Abstract:
The article discusses using the tenets of the linguistic world picture theory in terms of translation by analyzing the methods of interpreting the inscription on a public sign in a Chinese forest park. When the original and translated fragments of the language pictures of the world are the same or similar, the word-based translation is justified from the standpoint of conveying the pragmatic, semantic and grammatical value of the text. When the language pictures of the world are different and do not correspond to each other, the word combinations phrases of the source language cannot be literally translated into the target language. The word-based translation in such cases is a dead translation that will cause translational errors. Using the semantics of the source language, the translator must reconstruct the picture of the world in the target language in order to convey the pragmatic value of the original. The difference between languages is the manner they reflect the picture of the world. Various languages fix various worldviews. The characteristics of each particular language are limited by the linguistic consciousness of people who use the language. This individual worldview is also a unique view of the world. The theory of the language picture of the world contains a linguistic study of the relationship between the language, the thinking and the reality from a cognitive point of view. It begins with linguistic facts and refers to the cultural characteristics of peoples and differences in their thinking, expressed in the linguistic facts. Its essence lies in the cognitive reproduction of the objective world in the human mind, which is the subject of knowledge based on his own perceptual experience and the language of his national culture. The theory of the language picture of the world lies in the fact that it interprets the cultural heritage of the certain people from the point of view of the language. The characteristics of each particular language are limited by the language consciousness of people. Different languages are, in fact, different worldviews, which is an expression of the unique language pictures of the world.

Abstract:
Aim of the research. To describe objective and subjective factors of language semantic interpretation of gradation thinking content (psychological and linguistic aspects in gradation semantics).
Research methods. The article describes the foundations of distinguishing functional and semantic gradation category in the Ukrainian language which is reflected in the units of different levels. The linguistic cognitive character of the investigation is proved within these notions, as one of the principle tasks of the work is to determine mental anthropocentric and psychological factors of emerging gradation utterances in the Ukrainian language, which demonstrate the unity of linguistics and psychology, language and speech. The methodology consisted in comparing the materials of gradation in different levels, carrying out hypothetic modeling of the gradation scale on the basis of functioning gradation verbal markers, determining psychological foundations for gradation functioning in the individual picture of the world. The interaction of the objective (conceptual world of the gradated O) and the subjective (emotional and intellectual sphere of the gradator S) worlds creates the gradation fragment in a language, its orientation concerning the gradation dimension (O – object, S – subject of gradation).
Results. The investigation of the motivation, semantic accentuation and communicators character, i.e. the inner world of the speaker and listener, text author and reader, enabled to code and decode the information given in the text. For decoding we identified the gradation units and explicated them on the sentence (text) level, distinguished pragmatic structures with redundant information. Thus the problem of certain stereotypes as the norm of environment perception, deviations from the norm was partially solved and the possibilities of reconstructing the quality characteristics of the language world picture were expanded.
Conclusion. The choice of the verbal implementation for gradation category is carried out by the author of the communication act, it is subordinated to particular psychological regularities, which are general for human language but mentally individual concerning the communicator personality and individual language picture of the world.

Abstract:
The article analyzes the notions of linguistic and conceptual pictures of the world and reveals the peculiarities of their interaction. It was found that in linguistics, the picture of the world is generally understood as an ordered set of knowledge about reality, which is formed in the social, group and individual consciousness. As a result of the analysis of modern linguistic sources it is established that the picture of the world is a complex system of images that reflect reality in the collective and individual consciousness. The picture of the world consists of conceptual and linguistic pictures that are interdependent. The conceptual picture of the world is a field of thought, which is a set of ideas, concepts and knowledge about the world around us and the principles of its organization, and language is a product of verbal realization of these concepts, ideas and knowledge. Linguistic reading of the picture of the world is nationally specific. The national linguistic picture of the world is seen as an ethnically determined understanding and evaluation of the surrounding world in relation to a particular ethnic group, reflected in linguistic forms.

The world, presented as a picture of the world, is nationally colored and conditioned by the peculiarity of the ethnic worldview. The national picture of the world, possessing universal features, is at the same time unique for each nation, since it reflects individual life experience, traditional foundations and ways of knowing a certain linguistic community. Any language has a special picture of the world; the linguistic identity organizes the content of the utterance in accordance with this picture. This is the manifestation of the specific human perception of the world, fixed in the language. The main categories that form the system of world views are the spatio-temporal representations of a particular people, color and numerical symbolism.

Abstract:
The article discusses the example of a word-formative nest with the apex of Christ. It analyses the role of word-formation in the formation of the language picture of the world of Ukrainians. The word-formative nest fi xes the word-forming segment of the semantic space of the Christ concept of the sacred conceptual sphere. Despite the fact that the anthroponomies as vertices of word-formation nests do not exhibit derivational productivity in the Ukrainian language, the word-formation nest with the apex of Christ has a branched structure: in the three stages of derivation, 25 derivatives of diff erent parts of the language, created in diff erent ways, have been certifi ed. This is due to the semantics of the vertex word of the nest, the importance of the concept named by it, in the perception of Ukrainians, in their culture of belief. In the linguistic consciousness of Ukrainians, Christ – Jesus Christ, the Son of God, the God-man, the incarnate God, the Savior, the Teacher, the Creator of the new religion. Such a broad semantic spectrum determines the activation of the derivation possibilities of the base word and the verbalization of word-formative means by a number of conceptual components. An analysis of the word-formative nest with the apex of Christ has shown that the word-formative dimension in the language picture of the world of Ukrainians, along with the universal conceptual components inherent in many diverse Christians, also has a number of individual-language derivational means of categorizing the world.

Abstract:
The authors of the article analyze the specifics of the formation of the linguistic picture of bilinguals, in whose minds two cultural codes are combined. The authors suggest that the linguistic picture of the world of bilinguals differs from the picture of a native speaker. When forming a bilingual linguistic personality, two cultures merge in his mind; many historical, social facts, influenced by individual and personal views, judgments, assessments, get a brighter color, are described differently, which makes it possible to understand the worldview of another person. Natural bilinguals, unlike artificial ones, have a combination of two pictures of the world, two cultural codes. However, both pictures in the mind of a bilingual, who is not divorced from one of the language environments, combine, change and eventually form another one with its own specific features. Bilingual writers, in whose minds two different languages are combined, using, for example, the Russian language when creating their work, nevertheless find themselves in the system of images of their native language, native culture. As a result, expressions, stylistic techniques and other means of artistic expression that are atypical for native speakers appear. This is how a new cultural code appears, which requires special linguistic means. A bilingual writer evaluates any phenomenon from the point of view of the native cultural The article provides examples: some characteristic features of the work of the Swedish bilingual writer of Greek origin Theodor Kallifatides, Russian-American writer V.V. Russian Russian and Kyrgyz literature by Chingiz Aitmatov, Russian French writer Andrei Makin. A bilingual author, in whose mind two different worlds are connected, nevertheless is closer to the system of images of his native language, native culture.

Abstract:
Introduction. In line with the anthropocentric approach, the desire to create a model of an individual linguistic worldview becomes possible thanks to concepts as basic structures for accumulating knowledge about the world. Such a result can be achieved by studying the children's language picture of the world, which will explain the structure of the language picture of the adult world, and not vice versa, as it seemed before. Materials and Methods. The research is based on the analysis of texts of a junior schoolboy using methods of observation, comparison, generalization of analysis and synthesis, interpretation of the data obtained empirically. Analysis. The works of Russian researchers describe fragments of the linguistic picture of the world of people of different professions who speak different languages. This article presents the author's point of view on the model of a fragment of the children's language picture of the world of a junior schoolboy. Predicates denoting mental activity as one of the numerous and leading groups of verbs in speech at this age are taken as a nuclear sphere of analysis. The principles of the dynamics of the image of the world, reflected in the language of the child, are revealed. The ontological principle is that the assimilation of the native language occurs through the assimilation of various models of structural schemes of sentences and their variants. The cognitive principle – proposition is a special stacked structure of knowledge storage, which is implemented and fixed by the structural scheme of the sentence. The communicative principle – speech acts expressed by the structural scheme of the sentence, implement the intentions of a native speaker. Thus, the structural schemes of sentences are the signifiers of syntactic concepts, and intentions and propositions are their signified. In a word, the syntactically represented concept controls the content of the sentence's structural scheme and the type of speech act, highlighting its individual cognitive features. Results. We have studied the connections of the cognitive basis of the concept with semantics and pragmatics, cause-and-effect relationships of actualization of ideas about mental activity by a younger student. Thus, the principles of the dynamics of the linguistic picture of the world form an initial position of objective reality conceptualization.

Abstract:
The work is devoted to the description of the dialectal linguistic picture of the world, which, being part of the general linguistic picture, differs from the latter in its natural character, reflects the peculiarities of the worldview, lifestyle and life of the people. Dialect lexicography is of great importance for the study of regional culture, since it is in the dialect dictionary that folk and peasant culture is reflected. The vocabulary collected in dialect dictionaries is sometimes the only evidence of the life and lifestyle of entire generations of people. When describing dialect vocabulary, special attention is paid to the development of principles for compiling thematic (ideographic dictionaries). The study of a thematic group, rather than a single lexical unit, allows, on the one hand, to form the most complete picture of the studied fragment of reality, and on the other, to study the connections and relationships of each individual word with other words within the thematic group, i.e. to combine the extralinguistic and linguistic aspects of the description. The article considers the method of compiling a dictionary entry of an ideographic dialect dictionary according to nominative nests combining dialect names of certain realities of national life.

The article considers the problem of interpreting the linguistic picture of the world as an essential cognitive phenomenon implicitly inherent in linguistic communication. In contrast to the traditional understanding of the scientific picture of the world, the linguistic picture of the world in terms of the language of poetry expresses the subjective feelings and experiences of the individual. The linguistic picture of the world is essentially identical to the linguistic one, but differs only in a somewhat larger conceptualization. An example of generalized images and latent meanings are the poetic works of Russian classics. The main research method is hermeneutic analysis of a literary text.

Abstract:
The purpose of this article is to analyze the reflection of basic concepts in the Kazakh world picture in poetic language. For this purpose, we used artistic texts that gave rise to the zhyrau tradition as language sources. The concept depends, firstly, on the cultural experience, knowledge and skills of humanity as a whole, the individual who speaks this language; secondly, the concept depends on the specific context in which it manifests itself. Some of the possibilities of the concept, its perception through the addressee, may also be limited by the context in a particular situation. Then the mental cognition transmitted by the concept sometimes goes beyond the limits of language. This is where «non-linguistic meaning» in the context Stone is activated. There is also an opinion that writers (poets), suppliers of folklore, owners of private businesses and representatives of religious classes play a key role in the creation of the conceptosphere. The richness of language is measured not only by the size of the «vocabulary», but also by the richness of the conceptual world, the conceptual sphere. Why many words in the Kazakh language are not inclined to create a term, to create a new word. In our opinion, the reason for this is that the field of knowledge, which is locked in the semantics of words, is very wide, heavy and complex, and terms require a certain degree of clarity. The definition of the relationship between the concept and the meaning of a word is also expressed through the features of semantic analysis and conceptual analysis. Because the interpretation of the semantics of an individual word is adjacent to conceptual analysis, but the results of both analyses are different: if the first is intended to create a semantic structure of a word, to clarify the denotative, significative, connotative meanings of a word, conceptual analysis reflects generalized concepts accumulated in a particular language symbol, determines the nature of the symbol in a certain cognitive structure. Semantic analysis serves to explain and define a word, while conceptual analysis focuses on understanding the world. Therefore, in our research, the basic concepts of the zhyrau language are analyzed not only in the semantic field of individual words, but also in the context of cultural texts that represent national knowledge and «educational background».

Abstract:
This article aims at contributing to the discussion regarding the conceptual approach of modeling the world picture within education textbook discourse taking English language teaching as an example. The argument is that education discourse, where a textbook discourse is even more important, should be linked and possible to be referred to the modern present-to-day picture of the world. A speaker, in our case an English language learner, is to be viewed as a representative of both his/her individual and national construal of the globe. But for a few decades, total globalization in all social spheres including education has been transferring national into global issues with the point of urgent necessity to build universal nationless attitude towards facts from reality. In this respect, it comes across as being extremely essential to preserve all the national values and even to reconstruct those which may have been lost. Consequently, a textbook discourse should, first and above all, megaphone a learner's national world picture in comparison to the one of others with existent diversity and specificity, where, nevertheless, the national world picture is to predominate. The paper analyses the student's English language textbook content for different grades to examine the correlation of the English language world picture and the one of the Russian language.

Abstract:
In this article the anthropocentric approach to the study of the national language picture of the world through the prism of linguistic and cultural interaction is offered; the role of non-equivalent vocabulary in the language and conceptual picture of the world is determined due to the theoretical and methodological principles of the linguocultural aspect of research. The accentuation of the human factor as one of the central ones in anthropocentric linguistics brings to the fore the need to study the problems of describing the language structure, as well as the tasks of comprehensive study of the language personality, capable of generating and understanding speech. The establishing of the relationship between the language and culture on the example of non-equivalent vocabulary promotes the revealing of the national cultural specifics of the researched units, and defining universal phenomena, that are inherent in each individual national cultural community. The linguocultural research involves in-depth study of language units, the semantic structure of which is marked by national specifics. The relevance of this research is defined by contrastive and typological approach to the analysis of language signs, especially non-equivalent linguistic material. Various mechanisms of the language and culture interaction on the example of non-equivalent vocabulary are studied, taking into account the urgency of this research, which is determined by the interest in modern linguistic works to the investigation of linguocultural concepts actualization in the process of сoncept space modeling.

Abstract:
In the proposed research, the analysis of paremiological picture of the world of Italian language is performed; the notions of “picture of the world”, “linguistic picture of the world”, “paremiological picture of the world” are analyzed; the connection between the linguistic and paremiological picture of the world is distinguished; the frequency of using mythological proverbs with the proper name is set. According to the conducted research, it is possible to distinguish the following notions : 1) picture of the world is the way people see this world, how they communicate with each other, etc.; 2) linguistic picture of the world deals with the linguistic approach in seeing the world, how with the help of words people express their feelings towards different things; 3) paremiological picture of the world deals with proverbs and sayings, with the help of which people show their attitude to different things. As a result, it is possible to notice that this research of proper names in Italian proverbs in the paremiological picture of the world promotes reconstruction of one of important components of a national language picture of the world which is a cultural sphere of any language. We have distinguished that proverbs and sayings with the proper name are mythological, religious, historical, literal, toponymic, from various spheres of social and individual activity of native speakers. As a result, in the studied proverbs and sayings the features connected with mythology come to the first place among the rest of them. Never before have the scientists studied proper names in the light of meaning and form. While investigating proverbs with proper names it is possible to notice the link between ancient myths and modern mass media where we have found the majority of our examples during the research. And it is noticed that the majority of analyzed proverbs in mass media have examples in political and economic articles. From the studied proverbs and sayings we can make the conclusion that it is a vital source of national and cultural wisdom that is worth analyzing.

This qualitative research utilized inferential analytical approach to review the related literature and extracted a set of principles and methods from his theory on picture language. Findings revealed that Wittgenstein believed in language as a picture of the real and assumed that the real is reflected in language. He believed that language and mentality are the same and language demonstrates a full picture of mentality. Besides, the world and the language possess a logical structure and this logic rules the world and the language. Later on, his picture theory of language, logic and mentality were used to extract and introduce principles for education as listed here: the reasonability principle, mind involvement principle, matching principle, reasoning principle, creativity principle and formation of mind, comprehensibility principle, liberal thinking principle, and the principle of considering individual differences. Abstract:
The purpose of the article is to scrutinize the concept of HAPPINESS: its representation and partial systematization of the revealed manifestations in a multilingual aspect. In the study of both – the given linguistic unit and its general cultural phenomenon, fundamental conceptual approaches dominate. The theoretical and methodological basis of our research has been compiled on the scientific works of O.Vorobyova, S. Zhabotynska, A. Prykhodko and others. The relevance of the work is supported by the fact that the concept of HAPPINESS is still in the process of an institutional conceptual nature forming, due to the fact that in various scientific disciplines and approaches there is a tendency to replace it with more holistic theoretical constructs, such as “psychological well-being”, “harmony”, “success”, and others. The article summarizes main features and highlights various aspects of the named concept in its general philosophical interpretation, including the objective state of a person, embodied in success or achievement in a certain field of activity; an internal psychological statein which a person feels satisfaction from the realization of a certain intention; possession of the best goods of life, and the moral reaction of an individual who has these goods and which is expressed in a certain contentment with life in general.According to the results of the research, it can be concluded that the features and characteristics of the concept of HAPPINESS in Ukrainian, English and French languages are universal in the multilingual picture of the world; however, happiness can be differently reflected in individual language pictures.

Abstract:
The present paper is aimed to analyse some individual traditional and modern features of the linguistic thinking of the Ukrainian poet A. Kychinskyi. Among the specific tasks of the study are the identification of motives and circumstances of the formation of the poetic LPW, the definition of intimate lyrics, the analysis of techniques of authorial verification, innovative searches and achievements in the creation of phraseologies and metaphorical constructions. The features of the A. Kychinskyi's individual linguistic style are analyzed in accordance with the peculiarities of the spiritual perception by the poet of the surrounding reality, some innovative features of the author's verification are revealed, as well as the search and achievements in the creation of phraseological and metaphorical constructions. It is concluded that the poet of «two centuries» combines in the best way both the traditional features of the ethnic linguistic picture of the world, and innovative achievements in the conditions of rapid development of the world. A. Kychinskyi is a poet of «two centuries» not purely formally but as their representative, because of his active creative activity both in the conditions of the Soviet system and in the conditions of independent Ukraine with corresponding perceptual orientations and motives. In A. Kychinskyi's works both the traditional features of the ethnic linguistic picture of the world and innovative achievements in the conditions of fast-paced development of the world are best revealed and combined. Among the first are the metaphorical analyzes of the landscape description (including its visual and audio ones), the signs of intimate and sacral sensations and the poetic nature of its poetry. The landscape description, the visual and audio aspects are combined to create a generally expressive picture. Between the traditional and non-traditional thematic issues we can define the transcendental and the sacral, which is presented in the landscape descriptions of A. Kychinskyi. Among innovative there is the situational use of original techniques of versification and stylistic figures. The poetical experiments involve word play, originality of verse, verbal innovations in particular, including authorial phraseologisms. Signs of unconventionality and modernity exist in individual versification, poetry and stylistic techniques, which generally do not change the individual linguistic style, adding to it only new, modern colors. Appropriate stylistic figures, features of versification and a complex of cinematic features of A. Kychinskyi's poetic language create expression of his landscape descriptions. All this enhances the artist's expressiveness and gives them sincerity and frankness.

Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to identify the ways and mechanisms of the influence of professional discourse on the formation and development of professional language pictures of the world, as well as the formation of echo-pictures of the world of people close to these specialists based on their language picture of the world. The object of the study is the speech of the tailor Emmanuel Solovey and his wife Rosa – the main characters of Vera Inber’s story “Solovey and Rosa”; Olga Plemyannikova and men close to her of various professions – characters in Anton Chekhov’s story “Sweetheart”; a young novice doctor from Mikhail Bulgakov’s autobiographical story “Towel with a rooster”. The result of our observations allows us to draw a number of conclusions. Professional pictures of the world develop with the improvement of the skills of their carriers and have a direct influence on the formation of language pictures of the world of specialists in a certain field of knowledge or craft, and indirect influence through professional echo pictures of the world and language pictures of the world of people who surround these specialists: family members, friends. These influences are reflected in the speech of specialists and family members, other people close to them in various language means. Most often, such influences are evidenced by group or individual comparative turns, idioms, metaphors, metonymies, synonyms, antonyms, personifications that reflect the professional knowledge and skills of the speaker, as well as his family members and close friends.

Purpose: This study was conducted in the framework of the anthropocentric direction with elements of the cognitive approach. Based on the concept of Yuriy M. Lotman, who asserts that a literary text is a model of reality, it verbally represents real components that structure the real world and ideal components. The purpose of this article is to identify the characteristics of the representation of the linguistic image of the concept “night” in the poetry of Afanasy A. Feta as a fragment of the Russian language picture of the world.
Methodology: For this purpose, the extralinguistic conditions of the formation of the discursive space of Afanasy A. Fet's poetic texts are analyzed. The theoretical literature on the picture of the world and the poetic text are studied. The peculiarities of the linguistic concept image as a complex and multidimensional education are revealed. The paper also reveals the method of continuous sampling on the material of collections of poems by Afanasy A. Fet compiled a card index of poems about the night (187 poetic texts).
Result: The rating of the frequency of language units is determined: night, moon, star, dawn; the ways of representing the linguistic image-concept “night” through the prism of the author purely individual consciousness have been revealed. The peculiarities of the verbalization of the linguistic image of the concept “night” in the composition of graphic-expressive means are determined. The study made it possible to conclude the picture of the world of the poet Afanasy A. Fet is a unique version of the individual picture of the world that has enriched the “concept-sphere” of the Russian language. The individual picture of the world of the lyrics is presented in his poetic texts, the complexity of the study of which lies in the fact that they are pointed out such features as emotionality, fragmentation, phatic imagery.

Abstract:
The article deals with the linguistic picture of the world of one of the most romantic poets of England of the 19th century, J. Keats, represented in the poem «Sleep and Poetry». The study of the picture of the world reflected in the language consciousness of an individual and the analysis of the linguistic means used to represent it seems very relevant, because it can be considered as a way to identify its conceptual dominant and mental models that store cognitive structures of experience allowing you to get an idea of the perception, interpretation of the surrounding world and historical epoch, about the worldview of the individual, his views and emotional state. The aim of the article is to find out the way of virtualization of the language picture of the world in J. Keats’s poem «Sleep and Poetry». To describe the linguistic picture of the world the author attracts the special potential of stylistically colored linguistic means, expressing his own unique way of conceptualizing reality and organizing the literary and semantic space. In the poem «Sleep and Poetry» by J. Keats in order to achieve the set goal we identified and investigated the mental models, which form a complex information system, the so-called basic model, incorporating the structures of knowledge about the surrounding world and personal experience of the poet and characterized by semantic parameters. This model, based on the principle of analogy and allowing to comprehend objects and phenomena of the surrounding world, includes the metaphorical models: «dream», «life», «poetry», which model spatial and temporal relations in the poem discourse. The study of mental models in the poetic work of J. Keats «Sleep and Poetry», gave reason to argue that the association of metaphorical models in a single system «sleep - life – poetry», forms an integral structure of discourse and is a way of virtualization of the poet’s language picture of the world.

The concept of a thesaurus is examined in the article; the importance of creating individual author's thesauri for a better understanding of the linguistic personality of the writer and his worldview reflected in the units of the language system is determined. This provides the opportunity to conduct the diachronic study of the language and make comparative analyzes of various writers' idiolects, etc. The individual author's picture of the world in Bazhov’s tales using the method of comparing formal and functional thesauri proposed by L. Gasparov is examined in the article. This approach made it possible to determine the features of the language system of Bazhov's tales with the functioning of such lexical units in it that contribute to the understanding of the niche occupied by the lexical-semantic field “precious metals and stones” and other interacting spheres in this picture of the world including natural-geographical and everyday spheres, professional and mythopoetic spheres.

Abstract:
Introduction. At present, the study of the linguistic picture of the world is carried out in various fields of the humanities. Verbalization and reconstruction of an individual picture of the world are one of the most important tasks of modern linguistics, this is carried out on the basis of an analysis of specific concepts. This article discusses the concept of theater in the individual-author’s world picture of M. Plisetskaya. The aim of our study is determining the conceptual, figurative and evaluative components of the concept of theater, which are characteristic of the individual author’s world picture of Maya Plisetskaya (M. P.) in the background of the national picture of the world. Material and methods. The study is based on the book of memoirs of the ballerina Maya Plisetskaya “I, Maya Plisetskaya”, as well as the National Corpus of the Russian Language and lexicographic sources of various types. In this study we use traditional methods and techniques of semasiological research (component, definitional, contextual, discursive analysis), and the results of these analyzes are consistently comprehended from cognitive perspective and, as a result, mental models are built. Results and discussion. Theater in the Russian picture of the world is one of the main concepts, it occupies an important place in the author’s world picture of M. Plisetskaya. Comparison of materials from explanatory and associative dictionaries and analyzes of fragments of texts, which are extracted from the National Corpus of the Russian Language, allow us to identify the conceptual, figurative and evaluative features of the concept in the national picture of the world. In Russian culture and literature, theater not only refers to art, but also affects the moral qualities of people, brings to them aesthetic pleasure, and contributes to the development of individual. We modeled the associative-semantic field of theater in memoir discourse to reconstruct the individual-author’s theater. The field includes 263 lexemes, divided into 6 microfields: dance and music terminology, theater as a building or place, people related to the theater, various types of theatrical activity, attributes of theatrical activity and theater in the system of the Soviet state.Having identified associations and evaluative discourses, which are associated with theater, we found high emotionality and expressiveness, the features of the theater (in most cases the Bolshoi Theater) at the value level can be divided into 4 parts: Bolshoi Theater in the paradigm of Soviet power, backstage of the Bolshoi, theater as heavy and dangerous work, and Bolshoi as the life and fate of M. Plisetskaya.Conclusion. M. P. saw the theater from the inside, this allows us to reveal the features of the concept in her individual author’s picture of the world: at the conceptual level, theater is wider and richer than in the national picture of the world, our associative-semantic field includes lexemes, which are associated with the stage, ballet, music, audience, ideological censorship, etc. At the figurative and value levels, in the author’s view, theater is multifaceted; For the author, in her youth it appears as a source of pleasure and joy in difficult times, then the concept of theater correlates only with the Bolshoi, it becomes emotionally and evaluatively complicated: attitude of M. P. to theater is ambivalent: indignation, contempt for the Bolshoi in the paradigm of Soviet power, on the other hand, for M. P. theater is all her life, When it is about the stage, the public, and the creativity of the ballet, there are often positive emotional assessments. Value signs are expressed by emotional and evaluative vocabulary, linguistic and occasional metaphors, syntactic parallelism and emotional contrast.

Abstract:
The article explores word innovations in modern English in the sphere of cyberspace. Such subgroups as INTERNET, E-MAIL, DATA, SOCIAL NETWORKING, PROGRAMMING AND SOFTWARE, HACKING AND HACKERS, IT-TECHNOLOGIES are considered as parts of the suggested concept. But it should be pointed out that three subgroups of the mentioned concept: INTERNET, E-MAIL, DATA are investigated as the representative ones. Beginning with studies that have gradually emerged as linguocultural studies, linguists have chosen the notion of the linguistic picture of the world as central to describing a complex and multidimensional mechanism of reflection in the language of reality and consciousness. Gradually, it became clear that the linguistic picture of the world is a multilayered entity and embraces verbalized frames, concepts, stereotypes, customs, rituals and values. The concepts themselves, frames, belong to the conceptual picture of the world or the concept sphere. The conceptual picture of the world is at the heart of the linguistic picture of the world, it is a more universal concept. The linguistic picture of the world is created in the nomination process, it is a key component of national culture. The basic elements of the linguistic picture of the world are verbalized universals and nominations denoting national-specific concepts. Universal and nationally labeled concepts can be verbalized in both individual words and idiomatic units. In the context of our research, we aimed to describe key concepts as part of the conceptosphere of modern British society, namely the 'CYBERSPACE' concept. The main value concepts were selected as a result of the analysis of non-fiction, including newspapers and magazines in print and electronic. The UK is a multinational country, but the study did not take into account the values of the individual national groups that make up the British nation, because it was interesting to explore the value concepts shared by the majority in the country and help reflect the most common features of the British national mentality. The development of society, economy, expansion of spheres of activity and sources of profit influenced the lexical formulation of concepts. The concept of 'CYBERSPACE' is represented by the following sub-groups: INTERNET, E-MAIL, DATA, SOCIAL NETWORKING, PROGRAMMING AND SOFTWARE, HACKING AND HACKERS, IT-TECHNOLOGIES. It is well known that modern society has existed in the age of IT-technologies, so the emergence of such a concept as 'CYBERSPACE' may be explained by the fact that the information revolution in the early 21st century continued to be the most influential factor in the processes of replenishing the English vocabulary. The «Internet» of society, in particular, is associated with the largest number of vocabulary and phraseological innovations of recent times.

Abstract:
The article considers the possibility of expanding the methods of correcting the speech and cognitive skills of a child with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) by referring to the analysis of the conceptual picture of the world as a component of the child's linguistic personality. The basis of the conceptual picture of the world is a unique mental product associated with the peculiarities of the transformation and interpretation of information by an individual. This peculiarity of the conceptual picture of the world provides rich ground for research in the field of cultural linguistics, however, the application of the theory of the conceptual picture of the world can be no less effective in psychological and pedagogical practice, in particular, in working with children with autism spectrum disorder. The results of the study of the conceptual picture of the world are presented and a model of its development in children with ASD, who have the initial skills of expressive speech, is developed. The significance of an integrated approach to the development of the language personality of a child with ASD is substantiated, which implies a simultaneous impact on all language levels and cognitive activity of the child. Particular emphasis is placed on the sequence of correctional activities of a specialist in the context of the development of the linguistic personality of a child with ASD, taking into account the peculiarities of his conceptual picture of the world.

Abstract:
Statement of the problem. The conceptual world picture of an author of a text is a key element to his/her understanding and correct interpretation. It helps to make conclusions about the author’s individual understanding of the world. The concept “way” is one of the basic concepts both in the Russian language and in the individual author’s pictures of the world, and is put on a par with such universal concepts as life, death, God, etc. The purpose of the article is to study the semantic content of the concept “way” in V.O. Pelevin’s novel “Yellow Arrow” and the ways of its lexical representation, identifying the features of the individual author’s picture of the world. Methodology (materials and methods). Research material consists of contexts verbalizing the concept “way”, extracted by continuous sampling from the text of the story “Yellow Arrow” by V.O. Pelevin. Basic analysis methods include descriptive and conceptual analysis, contextual and component analysis of lexical units, semantic analysis of dictionary definitions. Research results. In the aspect of verbal contextual representations, the concept “way” denotes a direction, a vector of development of human life in the novel: the common human route moves to the “destroyed bridge”. This idea is embodied in the lexemes of the near periphery (passengers, arrow) and the far periphery (knocking of wheels, low-style proper nouns). Not everyone can find an individual path, but the main character was able to “get off the train”.

The article considers the term picture of the world as the main object of research in cognitive linguistics, a new direction of science formed in the middle of the XX century. The purpose of the study is to show a picture of the world as a means of providing knowledge of the world, performing regulatory functions of human activity and experience, requiring large-scale thinking. The main role of language and thinking in the conceptualization of the worldview is determined, its history and the work of outstanding researchers are briefly analyzed. As a result of the research, the scientists' worldview is confirmed that not only the knowledge of the world, but also the description of current events and situations is closely interrelated with human consciousness and thinking, interpreted through linguistic means. In the study, human cognitive activity is considered as the main (cognitive) factor in the formation of a picture of the world. It is noted that the perception of the world and thinking develop, change under the influence of social (upbringing, education, environment) factors, and also depends on the physiological state and psycholinguistic abilities of the individual. It was noted that, despite research in various fields of science, the picture of the world remains an urgent topic that requires in-depth analysis.

Abstract:
The study of the processes of verbalization of perceptiveness, universal and individual author’s models of perception in literary texts allows to deepen un-derstanding of the individual artistic picture of the world of a particular author, to demonstrate textual and semantic possibilities of relevant units in Ukrainian literary text. The scientifi c orientation of the research integrates the develop-ment of such areas that are actively developing in modern linguistics: cognitive linguistics, communicative stylistics of the text, linguistic stylistics. Within the anthropocentric approach to the study of language, one of the main tasks is the understanding of reality through the prism of human consciousness, thinking, individual features of worldview and their representation in the linguistic pic-ture of the world. Sensory perception, as the primary way of interpreting reality and the universal category of consciousness, aff ects the emotional, cognitive, social, intellectual spheres of human existence, which is refl ected in the lan-guage of fi ction. The limitation of the material by the work of one author – Irene Rozdobudko – is aimed at revealing the individual style features of the studied work, a description of the individual author’s picture of the world. Referring to the creative language consciousness provides an opportunity to reveal the poten-tial of language, which can be manifested at diff erent language levels. General scientifi c methods of analysis and synthesis, as well as linguistic methods and techniques were used to solve issues: description, linguistic modeling, sampling method, component and contextual analysis of statements, elements of structur-al-semantic analysis, linguistic-stylistic analysis of the text

The research aims to characterize the means of expressing the concept fire based on modelling and analyzing its associative field in the aspect of Latvian picture of the world. Theory and practice of the associative experiment were used as a methodological framework for the research. The method of free associative experiment reveals the specific features of different cultures, as well as the functional peculiarities of the linguistic consciousness both of a separate individual - a native speaker, and of a certain ethnic or national group. The word fire (Latvian - uguns) was suggested as a stimulus word. The received reactions were analyzed according to linguistic and cultural-contextual aspects. A comparative analysis of the associative fields revealed both the specific features of the Russian linguistic picture of the world, which combines the characteristics inherent in the Russian language of the metropolis and the ones that indicate the influence of the linguistic and cultural environment, and the features and signs that coincide or are identical in the Russian and the Latvian linguistic picture of the worlds. The data processing and the analysis define the concept fire precisely as a full-fledged concept in the perception of the native speakers of the Russian language in Latgale, since not only the dictionary meaning is actualized in their linguistic picture of the world, but also a multi-level associative field, unique in terms of contextual connotations, is modelled.

Abstract:
The article considers representation variants of the Tatar language concepts based on Tatar and Bashkir literatures of the Republic of Bashkortostan in terms of cognitive and cultural linguistics. Here, we briefly present the main approaches to the interpretation of such notions as ‘concept’, ‘artistic picture of the world’, ‘individual linguistic picture of the world’, etc.The artistic comprehension of the national-linguistic picture of the world is carried out by writers and poets as they are able to create new artistic worlds and in this way to expand the connotational field of a particular concept. To analyze this process, the article uses the works of Tatar and Bashkir writers: M. Kabirov, G. Gizzatullina, G. Gilmanov, M. Vafin and M. Zakirov. We present our experience of interpreting such meaningful concepts of Tatar culture as ‘кеше’ (Tat. keshe - person), ‘җан’ (Tat. zhan - soul), ‘кабык’ (Tat. kabyk - lubok), ‘шагыйрь’ (Tat. shagyir - poet), ‘моң’ (Tat. mon - melody / sadness), ‘юл’ (Tat. yul - road / path) possessing linguistic and linguocultural significance. The research proves the value of the concept analysis aimed to determine the combination of universal, national and individual components of the concept in the oeuvre of a certain author. The article shows that analyzing a text or texts of writers from the viewpoint of conceptual frameworks allows a deeper understanding of their artistic canvas as a representation of the writer’s world. The article highlights that the analysis of the conceptual picture of the text, based on Tatar literature, remains relevant and promising.

Abstract:
The purpose of the study is to show narrative (narration) as a category that combines individual elements of knowledge, expressed through language, and, thus, ensures the cohesion of the linguistic and cultural picture of the world. In the light of this concept, the linguistic-cultural picture of the world is understood as a dynamic, multi-layered narrative depending on the accepted points of view, intentions, approaches and methods of conceptualization, categorization and axiologization of reality adopted in this culture. This article deals with the narrative of human life, which creates the expressions in Polish and Russian that contain verbs of movement. The analysis of the chosen phrases allows us to determine how similar life experiences are perceived in both languages, as well as to what extent the cultural conditions and the genetic proximity of both languages have an influence on similarities in the image of human existence.

Foreign languages in a modern society are becoming increasingly important, as well as the growing need for a high level of proficiency, but it is impossible to fully communicate with other cultures without knowing anything about the characteristics of this people. A foreign language is an effective factor in the development of personality in a multicultural space. As a phenomenon of the spiritual life of mankind, it plays a major role, it promotes the process of communication, socialization, professionalization and social adaptation. At the present stage of development of teaching foreign languages methods, researchers identify three main goals of teaching a foreign language as a language of international communication and communication itself. It is noted that a foreign language should be studied in an inseparable unity with the world and culture of the peoples who speak these languages. The main components of foreign culture include the following elements: everyday behavior; traditional household culture; traditions, as well as rites that can be perceived as traditions; national pictures of the world that reflect the specifics of perception of the world around; artistic culture, which can also be attributed to the elements of ethnography and ethnology. It is emphasized that it is necessary to use authentic materials for its mastering when including aspects of intercultural communication in the content of foreign language teaching. We have identified the following ways to simultaneously study of German language and culture by the students who have proven themselves best during the learning process: role-playing games, preparation of individual messages, group messages or dialogues, presentations of the topics, home reading, contacts with other cultures, general discussion, homework on a given topic. Thus, the emphasis in the educational process on the features of intercultural communication make foreign language classes more diverse, interesting, which leads to the increased learning motivation and perception of the real picture of the world.

Abstract:
The proposed study is focused on the search for individual and authorial features of the poetic style in Emily Dickinson's works, which is largely determined by the peculiarities of the poet's general picture of the world, formed under the influence of her attention to nature due to the limitations of the social experience of communication.Emily Dickinson is one of the most widely read American poets of all time. With her unique author's style and figurative language, she was ahead of her time and continues to attract domestic and foreign researchers to "think" on understanding what a metaphor is, where are the limits of the author's imagination, and how can they be achieved. The purpose of this article is a general review of the artistic originality of Emily Dickinson's authorial style and the uniqueness of linguistic and stylistic means of creating imagery in her poetry. At present there is a need to address the world of the poetic personality of Emily Dickinson in the light of growing attention to the work of women writers and poets and their role in the general cultural process, taking into account the special interest that has arisen recently in such global concepts as the linguistic image of the world, the author's picture of the world, as well as the world of a creative person. The world of the poet is of particular value in this chain. Many of Dickinson's poems still need to be deciphered, as the poet balances between adherence to the rules of English grammar and the use of free word order in a sentence, where meaning is prioritized over the need to adhere to correct syntactic form.

Abstract:
This article is devoted to the analysis of the conceptual pair “Life” and “Death” in the Chinese linguistic picture of the world. The relevance of this study is due to the growing need for successful intercultural cooperation between Chinese and Russian cultures. Due to objective extralinguistic factors, there is an intensive exchange of knowledge between China and Russia. The flow of Chinese students to Russia is increasing; In the learning process, they are interested not so much in mastering the functioning of the Russian language system, but in understanding the “Russian world.” This process can be difficult due to the discrepancy between the original and the target cultures. The purpose of this work is to study the conceptual complex “Life – Death”, implemented in the Chinese linguistic picture of the world, on the basis of precedent texts widely known to recipients. The subject of the study is the differential characteristics of the conceptual dyad, identified in the process of analysis. The material for the work is precedent texts, in particular, poetic and paremiological units containing the lexical component “Life” and “Death” in the Chinese language. Research methods: descriptive method, conceptual analysis, linguocultural commentary method, contextual analysis, questionnaire. The analysis showed that in the system of social relations the role of each person is determined from birth. Death in the Chinese linguistic picture of the world is the other side of life; It becomes grief and loss only if the individual fails to realize his best qualities. In a certain sense, life for speakers of Chinese language consciousness is a moral achievement. The parameters of the Chinese linguistic picture of the world that we have considered constitute the fund of knowledge that will allow us to begin to comprehend the Russian linguistic picture of the world either by “comparing” mental spaces or by eliminating gaps.

The article presents the results of a psycholinguistic study of the language consciousness of military specialists studying at the Yaroslavl Higher Military School of Air Defense. The study involved 100 people. These are representatives of the near and far abroad, as well as cadets from Russia. The main method used by the authors to compare the linguistic picture of the world, that is, linguistic and extralinguistic phenomena, the country of the language being studied and the country of the cadet’s homeland, was an associative experiment. This method allowed us to identify markers for the consciousness of representatives of different linguistic worldviews (the core and the periphery in a particular field of consciousness), the value picture of the world within the framework of linguistic consciousness. Within the framework of this article, the authors presented an analysis of two words-stimuli-army and officer, which will allow us to determine the psychological features of language consciousness, taking into account the country of residence, educational and professional activities and professionalization of the individual. As a result of the experiment, the commonality of ideas and reactions to the basic concepts of military-professional terminology is noted in all cadets, but the specific feature of the language consciousness formed by the native language for a long time (from 20 years or more), the culture and the structure of life of the cadet’s homeland, which determines the unique and uncharacteristic reactions for the Russian language picture of the world, is highlighted.

Abstract:
In modern linguistics, the individual style of a word artist is studied in terms of the relationship between language and thinking, the ways in which extra-linguistic reality reflects in the text, knowledge about the world, and the author’s individual worldview. The analysis of an individual language system through the study of the linguistic poetics of floronomen in a literary text contributes to the development of the most complete, objective idea of the writer’s linguistic picture of the world. The figure of Olha Kobylianska belongs to those who formed the basis for the self-awareness and self-determination of the Ukrainian people. The writer’s work is a complex, multidimensional phenomenon that requires a multifaceted study. The relevance of the chosen topic is due to the fact that the analysis of the language of Olha Kobylianska’s fiction makes it possible to determine the specifics of the floronomen smereka in the individual author’s word usage, to reveal the peculiarities of using this nominalization as a means of artistic depiction of reality, and also to expand the concept of the Ukrainian poetic thesaurus through the identified characteristic features of the idiostyle. The article carries out a lexical and semantic analysis of the floronomen smereka in the language of Olha Kobylianska’s literary texts. The artistic and stylistic functions of complex linguistic and figurative means, which include the floronomen smereka, are characterized, in particular epithetical, metaphorical constructions, comparative phrases, constructions with associative and symbolic meaning. It is proved that the floronomen smereka is the most typical linguistic image functioning in the writer’s poetic idiolect. The individual-authorial peculiarities of the functioning of the floronomen smereka in the artistic picture of the world of Olha Kobylianska are determined.

Abstract:
Phraseological units are an integral part of the national linguistic culture. In the collective consciousness of native speakers, set phrases generate a phraseological picture of the world common to any language community. Individuals have their phraseological picture of the world integrated into the general one. The phraseological parameters of discourse and communication represent valuable material for innovative research in the field of communication aesthetics. Phraseological grammar and aesthetics correlate with the creative aspect of stable word combinations of national culture and worldview. The article considers some aspects of French phraseological communication and a picture of the world with due regard to ethnocultural and diachronic factors. A hypothesis is put forward that a specific phraseological unit (“carpe diem”) has a high degree of linguocultural activity in the modern French discourse and, accordingly, in the linguistic picture of the world. There are prospects for further cognitive-communicative research of the phraseological discourse.

Abstract:
The article presents the most basic vectors of scientific research in the field of linguistic and conceptual picture of the world. Attention is focused on the features of the artistic work, which reflects the cognitive experience of the people in general and the writer as a linguistic personality in particular. The importance of a comprehensive linguistic study of the artistic work of Dara Korniy, which was based on archetypal pagan ideas, pre-Christian mythology, and proto-Ukrainian beliefs, is substantiated. The writer complements the depicted realities of everyday life with fantasy, fiction, and mysticism. The individual-authorial “mythological model” receives linguistic expression in the form of mythical-mystical names (mythemes and mythonyms), which are nationally marked and in their entirety constitute a lexical paradigm. Based on the material of the texts “Magical Creatures of Ukrainian Mythology. Spirits of Nature” and “The Cloud Chaser” characterize mythical nominations used to designate individual fragments of pagan pandemonium. Recreating the worldviews of the people, the writer complements them with individual worldviews and worldviews, develops the semantic structure of a word, and modifies linguistic paradigms, including the coordinate system of the lexical-semantic space. The semantic-thematic, logical-semantic, derivational, functional, etc. features of individual mythical-mystical linguistic units are clarified through the prism of the individual-author's language-forming potential.

Conclusions. The study of the relevant features of the national- linguistic picture of the world through an literary text is inextricably linked with the study of the individual author’s pictures of the world, which contain information about the mentality of the people whose literature is represented by this or that writer. The study of Vorobkevych’s idiostyle made it possible to identify original national and cultural verbal images in his artistic texts, which strengthen the language- aesthetic and expressive potential of literary discourse and reproduce in the writer’s speech style the national- linguistic picture of the world of Ukrainians, represent the worldview of the people among whom he grew up and lived

Abstract:
The article considers the phenomenon of artistic bilingualism from the perspective of linguistic personology. The study is made on the basis of translingual the work of the contemporary Kazakhstani bilingual writer R. Sh. Seisenbayev, whose author’s individual picture of the world reflects a complex process of interaction of conceptual, symbolic and figurative meanings objectified by means of the Kazakh and Russian languages and expressing bilingual author’s understanding of the world. It is assumed in the article that irrespective of the language-verbalizer, author’s individual picture of the world of a bilingual writer is a fragment of the national picture of the world of the people he identifies himself with ethnically. The concept “Music”, objectified in Seisenbayev’s works written in Russian, is used as an example demonstrating the specific nature of Kazakh folk music (genre originality, uniqueness of musical instruments, peculiarity of usage, names of performers, etc.) and the peculiar atmosphere of Kazakh life (national mentality, speech peculiarities, customs and traditions, every-day life of the Kazakh people).
