Abstract:

Industrie 4.0 versucht die Handhabung von komplexen Produktionsanlagen zu verbessern und eine flexible und adaptive Produktion umzusetzen. Aktuell liegt die Hauptschwierigkeit dieser Szenarien bei der Automationssoftware, deren Erstellung zeitaufwändig und fehleranfällig ist. Zur Lösung dieses Problems werden dabei zwei Hauptansätze verfolgt: die modellbasierte Softwareentwicklung und die intelligente Automation, das heißt die Verwendung wissensbasierter Lösungsansätze. Der Beitrag vergleicht beide Ansätze anhand dreier Phasen: der Planungsphase, der Betriebsphase und der Anlagenumbauphase.
