Initial psychometric testing was based on the responses of 27 employees of an agency that provides services to persons with developmental disabilities. This study highlights the performance of lecturers at religious universities. The research gap of the study is the influence of Islamic Work Ethics (IWE) on lecturer performance. This study intends to examine the role of IWE in improving lecturer performance by mediating person-organization fit and innovation in learning activities. The phenomenon of innovation and its significance for the modern model of education are subjected to scientific reflection, the semantic transformation of the concept of “innovation” and its modern understanding are analysed. It is noted that “innovation” is closely related to such categories as “new”, “discovery”, “creativity”, and the process of innovation is a challenge to the needs of society. The article defines the content of innovation as a form of objectification of the new, which is assigned the status of a factor of social development, analyses the conditions for successful implement

All individuals, working alone or in collaboration with others, have creative characteristics, but activate and apply them in varied ways, at different times, and in response to differing tasks and conditions. A shift from asking, "How creative are you?" to the challenging question, "How are you creative?" moves us beyond looking at level of creativity ("high, average, or low") and to consider style of creativity (varied ways of expressing and applying creativity). Understanding each student’s unique creative strengths enables educators to differentiate learning and instruction effectively for

The variable-centered approach is favored in management and applied psychology, but the person-centered approach is quickly growing in popularity. A partial cause for this rise is the finer-grained detail that it allows. Many researchers may be unaware, however, that another approach may provide even finer-grained detail: the person-specific approach. In the current article, we (a) detail the purpose of each approach, (b) describe how to determine when each approach is most appropriate, and (c) delineate when the approaches diverge to give differing results. Through achieving these goals, we s

People often assume that innovation is synonymous with originality. However, a study reveals a difference between innovation and creativity in relation to how a person uses originality to create change. Creative people think of new phenomena; innovative people create new things. In todays world, innovation is the focal point of every organization. In order to be successful in innovation, companies must constantly ask questions to capture the consumers point of view.

The introduction of innovations in organizations with high professionalization seems to lead to mixed results in practice. It is widely known that innovation adoption success is largely dependent on user commitment and absorption of the innovation in work processes. However, the hardest task for any person interested in innovation implementation activities is how to achieve high levels of commitment and acceptance of those stakeholders that matter the most. In this article, we argue that much can be gained by having good insights in indicators of both influence and acceptance of stakeholders d
