Pushover analysis is a method that uses simple nonlinear techniques to predict seismic structural deformations. Today, we use masonry infill in reinforced concrete (R/C) frames for architectural, aesthetic or economic reasons. In this project, we need to study the effect of backfill on the damage structure of the reinforced concrete frame. The main purpose of this study is to show that adding walls to the reinforced concrete frame can increase the strength and stiffness of seismic resistant structure loads and increase the feedback for strength and stiffness analysis. These instructions strictl

Abstract The objective of infill well placement optimization is to determine the optimal well locations that maximize the net present value (NPV). The most common method of well infilling in oil field is based on the engineer's knowledge, which is risky. Additionally, numerous optimization techniques have been proposed to address the issues. However, locating the global optimum in a large-scale practical reservoir model is computationally expensive, even more so in the realistic extra-low permeability reservoir, where fractures are generated and underground conditions are complex. ABSTRACTThe paper uses the most up‐to‐date data from US banks to investigate the impact of economic policy uncertainty (EPU) on bank stability. The results reveal that elevated uncertainty makes banks more fragile and prone to crash events through profitability erosion, capital buffer, and exacerbating return volatility. This negative impact of EPU is more pronounced for highly risky and large‐size banks. The risk‐increasing‐effect of policy uncertainty was amplified during the global financial crisis. We provide insights into the uncertainty‐bank fragility nexus under different circumstances
