Abstract:
Collaborative work in the construction industry has always been one of the problems solved by BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology. The integration of IFC (Industry Foundation Classes) data as a general building information standard is one of the indispensable functions in collaborative work. The most practical approach of merging IFC data depends on GUID (Global Universal Identifier) comparison at present. However, GUID is not stable in current applications and often changes when exported. The intact representation of relationships between IFC entities is an essential prerequisite for proper association of IFC entities in IFC mergence. This paper proposes a graph-based method for IFC data merging. The IFC data are represented as a graphical data structure, which completely preserves the relationship between IFC entities. IFC mergence is accomplished by associating other data with an isomorphic graph that is obtained by mining the IFC graph. The feasibility of the method is proven by a program, and the method can ignore the impacts of GUID and other factors.

BIG yang sesuai dengan tugas dan fungsinya, berusaha memberikan pelayanan INA-CORS dan RTK-NTRIP kepada masyarakat luas agar dapat mempercepat proses pemetaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas ketelitian hasil pengukuran GPS dengan metode RTK-NTRIP dibandingkan terhadap nilai koordinat hasil pengukuran GPS stastik yang dianggap sebagai nilai yang benar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengukuran GPS metode RTK-NTRIP menggunakan INA-CORS BIG sudah memenuhi fraksi sentimeter di beberapa lokasi pengukuran sehingga masyarakat dapat menggunakan layanan RTK-NTRIP menggunakan INA-CORS BIG dalam proses pemetaan.</p><p><strong>Kata kunci</strong>: INA-CORS, GPS RTK-NTRIP, GPS Statik</p>

Abstract:
Objectives: The variability of throwing metrics, particularly elbow torque and ball velocity, during structured long-toss programs is yet to be fully elucidated. The primary aims of this study were to assess various throwing metrics through a structured long-toss program using wearable technology and to quantify the intra and inter thrower variability of these metrics at each stage of throwing. Methods: This was a descriptive laboratory study in which 60 high school and collegiate pitchers participated in a predetermined, structured, progressive long-toss program. All players wore a motusBASEBALL sleeve (Motus Global, Inc.; Rockville Centre, NY), which measured arm slot, arm velocity, shoulder rotation, and elbow varus torque. Radar guns were used to measure ball velocity. These metrics were compared within and between all pitchers at each of the following throwing distances: 90 ft, 120 ft, 150 ft, 180 ft, and maximum effort mound pitching. Intra- and inter- thrower reliabilities were calculated for each throwing metric at every stage of the program. Excellent intra-thrower reliability was defined by an Intra-class coefficient (ICC) >0.750. Acceptable inter-thrower reliability was defined by a Coefficient of Variation (CV) <5%. Results: Ball velocity significantly changed at each progressive throwing distance, but this did not consistently correlate with an increase in elbow torque. Pitching from the mound did not place more torque on the elbow than throwing from 120 ft and beyond. Intra-thrower reliability was excellent throughout the progressive long-toss program for each throwing metric. Ninety-one percent of throwers had acceptable inter-thrower reliability for ball velocity, whereas only 79% of throwers had acceptable inter-thrower reliability for elbow torque. Conclusion: Based on trends in elbow torque, it may be practical to incorporate pitching from the mound earlier in the program (once a player is comfortable throwing from 120 ft). Ball velocity and elbow torque do not necessarily correlate with one another, so a degree of caution should be exercised when using radar guns to estimate elbow torque. Given the variability in elbow torque between throwers, some athletes would likely benefit from an individualized throwing program.

Maka dari itu penelitian ini berfokus pada penilaian tingkat efektivitas penerapan keamanan sistem informasi menggunakan ISO/IEC 27004. Untuk memastikan bahwa kebijakan SMKI yang sudah diterapkan saat ini berjalan dengan baik. Tahap yang dilakukan dimulai dari pengukuran tingkat efektivitas penerapan keamanan sistem informasi, dari hasil pengukuran dilakukan penilaian tingkat efektivitas. Jika dalam proses penelitian didapat kebijakan yang lemah, maka akan diberikan rekomendasi saran perbaikan baik berupa prosedur maupun standar oprating prosedur (SOP) guna meningkatkan keamanan informasi. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah fremework ISO/SNI 27001. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti mengharapkan adanya perbaikan kebijakan dan prosedur yang lemah guna meningkatkan keamanan informasi yang dapat menunjang oprasional dan proses bisnis.

The device uses a self-made electromagnetic cannon and a control charging and discharging circuit to constitute the launching device of the electromagnetic cannon. The two-degree-of-freedom control PTZ controls the angle and direction of the electromagnetic cannon. It uses dual power supplies to power the main control board and electromagnetic cannon device. The microprocessor STM32F407 is used as the control core of the electromagnetic cannon, and the TCA8418 IIC matrix keyboard is used to adjust the distance and angle. The OpenMV4 automatically searches for the guide mark and captures the image shape and color blocks in real time to control the electromagnetic cannon to hit the round bullseye. . In addition, it also uses Lidar to measure the distance between the calibration point and the ring target, and uses OpenMV4 to realize the automatic search and launch of the electromagnetic cannon.

Pengguna internet di Indonesia mencapai 75,57 juta orang dan telah mencapai 82 juta orang dimana hampir 50% penggunanya adalah remaja berusia 15 – 22 tahun menurut Markplus Insight tahun 2013 dan Kemenkominfo tahun 2014. Dengan pengguna internet yang tinggi, Akamai Technologies, Inc., melaporkan pada 17 Oktober 2013 cyberbully di Indonesia merupakan yang tertinggi dengan angka 38%. Fakta ini meninggalkan dua pilihan: tetap menggunakan wadah online sebaik-baiknya –dengan kerja keras tentunya, atau meninggalkan aktivitas online sama sekali. Padahal, menurut Horney (1945), setiap orang itu pada dasarnya memiliki tiga kebutuhan dasar. Kebutuhan pertama adalah kebutuhan mendekati orang lain atau publik guna mendapatkan cinta atau pun pengakuan. Ini bisa berarti berbagi curhat (curahan hati). Kebutuhan kedua adalah menjauhi publik guna mendapat kebebasan dan kemandirian. Terakhir adalah kebutuhan menentang publik guna mendapatkan kekuasaan atau kekuatan. Hanya saja, mengingat internet merupakan hal yang tak mungkin ditinggalkan jika ingin tetap menjadi bagian dari dunia yang berkembang pesat ini, berkomunikasi melalui online dan jejaring sosial merupakan keharusan. Maka, tercipta lah wadah komunikasi bagi orang-orang yang rentan terhadap cyberbully: anonymous chat. Aplikasi yang tidak menyediakan fitur berbagi foto, video atau pun identitas personal. Dominasi pengguna anonymous chat yang rentan terhadap cyberbully, merupakan orang-orang berkepribadian introvert yang tak senang membagi identitas personal di depan publik melalui media sosial seperti Instagram atau Facebook. Karena pengguna merasa aman dari penghakiman massa dan memiliki kemerdekaan menyuarakan isi kepala. Beginning in 1990, the US Army Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) began testing a prototype cannon mounted in a non-armored turret fitted to an M1A1 Abrams tank chassis. The cannon design incorporated a longer gun tube as a means to increase projectile velocity. A significant increase in projectile impact dispersion was measured early in the test program. Through investigative efforts, the cause of the error was linked to the increased dynamic bending or flexure of the longer tube observed while the vehicle was moving. Research and investigative work was conducted through a collaborative effort with the US Army Research Laboratory, Benet Laboratory, Project Manager – Tank Main Armament Systems, US Army Research and Engineering Center, and Cadillac Gage Textron Inc. New test methods, instrumentation, data analysis procedures, and stabilization control design resulted through this series of investigations into the dynamic tube flexure error source. Through this joint research, improvements in tank fire control design have been developed to improve delivery accuracy. This paper discusses the instrumentation implemented, methods applied, and analysis procedures used to characterize the tube flexure during dynamic tests of a main battle tank and the relationship between gun pointing error and muzzle pointing error.

Abstract Background and object Foix-Chavany-Marie syndrome (FCMS) is a rare type of pseudobulbar palsy, which is characterized by anarthria or severe dysarthria and bilateral central facio-linguo-velo-pharyngo-mastigatory paralysis with “automatic voluntary dissociation”. We report on a patient who suffered a reversible FCMS following a spear gun trauma through the cranial base leading to right operculo-insular contusion. Case Report This 28-year-old lady attempted suicide by shooting a spear gun into the head through her right submandibular region. Major vessel injury was ruled out and the patient was taken to the operating room for shaft removal. Postoperatively, we observed the mouth half open, drooling saliva, inability to move her tongue, anarthria, bilateral facial weakness, and loss of the gag reflex. Yawning was otherwise preserved resulting in a clinical diagnosis of FCMS. Postoperative imaging demonstrated a right operculoinsular contusion. Symptoms were fully recovered after two years of follow-up. Conclusion FCMS is a rare and severe form of pseudobulbar palsy. Unilateral lesions are exceptional but should be recognized, as we presented. Generally, the outcome is moderate to poor but the occurrence in brain trauma can be associated with complete functional recovery.

Abstract:
Searching biologically active compounds has been one of the major duties of organic chemists. We previously constructed a library of synthetic 12-arylbenzoacridines and found estrogenic and anti-estrogenic agents. With taking the shot-gun approach into consideration, further exploration for bioactive species in the above library was carried out. As a result, new antibacterial agents against S. aureus (MIC = 16 μM), E. coli (MIC = 7.8 μM), E. faecalis (MIC = 0.98 μM), and A. baumannii (MIC = 31 μM) were found. Moreover, we also unveiled that some of the tested compounds exhibit cell-based anti-oxidative activity. These results clearly show a good potential of 12-arylbenzoacridines as novel pharmacophores, which is useful to establish various medicines.

Houston’s experience with the Educational Value-Added Assessment System (R) (EVAAS) raises questions that other districts should consider before buying the software and using it for high-stakes decisions. Researchers found that teachers in Houston, all of whom were under the EVAAS gun, but who taught relatively more racial minority students, higher proportions of English language learners, higher proportions of students eligible for free or reduced-price lunches, and higher proportions of special education students, had significantly lower EVAAS scores than colleagues teaching elsewhere in the Houston district. Hence, results suggest that the EVAAS does not, at least in Houston and perhaps elsewhere, offer states, districts, and schools the precise, reliable, and unbiased results that go far beyond what other simplistic [value-added] models found in the market today can provide, as the software owner, SAS Institute Inc., claims. Rather, evidence shows that EVAAS estimates in Houston, and likely elsewhere, may be biased against teachers who teach disproportionate percentages of certain type of students in their classrooms.

In-line holography is advantageous in terms of contrast in imaging weak phase objects. However, most of the recent articles on electron holography had an off-axis configuration employing an electron biprism and were applied successfully only to objects with a rather strong phase shift such as magnetic flux and thin crystals. When it comes to the observation of considerably weak phase object, the off-axis method fails. We applied Fraunhofer in-line electron holography to observe an undecagold cluster, the core of which has a diameter of 0.82 nm, and obtained a high resolution image with high contrast that has been obtained neither by off-axis electron holography nor by conventional transmission electron microscopy.A Hitachi HF-2000 electron microscope equipped with a 200-kV cold field emission gun was used during the experiment. The specimen, Monoamino-Undecagold (NanoProbes, Inc., Stony Brook, N.Y.), was prepared in a highly dispersive form on a thin carbon film supported by a thick holey carbon film.

Heat Exchanger adalah suatu alat yang memungkinkan heat transfer dan dapat berfungsi baik sebagai pemanas maupun pendingin. Baffle merupakan sekat-sekat pada Shell and Tube Heat Eexchanger (STHE) yang berfungsi untuk menciptakan aliran yang turbulen sehingga heat transfer yang terjadi optimal. Masalah yang terjadi STHE ini adalah getaran yang dapat merusak STHE maupun menyebabkan kegagalan pada heat exchanger. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa pengaruh jarak baffle serta jenis baffle single segment dan double segment terhadap getaran yang terjadi guna menghindari kerusakan maupun kegagalan pada heat exchanger. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini dengan cara menyiapkan model STHE pada software heat transfer research inc (HTRI) dan memasukkan variasi nilai jarak baffle beserta jenis baffle single segment dan double segment, selanjutnya dilakukan analisa terhadap report data hasil dari software HTRI. Objectives: Progressive throwing programs are a mainstay of rehabilitating the throwing athlete after injury or surgery. Athletes are commonly asked to throw at reduced levels of effort (i.e. “50% effort”, ”75%,” etc) to minimize stress to healing tissues. However, it is unknown whether players’ perceived exertion matches actual exertion. The purpose of this study was to determine whether decreased effort correlates with decreased throwing metrics, whether metrics decrease to a predictable degree, and to quantify variability of these metrics within a given athlete when attempting to throw at sub-maximal effort. Methods: Sixty healthy, high school and collegiate baseball pitchers participated in a structured throwing program. After warming up, each pitcher was asked to throw five, max effort long toss throws at a distance of 120 feet. Afterwards, they were asked to give 5 throws at both 75% effort and 50% effort from the same distance. A motusBASEBALL sleeve (Motus Global, Inc.; Massapequa, NY) was worn by all players, which measured arm slot, velocity, shoulder rotation, and elbow varus torque (Nm). Ball velocity was measured in miles per hour (MPH) using a radar gun. The observed changes in throwing metrics were compared to one another across each of the throwing scenarios using a general estimating equation to control for multiple comparisons. They were also compared to the expected change to see if a decrease from 100% effort to 75%, and then to 50% resulted in proportional decreases in elbow torque and ball velocity. Intra-thrower variability was determined for each throwing metric at each degree of effort, and these results are reported using intra-class correlation coefficients (ICC) where an ICC > 0.75 was considered to represent excellent agreement. Results: Mean elbow torque decreased as players decreased their perceived effort from 100% (72.7 Nm) to 75% (67.3 Nm) to 50% (62.s Nm) (p<0.001). Mean ball velocity also decreased as they progressed from 100% effort (77.8 MPH) to 75% effort (66.5) to 50% effort (60.3 MPH) throws (p<0.001). However, these observed decreases in torque and velocity were much smaller in magnitude than the decreases in perceived effort. During the 75% effort throws, torque and velocity were not reduced to 75% of max. Instead, elbow torque was only reduced to 93.3% of max, and velocity dropped to 86.1% of max. Similarly, for the 50% effort throws, torque remained 86.5% of max effort torque, while velocity remained 78.1% of max. Accordingly, for every 25% decrease in perceived effort, torque only decreased 7%, and velocity only decreased 11%. These observed differences were all significantly different than the expected differences (p<0.001 for all). Intra-thrower reliability was considered excellent for all metrics within each throwing scenario: max effort, 75% effort, and 50% effort (ICC>0.75 for all). Conclusion: Measured effort was significantly greater than perceived effort during this standardized throwing program for all metrics tested. This is especially true for ball velocity and varus elbow torque. Ultimately, when players throw at what they perceive to be “reduced effort,” their actual throwing metrics do not decrease at the same rate as their perceived exertion. This has significant implications for throwers during the rehabilitation process as their elbows are likely experiencing more stress than desired. Clinicians and coaches must be aware and may want to consider transitioning to more objective measures of effort during rehabilition.

A seismic reflection survey that was conducted in downtown Boise, Idaho, to help city planners site a new well for injection of spent geothermal water illustrates some methods to safely and successfully employ a seismic reflection survey in an urban setting. The objective of the seismic survey was to estimate the depth and continuity of a basalt and rhyolite volcanic sequence. Well siting was based on geothermal aquifer depth, location of interpreted faults, projected thermal impact of injection on existing wells, surface pipe extension costs, and public land availability. Seismic acquisition tests and careful processing were used to ensure high‐quality data while minimizing the potential for damage along city streets. A video camera placed in a sewer and a blast vibration monitor were used to confirm that energy from the seismic source (a 75-in3 land air gun) did not damage nearby buildings, street surfaces, or buried utilities along the survey lines. Walkaway seismic tests were also used to compare signal quality of the air‐gun source to an explosive source for imaging targets up to 800 m depth. These tests show less signal bandwidth from the air‐gun source compared to the buried explosive source, but the air‐gun signal quality was adequate to meet imaging objectives. Seismic reflection results show that the top of this rhyolite/basalt sequence dips (∼8–11°) southwest away from the Boise foothills at depths of 200 to 800 m. Seismic methods enabled interpretation of aquifer depths along the profiles and located fault zones where injected water may encounter fracture permeability and optimally benefit the existing producing system. The acquisition and processing techniques used to locate the Boise injection well may succeed for other hydrogeologic and environmental studies in urban settings.

Keadaan terorisme yang sudah mulai memasuki kawasan Asia Tenggara, khususnya negara-anggota ASEAN, memberikan keresahan tersendiri. Bahkan, beberapa jaringan-jaringan teroris yang terdapat di beberapa wilayah di negara-anggota ASEAN menunjukkan adanya keterkaitan dengan kelompok terorisme besar lainnya. Beberapa aksi-aksi teror kerap terjadi di negara-anggota ASEAN, ditambah dengan adanya perubahan karakteristik maupun pola terorisme di ASEAN yang semakin mengkhawatirkan. Menyadari hal tersebut, Indonesia, dibawah ASEAN Defense Ministerial Meeting mengusulkan kerja sama keamanan Our Eyes Initiative dengan tujuan agar Our Eyes Initiative dapat mengurangi dan memberantas terorisme di negara-anggota ASEAN. Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji bagaimana cooperative security dapat diterapkan dalam Our Eyes Initiative. Metode kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini guna mengumpulkan data-data yang dapat didapatkan melalui jurnal-jurnal terdahulu, dokumen-dokumen penting maupun wawancara secara langsung. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Our Eyes Intiative dapat dikatakan sebagai cooperative security walaupun hanya terdapat tiga dari empat ring cooperative security yang ada di dalam Our Eyes Initiative, namun hal tersebut perlu dilihat berdasarkan pengertian dari cooperative security dan fungsi tujuan dari Our Eyes Intiative juga. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah direct instruction, cooperative learning dan diskusi. Adapun set eksperimen yang digunakan adalah KIT IPA untuk materi Mekanika, Panas dan Hidrostatistika, Optik, dan Listrik Magnet. Pada kegiatan ini peserta memperoleh pengetahuan tentang metode pembelajaran berbasis eksperimen dan keterampilan merakit serta memodifikasi KIT IPA yang dapat digunakan untuk mendukung pembelajaran Sains. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran Sains akan menjadi pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan diharapkan meningkatkan minat dan prestasi belajar siswa. The method that used is direct instruction, cooperative learning and discussion. This study aims to evaluate the relationship between human ribophorin II (RPN2) and the effect of treatment using induction therapy with docetaxel, cisplatin, and fluorouracil (TPF) for p-16 negative locally advanced head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). A total of 203 patients with locally advanced p-16 negative HNSCC who received induction chemotherapy with TPF at the Kaohsiung Chang Gung Memorial Hospital between 2009 and 2014 were enrolled. Immunohistochemistry (IHC) for RPN2 was examined and correlated with treatment outcome. Our study showed that RPN2 overexpression was significantly correlated with a poor response to induction chemotherapy with TPF. Both RPN2 overexpression and clinical N1 to N3 stages represented adverse prognostic factors for progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS). RPN2 might be a predictive marker for treatment response to induction chemotherapy. Further clinical trials are needed to determine the therapeutic significance of RPN2 in patients with HNSCC.

Efektivitas metoda ini dipergunakan untuk menentukan strategi perang Rusia saat ini. Dengan demikian menjelaskan bagaimana kebijakan luar negeri dan kebijakan pertahanan Rusia dari tahun 2000 hingga 2013 yang memiliki ketergantungan pada lingkungan strategis Ukraina terhadap Rusia, dan kepentingan nasional Rusia pada Ukraina. Banyumas mengalami peningkatan baik dari segi jumlah usaha, penyerapan tenaga kerja, maupun nilai dari produk. Namun, permasalahan yang ditemui adalah kurang optimalnya akses pembiayaan atau modal UMKM, permasalahan di bidang pemasaran, serta kurangnya kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia. Di dalam proses verifikasi klaim BPJS ternyata terdapat banyak kendala yang terjadi salah satunya adalah penolakan berkas oleh verifikator yang dapat berdampak pada potensi adanya gangguan operasional rumah sakit. Kelengkapan informasi rekam medis dan ketepatan kode diagnosa menjadi faktor yang mempengaruhi klaim BPJS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa gambaran persetujuan klaim BPJS kesehatan meliputi kelengkapan informasi, ketetapan diagnosis, dan persetujuan klaim BPJS. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Cross sectional deksriptif dengan menggunakan data sekunder berupa data rekam medis pasien rawat inap RSUD Tangerang Selatan periode Januari-Maret 2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 65,9% informasi rekam medis lengkap 87,6% diagnosis utama tepat, dan 85,7% klaim BPJS kesehatan disetujui. Disarankan kepada pihak manajemen RSUD Tangerang Selatan untuk memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan klaim ditolak seperti kelengkapan informasi rekam medis dan ketepatan kode diagnosis utama guna mengurangi angka klaim yang ditolak pada klaim BPJS Kesehatan.

We report the electrical, optical, and structural properties of Si-doped In2O3 (ISO) films prepared using co-sputtering system with multi cathode guns for use in organic photovoltaics (OPVs). We investigated the effect of Si doping power on the electrical, optical, and structural properties of ISO film that was rapidly thermally annealed at a temperature of 400 °C. Due to the high Lewis acid strength (8.096) of the Si dopant, the ISO films showed high mobility and low resistivity despite the low Si doping concentration. Low resistivity of the annealed ISO films indicated that Si4+ acts as an effective dopant of an In2O3 matrix by substitution with the In3+ site. At a Si doping power of 50 W, ISO film showed a sheet resistance of 19.7 Ohm/square and optical transparency of 76.7%, which are acceptable values for fabrication of OPVs. Successful operation of OPV cells fabricated on transparent ISO film indicates that ISO is a promising high mobility transparent electrode material and alternative to conventional ITO films.

Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) merupakan standar yang dikeluarkan oleh Badan Standardisasi Nasional (BSN) yang bersifat nasional, salah satu tujuan pelaksanaan standardisasi adalah meningkatnya ketersediaan SNI yang mampu memenuhi kebutuhan industri guna mendorong daya saing produk dan jasa dalam negeri. Sebelum SNI dirumuskan, Komite Teknis (KomTek) mengusulkan PNPS kepada BSN. KomTek merupakan organisasi yang dibentuk dan ditetapkan oleh BSN, yang beranggotakan para ahli yang menangani lingkup tertentu dan mewakili pihak yang berkepentingan, bertugas melakukan perumusan Rancangan SNI (RSNI) dan pemeliharaan SNI. PNPS disusun dengan memperhatikan kebijakan nasional di bidang standardisasi, kebutuhan pasar, perkembangan standardisasi internasional, kesepakatan regional dan internasional, kemampuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah PNPS yang diusulkan oleh KomTek hingga penetapan menjadi SNI sesuai kebutuhan pemangku kepentingan dengan studi kasus produk lampu swabalast yang merupakan produk terkait keamanan, keselamatan dan kesehatan lingkungan (K3L). Data primer penelitian ini diperoleh melalui <em>Forum Grup Discussion </em>(FGD) dan kuesioner, sedangkan data sekunder didapatkan melalui <em>desk studi</em> dengan analisa kualitatif deskriptif. Dari data tersebut diperoleh hasil bahwa dalam penyusunan dan penetapan PNPS, KomTek telah tata azas mengikuti ketentuan PSN01:2007 dengan melibatkan anggotanya yang mewakili Regulator, Produsen, Konsumen dan Pakar/Akademisi. Disamping itu dalam penyusunan PNPS, KomTek juga telah memperhatikan dan menjaring masukan dari berbagai pihak terutama pemangku kepentingan<em>,</em> Masyarakat Standardisasi (MASTAN) Indonesia dan instansi teknis terkait. Berdasarkan SNI yang ditetapkan pada tahun 2015, SNI IEC 60968:2015 lampu swabalast sebanyak 95% responden menggunakan SNI. Then, the government of Pekalongan issued local regulation No. 9 of 2015 about waste water management to minimalized the waste impact in Pekalongan. The sustainable development can be meant as a development concept which fulfills needs of the present without forfeiting the fulfillment rights of needs for future generation. There are three understanding apects in the sustainable development, such as social aspect, economy and environment. Generally, the implementation of local regulation No. 9 of 2015 about waste water management in Pekalongan is a balancer of the sustainable development from batik industry which has been done. There are three sustainable development principles which are suitable with local regualation No. 9 of 2015, such as principle of intergenerational equity, principle of integration between environmental protection and development, and principle of preventive measure. In its implementation, these principles have been already done, but the use of IPAL which has not been maximized caused less water quality standard and become an indication of river pollution.Keywords: batik, waste water, local regulation, sustainable development AbstrakSemenjak diakuinya batik oleh UNESCO sebagai warisan bangsa, industri batik di Kota Pekalongan semakin meningkat, namun hal tersebut menimbulkan peramasalahan lingkungan. Pembangunan berkelanjutan dapat diartikan sebagai konsep pembangunan yang memenuhi kebutuhan masa kini tanpa mengorbankan hak pemenuhan kebutuhan-kebutuhan pada generasi yang akan datang. Terdapat tiga aspek pemahaman dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan, yaitu aspek sosial, ekonomi dan lingkungan. Secara umum implementasi Perda Kota Pekalongan No 9 Tahun 2015 Tentang Pengelolaan Air Limbah merupakan suatu penyeimbang dari pembangunan berkelanjutan dari industri batik yang telah terlaksana. Terdapat tiga prinsip pembangunan berkelanjutan yang sesuai dengan Perda No 9 Tahun 2015, yaitu prinsip keadilan antar generasi (Intergenerational equity), Prinsip Keterpaduan antara Perlindungan Lingkungan Hidup dan Pembangunan, dan prinsip tindakan pencegahan. A combined 400+ km of single- and multichannel seismic reflection data were acquired on Lake Neusiedl in northeast Austria in May 2013. This geophysical campaign was a multinational academic effort among the Universities of Vienna, Budapest, Bremen, and Southampton. Lake Neusiedl is an exceptionally shallow lake, with an average water depth of only approximately 1.4 m. Although high-resolution single-channel seismic reflection data have been collected before on this lake, the multichannel seismic acquisition, towing a 60 m cable and an air gun behind a retrofitted ferry boat, was a completely new approach in this area. The quality of the multichannel data turned out to be exceptionally good; i.e., the high-frequency data illuminated the subsurface of the lake for the first time, down to the pre-Cenozoic basement at approximately 600 m depth. The most prominent findings of the new data include (1) a consistent southeasterly dip of erosionally truncated Late Miocene (Pannonian) sediments beneath a very thin Holocene mud layer, (2) the presence of major throughgoing fault systems (including a positive flower structure), (3) at least one Pannonian progradational sequence defined by seismic clinoforms indicating a paleowater depth of approximately 40–80 m, (4) flat spots in several locations of the study area corresponding to possibly biogenic gas in a few hundred meters depth beneath the lake, (5) vertical data wipeouts, which are interpreted as gas chimneys reaching the lake bottom, and (6) definition of the pre-Cenozoic basement. Interestingly, the gas chimneys are interpreted to correspond to the well-known gas seeps (“Kochbrunnen”) in Lake Neusiedl, which were originally described as subaqueous water springs on the lake floor responsible for ice-free areas in the lake ice cover during winter.

In the terminal guidance section of large caliber naval gun-guided projectile while striking nearshore maneuvering target, an integrated guidance and control (IGC) method based on an adaptive fuzzy and block dynamic surface sliding mode (AFCBDSM) was proposed with multiple constraints, including the impact angle, control limitations, and limited measurement of the line of sight (LOS) angle rate. The strict feedback cascade model of rolling-guided projectile IGC in space was constructed, and the extended state observer (ESO) was used to estimate the LOS angle rate and uncertain disturbances inside and outside the system, such as target maneuvering, model errors, and wind. A nonsingular terminal sliding mode (NTSM) was designed to zero the LOS angle tracking errors and LOS angle rate in finite time, with the adaptive exponential reaching law. The cascade system was effectively stabilized by the block dynamic surface sliding mode, which prevented differential explosions. To compensate for the saturated nonlinearity of canard control constraints, an adaptive Nussbaum gain function was adopted. The switching chatter of the block dynamic surface sliding mode was reduced through adaptive fuzzy control. Proven by Lyapunov theory, the LOS angle tracking error and LOS angle rate were convergent in finite time, the closed-loop system was uniformly ultimately bounded (UUB), and the system states could be made arbitrarily small at the steady state. Hardware-in-the-loop simulation (HILS) experiments showed that the AFCBDSM provided the guided projectile with good guidance performance while striking targets with different maneuvering forms.

This paper discusses two Al-Cu alloys for aerospace applications, one of which has an addition of between 1.6 and 2.0 wt.% of Li. The alloys are AA2024-T3 (Al-Cu) and AA2099-T8E77 (Al-Cu-Li). Microstructural analysis via Field Emission Gun Transmission Electron Microscope (FEGTEM) and Field Emission Gun Scanning Electron Microscope (FEGSEM) utilising Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS) and Electron Backscatter Detector (EBSD) techniques have been used to characterise the two microstructures and phases contained within them. Anodic polarisation and immersion testing in a 3.5 wt.% NaCl solution have been carried out and a comparison of the corrosion mechanisms has been made. AA2024-T3 had a fine, equiaxed grain structure, whereas AA2099-T8E77 had a substantial amount of recrystallized grains. Finer grains were also observed on AA2099-T8E77, however, the vast majority were larger than the maximum detection limit of the EBSD technique. Intergranular and pitting corrosion were observed on both alloys following immersion testing, however, the intergranular corrosion (IGC) was more prominent on AA2099-T8E77. Anodic polarisation indicated that AA2024-T3 was more noble, highlighting that the Li-containing AA2099-T8E77 alloy was more susceptible to corrosion. The T1(Al2CuLi) phase within AA2099-T8E77 was seen to be highly active following immersion and anodic polarisation tests. The corrosion pits on AA2099-T8E77 were seen to propagate to a depth of ~ 80 to 100 μm, with a maximum of 126 μm recorded. For AA2024-T3 the maximum depth recorded was 77 μm and the average depth was between 60 and 70 μm.

Kesalahan yang sering terjadi yaitu, ketika kendaraan tersebut tidak layak jalan tetapi kendaraan tersebut masih saja beroperasi.Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, penulis akan membuat aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan pengujian kelayakan angkutan umum menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Sistem tersebut guna membantu penguji dalam menguji angkutan umum, sistem ini dibuat berbasis web. Proses yang ditangani dalam sistem ini adalah proses pengambilan keputusan dalam menentukan pengujian fisik, proses penentuan jenis tindakan pengujian fisik yang harus dilakukan berdasarkan hasil dari analisis perhitungan kriteria yang di nilai.Hasil dari sistem yang dibangun berupa informasi pendukung keputusan terhadap pengujian fisik kendaraan yang menjadi prioritas beserta rekomendasi jenis tindakan yang harus dilakukan. Pengujian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan ISO /IEC 25010, Pengujian dilakukan sebagai evaluasi kualitas software, aspek functionality, aspek efficiency, dan aspek operability. Skor total yang dihasilkan dari pengujian ini yaitu aspek functionality adalah 85%, aspek efficiency adalah 73,3% dan aspek operability adalah 80%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai berdasarkan standar bangunan hijau sebuah bangunan bersejarah di Tawangmangu yang telah dikonservasi dengan konsep optimal, efisien dan fungsional, yakni Rumah Atsiri Indonesia. Penelitian ini menerapakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan menggunakan paramater Greenship New Building ver. 1.2 yang telah disediakan oleh GBCI. Hasil penilaian yang telah dilakukan untuk setiap kategori adalah, Tepat Guna Lahan (ASD: 10 poin), Konservasi Energi (EEC: 3 poin), Konservasi Air (WAC: 3 poin), Siklus Material (MRC: 7 poin), Kenyamanan dalam Ruang (IHC: 3 poin), dan Manajemen lingkungan (BEM: 0 poin), sehingga total keseluruhan poin yang didapatkan Rumah Atsiri Indonesia adalah 26 poin. AbstractBallistic pressure pulse sources are used since late 1990s for the extracorporeal treatment of chronic Enthesitis. Newly indications are found in trigger-point-therapy for the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders. In both applications excellent results without relevant side effects were found in clinical trials. The technical principle of pressure pulse source is based on the same techniques used in air guns. A projectile is accelerated by pressurized air and hits the applicator with high kinetic energy. By this a compression wave travels through the material and induces a fast (4..5μs), almost singular pressure pulse of 2..10 MPa, which is followed by an equally short rarefaction phase of about the same amplitude. It is assumed that the pressure pulse accounts for the biomedical effects of the device. The slower inertial motion of the waveguide is damped by elastic stoppers, but still can be measured several micro seconds after the initial pressure pulse. In order to characterize the pressure pulse devices, field mapping is performed on several radial pressure pulse sources using the fiber optic hydrophone and a polyvinylidenfluorid (PVDF) piezoelectric hydrophone. It could be shown that the current standard (IEC 61846) is not appropriate for characterization of ballistic pressure pulse sources.

To understand the electronic conduction mechanism in Sn-doped indium oxide thin films, it is important to study the effect of dopant atoms on the neighbouring indium oxide lattice. Ideally Sn is a substitutional dopant at random indium sites. The difference in valence (Sn4+ replaces In3+) requires that an extra electron is donated to the lattice and thus contributes to the free carrier density. But since Sn is an adjacent member of the same row in the periodic table, the difference in the ionic radius (In3+: 0.218 nm; Sn4+: 0.205 nm) will introduce a strain in the indium oxide lattice. Free carrier electron waves will no longer see a perfect periodic lattice and will be scattered, resulting in the reduction of free carrier mobility, which will lower the electrical conductivity (an undesirable effect in most applications).One of the main objectives of the present investigation is to understand the effects of the strain (produced by difference in the ionic radius) on the microstructure of the indium oxide lattice when the doping level is increased to give high carrier densities. Sn-doped indium oxide thin films were prepared with four different concentrations: 9, 10, 11 and 12 mol. % of SnO2 in the starting material. All the samples were prepared at an oxygen partial pressure of 0.067 Pa and a substrate temperature of 250°C using an Edwards 306 coating unit with an electron gun attachment for heating the crucible. These deposition conditions have been found to give optimum electrical properties in Sn-doped indium oxide films. A JEOL 2000EX transmission electron microscope was used to investigate the specimen microstructure.

Dalam menerapkan Manajemen dan Rekayasa Lalu Lintas diantaranya dengan memasang fasilitas keselamatan (perlengkapan) lalu lintas dan angkutan jalan yang berbentuk antara lain rambu, marka, alat pemberi isyarat lalu lintas (APILL), delineator, road hump, guardrail, dan lain-lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberi masukan kepada Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Darat dalam menyusun kebijakan terkait penggunaan wirerope sebagai perangkat pengaman lalu lintas jalan sepanjang penggunaan wirerope sebagai perangkat pengaman jalan di Indonesia belum diatur mengenai spesifikasi teknis dan karakteristiknya. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, karena penelitian ini menitik beratkan pada masalah pada komponen wirerope dan kehandalannya. Adapun pengumpulan data primer diperoleh dengan cara mengadakan pengamatan dan survei langsung di lapangan (di ruas jalan tol Cikopo-Palimanan (Cipali) dan jalan tol Jakarta-Merak) sebagai pembanding dengan data sekunder, sedangkan data sekunder (spesifikasi teknis wirerope) diperoleh dari Trinity Industies INC. Dari data kecelakaan yang diperoleh dari operator tol dapat dilihat trend penurunan dalam jumlah korban kecelakaan di median terutama pada jumlah korban meninggal dunia, tercatat 34 korban meninggal dunia pada periode 2006-2008 sebelum implementasi wire rope, sementara itu pada periode 2009 hingga Juli tahun 2012 ini hanya terdapat 2 korban meninggal dunia bukan pada wire rope impact. Hal ini sudah cukup membuktikan keberhasilan penurunan Tingkat fatalitas kecelakaan selama 3.5 tahun implementasi dan pengembangan wire rope di jalan Tol Tangerang-Merak. Berdasarkan ketentuan peraturan perundangan tentang juknis perlengkapan jalan, baru hanya mengatur ketentuan tentang pagar pengaman jalan yang berbahan lempengan besi guardrail. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi ditemukan bahan/media pagar pengaman jalan lainnya selain guardrail, yaitu wirerope. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, wirerope ini memiliki keunggulan defleksi yang kecil sehingga mampu meminimalisir penyimpangan arah kendaraan, selain itu juga bahan material wire rope dapat menahan beban kendaraan akibat kecelakaan lalu lintas. Ketentuan-ketentuan teknis tentang pengunaan wire rope sebagai perangkat keselamatan jalan belum diatur/dimuat pada peraturan Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Darat.

Abstract:
Introduction: serum alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) was routinely employed as a tumor marker for screening, diagnosis, and treatment follow-up of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). However, a substantial proportion of HCC patients had normal AFP level even at an advanced disease status. Few studies to date had tried to explore the nature and behavior of this normal AFP HCC (N-HCC). The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinicopathological characteristics and survival outcome of N-HCC after operation. In addition, potential tumor markers for N-HCC were also sought in an attempt to augment diagnostic ability. Methods: between 2005 and 2015, patients with hepatocellular carcinoma who were treated with hepatectomy in Chang Gung Memorial Hospital Linkou branch were divided into two groups according to their preoperative serum AFP level (<15 ng/mL: NHCC; ≥15 ng/mL: abnormal AFP HCC (A-HCC)). Patient demographic data and clinicopathological variables were collected. Kaplan–Meier and Cox regression multivariate analyses were performed to identify significant risk factors for disease-free survival (DFS) and overall survival (OS) for N-HCC. ELISA and immunohistochemical (IHC) studies were employed to determine the diagnostic accuracy of various tumor markers. Results: a total of 1616 patients (78% male) who underwent liver resection for HCC were included in this study. Of them, 761 patients (47.1%) were N-HCC. N-HCC patients were significantly older with more comorbidities and less hepatitis virus infections. Furthermore, N-HCC had fewer early recurrences (49.6% vs. 60.8%, p < 0.001) and better DFS (44.6 months vs. 23.6 months, p < 0.001) and OS (94.5 months vs. 81.7 months, p < 0.001). Both ELISA and IHC studies demonstrated that glypican-3 (GPC3) would be a promising diagnostic tumor marker for N-HCC. Conclusion: N-HCC patients were significantly older and had less hepatitis virus infections or cirrhosis. Their tumors tended to be smaller, less vascular invaded, and well-differentiated. The carcinogenesis of N-HCC may thus not be identical to that of typical HCC. GPC3 would be a promising tumor marker for diagnosing N-HCC. Further study is warranted to validate our findings.
