Abstract:

Yaşlılık yazının en fazla değişime uğradığı dönemdir. Bu çalışmada yaşa bağlı yazı ve imza değişikliklerinin özelliklerini ortaya koyabilmek amacıyla yaşlı ve genç olguların rastlantısal seçimi ile oluşturulan gruplar karşılaştırmalı olarak incelendi. Yazı ve imza özellikleri incelenirken dikey hat, yatay hat, sol boşluk, sağ boşluk, yazı boyutu, yazı hızı, harfler arası mesafe, okunaklılık, imla uyumu, kopyalamada hata, imza boyutu, imza tutarlılığı, ilk imza-son imza uyumu parametreleri kullanılmaktadır. Yaşlı gruptaki kişilerde yazı hızında azalma, harfler arası mesafenin uzaması, okunaklılıkta bozulma, yazı ve imza boyutunda artma en belirgin özellikler oldu. Eğitimsiz olarak değerlendirilen grupta yatay hat, imla uyumu, ilk ve son imza uyumu bozulmuş, imza boyutu büyümüş, imza tutarlılığı kaybolmuş olarak belirlendi. Adli tıp pratiğinde yazı hızının azalması, harfler arası mesafenin uzaması gibi özellikler taklit yazı ve imzalar yönünden kuşku oluşmasına neden olabilir. Doküman incelemesi sırasında yazı ve imza sahibinin yaşının bilinmesi ve yaşa bağlı gelişebilecek yazı değişikliklerinin göz önünde bulundurulması, bilirkişilikte daha doğru, nesnel ve nitelikli hizmet sunulmasını sağlayacaktır.Anahtar Kelimeler: Yazı, İmza, Yaşlanma, Adli belge incelemesi, Grafoloji.

Abstract:

Adli belge incelemesi, araştırma veya soruşturma konusu olmuş belgeler üzerinde çalışmalar yapan multidisipliner bir meslek alanıdır. Hem ülkemizde hem de tüm dünyada adli belge incelemelerinin büyük çoğunluğunu imza incelemeleri oluşturmaktadır. İmza, el yazısmm özel ve komplike bir formudur. Bu sebeple, imza oluşumunda; el yazısı oluşumunu etkileyen pek çok özellik önemli rol oynamaktadır. İmzalar; zaman geçtikçe doğal olarak değişime uğrayabileceği gibi, geçirilen bazı hastalıklar sebebiyle de değişebilmektedir. İmzaların bilinçli ve istemli olarak orijinal formlarından farklı bir biçimde atılması veya bir başkasının imzasının benzetme gayretiyle sahte olarak atılması imza incelemeleri alanında sıklıkla rastlanan imza sahteciliği tipleridir. Üstünden kopya yöntemi, bakarak kopya yöntemi, serbest taklit yöntemine ilave olarak, pul nakli yöntemi ile oluşturulan imza sahtecilikleri de vardır. Bu çalışmada pul nakli yöntemiyle imza sahteciliği yapılmış bir dosyanın olgu olarak sunulması ve bu olgu sebebiyle bu tür imza sahteciliklerinin tartışılması amaçlanmıştır.Anahtar Kelimeler: El yazısı, imza, imza sahteciliği, adli belge incelemesi, pul nakli.

Abstract:

In order to address the problem of low ability of intelligent medical auxiliary diagnosis (IMAD), an IMAD based on improved decision tree is proposed. Firstly, the constraint parameter model of IMAD is constructed. Secondly, according to the physiological indexes of IMAD, the independent variables and dependent variables of auxiliary diagnosis are constructed, the quantitative recurrent analysis of IMAD is carried out by using regression analysis method, the data analysis model of IMAD is constructed, and the adaptive classification and recognition of IMAD are carried out. Finally, the attribute feature quantity of IMAD with pathological characteristics is extracted, and the improved decision tree model is used to realize intelligent medical auxiliary, assist in the optimal decision of diagnosis, and realize the effective classification and recognition of pathological characteristics. The results show that this method has better decision-making ability and better classification performance for IMAD, which improves the intelligence and accuracy of intelligent medical auxiliary diagnosis.

Abstract:

Within the scientific discourse it is commonplace to write articles based on the IMRAD structure (Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion). This structure is typical for the natural sciences (STEM) but scientists in other disciplines are also often required to use it. This paper looks at scientific texts in Latvian published from 2008 to 2018. The basis for this research project is a corpus of 758 scientific articles from natural sciences, engineering and technology, social sciences, humanities and arts. The aim is to show in which disciplines IMRAD is a dominant structure for texts written in Latvian and what wording authors use. It could be concluded that in the structure of Latvian scientific texts have a significant variation in the use of IMRAD and there are different wording versions used, it aligns to previous research about scientific text structure in other languages and cultures. Not all Latvian scientific texts adhere to the IMRAD structure and there are deviations based on the discipline.

İmza, kişisel özellikleri yansıtan ve yasal olarak kişiye özel olduğu kabul edilen bir el yazısı biçimidir. İmza sahteciliğinde birçok yöntem kullanılabilmekte olup karbon kağıdı kullanılarak kopyalama bu yöntemlerden biridir. Bu çalışmada, karbon kağıdı kullanılarak kopyalama içeren bir imza sahteciliği olgusu irdelenerek, imzaların bilgisayar ortamında süperimpozisyonu(üst üste getirilmesi) yöntemi ile tetabukun gösterilmesi ve olgu üzerinden belge incelemede tetabuk ayırıcı tanısı ile birlikte bilgisayar teknolojilerinin rolünün tartışılması amaçlanmıştır. Güncel belge inceleme bilirkişiliği açısından, kişisel tecrübenin yanı sıra bilgisayar teknolojileri de analizde önem kazanmaktadır. Hayatın doğal akışına uygun görünmeyen biçimde birbirinin aynı olan iki imza ya da imza grubu (tetabuk) arasında olası sahtecilik unsurlarının değerlendirilmesinde, süperimpozisyon yönteminin salt kişisel gözlem sonuçları dışında lineer matematik verilerle de ortaya konulabilir şekilde uygulanması için pahalı bilgisayar programlarının yanında daha basit ama ücretsiz, açık kaynak kodlu programların da kullanılabileceğini göstermek açısından bu olgu ve olgunun çözümlenme yolu bilimsel paylaşıma değer bulunmuştur.

Abstract:

I wish to begin by paying tribute to the figure of cImad al-Din Yahya Ibn Hamz, the renowned Zaidi scholar and Imam (669-750AH). He greatly enriched the canon of Islamic studies with his output, in particular with his major work on Arabic grammar entitled al-Hasir li Fawa' id al-Muqaddima li Tahir, which constitutes the subject of this thesis. Al-Hasir li Fawa'id al-Muqaddima li Tahir is, in effect, an extensive commentary on the short grammatical treatise of al-Muqaddima al-Muhsiba (or al-Muqaddima al-Nahwiyya) by the Egyptian grammarian Ibn Babshadh Tahir Ibn Ahmad al-Jauhari (d. 469AH). The commentary amounts to a detailed analysis of Ibn Babshadh's text providing an exhaustive and original treatment of most major aspects of Arabic grammar. I have divided the thesis into two parts. Part one, a study, consists of eight chapters. In the first chapter I discuss the Arabic manuscripts of al-Hasir, six copies of which I managed to obtain from various Islamic and Western institutions, as well as the method I followed in editing the text. In Chapter two I introduce the figure of the Imam Yahya, provide a short biography covering his childhood, education and his writing, and discuss his milieu from a political, social and cultural perspective including a comment on the origin of the Zaidi state in al-Yaman and the Rasulid dynasty there under which the Imam Yahya lived. In Chapter three I give a brief history of Arabic grammar and its development up to the time of al-Imam Yahya. In Chapter four I offer a short biography of Ibn Babshadh and his works, especially his principal work al-Muqaddima al-Muhsiba and its commentary Sharh al-Muqaddima al-Muhsiba the subject of Imam Yahya's revision under the title of al-Hasir, and cover also the major commentaries written on al-Muqaddima produced by the celebrated grammarian of the period under discussion. In Chapter five I discuss the Imam Yahya's orientation in Arabic grammar and his position with respect to the traditional grammatical school's (Basran, Kufan and Baghdadi). In Chapter six I discuss the subject and method in al-Hdsir. In Chapter seven I discuss the importance of the shawahid in Arabic grammar, as a source of the Imam Yahya's work in al-Hasir derived from the Qur'an, the Hadith, ancient Arabic poetry and prose, as well as shawahid by analogy. Chapter eight deals with the significance of al-Hasir as a work of Arabic grammar and presentation comparing with the work of al-Zamakhshari's al-Mufassal and the Shark al-Muqaddima al-Muhsiba by Ibn Babshadh. The second part of the thesis covers the Arabic edition of al-Hasir. It is based upon the oldest available manuscript and supplied with a full critical apparatus.

Abstract:

Covid-19 virüsü ilk olarak Çin’in Wuhan kentinde görülmüştür. Kısa zamanda tüm dünyaya yayılan virüs, ekonomik, siyasal, sosyal ve kültürel hayatta radikal kararlar alınmasını zorunlu kılmıştır. Alınan karantina kararları sonrasında insanlar, şimdiye kadar benzeri olmayan bir hayat deneyimi yaşamıştır. Virüsün yayılımının engellenmesi amacıyla karantina yasaklarının uygulandığı bu dönemde Türkiye’de tüm seviye eğitim kurumları için uzaktan eğitim kararı alınmıştır. Özel sektör ve kamu kuruluşları için de esnek çalışma sisteminin devreye sokulması, iletişim teknolojileri ve internete duyulan ihtiyacı en üst seviyeye çıkarmıştır. Gerek eğitim, gerekse de evden çalışmaya ek olarak en küçük market ihtiyacının bile teması azaltmak için internet üzerinden yapıldığı bu dönemde sosyal medya, dijital bankacılık ve dijital vatandaşlık benzeri uygulamaların kullanımında belirgin bir artış yaşanmıştır. Bu çalışma, reel yaşamın hemen hemen tüm uygulamalarıyla karantina altına alındığı pandemi sürecinin dijital aktivist hareketlere yansımasını irdelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın örneklemini, Türkiye›de en fazla dijital imza kampanyası başlatılan platform olması nedeniyle Change.org oluşturmaktadır. Nitel araştırma yöntemi ve durum çalışması desenini kullanıldığı bu araştırmada pandemi öncesi dönem 2019 ve pandemi süreci olan 2020 yılı Change.org Değişim Raporları ele alınmıştır. Araştırma sonunda, alınan kararlar nedeni ile reel sosyal hayatta karantina süreci yaşanmasına rağmen özellikle dijital imza kampanyalarının bu süreçte artarak düzenlenmeye devam edildiği ve karantina öncesi döneme göre daha fazla başarı sağlandığı tespit edilmiştir.
