This study examined the effects of Participative Safety (PS) and Support for Innovation (SI) on team creativity. It has been proposed that PS helps develop teamwork processes where members feel comfortable expressing and exchanging their ideas freely and SI makes a team perceive that creativity is valued. 碩士<br>國立臺灣科技大學<br>財務金融研究所<br>103<br>近年來大數據(Big Data)與其相關應用已經成為電子商務產業的顯學，藉由分析消費者的數位足跡，廠商將能夠依據消費者的行為模式，針對消費者分層行銷，銷售的準確度與達成率將有很大幅度的改善。美國統一超商推出一個具有記錄消費者即時地點、時間、天氣資訊的功能，其能夠依據消費者的個人喜好提供符合消費者需求的優惠券，將消費者吸引入店內消費，目前這套app已經有超過400萬次下載，每天新增的用戶數逼近萬人。由此案例我們就可以了解大數據運用對於零售業而言，有如飛機發明對於運輸業的影響，有著破壞性創新的效果，科技部因應這個風潮，也發展了數位足跡探索計畫及其他的研究計畫，顯見政府單位也開始重視大數據與電子商務運用，在此研究背景下本研究將以阿里巴巴的大數據策略對大數據與電子商務運用作全面性的分析與探討，期望找出大數據與電子商務將來可能的應用與發展方向。本研究以阿里巴巴集團為研究個案，希望藉由分析阿里巴巴集團對大數據的應用與商業模式，發掘出大數據在電子商務上的可應用範圍、服務模式與效用，最後歸納出對電子商務發展而言，大數據能發揮的功效與其後可發展的方向與商業模式作為台灣往後電子商務產業在運用大數據時的參考。
