POTERE E RISATA: I DICTA IMPERIALIUn gran numero di massime argute (dicta) sono state attribuite ad imperatori, in particolare dagli antichi biografi. Queste continuano ad essere usate da moderni biografi come indizi sul carattere degli imperatori. Questo articolo analizza l'origine e la natura di questi dicta e dimostra l'impossibilità di attribuire detti particolare ad uno specifico imperatore. Tuttavia i dicta possono essere divisi in gruppi legati da un tema comune e possono essere usati per chiarire i compiti degli imperatori e i problemi che essi dovevano affrontare, quali, ad esempio, rifiutare alcune richieste. In alcune situazioni queste massime argute potevano essere usate per distogliere o dissolvere risentimenti.

Il contributo analizza il ruolo giocato dalla cultura materiale della regalità nel funus imperatorum. Questa ricerca applica le conoscenze in materia archeologica, antropologica e storica, per raccontare l’azione della corte imperiale, che risolve le questioni circa i problemi di rappresentazione del funerale imperiale. In questo senso si vagliano le modalità di spettacolarizzazione delle strategie di comunicazione che modellano i protocolli degli imperatori romani del Tardoantico.

ROMA, RAVENNA E GLI ULTIMI IMPERATORI D'OCCIDENTENonostante Ravenna sia stata a lungo considerata come la capitale degli imperatori tardo-romani e dei loro successori in Occidente, Odoacre e i sovrani ostrogoti, l'evidenza disponibile indica che la principale residenza imperiale del quinto secolo era invece a Roma. L'adozione di Ravenna come residenza imperiale è stata generalmente attribuita al fatto che la città, grazie alle sue paludi, era facilmente difendibile dagli attacchi, ed e stata anche imputata alia debolezza militare degli ultimi imperatori. In questo articolo viene raccolta l'evidenza relativa alle residenze degli imperatori d'Occidente tra il 401 e il 476; essa dimostra che la corte imperiale occidentale occupò Roma in periodi molto significativi, quali quelli compresi tra il 401 e il 408 e il 440 e il 449, e che Roma fu la residenza principale della corte nell'ultimo periodo di dominazione imperiale dell'Occidente, tra il 450 e il 476. Gli ultimi anni d'impero di Valentiniano III e quello di Antemio in particolare indicano il ruolo di Roma come residenza imperiale. Sia le fonti contemporanee che quelle del sesto secolo confermano l'importanza di Roma, mentre indicano scarsi riferimenti alle presunte qualità difensive di Ravenna. La presenza degli imperatori a Roma mette in evidenza la centralità dell'aristocrazia senatoriale di Roma nelle politiche occidentali del quinto secolo.

II tema di questo saggio tocca ai radici stessi della narrazione evangelica ben nota in tutto mondo cristiano (Mt 2,1-12). L’autore mostra il strato primitivo della legenda nella tradizione ecclesiastica siriaca. Basando sul testo di Caverna dei Tesori (tradotto qui per la prima volta in lingua polacca) si vede, che tutti i tre nomi dei Re erano di provenienza persiana e probabilmente alludevano ai nomi storici dei imperatori dalia dinastia sassanida, favorevoli ai cristiani. La tradizione primitiva (Giustino, Tertulliano) localizzava dei maghi in Arabia, ma il nome dei Persi si legge gia presso Clemente Alessandrino, cioe dopo l’iniziazione della dinastia dei Sassanidi (ca. 225) e dopo la rinnovazione dell’impero persiano.

Abstract:

A partire dal Quattrocento e durante tutto il Rinascimento "Le Vite dei Cesari" di Svetonio vivono una grande fortuna nella Serenissima e diventano una fonte di ispirazione per eruditi, collezionisti e artisti. Le descrizioni dei Cesari permettono una corretta ricostruzione storica dei volti degli imperatori romani e la loro iconografia diventa il simbolo della romanità imperiale. Questo tema si diffonde in palazzi, collezioni, codici e libri, dando vita ad una vera e propria «cesarite figurativa». La tesi passa in rassegna alcune delle più significative collezioni veneziane che annoverano busti, statue, medaglie e oggetti preziosi raffiguranti i dodici Cesari. Il Cinquecento è il secolo in cui i Cesari di Svetonio si incontrano maggiormente sia nel collezionismo di oggetti antichi sia nelle forme d’arte che si rifanno all’antico, ma la fortuna dei dodici Cesari sopravvive anche nei due secoli successivi. A fronte di tale fortuna a Venezia sopravvivono solo rari esempi di serie complete dei dodici Cesari, poiché i collezionisti orientano il loro interesse al singolo imperatore piuttosto che ricostruirne la sequenza completa.

Abstract:

The research deals with the study of the iconographical theme of the divine coronation of the Byzantine Emperor, with particular attention to the luxury art and numismatics of the middle period. The subject represents the translation, in figurative terms, of the political ideas about the celestial origins of kingship. This concept, widespread in the Byzantine sources, reveals an ancient and far tradition: the first chapter is dedicated, in fact, to the Persian and Hellenistic cultural and artistic experiences which influenced the further thought of Constantinople. The second one concerns the early developments in the Byzantine ideology with attention to the period from the foundation of the Capital in 324 to the beginning of the 9th century, and the iconographic premises for the creation of the subject. The third and the fourth chapters deal with the codification of the image during the middle Byzantine period; the last section is dedicated to the review of the main research results with a brief summary of the developments during the last Byzantine age and a further remote fascination which still survives in the oriental tradition. The main aim of the research is the complete sampling of the known art works which present the figurative motif and the examination of all the possible variants, with particular attention to the historical context and implications between image and patronage. Another important aspect is the survey of the Byzantine coronation ceremony and the study of the possible relations with the art production.

En tant que recueil de biographies impériales et une des rares sources latines sur la période de la crise du IIIe siècle, l'Histoire Auguste a depuis toujours motivé surtout les études à caractère historique. En revanche, et malgré le souci d'écriture évident du rédacteur -perceptible dans son goût pour l'ironie et autres figures de style - l'aspect littéraire de l'ouvrage a jusqu'ici été beaucoup négligé. Afin de rétablir la situation, nous avons décidé de nous consacrer à une étude non seulement littéraire, mais rhétorique de l'Histoire Auguste, dans laquelle on discerne aisément l'intérêt du rédacteur pour l'éloquence des empereurs. Dans cette optique, ce mémoire a comme objectif de tracer le portrait de la rhétorique à la fois par rapport à la structure de l'oeuvre, à son lien avec les autres disciplines des belles-lettres et des sciences libérales, et surtout, par rapport à l'empereur et à sa performance oratoire. Ce travail pourra également s'inscrire dans la recherche récente sur la rhétorique latine de l'Antiquité tardive, une période charnière qui fut longtemps négligée par les littéraires.

Abstract:

A escolha profissional é um processo evolutivo que perpassa prioritariamente pelo autoconhecimento e pela compreensão do mundo do trabalho. É um processo contínuo que vai da infância à vida adulta. A orientação profissional tem importância crescente na sociedade atual, diante dos desafios do empreendedorismo e da empregabilidade. Acredita-se, portanto, que favorecer a construção de um projeto de vida, ainda na escola, possa permitir uma escolha profissional mais assertiva nesse mundo de constantes mudanças. Diante disso, este estudo pretende traçar um panorama da orientação profissional no sistema educacional de Imperatriz (MA). O estudo sobre orientação profissional nas escolas de ensino médio do Município é importante, pois o processo de escolha profissional é um dos grandes e primeiros desafios da vida dos adultos jovens. É um aspecto importante a implementação de estratégias de aprendizagem ao longo da vida, bem como de políticas que visem estimular a empregabilidade ativa, contribuindo nessa perspectiva para o desenvolvimento regional. O método aplicado neste estudo é o da pesquisa documental e de campo, do tipo levantamento. A pesquisa é exploratória, com análise documental e aplicação de questionário a alunos e gestores de escolas de nível médio de Imperatriz (MA). Foi realizada análise estatística e os resultados estão apresentados em forma de textos, figuras e tabelas. Após a análise documental percebeu-se a inexistência de diretrizes nacionais, estaduais e municipais que norteiem a prática da orientação profissional na educação básica. Há um consenso entre gestores e alunos quanto à importância da prática de orientação profissional na escola, entretanto a orientação profissional nas escolas de ensino médio de Imperatriz apresenta-se fragilizada pela ausência de sistematização e de planejamento para realização de atividades diversificadas e periódicas que oportunizem ao jovem momentos de vivência e de reflexão sobre o mundo do trabalho.
The career choice is an evolutionary process that permeates primarily by selfknowledge and understanding of the working world. It is a continuous process from childhood to adulthood. Career guidance has increase its importance in todays society, facing the challenges of entrepreneurship and employability. It is believed, therefore, that favor the construction of a life project, still in school, can allow a more assertive professional choice in this world of constant change. Thus, this study aims to give an overview of vocational guidance in the education system of Imperatriz (MA). The study on vocational guidance in high schools of the county is importante, because the process of professional choice is one of the great and first challenges of the young adults lives. It is an important aspect the implementation of learning strategies throughout life, as well as policies to encourage active employability, contributing in this perspective for regional development. The method applied in this study is the documentary and field research, the survey type. The research is exploratory, with documentary analysis and application of questionnaire to students and high schools managers of Imperatriz (MA). Statistical analysis was performed and the results are shown in form of text, figures and tables. After the documentary analysis was noticed the absence of national directrix, state and local guidelines to guide the practice of vocational guidance in basic education. There is a consensus among managers and students on the importance of practice vocational guidance at school, though the vocational guidance in high schools of Imperatriz presents weakened by the lack of systematization and planning for implementation of diversified and periodic activities that nurture to young moments of experience and reflection on the works world.

Abstract:

INTRODUÇÃO: O Tromboembolismo pulmonar (TEP) é a terceira causa de morte cardiovascular no mundo. Os principais sintomas desta doença são a dispneia, dor torácica e taquicardia. Contudo, pode ser facilmente confundida com outras doenças, como síndrome coronariana aguda. Assim, o nível de suspeita deve ser sempre elevado, para possibilitar o diagnóstico recente e a realização do tratamento rapidamente. OBJETIVOS: Descrever os dados epidemiológicos de embolia pulmonar no município de Imperatriz - MA ao longo dos últimos 10 anos – 2011/2021. Avaliar a taxa de mortalidade dos casos de embolia pulmonar internados no estado do Maranhão. METODOLOGIA: Trata-se de um estudo epidemiológico descritivo, cujos dados foram obtidos por meio de consulta a base de dados do Sistema de Informações Hospitalares (SIH) do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), disponibilizada pelo Departamento de Informática do SUS (DATASUS). Coletou-se as variáveis disponíveis do período entre 2011-2021, sob a Lista Morb CID-10: Embolia pulmonar no município de Imperatriz-MA. A análise estatística descritiva, assim como as tabelas e gráficos foram realizados com auxílio do software Microsoft Excel 2016. RESULTADOS: Foram registrados 159 casos de embolia pulmonar no município de Imperatriz-MA entre 2011-2021. A faixa etária de maior prevalência foi acima de 60 anos de idade com 95 internações, ou seja, 59,7% dos casos. O sexo feminino foi o mais acometido, sendo responsável por 82 casos de internações – 51,57%. A raça mais informada mais acometida foi a parda. A média de permanência foi de 6,6 dias. A taxa de mortalidade é de 32,7%. CONCLUSÕES: É surpreendente a alta taxa de mortalidade em Imperatriz-MA ao se comparar com a média da mesma taxa no estado do Maranhão e Brasil. A média de permanência também chama atenção em Imperatriz ao se comparar com a média nacional. Os outros achados são compatíveis com os encontrados na literatura.

Abstract:

INTRODUÇÃO: O Infarto Agudo do Miocárdio (IAM) é causado pela oferta inadequada de oxigênio e nutrientes para o músculo cardíaco, ocasionado por uma redução do fluxo sanguíneo nas artérias coronárias e consequente lesão da área afetada. Dentre as doenças cardiovasculares, o IAM é a principal causa de morte na população brasileira. OBJETIVO: Analisar o perfil sociodemográfico das hospitalizações e óbitos por IAM numa cidade do interior do Maranhão. METODOLOGIA: Realizou-se um estudo ecológico, por meio dos dados do DATASUS, referente às internações e aos óbitos por IAM na cidade de Imperatriz, entre o período de 2017 a 2021. Utilizaram-se as variáveis sexo, faixa etária, caráter de atendimento e região. RESULTADOS: O número total de hospitalizações por IAM em Imperatriz no período de 2017 a 2021 foi de 638, sendo a cidade com segundo maior número de casos no estado do Maranhão. O ano 2019 correspondeu ao maior número de casos (23,35%) e 2018 ao menor (14,42%). O caráter de atendimento emergencial ocorreu em 96,39%. A faixa etária com maior prevalência foi de 60 a 69 anos (29,15%) seguida da faixa de 50 a 59 anos (22,25%). O sexo masculino representou a maioria dos casos com 66,77%. Com relação aos óbitos, ocorreram 85 registros, representando 13,32 % do total de internações. O ano de 2019 teve predominância com 27,05%. A maior prevalência quanto a faixa etária foi de 60 a 69 anos (34,11%), seguida da faixa de 80 anos ou mais (25,88%) e quanto ao sexo foi 56,47% masculino. CONCLUSÃO: Infere-se, portanto, que a faixa etária de 60 a 69 anos e o sexo masculino apresentaram a maior prevalência de internações e óbitos por IAM em Imperatriz. Esse resultado quanto ao sexo segue a tendência nacional e ressalta como um fator de risco para doenças cardiovasculares. Todavia, quanto aos óbitos houve uma ocorrência feminina significativa, o que demonstra que as mulheres tendem a desfechos menos favoráveis. É oportuno estudos que abordem o perfil qualitativo desses pacientes para melhor compreensão do quadro de IAM em Imperatriz.

Abstract:

Historical and cartographic research about the ghost domus built by Frederick II in Principatus et Terra Beneventana regionDuring his reign Frederick II built a series of representative fortified constructions in southern Italy, and after reinforcing the defence line of the border with the State of the Church, he decided to build many residential estates called domus or palacium in the fundamental medieval textual source of Statutum de reparatione castrorum. This research is focused on the study of the landscape in the ancient region of Principatus et Terra Beneventana during the thirteenth century: it is noticed the presence of five imperial domus cited in the Statutum with the name domus Castellucci Battipallae, castrum et palacium Sarni, domus imperatoris in Ebulo, domus imperatoris Apicii and the Castel Belvedere Marano palace. Every domus was studied through a historical and cartographic analysis, and in case of the structure is not recognised on the territory it was organized a landscape analysis in order to propose a hypothetical position. The data that was gathered into ArcGIS software to define the probable locations of the ghost domus were the detailed routes of ancient roads related to the positions of the casalia (little rural communities that paid taxes to maintenance of the royal structures), the Church properties, the urban site, and the other castra and domus.

Abstract:

INTRODUÇÃO: As doenças cardiovasculares são o principal fator de óbito no mundo. Dentro desse grupo destaca-se a insuficiência cardíaca (IC), cuja prevalência cresce cada vez mais, e estima-se que metade dos indivíduos falece por IC depois de cinco anos do diagnóstico. OBJETIVOS: Identificar o perfil dos óbitos e internações por insuficiência cardíaca em Imperatriz, bem como analisar a tendência temporal da taxa de mortalidade hospitalar entre os anos de 2017 e 2021. METODOLOGIA: Realizou-se um estudo ecológico descritivo-analítico usando dados do Sistema de Informações Hospitalares do DATASUS. As informações foram organizadas em gráficos e tabelas e a mudança percentual média anual (AAPC) da taxa de mortalidade hospitalar foi analisada por meio do modelo de regressão log-linear segmentada, com p<0,05 considerado para significância estatística. RESULTADOS: Foram registradas 908 internações e 113 mortes em Imperatriz entre 2017 e janeiro de 2022. Os idosos obtiveram a maior porcentagem de internações e óbitos (70% e 68,13%, respectivamente), bem como as pessoas da cor amarela (54,36% e 55,22%, respectivamente). A proporção de mortes entre homens e mulheres não variou muito, apesar dos primeiros apresentarem uma maior quantidade de hospitalizações (1,48 homens para cada mulher internada). As taxas de mortalidade hospitalar por IC em Imperatriz tiveram um aumento entre 2017 e 2021, porém não significativo (AAPC= 1.87; Intervalo de confiança de 95%: -32,7 a 54,7; p=0,896). CONCLUSÃO: Os idosos devem receber atenção especial nos cuidados para a insuficiência cardíaca, com diagnóstico precoce e manutenção do tratamento dessa condição. O estudo da tendência temporal da taxa de mortalidade dessa síndrome cardiovascular é fundamental, e sugere-se que trabalhos futuros abordem quantitativa e qualitativamente as mortes por insuficiência cardíaca no estado do Maranhão, bem como sua associação com fatores de risco para essa cardiopatia.
