwa MUI tentang sifat bahaya rokok, memicu perdebatan di masyarakat, yaitu polemik yang melibatkan pemerintah, perusahaan tembakau, petani tembakau, konsumen rokok, kyai atau tokoh agama, organisasi kesehatan dan elemen masyarakat lainnya. Menurut Sheikh Ihsan, posisi hukum merokok hanya merupakan opini / ijtihad para ulama saja, sehingga menimbulkan perbedaan pendapat. Posisi hukum merokok tidaklah tunggal, ada yang berpendapat haram, halal, diperbolehkan, dan bahkan makruh. Itu terjadi karena ada prasyarat dalam kasus merokok.</p><p> </p>
