Abstract:
Buah tengkawang merupakan salah satu hasil hutan bukan kayu bernilai tinggi dan merupakan salah satu komoditi eksporsebagai bahan baku lemak nabati, industri kosmetik, dan substitusi lemak coklat. Indonesia memiliki sekitar 13 spesies pohon penghasil tengkawang yang tersebar di Kalimantan dan sebagian kecil di Sumatera, namun sebagian besar telah masuk dalam kategori terancam punah. Untuk tindakan konservasi dan meningkatkan kandungan lemak nabati tengkawang, perlu diketahui potensi kandungan lemak dan sifat fisiko kimia dari setiap spesies dan provenan. Buah tengkawang dikoleksi pada saat musim panen raya spesies shorea penghasil tengkawang pada tahun 2010 di Kalimantan dan Jawa. Analisis kandungan lemak nabati tengkawang dilakukan terhadap empat spesies shorea penghasil tengkawang (S. macrophylla, S. gysbertsiana, S. stenoptera, S. pinanga) yang berasal dari empat provenans dan ras lahan (Gunung Bunga dan Sungai Runtin-Kalimantan Barat, Bukit Baka-Kalimantan Tengah, Haurbentes-Jawa Barat). Sebelas kombinasi spesies-provenan diambil sampel buahnya untuk diekstrasi guna mengetahui kandungan lemak dan sifat fisiko kimia tengkawang (kadar air, bilangan asam, dan kadar asam lemak bebas). Terdapat keragaman yang tinggi di antara kombinasi spesiesprovenans tengkawang untuk empat parameter yang diuji, termasuk kandungan lemak dan kadar air biji tengkawang. Kandungan lemak tertinggi dengan kadar air terendah dihasilkan oleh S. stenoptera dari Haurbentes (Jabar) dan S. pinanga dari Bukit Baka (Kalimantan Tengah). Kedua kombinasi spesies-provenan tersebut direkomendasikan sebagai materi genetik untuk dikembangkan dalam program konservasi eks-situ dan program pemuliaan tanaman hutan dalam pembangunan sumber benih unggul pada kondisi lingkungan yang hampir sama dengan kedua provenans dan ras lahan tersebut.Variation in Illipe Nut's Fat Yield of Tengkawang-producing Shorea from Several Provenances and Land RacesAbstractIllip (tengkawang) nut is a non-wood forest product which has a high economic value and one of export commodities as raw material for illipe nut's fat, cosmetics, and substitution of chocolate fat. Indonesia has 13 species of tengkawang-producing shorea distributed in Kalimantan and some small parts of Sumatra. Most of them are categorized as threatened species. To conserve and improve the species for illip nut's fat, it is important to assess the potential of fat yield and physical-chemical properties for each species and provenance. Fruit collection was conducted during fruit season in Kalimantan and Java in 2010. The fruits were collected from four species of tengkawangproducing shorea (i.e. S.macrophylla, S. gysbertsiana, S. stenoptera, S. pinanga) originated from 4 provenances and land races (Gunung BungaWest Kalimantan, Sungai Runtin-West Kalimantan, Bukit Baka-Central Kalimantan, and Haurbentes-West Java). Fruit samples from eleven combinations of species-provenances were extracted to assess fat yield and physical-chemical properties (i.e. moisture content, acid number and free fatty acid). Variation between species-provenances combination was high for all parameters tested, including the illipe nut's fat yield and moisture content. The highest fat yield with lowest moisture content was found in S. stenoptera from Haurbentes (West Java) and S. pinanga from Bukit Baka (Central Kalimantan). Both species-provenance combinations are recommended as genetic material to be developed in the program of ex-situ conservation as well as tree improvement program for the establishment of best seed sources in the same environment condition as the respected provenances.

SUMMARY Among the weakest points of Illic-Svityd's reconstruction of Nostratic is the complex system of affricates, which in Indo-European are supposed to yield *st, *sk, *skw, and *sky clusters. In what is one of the few substantive critiques of the Nostratic hypothesis, Doerfer (1973) took the proposed direction of change from affricates to clusters as a reductio ab absurdum. However, many Kartvelian specialists assume a parallel shift from affricates to clusters in most languages of this family. If we accept this, then Illic-Svitye's proposals for Nostratic and Indo-European find a precedent. On the other hand, it seems more likely that Proto-Kartvelian had clusters, which simplified to affricates in one language. And by the same token, it is possible that Nostratic had clusters instead of the affricates reconstructed by Illic-Svityc. These clusters are in certain cases preserved not only in Indo-European but also in most Kartvelian languages, whereas all other Nostratic languages have affricates. RÉSUMÉ La reconstruction du 'nostratique' d'lllic-Svityc compte parmi ses plus grandes faiblesses un systeme complexe de consonnes affriquees qui, grandes faiblesses un systeme complexe de consonnes affriquees qui, selon lui, seraient devenues les groupes consonnantiques *st, *sk, *skw et *sky en indo-europeen. Doerfer (1973), dans une des rares critiques concretes de l'hypo-these nostratique, qualifia de reductio ab absurdum une telle directionalite de changement, c'est-à-dire, la transformation d'affriqees en groupes consonnantiques. Cependant, de nombreux specialistes ont propose un changement phonologique tout a fait semblable pour la plupart des langues kartveliennes. En acceptant leur supposition, on retrouve donc un cas precédent pour la théorie phonologique d'lllie-Svitye concernant le nostratique et l'indo-euro-péen. D'un autre coté, il parait plus probable que la langue proto-karvelienne avait dék des groupes consonnantiques et que ceux-ci se soient transformé en affriquées dans Tune des ses langues derivatives. Pareillement, il est possible que la langue nostratique avait aussi des groupes consonnantiques au lieu des affriqu6es reconstruites par Illié-Svityc. Dans certains cas, ces groupes consonnantiques ont ete preserves, non seulement en indo-europeen mais aussi dans la majorité des langues kartveliennes, tandis que toutes les autres langues nostratiques ont des affriquees. ZUSAMMENFASSUNG Einer der schwachsten Punkten in Illic-Svityds Rekonstruktion des Nostra-tischen betrifft das komplexe System der Affrikaten, die im Indoeuropeaischen *st, *sk, *skw und *sky-Verbindungen ergeben sollen. Doerfer (1973), eine der wenigen substantiellen Kritiken der nostratischen Hypothese, sah in der dort angenommenen Richtung des Wandels von Affrikaten zu solchen Konso-nantenverbindungen eine reductio ab absurdwn. Indes gehen viele Spezialisten des Kartwelischen davon aus, daB in fast alien Sprachen dieser Familie ein solcher Wandel von Affrikaten zu diesen Verbindungen stattgefunden habe. Wenn wir also Illic-Svitycs Vorschlage für das Nostratische und das Indo-europeaische annehmen, dann hatten wir hier einen Praszendenzfall. Dagegen scheint es eher wahrscheinlich, daB das Proto-Kartwelische Konsonantenver-bindungen hatte, die in einer Sprache zu Affrikaten vereinfacht wurden. Eben-so ware es denkbar, daB das Nostratische solche Konsonantenverbindungen anstelle der von Illic-Svitye rekonstruierten Affrikaten hatte. Diese Verbindungen sind in der Tat in verschiedenen Fallen nicht nur im Indoeuropeaischen sondern auch in den meisten kartwelischen Sprachen erhalten, wahrend alle ubrigen nostratischen Sprachen Affrikaten haben.

Como sugiere su título: Totus in illis, una locución latina encontrada en las páginas “rosadas” -los anexos- de un antiguo diccionario, se intenta indagar sobre el todo en aquellas cosas -la propia producción-. Para ello, a partir de la propuesta de doce conceptos en los que se divide el texto: Representación, Fotográfico, Pixelado, Transitorio, Realismo, Ventana, Significativo/Insignificante, Popular, Pop, Flâneur, Naturaleza muerta, “Buenos días Señor Courbet” y Vitrina, se busca“definir” y contextualizar conceptualmente la propia práctica artística. Esto último, elaborando un recorrido por distintas temáticas y ámbitos, que más que acotar sus fundamentos y lecturas, se proponen más bien abrirlos y disgregarlos, problematizando y explorando sus posibilidades.

Abstract:
The research is conducted through a quantitative study based on data collected from the Copenhagen Stock Exchange between 2003 and 2011. Our primary purpose was to ascertain whether illiquidity was priced in the Copenhagen Stock Exchange. Illiquidity has been shown as a difficult concept to measure as it is not an observable variable in itself. We show that illiquidity can be measured using Amihud’s (2002) ILLIQ-measure. We investigated the relationship between asset pricing models and illiquidity. We provided an in depth look into illiquidity and past research involving liquidity and asset pricing as well as a thorough theoretical background concerning relevant academic theory. Though our empirical analysis we found evidence which supports the pricing of illiquidity in the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.

Label propagation is a popular semi-supervised learning technique that transfers information from labeled examples to unlabeled examples through a graph. Most label propagation methods construct a graph based on example-to-example similarity, assuming that the resulting graph connects examples that share similar labels. Unfortunately, example-level similarity is sometimes badly defined. For instance, two images may contain two different objects, but have similar overall appearance due to large similar background. In this case, computing similarities based on whole-image would fail propagating information to the right labels. This paper proposes a novel Instance-Level Label Propagation (ILLP) approach that integrates label propagation with multi-instance learning. Each example is treated as containing multiple instances, as in the case of an image consisting of multiple regions. We first construct a graph based on instance-level similarity and then simultaneously identify the instances carrying the labels and propagate the labels across instances in the graph. Optimization is based on an iterative Expectation Maximization (EM) algorithm. Experimental results on two benchmark datasets demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach over several state-of-the-art methods.
