Abstract:
This article discusses the results of advocacy on conflict management based on urban community organizations, especially the organization 'Aisyiyah, Wirobrajan Branch, Yogyakarta City. This is important considering that the trend of conflict between religious organizations in Yogyakarta City shows serious concerns. This is because in a survey conducted in 2016, the conflict indexfor the City of Yogyakarta had the highest score, namely 1.4 compared to the other four districts. Thus, this dedication becomes important so that it is expected to reduce the level of conflict within the organization as an effort to self-retraint (restraint) in the Social Constructivism Theory initiated by Alexander Wendt. In this study, the authors conducted a survey which wasdivided into two periods, namely pre-test before mentoring and post-test after mentoring. As a result, an interesting trend emerged, namely an increase inunderstanding of governance before and after the material. The ability to internalize conflict management is influenced by several factors, one of which is urban locations that tend to have open discourses and attitudes in society

Abstract:
Introduction: Facial dimensions and the face types are the most variable factors in human community. These dimensions have practical implications for the anthropologist, forensic experts, anatomists and surgeons. The present study is aimed to determine the facial dimensions and face types among the medical and nursing students. Methods: A cross-sectional study was done among medical and nursing students of Devdaha Medical College and Devdaha College of Science and Technology from January 2017 to February 2018. There were 155 students of which 72 were males and 83 females. Facial height and width were measured and facial index was calculated. The collected data was entered and analyzed in SPSS 21 and differences in measurements among males and females were calculated. Results: The mean facial height among the total population was 10.83 ± 0.74 cm and facial width was 12.39 ± 0.67 cm with the mean facial index of 87.44 ± 4.82. The most prevalent was the mesoprosopic face (n= 59, 38.06%) followed by leptoprosopic (n=43, 27.74%). The least prevalent face type was hyperleptoprosopic (n= 7, 4.52%) which was observed only in male individuals. Conclusions: The present study depicts higher values of facial height, width and facial indexfor males when compared to the females. The present finding is based upon the indices and classification obtained from developed nation. Further studies with local data would help develop indices and classification for Nepalese population.

Abstract:

Anak Krakatau Island is a volcanic island in the Krakatau preservation complex. With its regular explosions, ranging from2 80 times/day in the year 2013, it was expected that the biodiversity would experience many changes. In orderto determine the recent condition of the biodiversity, especially animal inhabitants, a survey was conducted within the island in June, 2013. The survey was made for mammal, bird, reptile, and invertebrate(ground, aerial, and arboreal) diversity. For mammals, 10 live traps were used along 100 m of line transect, birds and reptiles were adopted faced encountered method, while the invertebrate survey was conducted with visual techniques with a sweep net, pit-fall traps, and light traps. The result from the inventory (especially invertebrate) was followed by determining the diversity and dominance of species. Relative abundancewas also determined for mammals only. The survey indicated that there was 1 species of mammal with 20% of relativeabundance, 13 species of birds within 11 families, 2 species of reptiles, 58 species of insect, and 10 species of non-insect invertebrates, which consisted of 6 species of Araneae, 2 species of Scorpiones, 2 species of Chilopoda. The diversity indexfor insects was 4.011 with Bothriamyrmex sp. as subdominantin which its index of 2.86, and index for non-insects was 2.079. The result also was compared with the other 3 islands of the Krakatau complex and data collected in the last 10 years.

Keywords: Anak Krakatau, volcanic, biodiversity
