For the obtaining of the data of the operation of the Model of Management of Birth, Growth, Diversification and internationalization of a Familiar Enterprise Group (Ajegroup - Añaños), a survey in first company AJEPER was applied - Ajegroup - Peru Lima. The analysis of the investigation was realised considering the method of the model of the five circles of the familiar company; of the results that were obtained for the investigation, it was determined that the company operates in each country with its own plant of manufacture, which they tell on a mission, that the executives of high direction are the members of the familiar group, the company does not export products but consumptions, that is to say the formulas; they have positioning of market in 14 countries, as much of America, Europe and Asia. One of the conclusions of the study is that the management of the Familiar Group of the Ajegroup company guarantees the effectiveness in the diverse stages of the cycle of the business of the partnership Añaños - Jeri, the factors that influenced to the growth stage were: approach of business, austerity, leadership, innovation, agility, ability, creativity, identification, managemental capacity. Full textThe purpose of this research was to identify good practices in the management of inventories in the carbonates soft drink sector in Peru through the qualitative exploration of the inventory management of finished products, the management of demand uncertainty, the management of the supply chain, the logistics management of distribution and the use of technology. The study uses the qualitative paradigm based on in-depth case studies of three of the leading companies in the carbonates soft drink sector in Peru. The study used interviews with representatives of these companies and information provided by them as a primary source for information collection, and as a source of secondary information public information of them. The information obtained helped to identify that companies manage their inventories using methods to classify their inventories, use coding practices, use practices to maintain the accuracy of inventories and use strategies to control obsolescence focused on the freshness of the product with a strategy of inventory management aligned with the business strategy. They also face the uncertainty of the demand using forecasting tools, postponement strategies and have tools to know the demand in real time. Additionally, its inventory management is related to the supply chain using collaborative strategies throughout the chain. Regarding distribution logistics, they have distribution networks aligned with the commercial and operational strategy and use risk-pooling strategies. Finally, on the use of technology they use computer systems, equipment and devices to streamline the management of their inventories. In conclusion, good inventory management practices were identified in the companies participating in the study of the carbonates soft drink sector in Peru.
