The reforms outcomes in the agricultural economy implemented in Russia in the 90-th have been considered by two diametrical models of agricultural policy: “Land privatization and agricultural enterprises restructuring in Russia», Nizhny Novgorod modelbased on the US recommendations (US NM) and “Program of the agriculture recovery and development: Leningrad model” (LM RF) developed by Russian scientists and specialists in 1995 as an alternative to the US NM.
