Many restaurants and cafes use Social Media Influencer (SMI) services to promote their products/ services. The three dimensions of SMI include reach, relevance, and resonance; and these can influence brand awareness and purchase decision of generation Z consumers. This study involved 108 respondents and used SPSS and Partial Least Square (PLS) as data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that reach, relevance and resonance of SMI have positive and significant influences on brand awareness. AbstractSocial media influencers (SMI) are gaining interest and many are studying their influence on the online audience, little is known about the role played by them in offline teams. One such attempt to study the effect of influencers in co-design team is presented in this paper, where individuals who are confident in their abilities drive the team process. Thus, self-efficacy is considered for determining influencer behaviour. Results expose the relationship between self-efficacy and influencer status on the design process, besides briefly highlighting the effects on above-average teams.

Through in-depth interviews with 15 women in the United States, this pilot study contributes to filling the gap in scholarship on consumer perceptions of sponsored content posted by social media influencers (SMI). We found women may follow social media influencers because of prior topic interests, perceived relatability, and authenticity. Social exchange and relationship management theories do not sufficiently account for purchasing decisions despite negative views of consumers. We argue for a new theory called Influencer-Follower Relationship Management Theory.

Abstract:
Sponsorship is a marketing communication tool used to increase brand awareness, brand attitudes, and sales. Sponsorship activities are realized through various media, but television has been the most important medium to deliver these activities to sport fans. More recently, however, the importance of television has been challenged via the widespread use of smartphones (i.e., second screen). Media multitasking (e.g., using a smartphone while watching television) has become a common phenomenon, and sponsorship exposure through television is affected. We investigated the relationship between histological factors and lymph node metastasis in 77 lesions with submucosally invasive colorectal carcinomas to establish useful criteria for lesions in which endoscopic treatment alone results in cure of malignancy. There were positive correlations between histological factors, including the level of invasion, the histologic grade, presence or absence of lymphatic invasion, presence or absence of budding, and lymph node metastasis (p < 0.05, p < 0.05, p < 0.005, p < 0.01). The presence or absence of venous invasion did not influence lymph

Abstract Abstract SCI-21 Hemostasis is considered to be the first phase of wound healing, followed by inflammation, proliferation and remodeling of the reconstituted tissue. However, very little has been written on the overall effect of impaired hemostatic function on wound healing. Our group has studied the effects of hemophilia B and some other coagulation impairments on healing in a mouse skin punch biopsy model. In this model, a defect of the epidermis and dermis must be replaced. Normally a platelet and fibrin clot fills the defect and forms a framework for the repair process. In addition
