Virgin coconut oil (VCO) microencapsulation technology was developed by spray drying method and the technology was optimized by response surface methodology. Soybean protein isolates (SPI) and maltodextrin were used as wall materials, sucrose esters (SE) and glycerin monostearate (GMS) were used as emulsifiers. Plackett-Burman(PB) design and Box-Behnken (BB) design were applied to screen and optimize influential factors in the process of microencapsulaiton effcency(MEE). The PB design and statistic analysis showed that homogenization pressure, emulsifying time and inlet air temperature were three key factors in this process. Other factors were identified that the total solids concentration was 25%, the ratio of wall materials and core materials was 1:3, the ratio of maltodextrin and SPI was 1:1, the dosage of sucrose esters was 0.5%, and the emulsifying temperature was 40 °C. The quadratic model for three significant factors was established with the MEE as the target response by BB design and response surface analysis. The optimum conditions were as follows: emulsifying time was 60min, homogenization pressure was 40MPa and the inlet air temperature was 177°C. The MEE of microencapsulaiton virgin coconut oil (MEVCO) can reached 65.89% under the optimal conditions．

The head runner of a rubber extruder is important for controlling rubber flow and improving extrudate quality. To clarify the effect of the structure parameters of the head runner of a doubleplex tread extruder on extrudate quality and obtain high-quality rubber extrusions, a finite element model of the down head runner was established. The extrusion process was analyzed through numerical simulations, wherein the Bird–Carreau constitutive equation and Navier slip law were used along with some computational methods, such as quadratic interpolation of velocity and linear interpolation of pressure and viscosity. The Newton iteration algorithm was used for numerical calculations. The mean-square deviation of velocity (SDV) of rubber flow in the outlet cross section was selected as the evaluation objective. A Placket–Burman design was used to select three key factors—angles A and B and outlet width D—from among eight runner structure parameters affecting the velocity variance. By using central composite design (CCD), the quadratic response surface model using the three key factors was established, and the influence law of a combination of the three key factors on SDV was obtained. The response surface model was optimized using the simulated annealing (SA) algorithm, and the optimal key factors of the head runner were obtained. The optimal runner design realizes a more uniform velocity distribution in the outlet cross section. Furthermore, a comparison of the simulated flow velocities of the original and optimal head runners at different inlet flow ratios and temperatures indicates that the optimal head runner flow velocity improves the extrusion quality. Thus, an optimal runner with optimal key factors was manufactured. Test results of the rubber flow state indicated that the flow is regular and that warping disappears. The proposed optimization strategy can be used practically for improving the head runner design, shortening the product development cycle, and reducing the production cost.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of firm’s characteristic on Corporate SocialResponsibility (CSR) disclosures and the effect of CSR disclosures on financial performance.CSR disclosure is measured by Global Reporting Initiative Index and financial performance ismeasured by Economic Value Added (EVA). The firms’ characteristics are proxied by firm size,company profiles, leverage and firm age. The sample of this research was extracted withpurposive sampling method. Sample consist of 55 annual reports of manufacturing companieslisted on the Indonesian Stock Exchange as of December 31, 2010. The technique for examininghypothesis is multiple regression analysis by using SPSS 16.00 programs. The results indicatethat firm size and firm age have a significant positive influence on the corporate socialresponsibility disclosure. But, company profile and leverage failed to show its significant effect.Result showed that CSR disclosure has positive significant effect to financial performance.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memeriksa efek dari karakteristik perusahaan padapengungkapan tanggung jawa sosial perusahaan (CSR), serta dampak pengungkapan CSR padakinerja keuangan. Pengungkapan CSR diukur melalui by Global Reporting Initiative Inde,sedangkan kinerja keuangan diukur melalui Economic Value Added (EVA). Karakteristikperusahaan didekati dari ukuran perusahaan, profil perusahaan, leverage, dan usia perusahaan.Sampel dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui metode purposive sampling, yang terdiri dari 55laporan tahunan dari perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar dalam bursa sejak 31 Desember 2010.hipotesis diuji dengan regresi berganda menggunakan SPSS 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa ukuran dan usia perusahaan memiliki dampak yang positif dan signifikan padapengungkapan CSR, tetapi profil perusahaan dan leverage tidak menunjukkan efek yangsignifikan. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan CSR memiliki dampak positifdan signifikan pada kinerja keuangan.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att belysa lärares åsikter om religiösa konflikter/kulturkrockar i gymnasieskolan. Fokus ligger på konflikter i Sverige mellan kristendom och Islam, på grund av att det enligt migrationsverkets statistik nu anländer flest invandrare från det muslimska landet Irak. Elva stycken gymnasielärare deltog i en enkätundersökning angående deras attityder kring frågor som slöjans vara eller icke vara i skolan och hur man som lärare ska kunna följa Lpf 94 och samtidigt vara verksam i en skola för alla. Jag intervjuade även en lärare och samordnare på IVIK; Individuella programmets introduktionskurser för invandrare och bad om hennes tankar och åsikter, då detta är områden hon arbetar med dagligen. Sveriges integrations- och jämställdhetsminister Nyamko Sabuni har även hon svarat på frågor om slöjförbud i den svenska skolan. Jag bad även islamologen Jan Hjärpe att ta ställning i samma resonemang.
