The article presents an analysis of the commentary to the sura “The Opening One” (al-Fatiha) and the first five ayats of the sura “the Cow” (al-Baqara) by the Russian Muslim theologian-reformer Musa Jarullah Bigiyev (1874-1949) “Fiqh al-Qurʼan” (The Understanding of the Qurʼan). It is a unique example of the jadidist reading of the Qurʼan and contains the basic principles of this movement — the rejection of the imitation of tradition, the use of the methodology of European science, humanistic intention expressed in anthropocentrism, rationalism, social orientation and religious inclusiveness.

Abstract:
As a book containing miracles, in literature, the miracles of the Quran have been proven by ʻĀʼisha Bint al-Shāṭiʼ through her theory i‘jāz lughawī. She showed the importance of the correct method of interpretation of the Qurʼan from aspects of tarāduf (synonym). However, despite following the rule of "there is no word that has the same meaning (tarāduf) in the Quran" as commonly known in the theory of iʻjāz al-qur’ān (the inimitability of the Qurʼān), her thoughts on tarāduf and its implications for the istinbāṭ (inference) of Islamic law are still unclear. Hence, this article discusses the relation and influence of ʻĀʼisha Bint al-Shāṭiʼs thoughts related to verses of laws. By studying the book of al-I’jāz al-Bayānī lil Qur`ān wa Masā’il Ibn al-Azraq and other relevance sources, this article concludes that ʻĀʼisha Bint al-Shāṭiʼs thoughts related to verses of laws are still abstract and difficult to be applied, hence it does not give a significant influence on the strengthening of Islamic legal propositions.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the functioning of lexeme dhikr (‘remembering’, ‘memory’) in the text of the Qurʼan. The research has demonstrated that the lexeme is mostly used in religious con-texts and describes the interaction between God and man. It occurs in two types of contexts: (1) the obligation of man to remember God; (2) the holy writings and prophets of the past, Muḥammad and the Qurʼan as a reminder to mankind from God. Most commonly, lexeme dhikr occurs in the Mec-can suras of the second, Rahman, sub-period. This could be explained by the subject matter of the corresponding fragments of the Qurʼan, as well as the peculiarities of the rhetorical devices used to influence the emotions of listeners.

Abstract:
Anger is one of the Human beingʼs main irritations. Irritation can be defined as a state of total confusion where all activities of a human being come to a stop, the focus being only on irritation. Anger originally is attributed to a psychological source because it results from either external or internal influence. It is this that distinguishes irritation from confusion. Anger is one of the irritations that have been shown in the Glorious Qurʼan, for it has taken different forms or lexical items, as follows, ghadhab (anger), ghayz(rage), sakhat (condemnation). Due to the diversity of the linguistic signs that refer to anger – irritation, the present paper has been divided into an introduction and three sections. The Introduction aims at shrwing what anger – irritation is in the field of psychology, accounting for itʼs incentives and causes. It also shows that there are two types of anger: healthy ( or instructive ) anger, and destructive anger. Section one has dealt with the various types of anger in the Glorious Qurʼan. In section two we have discussed the different manifestations of rage and itʼs types in the Qurʼan. Section Three shed light on wrath and itʼs linguistic signs as they appeared in the Qurʼanie text. The conclusion offers the main findings of the study.

Oleh karena itu konsep pluralisme agama menurut Al-Quran apakah dapat di implementasikan dalam pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini dikaji dalam bentuk kajian Pustaka (Librari riserch) dengan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan Tafsir tematik. Di dalam Al-Quran bayak ayat yang membenarkan tentang pluralitas Agama namun Pluralisme Agama tidak dibenarkan karena pemahaman Pluralisme Agama menurut orang Orientalis adalah semua agama itu sama, namun konsep Al-Qur’an Pluralitas adalah membenarkan adanya agama yang lain tetapi konsep kebenaran menurut Al-Qur’an Agama yang paling benar adalah Islam. Namun implementasi pendidikan Islam menurut Al-Qur’an, islam mengajarkan konsep Ukhuwah Islamiyah, dimana didalamnnya ada Ukhuwah Al- U’budiyah dan Ukhuwah Al-Insaniyah yaitu persaudaraan sesama Makhluk dan persaudaraan sesama manusia. Kata Kunci: Pluralisme, Al-quran dan Implementasi Pendidikan Islam ABSTRACT The attitude of the Qur'an to the Plurality of religion is so clear and is the sunnatullah. Religious pluralism is a historical reality that no one can deny. The plurality of religions in Islam is accepted as a historical reality which is actually colored by the plurality of human life itself, whether plurality in thinking, feeling, living or acting. Therefore, the concept of religious pluralism according to the Quran can be implemented in Islamic education. This research is studied in the form of literature review (Librarian research) with qualitative method with thematic Tafsir approach. In the Qur'aan there is a verse that justifies the plurality of Religion but Religious Pluralism is not justified because the understanding of Religious Pluralism according to the Orientalists is all the same religion, but the concept of Al-Qur'an Plurality is to justify the existence of another religion but the concept of truth according to Al- Qur'an The most true religion is Islam. But the implementation of Islamic education according to Al-Qur'an, Islam teaches the concept of Ukhuwah Islamiyah, where therein Ukhuwah Al-U'budiyah and Ukhuwah Al-Insaniyah are the brotherhood of fellow Beings and brotherhood of fellow human beings. Allah SWT gives assurance of the sancity and purity of the qur’an. Reading the qur'an is recorded as an act of worship that is wort the reward. Among the many readings the quran is considered worsip,even if reading does not knot its meaning,especially if he knows the meaning of the verse or letter thet is read and is able to practice it. Therefore,studying the siance of tajwid is obligatory for the quran according to Ibn Al-Jazary ,it is absolutely obligatory for the readers of the quran ,before they start reading the quran ,the sould frist study and understand the places whehere the letters of hijaiyyah came out and the characteristics thet accompany it. One of the reference books as learning material in the fieled of recitation of tajwid which is taught at the Islamic boarding school Darusy Syahadah Simo Boyolali is the Tuhfhatul Atfhal book written by sheikh jamzuri.

Dengan demikian, sejarah kelahiran ilmu-ilmu al-Qur'an ('Ulum al-Qur'an) tidak bisa dilepaskan dari sejarah keragaman makna-makna al-Qur'an. Konsep-konsep yang terangkum dalam 'Ulum al-Qur'an seperti nasikh-mansukh, makki-madani, 'am-khash, muthlaq-muqayyad, asbab al-nuzul, dzahir-bathin dan yang sejenisnya merupakan sekumpulan konsep yang menunjukkan dan berimplikasi pada hadirnya keragaman penafsiran. Sejauh menyangkut wacana metodologis, saat ini berkembang kesadaran baru tentang pentingnya melibatkan ilmu-ilmu sosial—psikologi, sosiologi, antropologi dan sejarah—dan ilmu-ilmu humaniora—filsafat, hermenutik dan ilmu bahasa—dalam memahami teks suci al-Qur’an. Dari sini berkembang istilah baru dalam wacana dan aktivitas penafsiran teks kitab suci al-Qur’an, yaitu hermeneutik—jelasnya, hermeneutika al-Qur’an. Hermeneutika al-Qur’an dimengerti sebagai ilmu dan seni interpretasi al-Qur’an, yang mencakup teori, metodologi dan teknik penafsiran al-Qur’an. Ada dua kelompok besar para ulama dalam menyikapi tawaran hermeneutik dalam menggali makna Al-Quran yaitu golongan pertama menolak dengan alasan-alasannya di antaranya karena “kita” sudah memiliki ulumul Quran yang sudah teruji dan terbukti keberhasilannya dalam menyingkap makna dan maksud dari ayat-ayat al-Qur’an, dan golongan kedua menerima dengan alasan dan batasannya di antara alasannya adalah bahwa kita harus terbuka terhadap hal-hal baru yang positip, tentu dengan tetap bersikap kritis. Ketika ada sesuatu yang baru yang lebih baik daripada yang lama maka sebagai orang yang sehat pikirannya tentu akan mengambil hal yang baru tersebut. Oleh karenanya bagi mufasir ketika akan mengadopsi hermeneutik dalam menafsirkana al-Qur'an misalnya maka harus tahu terlebih mengetahui ilmunya dahulu, sehingga tidak meimbulkan hal-hal yang bisa memebahayakan dirinya maupun orang lain.

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini fokus pada pendidikan Al Quran Metode Ummi di Taman Pendidikan Al Qur’an (TPQ) Miftahul Ulum.Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk menambah pengetahuan dan memfasilitasi mitra dalam belajar Al-Qur'an melalui Metode Ummi.Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah belum adanya metode khusus dalam pendidikan Al Quran. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, tim pengabdian akan melakukan pelatihan dan pendidikan metode pendidikan Al-Qur'an di TPQ Miftahul Ulum. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini meliputi persiapan, pelaksanaan, pemantauan, dan evaluasi.Dengan menyelenggarakan pelatihan dan pendidikan pendidikan Al Qur'an dengan Metode Ummi, diharapkan metode ini dapat menjadi pendekatan permanen dalam pengajaran Al Qur'an kepada seluruh siswa di TPQ Miftahul Ulum.Selain itu, mereka dapat meningkatkan kualitas membaca Al Quran Quran dengan benar dan mahir.

Background: Many factors can affect the learning activities of the Qur'an in children, both from the child himself (an intrinsic factor) and from the child's environment (an extrinsic factor). Some children feel that learning the Qur'an is difficult to understand, while others think that it is easy. Aim: This research aimed to discover the role of RTQ (Rumah Tahsin Qur’an) in teaching the science of the Qur'an in society, especially children and the use of what tahsin method can increase interest in learning and reading Al-Qur'an for residents in Anggran Karang Tengah Village, especially at the age of children at the Roudhotul Jannah Rumah Tahsin Qur'an institution. Method: This research is qualitative. The object of this research is the children who study at the Rumah Tahsin Quran (RTQ). This study involved 2 RTQ supervisors, 2 parents, and 2 children studying at RTQ. The method used was an interview. The instrument used in collecting this data is a question sheet. Findings: The role of this Rumah Tahsin Qur’an in society is as a place for children to learn Quran knowledge such as recitation of the Quran correctly, to guide children in memorizing the Quran, and to make children faster and faster. easy to read the Quran. One of the methods used in achieving the target of memorizing is by way of Murojaah together and always listening to the teacher's Murotal when they want to start learning.

This article discusses the financial stability of Islamic banking in Malaysia by focusing on the analysis of current perspectives. In addition, it also discusses the references used to describe Islamic-based financial stability. To achieve this objective, this study would analyse the resources to ascertain the arguments on how such financial stability is viewed from an Islamic perspective. This study was conducted using a qualitative method through library research by searching for references from sources such as al-Qurʼan and its interpretation, al-Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him and also arguments by Islamic scholars. The results of this study showed that certain texts in al-Qurʼan and al-Hadith, as well as the views of scholars, acknowledge that financial stability has a strong foundation based on authentic sources. In the context of Islamic banking in Malaysia, various aspects need to be taken into account to ensure that these banking institutions continue to remain relevant in the domestic and international financial arena. In this regard, to ensure the stability and strength of Islamic banking institutions in Malaysia, these institutions need to fully adapt the banking model recommended by the shariʻah, which would not only strengthen this industry but also make it capable of facing challenges and being resistant to financial crises and economic imbalances.

Abstract:
Al-Qur'an education is very important for children, especially junior high school students. At this age they should be able to read and write the Qur'an. But seeing the reality they have not been able to learn to read the Qur'an properly. Therefore, SMPN 9 Rejang Lebong organizes BTQ extracurricular activities so that students who are not fluent in reading and writing the Qur'an and cannot read and write the Qur'an at all can improve their competence in reading and writing the Qur'an. This study has a purpose, namely to describe the implementation of Al-Qur'an Reading and Writing at SMPN 9 Rejang Lebong and also to find out the effectiveness of Al-Qur'an Reading and Writing in improving the ability to read the Qur'an at SMPN 9 Rejang Lebong. This research belongs to the type of descriptive qualitative research with the research subject of students who take extracurricular activities. Data was collected using the methods of observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained were then analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis including data reduction, data display, and data verification (conclusion drawing/verification). From the data presented, there are positive changes shown by students in the context of the ability to read the Qur'an where during the first semester there were not a few students who were not fluent in reading the Qur'an and in the second semester there were more students. who is quite fluent in reading the Qur'an. This is indicated by the percentage that of the 25 students in class VII and class VIII who take part in Extracurricular Al-Quran Reading and Writing activities, there are 14 students whose ability to read Al-Quran has increased. The following are the results of the calculation of the percentage increase in the ability to read the Koran for class VII and class VIII at SMPN 9 Rejang Lebong 56%. ABSTRAKPendidikan Al-Qur’an sangatlah penting bagi anak-anak terutama anak SMP. Pada usia ini hendaknya mereka sudah mampu membaca dan menulis Al-Qur’an. Tetapi melihat realitanya mereka belum mampu Belajar Membaca al-Qur’andengan baik. Maka dari itu SMPN 9 Rejang Lebong menyelenggarakan kegiatan ekstrakurukuler BTQ agar peserta didik yang belum lancar membaca dan menulis Al-Qur’an dan tidak bisa sama sekali membaca dan menulis Al-Qur’an dapat meningkatkan kompetensi membaca dan menulis Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan Baca Tulis al-Qur’an di SMPN 9 Rejang Lebong dan juga untuk mengetahui sejauh mana Efektivitas Baca Tulis al-Qur’an dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an di SMPN 9 Rejang Lebong. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian peserta didik yang mengikuti ekstrakulikuler. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya, dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif di antaranya, reduksi data (data reduction), Penyajian data (data display), dan Verifikasi data (conclusion drawing/verification). Dari data yang dipaparkan, terdapat perubahan yang positif yang ditunjukkan peserta didik dalam konteks kemampuan membaca al-Qur’an dimana pada saat semester satu tidak sedikit peserta didik yang belum lancar membaca al-Qur’an dan pada saat semester dua sudah lebih banyak peserta didik yang cukup lancar membaca al-Qur’an. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan prosentase bahwa dari 25 peserta didik dikelas VII dan kelas VIII yang mengikuti kegiatan Ekstrakulikuler Baca Tulis Al-Quran, terdapat 14 peserta didik yang kemampuan membaca al-Qurannya meningkat. Berikut hasil perhitungan prosentase peningkatan kemampuan membaca alQuran kelas VII dan kelas VIII di SMPN 9 Rejang Lebong 56 %.

The method or manner is crucial in achieving the success of memorizing the Qur'an, due to succeed whether a purpose is determined by a method which is an integral part in the learning system. To get good results and effective-efficient sustainable interfere the Qur'an falls in the community prepared by memorizing a truly embedded since someone menghatamkan to memorize Quran 30 Juz, because phenomenon that occurs when a interfere the Koran was not in the scope of the boarding school and is already busy with his life, memorizing the Qur'an ever memorized much less secure. Therefore the Pesantren Tahfidz Al-Quran At-Tawheed has implemented a new method of memorization by using a lottery method. This research method using qualitative research is descriptive qualitative approach, using the Phenomenology. It was found from the lottery method is a method which uses the random lottery (a kind of lottery arisan) written by juz juz-who has mastered memorizing of the students who have finished the memorized the Qur'an. So the interfere of the Koran must be completely memorized the outside heads when on the stage of this lottery or belongs on kompenan remember (memorize) or that can be called with retrival/processes calling back, the process of recalling information encoding results as well as storaging. The result of the application of the method of the lottery is to interfere in the Qur'an is stronger and be careful in keeping the memorizing them and interfere the Qur'an easier given Al-Quran memorizing them because during the process of this lottery method penghafal The Qur'an as a fervent and full concentration to undergo the process. Achievement of memorizing the Quran using the lottery this is students being challenged to memorize the Qur'an are seriously so that when on stage this method students could really mastered and memorized smoothly memorizing the Quran 30 juz even still remember though it's already in another flurry. The form of the problem is the students felt the lottery method is a scary thing because when these Lottery stage students need through previous methods i.e. unity method, sima'i method, method b, method and combined methods of jama '. Abstrak Menghafal Al-Qur’an adalah termasuk daya mengingat atau memory. Memori menjadi kerangka ingatan dalam struktur kehidupan manusia, bahwa proses memory dalam perspektif psikologis meliputi tiga komponen, yakni encoding, storage dan retrival. Metode atau cara sangat penting dalam mencapai keberhasilan menghafal Al-Qur’an, karena berhasil tidaknya suatu tujuan ditentukan oleh metode yang merupakan bagian integral dalam sistem pembelajaran. Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang baik dan efektif-efisien secara berkelanjutan para penghafal Al-Qur’an dipersiapkan terjun di masyarakat dengan hafalan yang benar-benar tertanam semenjak seseorang menghafalkan sampai menghatamkan Al-Qur’an 30 Juz, karena fenomena yang terjadi ketika seorang penghafal Al-Qur’an sudah tidak dalam ruang lingkup pesantren dan sudah sibuk dengan kehidupannya hafalan Al-Qur’an yang pernah dihafalkan banyak yang kurang terjaga. Oleh karenanya Pesantren Tahfidz Al-Qur’an At-Tauhid telah menerapkan metode menghafal baru dengan menggunakan metode lotre. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologi. Hal yang ditemukan dari metode lotre adalah sebuah metode acak yang menggunakan lotre (semacam lotre arisan) yang ditulis dengan juz-juz yang telah dikuasai dari hafalan para santri yang telah selesai menghafalkan Al-Qur’an. Jadi para penghafal Al-Qur’an harus benar-benar hafal diluar kepala ketika pada tahap lotre ini atau tergolong pada kompenan mengingat (menghafal) atau yang bisa disebut dengan retrival/proses memanggil kembali, proses recalling information hasil encoding maupun storaging. Hasil dari penerapan metode lotre tersebut adalah penghafal Al-Qur’an lebih kuat dan berhati-hati dalam menjaga hafalan mereka dan para penghafal Al-Qur’an lebih mudah mengingat hafalan Al-Qur’an mereka karena selama proses metode lotre ini penghafal Al-Qur’an secara sungguh-sungguh dan penuh konsentrasi untuk menjalani proses tersebut. Pencapaian hafalan Al-Qur’an dengan menggunakan metode lotre ini adalah santri menjadi tertantang untuk menghafalkan Al-Qur’an secara serius agar ketika pada tahap metode ini santri benar-benar bisa menguasai dan hafal dengan lancar hafalan Al-Qur’an 30 juz bahkan tetap ingat meskipun sudah dalam kesibukan lainnya. Bentuk permasalahannya adalah santri merasa metode lotre tersebut suatu hal yang menakutkan karena ketika tahap lotre ini santri perlu melalui metode-metode sebelumnya yakni metode wahdah, metode sima’i, metode kitabah, metode gabungan dan metode jama’. Salah satu metode supaya pembelajaran tahsin Al-Quran itu berjalan menarik adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan Naghom maqomat (Seni Irama baca Al-Quran). Salah satu maqomat yang menarik itu adalah irama bayati. Dari tanah Arab ke seluruh penjuru dunia, nagham telah menjadi teman setia bagi tajwid Al-Qur’an, kemudian umat Islam bisa membaca Al-Qur’an dengan versi murattal dan versi mujawwad. Walaupun muncul perbedaan pendapat tentang boleh atau tidaknya nagham dalam membaca al-Qur’an, akan tetapi perbedaan pendapat -yang sudah tua- tersebut bermuara pada sikap kehati-hatian dari ulama madzhab Maliki akan tercemarnya kemurnian Al-Qur’an. Tujuan daripada penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengembangan metode tahsin dengan pendekatan maqamat bayati. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan cara eksperimen. Ringkasan dari penelitian ini adalah menjabarkan tentang sebuah metode tahsin baru yang mudah, menarik dan menyenangkan serta mudah dipelajari. Tulisan ini membahas tentang kisah dalam al-Qur’an pada kitab madkhal ila al-Qur’an al-Karim karya M. Abed al-Jabiri. Kajian ini penting untuk melihat konsep kisah al-Qur’an sebagai salah satu pisau analisis untuk menafsirkan al-Qur’an. Disamping itu, dalam tafsirnya ini M. Abed al-Jabiri memiliki gagasan besar tentang pengembangan ulumul qur’an yang menurutnya selama ini hanya berjalan di tempat, sehingga diperlukan analisis baru untuk menangkap pesan-pesan yang ingin disampaikan al-Qur’an. Di dalam kitab ini langkah awal yang dilakukan al-Jabiri adalah merekonstruksi makna al-Qur’an, al-Jabiri memberikan kritik atas berbagai definisi yang telah dikonstruksi oleh para ulama seperti al-Suyuti, al-Syanqiti, al-Isfahani dan lain sebagainya. Selanjutnya, al-Jabiri mengklasifikasi surat-surat al-Qur’an yang berbicara tentang kisah dalam kategori makiyyah dan madaniyyah. Kategori makiyyah, dibagi dalam dua tahap, sedangkan pada kategori madaniyyah hanya satu tahap. This paper discusses the story in the Al-Qur'an in the madkhal ila Al-Qur'an al-Karim by M. Abed al-Jabiri. This study is important to see the concept of the Al-Qur'an story as one of the analytical tools for interpreting the Al-Quran. Besides that, in this interpretation M. Abed al-Jabiri has a big idea about the development of ulumul quran which according to him has only been running in place, so that a new analysis is needed to capture the messages that the Qur'an wants to convey. In this book, al-Jabiri's initial steps were to reconstruct the meaning of the Koran, al-Jabri provided a critique of the various definitions constructed by classical scholars such as al-Suyuti, al-Syanqiti, al-Isfahani and so on. . Furthermore, al-Jabiri classified the letters of the Al-Qur'an which speak of stories in the category of makiyyah and madaniyyah. The category of makiyyah is divided into two stages, while in the madaniyyah category there is only one stage.

Abstract:
This article examined how the Qur’an talks about the Arabic used in it, its essence, existence, and urgency, departing from the dialectic of the foreign languages existence in the Qur’an. This study was literature research using an interpretive approach with the method maud}u>'i which research objects were verses about the Arabic Quran, and were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the essence of the Arabic language used in the Quran is Arabic which was fluent and clear, which was understood and popular among Arabs when the Qur'an was revealed. The diction used is the word 'arabiy, which is an adjective (s{ifat) connected to words qur'a>n, lisa>n, and hukman repeated eleven times. The existences of Arabic in the Qur’an are Arabic fus}h}ah, Arabic al-Qur'an as Miracle, and Arabic as the language of sharia/law. While the urgencies of Arabic use in the Qur’an is seen from the word 'arabiy followed by the word la'alla (لعل) and li (ل) repeated seven times and its means are the key to understand the Qur’an, encouraging thinking, encouraging spirituality. Religious activities in the village of Kalidilem are already running but there are still some residents, especially teenagers, who get drunk and promiscuity. To overcome this problem a Kampung Qur’an program is formed. Kampung Qur'an is one of the Nahdlatul Ulama (NU, Islamic Organization) Lumajang programs that synergizes with JQH in the form of a missionary institution tasked with spreading the message of da'wah with the Qur'an. The village of the Qur'an was fully surrendered to the NU Autonomous Agency in charge of al-Qur'an. In the process of da'wah an important thing to consider is the da'wah strategy. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The conclusion of this study is the da'wah strategy used by the Qur'an Village there are 5 namely: 1) Sentimental strategy: conducting regular recitation, giving advice with good words, such as calling mad'u as "O my brothers, O my children" . 2) Rational strategy: invite people to discuss together. 3) Sensory Strategy: direct the practice of worship. 4) Ta'lim strategy: holding al-Qur'an illiteracy eradication program, development of tahfidzul quran, qiro'atul quran, art of calligraphy, organizing majlis of Qur'an interpretation and interpreneur of the Qur'an. 5) emulate the Prophet's strategy. The inhibiting factor of the preaching strategy of Kampung Qur'an is the lack of capable human resources in the field of al-Qur'an studies, understanding community psychology and having metacognitive abilities and philosophical thinking. The Tahfiz Qur’an Morning Program aims to improve students' ability to memorize the Qur'an with proper fasahah and tajweed, root the values of the Qur'an, and present the Qur'an in every aspect of life. This type of research is a CIPP model program evaluation with a qualitative case study approach. The results of this study: (1) In terms of context evaluation, the Tahfiz Qur'an Morning program at MTs Tahfidzul Quran Azhar Center Makassar has enabled students to increase their memorization beyond the 3 juz required by the school. (2) From the perspective of input evaluation, the coaches in the Tahfiz Qur'an Morning program have met the criteria as coaches of the Tahfiz Qur'an Morning program. The facilities and infrastructure that support the program are good enough. (3) Process evaluation shows that the implementation of the morning Quran memorization program at MTs Tahfidzul Quran Azhar Center Makassar uses the talqin method. This method involves repetition of reading the verses to be memorized by children until they master them. However, some obstacles were encountered, especially the lack of ability of students to memorize the verses of the Qur'an, which has an impact on this process. (4) Judging from the product evaluation, the implementation of the morning Quran memorization program has a positive impact on students, teachers, and the community as a whole.

Al-Quran Literacy Education is part of the development of a mosque, where the mosque becomes the center of education and worship for Muslims. The Qur’an is primary literature among Muslims, both used as guidance and worship. Moreover, Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 21 of 2016 concerning Educational Content Standards states that reading and understanding the Al-Qur'an is an important component in Islamic Religious Education. The reality is that the Al-Quran literacy index in Indonesia is not high, in fact tends to be low, there are around 60-70% of Indonesian Muslims who cannot read the Al-Qur'an. Therefore, the Darussalam Mosque in the tourist city is implementing a Qur'an literacy education program which is religious education to overcome Al-Qur'an illiteracy/Qur'an illiteracy for the community. The targets in this research is the Management of the Darussalam Mosque. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The results show that the educational service program is the Qur'an Workshop. The Qur'an Workshop program is a Qur’an learning education for elderly people ranging from 50-60 years and over as an effort to enlighten the Muslim community so that they can read and understand the holy book of the Koran as a guide to life based on activities taught by teachers at the mosque (ustadz and ustadzah) who really have the ability to teach Qur’anic literacy to the elderly community. The presence of the Qur'an workshop program is expected to be able to overcome the very high number of Qur'an illiteracy in the community.

This research reviewed living Al-Qur’an as phenomenon and trend in learning Islamic Education in Indonesia. The causing factor is such as the moral panic of parents about modern-contemporary life. Many parents encourage their children to practice the Al-Qur'an, with the hope that the children will be more careful and fortify themselves from a free life. The panicked moral attitude of these parents is used by Islamic educational institutions as a market to gain capital gains, such as establishing an educational house/center based on living Qur'an learning. Several educational institutions also offer the concept of Islamic Boarding School, Tahfidz Center, and compete to use the Al-Qur'an as their product brand. This literature research used a social phenomenological science approach with the living Quran theory. This research found that 1) the trend of living Qur'an education in Islamic learning in Indonesian Islamic educational institutions was as a social impact of the spread of moral panic, 2) moral panic among parents of students became a new business field for managers of Islamic religious education institutions. 3) Al-Qur’an is a product that has its own market share, and 4) the phenomenon of living al-Quran was as a trend of Islamic education methods in Indonesia.

Problems that are often experienced by mothers giving birth are anxiety and fear of pain, so giving birth to children becomes a frightening specter because they doubt the safety of the baby and himself. To relieve this anxiety, it can be done by means of pharmacology and non-pharmacology or therapy. One way of therapy is with murattal al-Qur'an, as a form of Living Quran to accompany childbirth. The purpose of this study was to determine the understanding brought by the mother giving birth when the chanting of the Qur'an was heard accompanying the delivery process. This is a type of field research with a qualitative research approach, located at PMB Nina Yunita in Gandu Village, Kec. Mlarak, Ponorogo Regency. Data collection methods used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The result of this research is the influence of an understanding of the Qur'an by a living Qur'an actor, namely the opinion that the Qur'an is a book of guidance, a book of instructions, with which it can be seen what is right and what is wrong, as well as to regulate actions. humans to their creators, so that with a good understanding of the Qur'an it brings a feeling of relaxation and comfort when heard, then provides convenience in the delivery process and becomes the key to safety for mothers and babies during childbirth. Al-Quran is a Muslim holy book that serves as a way of life as well as an authoritative source of Sharia in social life, with the meaning of the Quran verses continuing to change. The theoretical and practical potential of developmental relationship between the meaning of each Qur’anic verse reading is worth exploring. In terms of theory, the Quran would be subjected to an understanding reconstruction. It will continue to be developed with diverse information and sharing techniques. The practical study of the Quran, on the other hand, is concerned with how the Qur’an passages might be comprehended and applied in daily life. In this study, the reality of the community’s interaction with the Qur’an was directly assessed, particularly in Pondok Pesantren ISC Aswaja Lintang Songo. The mujahadah community use Quranic verses as incantation which is believed having magical and mystical energy. For the people, Qur’an recitation during mujahadah contains values which cannot be stated but can only be felt by those who implement it. As a result, the verses of the Qur'an live in society based on their perception and appreciation.

The purpose of this research is to know the empowerment of the people of the sakinah village in an effort to eradicate illiteracy in the Qur'an in the sakinah village. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. The results of the service were obtained by several activities to eradicate al-Qur'an illiteracy in the sakinah village, namely socialization activities on the importance of learning the Qur'an, debriefing the knowledge of tajwid and makhorijul literacy, community empowerment in eradicating illiteracy in the Qur'an and reading competitions. - Quran. The activities carried out run smoothly and well, this can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants of Al-Qur'an illiterate survivors who continue to increase in participating in the activities carried out. Another result of the activities carried out was getting teachers to teach the Qur'an taken directly from the people of the Sakinah village. To maintain the continuity of the program implemented, students collaborate and coordinate with the KUA team in Tanggul sub-district. Melihat tingkat penyintas buta huruf al-qur’an di kampung sakinah yang cukup tinggi serta jumlah tenaga mengajar membaca al-qur’an yang sangat terbatas, maka diperlukan adanya program pemberantasan buta huruf al-qur’an guna mendukung program pemerintah dalam menekan jumlah penyintas buta huruf al-qur’an. Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui pemberdayaan masyarakat kampung sakinah dalam upaya memberantas buta huruf al-qur’an di kampung Sakinah. Metode yang digunakan yakni metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil pengabdian diperoleh beberapa kegiatan guna memberantas buta huruf al-qur’an di kampung Sakinah yakni kegiatan sosilaisasi pentingnya belajar al-qur’an, pembekalan ilmu tajwid dan makhorijul huruf, pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam memberantas buta huruf al-qur’an serta lomba baca al-qur’an. Kegiatan yang dilakukan berjalan dengan lancar dan baik, hal tersebut terlihat dari antusiasme peserta penyintas buta huruf al-qur’an yang terus meningkat dalam mengikuti kegiatan yang dilakukan. Hasil lain dari kegiatan yang dilakukan yakni mendapatkan guru mengajar alqur’an yang diambil langsung dari masyarakat kampung sakinah. Untuk menjaga keberlanjutan program yang dilaksanakan, mahasiswa melakukan kolaborasi dan koordinasi bersama tim KUA Kecamatan Tanggul.

This study aims to find out more about what, why and how the process of memorizing the Qur’an students at House of Qur’an Rowotengah was carried out. From the results of observations that have been made, problems arise from parents' concerns about their children who are addicted to gadgets / smartphones. So, parents choose to force their children to join in this program. It used the qualitative research method. The process of extracting data and gathering the information used interview, observation and documentation. The results of this study prove that the memorizing the Qur’an’s education program for children in elementary school / Madrasah at House of Qur’an Rowotengah provides many benefits for students, parents, and the environment / society. The conclusion of this study shows that there are two methods of teaching tahfidz Al-quran, namely; the process of memorizing Al-quran with peer review and by teachers. As well as participating in routine competitions at the sub-district, district and national levels. Thus, this learning program must be cultivated in the community to create students' love for Al-quran. Pendidikan Tahfidz Al-qur’an merupakan sebuah tren-pendidikan Al-qur’an di era modern saat ini. Program kegiatan ini menjadi sebuah program unggulan bagi sekolah dasar/ madrasah yang berada dibawah naungan yayasan pondok pesantren. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih dalam tentang apa, mengapa dan bagaimana proses kegiatan Tahfidz Al-qur’an anak didik di Rumah Qur'an Ar-Roudhoh Rowotengah dilaksanakan. Dari hasil observasi yang telah dilakukan, permasalahan muncul dari kekhawatiran orangtua terhadap anak mereka yang addicted terhadap gadget/ smartphone. Sehingga, orangtua memilih untuk memaksa anak mereka mengikuti program Tahfidz. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, proses penggalian data dan innformasi menggunakan tekhnik interview, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa program pendidikan Tahfidz Al-qur’an pada anak di bangku sekolah dasar/ Madrasah di Rumah Qur'an Ar-Roudhoh Rowotengah memberikan banyak manfaat bagi peserta didik, orangtua, serta lingkungan/ masyarakat. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua metode pengajaran tahfidz Al- qur’an, yaitu: proses hafalan Al- qur’an dengan tijauan sejawat dan oleh ustadzah. This research is undermined by the fact that the ownership rate of the Qur'an among the students of Islamic Religion Education belonged to the high category of 60% of the total number of students in Islamic Religion Education in 2021. With the advancement of the era, technology has evolved rapidly and advanced, including the digital Qur'an that can be obtained on mobile phones, computers, and so on. He will be able to read the Qur'an in a way that will help him understand the truth. To find out whether the use of the digital Quran has an impact on the reading intensity of the Quran among the students of Islamic Religion Education 2021. This research is quantitative. Quantitative research is research that collects data and analyzes data in the form of numbers used to explain the results of research. In this study, 112 students were chosen at random using the Slovin formula. The analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive statistics and simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that the reading intensity of the Quran among students in Islamic Religion Education falls into the middle category with a percentage of 68.8%. Besides, there is an influence between the variable of the use of the digital Quran and the variables of the reading intensification of the Qur’an in students of Islamic religion education in 2021. The thitung > ttable value of 2,592 > 1,9818 demonstrates this. From the summary model table, it can be concluded that the influence of free variables on the bound variables in this study is 0.058 and multiplied by 100% to obtain a result of 5.8%. It can be inferred that the use of digital Al-Qur’an influences the intensity of reading Al-Qur'an in prodi students of Islamic Religion Education in 2021 by a factor of 5.8%.

Within the framework of this study, this article finds several conclusions: As an exegetical method, classical Islamic discourse has developed many ta'wil as a means of interpretation and theory in understanding the text of the Qur'an. The Historical Discussion of thinking about the ta’wil of the Qur'an in the tradition of ahl as-Sunnah shows the development of the diversity of thoughts and knowledge used in interpreting the al-Qur'an. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Perbedaan kemampuan menghafal Al-Qur’an antara menggunakan media pembelajaran I-Spring Presenter dan menggunakan metode konvensional, 2) Peningkatan kemampuan tahfizh Al-Qur’an pada penggunaan media pembelajaran I-Spring Presenter, dan 3) Efektivitas penggunaan media pembelajaran I-Spring Presenter berdasarkan aspek-aspek tahfizh Al-Qur’an. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengarah pada teknik korelasional dan dapat digolongkan ke dalam jenis penelitian eksperimen dan penelitian korelasional, dimana melalui penelitian ini diharapkan diperoleh gambaran tentang variabel-variabel penelitian. untuk menguji keefektifan penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain Quasi Experiment Design. Dengan demikian hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa: 1) Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an, antara tahfizh Al-Qur’an menggunakan media pembelajaran I-Spring Presenter dengan menggunakan metode konvensional rata-rata pada kategori sedang dengan hasil lebih baik pada penggunaan I-Spring Presenter. 2) Terdapat peningkatan kemampuan tahfizh Al-Qur’an dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran I-Spring Presenter pada kategori sedang sebanyak 89 %. 3) Penggunaan media pembelajaran I-Spring Presenter mampu meningkatkan kemampuan tahfizh Al-Qur’an secara efektif pada aspek: kelancaran, tajwid, dan kefashihan. Dari hasil tersebut dapat direkomendasikan sebagai berikut: 1) Diharapkan pihak pesantren dapat menggunakan media I-Spring Presenter pada program tahfizh Al-Quran peserta didik, pihak pesantren dapat memfasilitasi ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran tahfizh Al-Quran. 2) Penggunaan media pembelajaran I-Spring presenter terbukti lebih baik dalam meningkatkan kemampuan tahfzh Al-Qur’an sehingga media pembelajaran ini dapat digunakan oleh pendidik dan peserta didik dalam program tahfizh di Pesantren dan 3) Penggunaan media pembelajaran I-Spring presenter terbukti efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan tahfizh Al-Quran seluruh peserta didik pada tiga aspek sehingga dapat dikembangkan metode yang lebih baik lagi oleh peneliti selanjutnya pada aspek makhorijul huruf, shifatul huruf dan konsistensi hafalan Al-Qur’an.Kata Kunci: Media Pembelajaran I-Spring Presenter, Kemampuan Tahfizh Al-Qur’an AbstractThe purpose of this research is to find out: 1) The difference in the ability to memorize the Qur'an between using I-Spring Presenter learning media and using conventional methods, 2) Increasing the ability of Al-Qur'an tahfizh on the use of I-Spring Presenter learning media, and 3) Effectiveness of the use of learning media I -Spring Presenter based on aspects of the Qur'an's tahfizh. While the method used in this study is to lead to correlational techniques and can be classified into types of experimental research and correlational research, through which this research is expected to obtain an overview of the research variables. to test the effectiveness of this study using an experimental method with a Quasi Experiment Design. Thus the research results obtained indicate that: 1) There is a difference in the ability to memorize the Al-Qur'an, between tahfizh Al-Qur'an using the I-Spring Presenter learning media using conventional methods on average in the medium category with better results on the use of I-Spring Presenter. 2) There is an increase in the ability of the Qur'an's tahfizh by using the medium of I-Spring Presenter learning in the medium category by 89%.3) The use of the I-Spring Presenter learning media is able to effectively increase the ability of the Qur'an's tahfizh on aspects: fluency, recitation, and fluency. From these results it can be recommended as follows1) It is hoped that the pesantren can use the I-Spring Presenter media in the students' Al-Quran tahfizh program, the pesantren can facilitate the availability of facilities and infrastructure for Al-Quran tahfizh learning. 2) The use of the I-Spring learning media presenter is proven to be better in improving the ability of the Qur'anic tahfzh so that this learning media can be used by educators and students in the tahfizh program at Islamic Boarding Schools and 3) The use of the I-Spring learning media presenter has proven to be effective in improving the ability of Al-Quran tahfizh of all students on three aspects so that a better method can be developed by the next researcher on the aspects of makhorijul letters, shifatul letters and the consistency of memorizing the Qur'an.Keywords: Learning Media I-Spring Presenter, Ability of Tahfizh Al-Qur'an

Al-Quran is a holy book that is the main source of law and life guidelines for Muslims. As the main source, the Qur'an has various privileges for mankind, including management rights, both in terms of mahdhah worship (vertical relationships with Allah swt.) and ghairumahdhah worship (horizontal relationships with fellow humans). This study was conducted in class IX students of a Madrasah Tsanawiyah (Islamic junior high school) in Sibolga. This study aims to determine the advantages and disadvantages of the Tartila method in the ability to read and write the Qur’an. To collect the data, this study used observation, while to analyze the data, the Miles and Huberman model was used. This research is expected to reveal the application of the Tartila method in improving the ability to read and write the Qur'an. The results of this study provide new contributions, especially regarding the benefits of the Tartila Method in studying the Qur'an. The results of this study can be useful for the students, as discourse and scientific development about Al-Quran learning, as input and consideration in developing Al-Quran learning, and as an evaluation material for the ongoing Al-Quran learning process.

This study aims to find out how the views of students of the study program of al-Qur'an and Tafsir of the year among 2013-2015 on the subject of tahfiz al-Qur'an . This research is field research using a qualitative approach that is guided by qualitative data, namely data from questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. Collecting the data using a research instrument in the form of a list of questions summarized in a questionnaire and distributed to 50 samples of al-Qur'an and Tafsir students in the year among 2013-2015. Meanwhile, interviews were conducted with the caregivers for the tahfiz al-Qur'an subject. The documentation method is used to collect data about things in the form of transcripts, notes, photos, and so on and complete the data obtained from interviews or observations. The collected data is then analyzed and it shows that: All students of the Al-Qur'an and Tafsir Study Programs agree that Hifz al-Qur'an is a very important subject for this major. Among the reasons they explained was that with the existence of this Constitutional Court, it was very easy to understand the Qur'an and also study its Tafsir. Based on the results of the interviews, it can be concluded that the lecturers always provide direction regarding the methods that can be applied in memorizing the Qur'an, and the obstacles faced by students can be resolved by always approaching the Qur'an. Abstrak: Tahfiz al-Qur’an merupakan salah satu mata kuliah wajib bagi mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu al-Quran dan Tafsir mulai dari semester pertama hingga semester lima. Dalam proses belajar mengajar, banyak mahasiswa yang menyetor hafalan kepada dosen ketika mendekati batas waktu setoran. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pandangan mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu Al-Qur’an dan Tafsir periode 2013-2015 terhadap mata kuliah tahfiz al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini bersifat kajian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang berpedoman pada data hasil angket, wawancara, obeservasi dan dokumentasi. Pengumpulan data melalui angket didistribusikan kepada 50 orang sampel mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu al-Qur’an dan Tafsir periode 2013-2015, sedangkan wawancara dilakukan terhadap dosen pengasuh mata kuliah tahfiz al-Qur’an. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh mahasiswa Prodi Ilmu Al-Qur’an dan Tafsir setuju bahwa Hifz al-Qur’an adalah mata kuliah yang sangat penting bagi Program Studi ini, alasan yang mereka jelaskan adalah karena mata kuliah ini membantu mahasiswa dalam memahami al-Qur’an dan juga mempelajari Tafsirnya. Para dosen senantiasa memberikan pengarahan terkait metode-metode yang dapat diterapkan dalam menghafal al-Qur’an, dan kendala-kendala yang dihadapi mahasiswa dapat diselesaikan dengan senantiasa mendekatkan diri kepada al-Qur’an.

The instruction of the Qur'an recitation for special education pupils is different when compared to average pupils. This paper discusses the Qur'an recitation learning scenario for special needs pupils with learning difficulties of moderate functional learning. Moreover, there are some challenges that teachers need to face in teaching Quran recitation to these pupils. However, the shortcomings of these pupils can be overcome through different learning compared to the natural ones. Therefore, pupils with learning problems will not be neglected in the study of the Qur'an.

TPQ Nurul Mubtadi is one of the recitation places in Simpang Peut Village that teaches the art of reading the Al-Qur'an with a different method from other recitation places, where the recitation is carried out in halaqah form. This paper aims to discuss the level of success in the art of reading the Quran with halaqah and the methods applied to TPQ Nurul Mubtadi in reading the Quran. This was a qualitative study with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. This study showed that the halaqah reading of the Koran in the art of reading the Koran for TPQ Nurul Mubtadi students had a very good effect because the students were required to master the science of recitation and the basic rhythms such as bayyati syuri, bayyati husaini, hijaz, nahwand dan rast . Classes are held on Wednesday and Thursday nights. The method applied in the Art of Reading the Qur'an is the talaqqi or musyafahah method.Abstrak: Taman Pendidikan al-Qur’an (TPQ) Nurul Mubtadi merupakan salah satu tempat pengajian di Gampong Simpang Peut yang mengajarkan seni baca Al-Qur’an dengan metode yang berbeda dari tempat pengajian lain, di mana pengajian seni baca AL-Qur’an dilakukan dalam bentuk halaqah. Yaitu Izza Rohman yang mengkaji tentang perbandingan urutan ayat Al-Quran antara muskhaf dan kejadiannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengupas ulang dengan mengkaitkan dengan kajian-kajian lain yang melengkapi kajian dari Izza Rohman. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan literatur yang menggunakan literatur-literatur yang ada kemudian mengkaitkannya menjadi satu kesatuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa urutan surah dan ayat Al-Quran menjadi inspirasi dan objek kajian yang perbedaan urutannya mempunyai alasan mendasar. Ditemukannya adanya keteraturan dan keserasian dari nomor surah dan ayat dalam Al-Quran. Keteraturan dan keserasian ini menunjukkan kemukjizatan Al-Quran dilihat dari bilangan tartib surah dan ayat-ayatnya. Salah satunya adalah kajian tentang keistimewaan bilangan 7 dan bilangan 19. Dari bilangan tersebut dapat diungkap beberapa rahasia nomor surat dan nomor ayat. Selain itu juga kajian tentang lafadz bismillah yang didalamnya mengandung angka 7 dan 19 juga. The difference in the arrangement of the verses of the Qur'an with the order in which the Qur'an was revealed is interesting to study. Namely Izza Rohman who studied the comparison of the order of the verses of the Qur'an between the muskhaf and its occurrence. The purpose of this study is to re-explore by linking it with other studies that complement the study of Izza Rohman. The research method used is a literature approach that uses the existing literature and then links it into a single unit. The results showed that the order of the surahs and verses of the Qur'an became the inspiration and object of study whose different sequences had basic reasons. The discovery of the regularity and harmony of the number of surahs and verses in the Al-Quran. This order and harmony shows the miracles of the Al-Quran seen from the number of tartib surahs and verses. One of them is the study of the peculiarities of the numbers 7 and 19. From these numbers, several secrets of letter numbers and verse numbers can be revealed. In addition, there is also a study of the bismillah lafadz which contains the numbers 7 and 19 as well.

<p><strong>Abstract<em>: </em></strong><em>The issue on universality and particularity of Quranic teachings becomes a central issue which has triggered serious debate among Moslem scholars since the Qur’an, as a scripture, embodies God’s speech whose doctrines have been intended as trans-historical teachings going beyond time and space. In addition, it was revealed gradually based on the events and circumstances to respond the the social problems happening during the periods of prophecy. This article is aimed to explore some Moslem scholars on the issues of (1) identifying the ways of Qur’an in acculturation </em><em>vis-à</em><em>-vis Arab tradition, (2) studying on to what extent the Quranic exegeses in Indonesia have absorbed local traditions, and (3) analyzing the modes of interaction between the Qur’an and culture. The divinity of teachings in the qu’ran did not mean that it would lose the historical nature of its contents to a certain extent, since it had been revealed for a long time in the Arabian peninsula. In Indonesia, such acculturation also emerged when some authors of Quranic exegeses, such as Bakri Syahid in his Tafsir al-Huda, used local wisdom to interpret the Qur’an, for instance, the atribution of “pepundhen” (originally means: sacred place) to God. The interaction between the Qur’an and culture could be seen from acculturation of the Qur’an resulting in the so-called “cultural Qur’an”, and from Islamization of culture resulting in the so-called “Quranic culture”. </em></p><p dir="RTL"><strong>ال</strong><strong>ملخص:</strong> مازالت شمولية وإقليمية تعاليم القرآن قضية جدلية أحدثت جدلا جديا بين علماء المسلمين، إذ أن القرآن ككتاب مقدس يحتوى على كلام الرب الذى كانت تعاليمه تراد أن تكون صالحة عبر التاريخ خلال الزمان و المكان، مع أنه منزل فى ظروف معينة استجابة لروح مقتضيات الزمان. وهذه المقالة تهدف إلى كشف آراء علماء المسلمين عن هذه القضية، وإلى كشف مناهج القرآن فى التثقف عند مواجهة عادات العرب، وإلى البحث عن مدى ما وصل إليه تفاسير القرآن فى إندونيسيا فى استيعاب العادات الإقليمية، و أخيرا إلى تحليل طرائق التعامل بين القرآن والثقافة. ووصلت هذه الدراسة إلى نتيجة أن شمولية القرآن تتعلق بالقيم والقواعد التى تندرج تحتها كل أحكامه الجزئية، كالعدالة والتوسط، وهما عمادا تعاليم الإسلام. و قداسة القرآن لا تعنى غياب شخصيته التاريخية إلى حد معين، إذ أنه منزل زمانا طويلا فى جزيرة العرب. وتتمثل تاريخيته من تعاليمه التى تظهر من خلالها كأنها تفاوض عادات العرب، كالتجارة واحترام الأشهر الحرم، فغاية القرآن لتحويل عادة جعلته يرشح قيما تكون أسسا لأحكام، بطريق رفض عادة أو إعادة تكوينها. وظهر مثل هذا التثقف أيضا فى إندونيسيا عند ما كان مفسرو القرآن الإندونيسيون، مثل بكري شهيد من خلال كتابه "تفسير الهدى"، يستخدمون الحكمة الإقليمية فى تفسير القرآن، كوصف الرب بفوفوندين <em>pepundhen</em> (تعنى لغة: المكان المقدس). </p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong><em>: Permasalahan seputar universalitas dan partikularitas al-Qur'an menjadi isu sentral yang telah memicu perdebatan serius di kalangan sarjana muslim karena al-Qur'an, sebagai kitab suci, melampaui waktu dan ruang. Selain itu, ia merespon masalah-masalah sosial yang terjadi selama periode kenabian. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi beberapa persoalan mengenai (1) identifikasi akulturasi al-Qur'an dengan tradisi Arab, (2) studi terhadap tafsir al-Quran di Indonesia yang menyerap tradisi lokal, dan (3) analisis terhadap bentuk-bentuk interaksi Qur'an dan kultur. Keilahian ajaran al-Qur'an tidak berarti bahwa isi al-Qur'an kehilangan sifat historisnya karena ia diwahyukan untuk waktu yang lama di jazirah Arab. Historisitasnya tercermin dalam beberapa doktrin yang telah dinegosiasikan dengan tradisi Arab. Tujuan utamanya untuk mengubah setiap tradisi yang ada dengan menyisipkan nilai yang mendasari segala bentuk aturan atau merekonstruksi tradisi. Di Indonesia, akulturasi tersebut juga muncul ketika beberapa penulis tafsir al-Qur’an, seperti Bakri Syahid dalam bukunya Tafsir al-Huda, menggunakan kearifan lokal untuk menafsirkan al-Qur'an, misalnya, penisbatan "pepundhen" (awalnya berarti: tempat suci ) kepada Allah. Interaksi antara al-Qur'an dan budaya dapat dilihat dari akulturasi al-Qur'an sehingga disebut "al-Qur'an kultural", dan dari Islamisasi budaya menghasilkan apa yang disebut "kultur Qur'ani".</em></p><p><strong>Keywords: </strong>universalitas, kearifan lokal, enkulturasi, al-Qur'an kultural, kultur Qur'ani</p>
