Abstract:
The author's view“Trust” is a vague and over-simplified notion that no common law scholar has ever put in terms familiar to civil lawyers. Trust law has not been rationalised and is structurally incoherent (which does not mean irrational); not even a generally held definition of “trust” exists and article 2 of the Hague Trust Convention did not embody all the features of the common law trust. Incoherence is a structural feature of English trust law which developed from dicta of judges, each of which is a fragment of a judge’s unspoken legal theory. Civilians are unable to ‘translate’ equitable notions into civil law concepts. It is not an impossible task, however, once the origins of the equitable notions and of trust law rules are traced and explained; thus, a civilian lawmaker may well resort to contract law and even allow settlors to sue their trustees without substantially varying the functional aspects of trusts. On the other hand, civilians should be wary of certain modern developments of the “trust industry” and of the attendant “industrial trusts”, from the spread of which the demise of the whole trust law may ensue.

Abstract:
Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to explore brand equity from multiple perspectives (tangible and intangible) and their joint consequences, namely, on industrial buyers’ brand loyalty and their long-term commitment. The aim is to provide a more comprehensive framework of the buyer’s behavioral response in the business-to-business context by integrating both trust elements and industrial brand attributes (brand performance and industrial brand image). In addition, the study explores the mediation effects of trust and brand attributes on industrial buyers’ responses such as loyalty and long-term commitment. Design/methodology/approach – Using a survey approach, the study includes respondents working in the heating, ventilating and air-conditioning (HVAC) industry in Malaysia, and data are collected in the industrial air-conditioning segment. The research model was tested with SEM. Findings – Findings show that brand performance and industrial brand image directly affect brand trust but with different effects on buyers’ commitment and loyalty. Interestingly, industrial brand image only mediates the responses via brand trust, while brand performance has a direct effect. Thus, both brand performance and industrial brand image build buyer trust. But in this context, it is brand performance rather than industrial brand image that influences long-term commitment and loyalty. The study concludes that in the HVAC industry, brand performance, industrial brand image, buyer trust, industrial loyalty and commitment build brand equity. Originality/value – Significant research reveals that, in business-to-business contexts, brand equity depends on the supplier’s brand trust and attributes of the brand such as brand image and brand performance. While useful in guiding a supplier’s or industry’s brand strategy, the study of both brand trust and brand attributes has led to only a partial explanation of the supplier’s or industry’s brand equity. The present research explores industrial brand equity, focussing on tangible assets (performance) and intangible assets (brand image), and their joint consequences.

Aiming at the real-time requirements for industrial control systems, we proposed a corresponding trust chain method for industrial control system application software and a component analysis method based on security sensitivity weights. A dynamic length trust chain structure is also proposed in this paper. Based on this, the industrial control system software integrity measurement method is constructed. Aimed at the validity of the model, a simulation attack experiment was performed, and the performance of the model was repeated from multiple perspectives to verify the performance of the method. Experiments show that this method can effectively meet the integrity measurement under the condition of high real-time performance, protect the integrity of files, and improve the software credibility of industrial control system.

Abstract:
<p>This study investigates the relationship between psychological empowerment of employees and organizational trust within Kuwaiti industrial companies. It focuses on two dimensions of organizational trust; namely, trust in supervisors and trust in the organization. A total of 450 questionnaires were submitted to industrial companies in the Subhan Industrial Area, of which350 were completed. The results indicate that a significant positive correlation exists between psychological empowerment of the employees of these companies and organizational trust. The findings indicate that trust in the supervisor and in the organizationexplains21.8% and 13.1%, respectively, of the variation in psychological empowerment. Trust in the supervisor correlates significantly and positively with all dimensions of psychological empowerment whereas trust in the organization correlates significantly and positively with only three dimensions of psychological empowerment; namely, meaning, competence, and self-determination. The study concludes by explaining the limitations involved and suggests future research directions to enhance psychological empowerment and trust in industrial companies in Kuwait.</p>

International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health 17, no. 20 (October 21, 2020): 7700. http://dx.doi.org/10.3390/ijerph17207700.

Abstract:
Most studies exploring the public acceptance of genetically modified food (GMF) are based on social trust and the establishment of a causal model. The underlying premise is that social trust indirectly affects public acceptance of GMF through perceived risks and perceived benefits. The object of social trust is trust in people, organizations, and institutions. Different from the social trust, epistemic trust refers to people’s trust in scientific knowledge behind the technology of concern. It has been shown that epistemic trust, like social trust, is also an important factor that affects the public perception of applicable risks and benefits. Therefore, it is necessary to incorporate epistemic trust into the causal model to derive a more complete explanation of public acceptance. However, such work has not been conducted to date. The causal model proposed in this paper integrated epistemic trust and social trust and divided social trust into trust in public organizations and trust in industrial organizations. A representative questionnaire survey (N = 1091) was conducted with Chinese adults. The model was analyzed by the partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) method. Three major findings were obtained: First, epistemic trust is an important antecedent of perceived risks and perceived benefits and exerts a significant indirect effect on the acceptance of GMF. Secondly, trust in industrial organizations negatively impacts perceived risks, while trust in public organizations positively impacts perceived benefits. Thirdly, contrary to the common opinion, trust in industrial organizations did not exert a significant direct effect on perceived benefits, and trust in public organizations did not demonstrate a significant direct effect on perceived risks. Therefore, trust in industrial organizations and trust in public organizations utilize different influence paths on GMF acceptance. This study enriches the understanding of the influence path of trust with regard to the acceptance of emerging technologies and is of great significance to relevant risk-management practices.

Abstract:
The adaptive coordination of trust services can provide highly dependable and personalized solutions for industrial requirements in the service-oriented industrial internet of things (IIoT) architecture to achieve efficient utilization of service resources. Although great progress has been made, trust service coordination still faces challenging problems such as trustless industry service, poor coordination, and quality of service (QoS) personalized demand. In this paper, we propose a QoS-driven and adaptive trust service coordination method to implement Pareto-efficient allocation of limited industrial service resources in the background of the IIoT. First, we established a Pareto-effective and adaptive industrial IoT trust service coordination model and introduced a blockchain-based adaptive trust evaluation mechanism to achieve trust evaluation of industrial services. Then, taking advantage of a large and complex search space for solution efficiency, we introduced and compared multi-objective gray-wolf algorithms with the particle swarm optimization (PSO) and dragonfly algorithms. The experimental results showed that by judging and blacklisting malicious raters quickly and accurately, our model can efficiently realize self-adaptive, personalized, and intelligent trust service coordination under the given constraints, improving not only the response time, but also the success rate in coordination.

The application of fieldbus has been limited due to the high cost of hardware and the difficulty in interfacing with multivendor products. In order to solve these problems, the computer network technology, especially Ethernet, is being adopted by the industrial automation field. The key technical obstacle for Ethernet for industrial applications is that its nondeterministic behavior makes it inadequate for real-time applications, where the frames containing real-time information, such as control command and alarm signal, have to be delivered within a certain time limit. Recently, the development of switched Ethernet shows a very promising prospect for industrial applications due to the elimination of uncertainties in the network operation that leads to the dramatically improved performance. We propose a trust evaluation model for industrial control ethernet network . Our study shows the importance and necessity of applying theoretical analyses to understand the complex characteristics of trusted industrial control ethernet networks.

Abstract:
The prospects of boosting the modernization of Russian industry necessitate the study of resources that might stimulate such endeavors. Contrary to the global literature, Russian publications mostly focus on the studies of generalized and institutional trust, as well as on the influence it exerts on modernization processes at the macro-level. Meanwhile, the impact of intra-firm trust as a factor, contributing to employee involvement in innovation, remains relatively misattended. Our purpose lies in encouraging the discussion of the presence of intra-firm trust and the effect trust has in furthering the processes of technological modernization. The intermediary tasks include the assessment of trust’s prevalence between colleagues, employees, and managers, as well as an analysis of the impact these types of trust have on the employees’ involvement into innovative activities at the enterprise level. The empirical ground for the study includes the results of a formalized survey of main industry workers conducted at three industrial enterprises in the Perm Territory in 2018-2019 (n = 450) using the method of a continuous survey of people present at their workplaces. The input of our research is due to the approach we propose to measure the horizontal trust by examining the vertical trust on several levels of organizational hierarchy; in addition, we employ an expanded list of indicators of employee involvement in innovation. The survey data are collected at three industrial plants. This helps to arrive at conclusions distinct from the published results of the studies of employees, sampled and surveyed per municipalities. Our results manifest the wide expansion of trust in organizations studied. However, we have not discovered any relationships between the organizational trust and actual employees involvement in the initiation and implementation of innovations. The impact of trust was detected only for the employees’ preparedness to take part in the ongoing projects. Thus, trust-building efforts at the workplace have a limited effect on employee involvement in innovations. We stress the importance of considering other factors that make the relationship between organizational trust and involvement in innovation more specific.

Abstract:
Despite the considerable amount of research regarding trust as one of the most important characters and competitive advantages for an industrial cluster, few empirical studies have examined whether geographic proximity still leads to higher levels of trust in the current Internet era. This article explores this issue of trust from a network embeddedness perspective. Based on the data from Zhongshan gas appliance cluster, we employ structural equation modeling to examine the extent to which relational embeddedness, structural embeddedness, and positional embeddedness have any impact on trust-building in the cluster. Our findings reveal that high clique trust and low aggregate trust coexist in the cluster, showing that the effect of geographical proximity on trust has been weakened and is no longer a sufficient condition for trust-building. This study also gives some suggestions on how to improve the trust within a cluster through network governance.

Abstract:
The development of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 has contributed to creating various technologies for economic progress. This includes the field of Islamic estate planning, such as will and trust. However, the technology developed to meet the Muslim community's property planning needs is still in its infancy until now. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the issues and challenges faced by trust institutions in Malaysia in facing Islamic estate planning in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. This study uses a content analysis approach by reviewing and analyzing previous Islamic estate planning studies. To achieve the goals of the study, this study refers to the classical and secondary sources in the field of expert. Furthermore, five official websites from 5 trust institutions; Amanah Raya Berhad (ARB), as-Salihin Trustee Berhad, Wasiyyah Shoppe Berhad, MyAngkasa Berhad and the Islamic Religious Council (Selangor) (MAIN) were analyzed to obtain information on the current will and trust practice. Several representatives of officials from each selected institution were interviewed to obtain more accurate information. The study found that the implementation of Islamic estate planning through digital technology in line with the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 is still in the early stage, starting only from 2018. This is because its manual implementation through human resources is still required while manual trust documentation is still maintained. Therefore, it is hoped that the trust institutions may provide new mechanisms and fresher innovations in encouraging the community to implement will and trust in line with Industrial Revolution 4.0

Abstract:
The objective of this article is to identify the major determinants of trust in the context of industrial buying behavior among ethnic Chinese buyers and sellers in Malaysia. The authors adopt the dyadic approach to examine empirically the antecedents and consequences of trust to secure a realistic assessment of the determinants and outcome of trust. The authors employ structural equation modeling to test the proposed trust models. The study identifies perceived intention, organizational trust, strength of personal relationship, dialect fluency, and perceived similarity in cultural values as major determinants of trust among ethnic Chinese industrial buyers and sellers in Malaysia. One important managerial consideration is the need for companies to place more emphasis on the cultural and relational factors that affect trust. The results of the study confirm that the presence of trust enhances buyer–seller relationships among ethnic Chinese businesspeople. Along with satisfaction, trust between the buyer and seller dictates the probability of future interaction between the exchange parties, and thus trust is a central concept in the business exchange process.

Abstract:
The new venture starts in an equivocal situation. To use and build trusted relationships with external actors, notably customers in spe, is an important way for the entrepreneur to establish business. In an inductive in-depth case study between entrepreneurs and customers, trust was studied. For two business start-ups the entrepreneurs' building and use of trust in action processes between the new ventures and some of their customers was investigated covering 5 years. Using a frame of reference concerning new business trust, trustbuilding in action processes is identified in interviews. Patterns of trustbuilding are summarised, conclusions concerning trustbuilding in the cases are presented and discussed. Some possible contributions for practice and theory are outlined.

Abstract:
PurposeThis study examines the triadic approach of value co-creation (VcC) in B2B relationships between the industrial manufacturer, its main supplier and its main client, by validating VcC as antecedent of Trust and Commitment, which, in turn, affect Satisfaction.Design/methodology/approachA model studies the association of VcC to Trust, Commitment and Satisfaction, the latter in its economic and social dimensions. The relationships in the model are empirically contrasted twice (with suppliers and clients) for a sample of 77 firms participating in an industrial panel, the Spanish Furniture Market Observatory.FindingsUsing PLS-SEM, results suggest that, in industrial B2B relationships, VcC acts as antecedent of Trust and, to a minor extent, of Commitment. It also has a positive effect on Social Satisfaction, the latter having a positive effect in turn on Economic Satisfaction.Research limitations/implicationsResults are limited to the Spanish furniture industry with a cross-sectional approach. The linkages between VcC and Commitment, as well as the differences found between Social Satisfaction and Economic Satisfaction, need replications.Practical implicationsThe study suggests that VcC is the core of B2B industrial relationships. VcC may also boost Economic Satisfaction.Originality/valueLiterature on VcC has been extensive in B2C and B2B mostly for service contexts; this paper contributes by bringing evidence from a B2B manufacturing context. At the same time, it depicts a triadic approach of VcC in B2B, by measuring the relationships with both the manufacturer's main supplier and main client. The study also contributes with evidence to the role played by Trust and Commitment in the relationship between VcC and two Satisfactions.

Abstract:
The research explores the linen flax varieties of domestic selection. These varieties are seen to be promising from the standpoint of fibre output obtained when processing flax trust in industrial conditions at the flax processing enterprises. The linen flax varieties were compared with the varieties of the foreign selection cultivatedRussia. The authors compared technological value of flax trust of domestic and foreign selection on the basis of “total fiber yield” when dividing flax trust into two groups of quality: low-quality (number 0,50-0,75) and high-quality (number 1,00 and more). There was no evident advantage observed. The detailed analysis (complete assessment scale of flax trust quality) and assessment of varieties indicate that domestic varieties are characterized by higher fiber output (average index is 14.7) than foreign varieties (average index is 16.7). The paper estimates the capacities potential of domestic and foreign selections for fiber output when processing flax trust in industrial conditions. The authors outline the highest and lowest parameters of fibre output produced from the flax trust of low quality and high quality have been identified. The most promising varieties are seen as follows: Universal, Alexandrite, Alexim, Tomskiy 18, Tomskiy 17, Lenok, Smolich of domestic selection (the capacities potential is 76,9 - 88,7%). The authors observed 87.3% -98.0% capacities potential for fiber output from flax trust of higher quality in the following varieties: Tomskiy 18, Tomskiy 17, Alexandrite, Tost, Universal, Diplomat of domestic selection and Pralesk of foreign selection. The authors found out that flax-fibre of domestic selection is the most efficient for flax trust output in the industrial conditions.

Abstract:
Given the need to diversify its activities to revitalize its economy, and with the ambition of becoming a preferred destination for foreign direct investment (FDI), Morocco has put in place a package of measures and reforms, and opted for a policy Creation of clusters and competitiveness poles based on the local specificities of its territory. In this context, the government launched the "National Pact for Industrial Emergence" (2009-2015) [and subsequently the "Industrial Acceleration Plan" (2014-2020)] which aims at the installation of the Integrated Industrial Platforms (2IP) which are the Moroccan version of competitiveness poles, dedicated to the Moroccan trades of the world, and offered under incentive conditions to domestic and international investors (FDIs) in order to form a business ecosystem where the interaction between actors requires a relationship dynamic based on trust.By using a qualitative method based on the case study, we study in this paper, this relational dynamic, on a sample of 15 companies from the automotive industry in Tangier, using the three components of the theoretical grid of Zucker (1986): characteristic-based Trust, relational trust, institutional trust, highlighting the issue of the contribution of trust to the emergence of the business ecosystem Tangier city as an automotive competitiveness pole,The results obtained clearly show that two of the three components of our reading grid are simultaneously intertwined within our business ecosystem, namely institutional trust and characteristic-based trust with dominance of the first confirming the trust of FDI in Moroccan institutions, and that this trust is fostered by Cultural Specificities of the country.

Abstract:
Purpose The concept of trust suffers from conceptual confusion. The current perspectives on trust within the B2B marketing domain could be visualised as a big box of which the borders are defined by the disciplines marketing, economics, psychology and sociology. The purpose of this paper is to enlarge the box by introducing neuroscientific insights on trust to the B2B marketing domain. Design/methodology/approach By a literature study on neuroscientific insights on trust, this paper examines how neuroscience can help to solve existing problems within trust research and how it can address problems that otherwise might not be considered. Findings The neural coordinates of trust not only show that trust entails cognitive and affective elements, but also that these elements are so intertwined that they cannot be completely separated. What can and should be separated are the concepts of trust and distrust: the neural coordinates of trust are clearly different from the neural coordinates of distrust. Furthermore, there are personal differences in the ease of trusting others, which are not only caused by previous experiences but also by differences in resting patterns of frontal electroencephalographic asymmetry and by differences in hormonal state. Research limitations/implications Specifically, the neural difference between trust and distrust might shape the future research agenda for trust research within industrial marketing. It is likely that the process of distrust goes quick, whereas trust comes more slow. This is reflected in the dual processing theory, which is seen as a paradigm shift in the psychology of reasoning. Originality/value New perspectives and directions for trust research are presented. The distinction between trust and distrust is connected to approach- and avoidance-motivated behaviour, which is highly relevant for deepening the studies on trust within industrial marketing.

Abstract:
The application of anthropomorphic features to robots is generally considered beneficial for human-robot interaction (HRI ). Although previous research has mainly focused on social robots, the phenomenon gains increasing attention in industrial human-Robot interaction as well. In this study, the impact of anthropomorphic design of a collaborative industrial robot on the dynamics of trust and visual attention allocation was examined. Participants interacted with a robot, which was either anthropomorphically or non-anthropomorphically designed. Unexpectedly, attribute-based trust measures revealed no beneficial effect of anthropomorphism but even a negative impact on the perceived reliability of the robot. Trust behavior was not significantly affected by an anthropomorphic robot design during faultless interactions, but showed a relatively steeper decrease after participants experienced a failure of the robot. With regard to attention allocation, the study clearly reveals a distracting effect of anthropomorphic robot design. The results emphasize that anthropomorphism might not be an appropriate feature in industrial HRI as it not only failed to reveal positive effects on trust, but distracted participants from relevant task areas which might be a significant drawback with regard to occupational safety in HRI.

Abstract:
Industrial companies can use blockchain to assist them in resolving their trust and security issues. In this research, we provide a fully distributed blockchain-based architecture for industrial IoT, relying on trust management and reputation to enhance nodes’ trustworthiness. The purpose of this contribution is to introduce our system architecture to show how to secure network access for users with dynamic authorization management. All decisions in the system are made by trustful nodes’ consensus and are fully distributed. The remarkable feature of this system architecture is that the influence of the nodes’ power is lowered depending on their Proof of Work (PoW) and Proof of Stake (PoS), and the nodes’ significance and authority is determined by their behavior in the network. This impact is based on game theory and an incentive mechanism for reputation between nodes. This system design can be used on legacy machines, which means that security and distributed systems can be put in place at a low cost on industrial systems. While there are no numerical results yet, this work, based on the open questions regarding the majority problem and the proposed solutions based on a game-theoretic mechanism and a trust management system, points to what and how industrial IoT and existing blockchain frameworks that are focusing only on the power of PoW and PoS can be secured more effectively.

Abstract:
With the introduction of the industrial internet, Internet of Things, and big data technology, the interconnection degree of the industrial control cloud network is getting higher and higher, the data interface needs to be gradually standardized, and there are more and more open interface components. Data-based attacks will continue to emerge. The real-time and reliability of access control are essential for trust value updating between network participants. This paper proposes a fine-grained dynamic real-time credibility access control method based on zero trust. Continuous authentication and trust evaluation should be carried out throughout the access control process. The zero-trust evaluation indicators of a rail transit data platform that conforms to the requirements of grade protection 2.0 are established. According to the risk feedback, the current trust level is dynamically updated in real time, and the results are used in the access control model. It can reject unauthorized access, reduce the occurrence of illegal intrusion data leakage and data loss events, and has great value in rail transit data security.

In this study, the impact of anthropomorphic design of a collaborative industrial robot on the dynamics of trust is examined. Participants interacted with a robot, which was either anthropomorphically or technically designed and experienced either a comprehensible or an incomprehensible fault of the robot. Unexpectedly, the robot was perceived as less reliable in the anthropomorphic condition. Additionally, trust increased after faultless experience and decreased after failure experience independently of the type of error. Even though the manipulation of the design did not result in a different perception of the robot’s anthropomorphism, it still influenced the formation of trust. The results emphasize that anthropomorphism is no universal remedy to increase trust, but highly context dependent.

Abstract:
The main aim of this study is to explore the underlying factors of the subordinate-supervisor trust relationship and to analyze its impact on the three components of organizational commitment. Data was collected from 192 R&D professionals working at 10 different ICT Portuguese industrial companies. The study confirms the three factors of integrity, benevolence and ability as the basis for the perceived trustworthiness of supervisors by subordinates. In addition, results show that the trust a team member places on his/her leader depends predominantly on his/her perception of integrity. The authors conclude that even in the technological field, where the prevalence of a technical competence-based trust relationship was expected, integrity emerged as important element in the subordinate's trust of his/her supervisor. Integrity was found to correlate significantly with affective, normative and calculative commitment. The authors' findings suggest that organizations can “manage” commitment in ICT industrial enterprises through fostering the perception of integrity by subordinates.

The National Trust’s many historic buildings range from country houses to vernacular architecture, industrial archaeology and literary shrines. More than 150 of these properties contain books, for the most part the historic collections of their original owners. Though, in common with other heritage bodies, the Trust has been rather slow to realise the importance of its books, these libraries together represent something equivalent to the rare books collection of a national library. They are an incomparable though extremely fragile resource for the history of private book ownership, besides containing many rare books, and others of great beauty and interest.

The article considers such a social phenomenon as social trust, the degree of knowledge of this phenomenon. The author gives a definition of social trust. Social trust is considered as one of the factors of quality of life. The transformation of social trust from an industrial society to the contemporary stage is being studied, including the stage of the global crisis amid a pandemic. The main trends in changes in social communication during a pandemic are analyzed and a forecast is given for further changes in the principles of building trust. The emphasis is on the fact that after the pandemic social trust will be easier to arise in the virtual space than in the physical. The author names the criteria of social trust. The basic criteria of social trust in modern media communication are considered.

Abstract:
The authors integrate theory developed in several disciplines to determine five cognitive processes through which industrial buyers can develop trust of a supplier firm and its salesperson. These processes provide a theoretical framework used to identify antecedents of trust. The authors also examine the impact of supplier firm and salesperson trust on a buying firm's current supplier choice and future purchase intentions. The theoretical model is tested on data collected from more than 200 purchasing managers. The authors find that several variables influence the development of supplier firm and salesperson trust. Trust of the supplier firm and trust of the salesperson (operating indirectly through supplier firm trust) influence a buyer's anticipated future interaction with the supplier. However, after controlling for previous experience and supplier performance, neither trust of the selling firm nor its salesperson influence the current supplier selection decision.

Abstract:
Information technology plays a critical role in educational management and administration. With information technology integral to shaping trust in the workplace, this paper aims to determine digital trust in educational institutions. Specifically, this article presents the measurement of digital trust level in terms of hardware, software, and people in educational institutions. It also shows the relationships and differences between digital trust and the respondents' socio-demographics, employment, and technological profiles. An online survey questionnaire was utilized using the Marcial-Launer Digital Trust in the Workplace Questionnaire, with 878 responses from academic institutions analyzed. A 4-point forced Likert scale and weighted mean were used to measure the level of trust. Chi-square and one-way ANOVA were utilized to determine significant relationships and differences, respectively. A multiple regression was calculated to predict the level of digital trust on the profiles of the respondents. The results illustrate a moderate level of confidence in electronic devices, hardware and software systems, information systems, and people with access to technology in academic workplaces, with a mean of 2.92. The results also show that socio-demographics, employment profiles, and technologic profiles appeared to be significantly related, at the same time showing differences in the level of digital trust. Gender, income level, and connectivity satisfaction were significant predictors of the level of digital trust in the academic sector. Therefore, it is concluded that there is reasonable trust in information technology in terms of hardware, software, and people in academic institutions. Teachers and non-teaching staff have adequate confidence in electronic devices, hardware and software, information systems, and people who have access to digital technology in the academic working environment. It is recommended that IT departments and similar offices orient, guide, and train employees on the use of electronic devices, for them to be familiar with and confident in using such technology. School administrators need to exert more effort to augment the trust levels among their employees.
