Abstract:
As a reflection of shifting and fluid experiences in time and space, live streaming can reduce losses in the tourism industry associated with travel restrictions during the COVID-19 pandemic. Compared with the use of live streaming activities in entertainment, shopping, sport, e-sport, religious, educational, and academic settings, the tourism context has yet to be explored. This study takes China as a case to examine tourism practices related to live streaming. Specifically, 48,114 social media posts were subjected to systematic content analysis. The dataset contained live streaming content related to 147 countries and 34 Chinese provincial administrative regions between 2010 and 2021. Findings revealed the following: (1) the development of tourism live streaming in China can be classified into germination, exploration, and opportunity stages; (2) live content mainly evoked positive emotions, whereas negative sentiment resulted from illegal or boring content; (3) users’ perceptions of tourism live streaming content involved institutions, live streaming tools, live streaming attractions, the live streaming economy, people, facilities and information, time, and regions; and (4) live streaming tools and attractions constituted the core of the identified semantic network and had the strongest regulation capabilities in tourism live streaming activities. Findings shed light on latent cultural meanings in social media communications, where tourism live streaming features high-frequency linguistic signs.

Abstract:
The closure of illegal movie streaming sites IndoXXI has been a trending topic on Twitter at the end of 2019. The reaction of netizens on Twitter shows positive and negative sentiments. Until now, there have been many studies in the field of Sentiment Analysis using data in the form of Tweets from Twitter users. In sentiment analysis research, there are so many method used, and Naïve Bayes is one of it, because it is very simple and efficient. The method has advantages and disadvantages. Naïve Bayes is so sensitive in feature selection. Too many features not only increase calculation time but also reduce classification accuracy. In order to solve the disadvantages and increase the performance of the Naïve Bayes classifier, this method often being combined with many kind of feature selection methods. This research aims to classify tweets into positive and negative using the Naïve Bayes classifier combined with the Genetic Algorithm. The accuracy of Naïve Bayes before using the combination of feature selection methods reaches 79.55%. While after using feature selection methods, which is the Genetic Algorithm, accuracy increased up to 88.64%. The accuracy improved by up to 9.09%.

Abstract:
The main goal of the article is to analyze and present the current state of digital piracy in the Russian segment of the Internet, taking into account the evolution of streaming platforms. The Russian Federation was chosen as the object of research, since it is in this country that the majority of copyright infringers are represented. The content of the article will show the main channels for the distribution of illegal digital content, trends in digital piracy on the Runet and the amount of money that copyright holders lose, as well as provide information on how much digital pirates earn by illegally distributing digital content. The research material is the data of the MUSO annual report for 2020, the data of the BSA report for 2020, as well as the research of J’son & Partners Consulting for 2019. In this study, the global digital piracy figures will be divided into different industries, and the EU website blocking process will be analyzed to compare similar practices in Russia as an example of an anti-piracy measure. Since 2015, the digital piracy market in Runet has been growing steadily until 2029 — from $ 32 to $ 87 million. But with recent policy changes and the introduction of new ones, the market has finally begun to decline — from $ 87 million to $ 63 million. Russia has been taking steps to combat digital piracy since 2013, when a law was adopted in this area. The study concludes that the digital content market, like any other market, can be affected by the influence of monopolies. The monopoly of digital rights is causing what can be called double marginalization, which increases the value of producer-generated content and retail prices, and also reduces the demographics of that digital content.

Abstract:
Due to the vast amount of available tracking sensors in recent years, high-frequency and high-volume streams of data are generated every day. The maritime domain is no different as all larger vessels are obliged to be equipped with a vessel tracking system that transmits their location periodically. Consequently, automated methodologies able to extract meaningful information from high-frequency, large volumes of vessel tracking data need to be developed. The automatic identification of vessel mobility patterns from such data in real time is of utmost importance since it can reveal abnormal or illegal vessel activities in due time. Therefore, in this work, we present a novel approach that transforms streaming vessel trajectory patterns into images and employs deep learning algorithms to accurately classify vessel activities in near real time tackling the Big Data challenges of volume and velocity. Two real-world data sets collected from terrestrial, vessel-tracking receivers were used to evaluate the proposed methodology in terms of both classification and streaming execution performance. Experimental results demonstrated that the vessel activity classification performance can reach an accuracy of over 96% while achieving sub-second latencies in streaming execution performance.

"Comparison of Digital Copyright Protection on Over the Top (OTT) Streaming Content Media in Indonesia and the United States." Abstract:
In the rapid technological development, physical boundaries have begun to disappear. The internet has created a ‘free culture’. In addition, the era is challenging the copyright concept along with the emergence of ‘digital copyright’. It has become the main commodity of Over-the-Top services providing means of communication and entertainment through the internet. Content streaming service like Netflix uses films, as well as other cinematographic works, as its main commodities. OTT Streaming media helps to protect copyright holders' rights that previously have been violated by illegal streaming sites on the internet. Unfortunately, it also raises a new question: how digital copyright-objects can be protected in this kind of service. Without physical form, copyright object can be distributed easily on the internet, and it may lead to right violations. To answer this problem, the authors aim to describe the digital copyright protection on OTT Streaming Content Media in Indonesia and compare them to the 1998 Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of the United States of America using a descriptive-analytical approach. This study employed a normative juridical approach with secondary data. The results of this study indicate that digital copyright protection in Indonesia is still centered on conventional copyright objects, and a sui generis law is needed to provide better protection for digital copyright objects.

Abstract:
The contemporary retail landscape is in flux, and there is a growing perception that shopping at bricks and mortar stores is more expensive and time-consuming than shopping online. For music, illegal downloading and streaming have restructured the retail landscape and put thousands of record shops out of business. Yet, some retailers remain attractive consumption spaces. Drawing on a qualitative case study of independent record shops in Stockholm, this article considers three value-creating strategies that sustain these physical retailers in the digital age: cultivating in-store consumer experiences, creating value through curation, and tapping into global markets by going online.

Abstract:
The French law on “Creation and Internet,” or more commonly known as the “Hadopi 1” Law, passed on June 2009, and its complementary, the “Law for the Protection under Criminal Law of Artistic and Literary Works on the Internet” (“Hadopi 2”), passed on October 2009, were intended to put an end to the illegal distribution of creative works on the Internet and at the same time control the internet access for every user. However, the implementation decree of March 2010 on the “specific negligence” aims exclusively at the peer-to-peer networks, leaving out of the criminal framework the direct download and the streaming options. After presenting and analyzing the French laws “Hadopi 1 & 2,” the authors discuss the controversial findings of a recent French research of the first months of their application in France and eventually question the achievement of the ultimate goal, which is the protection of the French intellectual property rights on the Internet.
