Based on the perspective of energy and carbon emission constraints, this paper measures and decomposes the green total factor productivity (GTFP) of China’s industries from 2003 to 2018. By applying the GTWR model, this paper also identifies the factors driving GTFP and spatial and temporal heterogeneity.
