Abstract:
Die Reform der Aus- und Weiterbildung der Lehrerinnen und Lehrer, die die Schweizerische Konferenz der kantonalen Erziehungsdirektoren EDK in Gang gesetzt hat, führt in den nächsten Monaten in den Kantonen der französischsprachigen Schweiz und im Tessin zur Eröffnung neuer Institute. Vier kantonale Pädagogische Hochschulen (Hautes Ecoles Pédagogiques HEP), eine interkantonale HEP, zwei universitäre Institute und ein weiteres Institut auf der Tertiärstufe bilden hinfort in der West- und Südschweiz alle Lehrpersonen aus. Obwohl die Institutionen der Romandie in ihren Grundzügen eine gemeinsame Strategie verfolgen, unterscheiden sie sich in den Details erheblich. Der vorliegende Beitrag vermittelt einen Überblick über die Institutionen und zeigt auf, was zum einen ihre Besonderheiten sind und wieweit sie divergieren, zum andern, welche Kooperation sich im Hinblick auf die Verstärkung des Gemeinsamen anbahnt. Der Text weist abschliessend auf einzelne zukunftsorientierte Aspekte der inhaltlichen und strukturellen Ausgestaltung der HEP und ihrer Verortung im Hochschulbereich hin, wobei die Leitungen der neuen Institutionen aufgerufen sind, Visionen der Weiterentwicklung der HEP und ihrer Zusammenarbeit zu entwickeln.

Abstract:
The “forest fire 2020” program of Canton Ticino The Canton of Ticino has a long-lasting experience in facing forest fires. As a result, a tradition in forest fire documentation and analysis exists and the forest fire management approach is continuously reviewed and improved with the aim to preserve the forest protection functions and to keep the mountain areas safe for the inhabitants. The fire regime has been reduced in Ticino since the seventies of last century thanks to improvement of the firefighting organization and fire control techniques (e.g. systematic use of helicopters for the aerial fire control) and the possibility of declaring a total fire ban in the open. However the demand in terms of protection of human lives and goods of the modern society is raising and as consequence of the climate change fire risk may increase in the future. For this reason two years ago the forest service of Canton Ticino developed the “forest fire 2020” program, in collaboration with the cantonal fire brigades association and the federal research Institute WSL. The program consists of four interdependent activity modules, which are 1) prevention, 2) organizational and technical measures, 3) firefighting and control, 4) burnt area restoration. The forest service is responsible for the fire-danger rating, the fire-ban release, the mentoring of local authorities in forest management questions and for planning pre-suppression facilities (e.g. water points for helicopters). It is also responsible for defining the mission rules for aerial firefighting, for collecting the data for the statistics, and for planning the post-fire forest restoration measures. The fire brigades are in charge of the firefighting tasks, by first intervening with the urban fire brigades and in case of need requiring the support of specialized forest-fire brigades. During the firefighting actions the forest service takes a consulting role. The first two years of implementation confirmed the suitability of the “forest fire 2020” program. Potential improvements have been however detected and are under implementation, such as the completion of the pre-suppression infrastructures, a better coordination between aerial and terrestrial firefighting and the strengthening of the specialized forest-fire brigades.

Abstract:
The attack of the chestnut blight (Cryphonectria parasitica) on chestnut coppice stands on the southern side of the Swiss Alps started to take on epidemic proportions in 1948. At the time,catastrophic experiences in America raised fears that it would lead to the total destruction of the chestnut. In consequence a wide-ranging transformation programme was initiated in the canton of Tessin. For want of relevant practical experience all promising species were planted using the then existing planting and silvicultural techniques for systematic, high-quality wood production. However, the existing infrastructure did not allow for a detailed control of expenditure for the measures taken. Starting in 1973, within a teaching-forest project, the Institute of silviculture of the ETH Zurich made control possible. In this report we present and analyse the measures applied to 17 parcels of land, nine of which were transformed and eight afforested. From today’s point of view the total cost was disproportionately high, sometimes more than 1500 hours per hectare in the first 15 to 20 years. Taking developments in wood prices and forest management costs since then into consideration we conclude that indiscriminate planting is not to be recommended, especially in view of the fact that the chestnut blight turned out to be relatively harmless thanks to the phenomenon of «hypo-virulence». Finally, we discuss alternative silvicultural measures for chestnut coppice stands.

Abstract:
The article presents the results of the technological analysis of the Teshik-Tash grotto lithic collection from the Kunstkamera funds (Saint Petersburg). Because the Teshik-Tash industry has an indisputable anthropological link to the Neanderthal population, which is unique for the western part of Central Asia, it is important to fully characterize the technological repertoire of this hominin species by studying the Teshik-Tash collection. Using the methods of mathematical statistics, the metric parameters of the artefacts were analyzed and the technical and typological homogeneity of the Teshik-Tash site complex (layers 1–5) was established, which indicates the representativeness of the sample at our disposal. The applied scar-pattern analysis revealed the dominance of the radial core reduction method aimed at obtaining non-standardized asymmetric blanks. At the same time, the toolkit contains the points with signs of Levallois knapping to obtain blanks: symmetry, regularity of convergent or longitudinally convergent dorsal surfaces, the presence of convex symmetric dihedral butts, overhang reduction. Thus, the problem of the Levallois component in the Teshik-Tash grotto industry remains open. The extent to which the Neanderthal population of Teshik-Tash used the Levallois technology will probably become clear after analysis of the Teshik- Tash grotto collections, stored in the funds of the Anuchin Research Institute and the Museum of Anthropology of MSU and the State Museum of history of Uzbekistan in Tashkent.

Die Lehrerbildung in den acht Kantonen der West- und Südschweiz ist in ihren Strukturen und Inhalten vielfältig. Da gibt es die durchgehend universitäre Ausbildung in Bern und Freiburg, die ausseruniversitären Pädagogischen Institute in Genf, im Kanton Jura und in der Waadt, in Neuenburg die Verbindung des universitären erziehungswissenschaftlichen Studiums mit der ausseruniversitären Organisation der berufspraktischen Ausbildung, und es gibt Kantone wie der Tessin und das Wallis, die bis jetzt über keine eigene Lehrerbildungsinstitution für die Sekundarstufe verfügen. Entsprechende Unterschiede bestehen hinsichtlich des Rechtsanspruches auf einen Ausbildungsplatz nach einem Universitätsstudium, das mit Lizentiat abzuschliessen ist, und einer Kontingentierung der Zahl der aufzunehmenden Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten. In einigen der Kantone verbindet sich mit der Zulassung zum beruflichen Lehrerstudium die Zusicherung einer Anstellung nach Studienabschluss, in anderen gibt es diesen Rechtsanspruch auf eine Stelle nicht. Seit 1977 bemühen sich die acht Direktoren der kantonalen Lehrerbildungen, die in der Gruppe RFP (Groupe des responsables romands et tessinois de la formation pédagogique des maîtres de l'enseignement secondaire) zusammengeschlossen sind, um eine bessere Koordination der Ausbildungen durch die kantonsübergreifende Aus- und Fortbildung der Lehrerbildner, durch die Organisation von Kursen und Seminaren sowie durch interkantonale curriculare Absprachen. In den Jahren des Bestehens dieser Gruppe, die von den zuständigen Behörden offiziell anerkannt ist, sind verschiedene Innovationen realisiert worden. Weitgestecktes Ziel ist es, durch die Harmonisierung der Ausbildungsgänge auf dem Wege der "coordination romande" die gegenseitige Anerkennung der Universitätsabschlüsse, der Titel und der Berufsdiplome zu erwirken.

Abstract:
The research results of maize hybrids of different maturity groups (FAO 199–399) during 2018–2020 in the conditions of the South-Western part of the Forest- Steppe of Ukraine are presented. 54 domestic registered and perspective hybrids of selection of various research institutions of Ukraine (SE Institute of Grain Crops NAAS, Plant Production Institute named after V. Ya. Yuriev of NAAS, Selection and Genetics Institu-te – National Center for Seed Production and Variety Studying, National Research Center Institute of Agriculture of NAAS, Bukovynian State Agricultural Research Station of the Institute of Agriculture of the Carpathian Region of NAAS) were studied. The planting density of early ripening hybrids was 70, mid-early ripening – 60, mid-ripening – 50 thousand plants/ha. Plants were evaluated for uniformity, resistance to stem breakage below the productive ear, the damage degree by boil smut, resistance to root lodging and general condition were determined. All maize hybrids were characterized by high rating (8–9 points) on these traits. Over the years of research, the mid-early hybrids were more productive in the conditions of Bukovyna (9.06 t/ha), the mid-ripening hybrids - the least adapted to these conditions – (8.62 t/ha). The best samples with high grain yield and low grain moisture content at harvest were identified. On average for three years, DB Lada (9.64 t/ha) and DN Synevyr (9.43 t/ha) had the highest grain yield among the early-ripening hybrids, and DB Varta (10.81 t/ha), DB Khotyn (9.96 t/ha), and Kitsmanskyi 215 SV (9.61 t/ha) – among the middle-early one. It was found that DN Synevyr and DB Lada early-ripening hybrids and Kitsmanskyi 215 SV, DB Kho-tyn, DB Varta mid-early hybrids significantly exceeded the standards each year. In view of this, the hybrids of these maturity groups merit attention in the conditions of the South-Western Forest-Steppe of Ukraine. Seit 1990 gibt es in Lugano-Massagno die Sezione di lingua italiana dell' Istituto svizzero di pedagogia per la formazione professionale ISPFP. In gleicher Weise wie die französischsprachige Abteilung in Lausanne ist sie Teil des SIBP, des Schweizerischen Instituts für Berufspädagogik, das seinen Sitz seit 1972 in Zollikofen hat. Die Sezione di Lugano ist für die Ausbildung der Lehrkräfte an Berufsschulen des Tessins, des italienischsprachigen Teils von Graubünden und an italienischsprachigen Klassen der Berufsschulen der deutsch- und französischsprachigen Schweiz zuständig. Seit seiner Gründung ist das ISPFP in drei Bereichen tätig, die die eidgenössische Verordnung als seine Aufgabenbereiche umschreibt. Es sind dies: die Grundausbildung der Berufsschullehrer, ihre Fort- und Weiterbildung und die angewandte Forschung im Bereiche der Berufspädagogik In jedem seiner drei Tätigkeitsbereiche arbeitet das ISPFP an Projekten. Es hat Modelle entwickelt, denen in der Lehrerbildung eine Pilotfunktion zukommt. Diese Aktivitäten geben dem ISPFP ein eigenes Profil.

In diesem Beitrag entwirft der Leiter der Sezione di lingua italiana dell’ Instituto svizzero di pedagogia per la formazione professionale ISPFP,– jener Sektion des SIBP, die seit 1991 für die Aus- und Fortbildung der Berufsschullehrkräfte des Tessins und der italienischsprachigen Regionen Graubündens zuständig ist, eine Art Realutopie der Berufsbildung. Gestützt auf eigene und fremde Untersuchungen subjektiver Lerntheorien einerseits und den daraus entwickelten didaktischen Modellen einer subjektorientierten Lehrerbildung andererseits, macht sich der Autor Gedanken über das Verschwinden stabiler Lernorte in einer sich weltweit ausbreitenden Kommunikations-Zivilisation und deren Konsequenzen für die Bildung und Bildungswissenschaften. Am Beispiel eines Telekommunikationsprojekts zur wirtschaftlichen und kulturellen Förderung entlegener Bergregionen, an dem das ISPFP Lugano konzeptionell und leitend mitwirkt, illustriert und verdeutlicht er seine Vorstellung einer Oekopädagogik, die mit zeitgemässen Bildungsmassnahmen dem Menschen hilft, sich in das virtuelle Universum der Kommunikationsgesellschaft hinauszuwagen, ohne dabei das Wissen und die subjektive Gewissheit seiner kollektiven und individuellen Herkunft preiszugeben.

Abstract:
In 2021, the Sagai archaeological team of the Institute of Archeology and Ethnography SB RAS excavated four funerary and memorial complexes in the construction zone of the «Second track on the Chаrtykovsкy - Kamyshta stretch of the Krasnoyarsk railway». Mound 2 of the Sagayskaya protoka 2 burial ground contained 11 graves. Traces of diverse funeral rites were noted: intact corpses and partial burials of adults and infants in stone boxes and ground pits without stone structures. The grave inventory is poor - vessels and two iron objects (a knife and a buckle). Petroglyphic images were noted on the slabs of the boxes. Among them, there is a composition of the battle of two warriors, one of whom is on skis. At the site of the “Single kurgan Sagayskaya protoka 5”, Tesinsky graves 1 and 3 were made in the stone ceiling of the Saragash grave. In grave 1, two adults were buried. A partial burial (grave 2) was found at some distance. The burials are tentatively dated to the range of the 1st century BC - 1st century AD. In addition to the burials, an excavation trench was established revealing cultural layer containing roughly made stone tools from river pebbles, fragments of animal bones and ceramic vessels with ornaments typical for the Tashtyk pottery. In the areas associated with burial mound 6 (burial site Sagayskaya protoka 2) and burial mounds 1 and No. 2 (burial ground Sagayskaya protoka 8), 39 cult sites were recorded. By their construction, the sites can be classified into several groups: ground pits with animal bones and vessels under the stone work ceiling; ground pits with the remains of wooden posts; ground pits filled with rubble stones; slabs with the edge dug in the ground or tumbled down. The features of the ceramics make it possible to attribute the graves to the Tashtyk culture.

Undescended testis or cryptorchidism is a common genital problem in boys. Non palpable testis represents 25% of all undescended testis. Non palpable testis presents a unique diagnostic and therapeutic problem. Non palpable testis should be treated to enhance future chances of fertility and to place the testis at a site where it can be easily palpated because such a testis has an increased susceptibility to malignant degeneration. Aims: • Toestablishdiagnosticefficacyandaccuracy in identifying clinically non-palpable testis. • To establish therapeutic role of Open and laparoscopic management of non-palpable testis. Methods and Material: Between 2015 and 2019, 25 boys with 28 clinically non-palpable testis, aged 16 months to 65 years, underwent operative intervention in a single surgical unit at our institute. Out of the 25 patients, 22 had unilateral (11 leftsided, 11 right-sided) and three had bilateral non palpable testis. The testis was considered non palpable after thorough clinical examination, ultrasonography and examination under anaesthesia failed to detect it. Keywords: Nonpalpable Testis

Abstract:
The company focuses on producing quality products by implementing the Toyota Production System, known as TPS. The current constraint is the absence of maintenance on the Leak Test, thereby reducing production profits caused by high engine damage. This also causes the average repair time for the Leak Test Model 4L45W engine to be above the repair target set by the company, where the company targets an average repair time per month of 12 minutes. For this reason, corrective steps are needed so that the production process runs smoothly according to operational standards. This step involves proposing the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). It is known that the average Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Leak Test machine in June–August was 60.09%. The Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance (JIPM) stipulates that if the OEE value is equal to 60%, it indicates that there is a lot of room for improvement. After implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) on the Leak Testin September, the OEE value rose to 94.33%, and the average monthly repair timemet the company's target of 9.2 minutes. This greatly affects the cost of production due to lower production costs due to overtime. This indicates improvement, and the first step in the proposed implementation of the Total Productive Maintenance Machine Leak Test model 4L45W is said to be successful

Abstract:
Leximi dhe kultura e leximit (reading literacy) kanë qenë fushat e vlerësimit të nxënësve kosovarë në testin PISA. Ngaqë rezultatet ishin dekurajuese, Instituti Pedagogjik i Kosovës ka ndërmarrë punën për një hulumtim për ta analizuar gjendjen aktuale të leximit, me fokus në leximin e letërsisë nëpër shkollat tona. Hulumtimi2 ka përfshirë një mostër prej 714 nxënësve të moshës 15-vjeçare, që paraqet 5.01% të popullacionit të tërësishëm të nxënësve të kësaj grupmoshe në Kosovë. Për ta konstatuar gjendjen aktuale në leximin e letërsisë, IPK-ja ka krijuar një pyetësor, qëllimi i të cilit ishte mbledhja e të dhënave empirike në lidhje me gjendjen në këtë fushë. Nga studimi ka dalë se 56% e nxënësve në shtëpitë e tyre kanë nga dhjetë deri mbi njëqind libra të letërsisë. Rezultatet kanë treguar se më shumë se 71% e nxënësve nuk kanë lexuar asnjë libër në jetën e tyre, ndërsa vetëm 1.1% nga numri i përgjithshëm kanë arritur t’i shkruajnë autorët dhe titujt e dhjetë librave që kanë lexuar në jetë. Në anën tjetër, për të parë se cila është letërsia që lexohet më së shumti nga nxënësit e moshës 15-vjeçare, kemi parashtruar pyetje specifike dhe ka rezultuar se nga numri i përgjithshëm i nxënësve, që kanë lexuar nga një deri në dhjetë libra të letërsisë, 88% e autorëve dhe librave nuk i përkasin letërsisë shqipe dhe, sidomos, nuk i përkasin letërsisë shqipe të Kosovës. Është e dukshme se nxënësit tanë, zakonisht, lexojnë letërsinë e përkthyer nga autorë amerikanë dhe anglosaksonë, si Nikolas Sparks, Danielle Steel dhe autorë të ngjashëm të ‘letërsisë së lehtë’, ndërsa letërsia shqipe e shkruar në Kosovë ka shkallën më të ulët të lexueshmërisë. Është konstatuar se leximi nuk është pjesë kryesore e kërkesave për vlerësim në shkolla! Standardet e vlerësimit të nxënësve janë të ulëta, mësuesit shfaqin probleme në mësimdhënien e njohjen e letërsisë, ndërsa letërsia shqipe e Kosovës nuk është e qasshme dhe nuk u ofrohet nxënësve për lexim. Mosleximi dhe lënia anash e letërsisë kombëtare, në shkollë dhe jashtë saj, po ashtu na bën të mendojmë edhe për vlerat artistike dhe tematike që përfaqëson ajo, sidomos në shkrimet letrare të pasluftës. I tërë fenomeni mund të paraqesë dy segmente që kanë të bëjnë me krizën e leximit, si fenomen socio-kulturor dhe krizën e letërsisë, si fenomen artistik dhe krijues. Rekomandimet e dala nga hulumtimi përfshijnë ndërhyrjet në kurrikulat e lëndëve, në rishikimin e akreditimit të programeve studimore, që përgatisin mësues të gjuhës dhe letërsisë, në ndërhyrjen e shtetit në politikat botuese të shtëpive botuese, si dhe në subvencionimin e botimeve nga letërsia e mirëfilltë dhe, sidomos, në botimin e veprave të autorëve që janë futur në kuadër të kurrikulave dhe plan-programeve të Gjuhës shqipe dhe letërsisë.

Purpose: The article describes a set of software developed for adaptive testing technology in the implementation of an objective assessment of students' knowledge. There is also information about the possibility of computerizing education, reducing the unproductive live work of teachers, preserving the methodological potential of experienced professors, installing computer software for management. Methods: It is noted that the experiments were carried out by 2nd year students of the Andijan Machine-Building Institute in the direction of "Ground transport systems and their operation." Results: The research results are presented in the form of some data by means of mathematical statistical processing. The Pearson, Kolmagorov and Romanovsky criteria were also used to check the accuracy of the study results. Conclusion: it is stated that a software package aimed at creating a technology for remote and adaptive testing without the participation of the human factor will allow processing the results of experiments in educational and research centers and achieving them in practice.

El presente trabajo busca dar a entender una herramienta versátil para el trabajo de los docentes dentro de sus aulas. En nuestra práctica docente hemos aplicado esta estrategia de enseñanza aprendizaje con buenos resultados, por lo que el maestro que la aplique tendrá logros evidentes en sus estudiantes. La propuesta práctica nos evitará ahondar en los presupuestos teóricos sobre mapas conceptuales, que dicho sea de paso, ya han sido suficientemente probados y aceptados por la comunidad académica. Nuestra preocupación es, cómo aplicamos esta estrategia en nuestro quehacer cotidiano dentro de las aulas, por ello damos diversos consejos para aplicarlos en las aulas desde el nivel inicial, a través de los mapas nocionales, pasando por la primaria y culminando con la secundaria. Además, se presentan las posibilidades de evaluar los diversos mapas conceptuales producidos en clase. Debemos recalcar que no hay mapa conceptual unívoco y que, quizás, la mejor evaluación se daría cuando el estudiante exponga o pueda resolver algunas preguntas, teniendo sus mapas conceptuales a la mano. Al final, publicamos una tesina sobre los mapas conceptuales, que presentamos para graduarnos del diplomado internacional “Didáctica para un Aprendizaje Desarrollador y Creativo”, desarrollado en Lima el año 2004, por la Derrama Magisterial, en convenio con el Instituto Pedagógico Latinoamericano y Caribeño (IPLAC-Cuba).

Research subject. To characterize the Sylva fluidogenic-explosive complex, which was established in the junction area of the West Ural thrust megazone (head of the Sylva River) and the eastern wing of the Yuryuzano-Sylva depression of the Pre-Ural trough. Materials and methods. The authors' materials collected during research works at GSA200/2 sheet O-40-XXIX (Shalinskaya Ploshchad), as well as those collected during the work under the Priority 2030 Federal Program, were used. Data on the geology, petrochemistry, petrography, structural and tectonic position of clastogenic rock associations in the area of influence of the Main West Ural thrust were employed. Experimental data were obtained using a TESCAN VEGA LMS electron microscope equipped with an Xplore 30 energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopic prefix, and an URS-55 X-ray unit (Ural State Mining University), as well as CPM-35 and Shimadzu EDX-8000 spectrometers and an XRD-7000 diffractometer (Geoanalitik Centre, Zavaritsky Institute of Geology and Geochemistry of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences). Results. For the first time, the mineralogical-petrographic and chemical compositions of diamond-bearing rocks of the Sylva fluidogenic complex were established. Diamonds and minerals contained in the studied rocks were determined by XRD (sanidine, analcime, etc.). The conducted analysis of the rocks suggests their possible fluid-magmatic genesis, which is indicated by mineralogical features, including accessory minerals-indicators of diamond content, the presence of ellipsoid and teardrop-shaped volcanic glass, finely-dispersed bulk and poorly-rolled unsorted fragments of igneous and sedimentary rocks. Conclusions. The results obtained indicate the possibility of manifestation of Early Mesozoic phreatic volcanism in the studied area, which led to the transfer of the Sylva diamond complex and accessory minerals by fluidolites.

Research subject. Acid rock varieties of the Shatak complex were studied. Materials and methods. The reseach object included the previously unknown abundant mineralization represented by rare earth minerals. The concentration of petrogenic oxides was determined by the X-ray fluorescence method at the IG UFRC RAS (Ufa) using a VRA-30 spectrometer (Carl Zeiss, Germany) with an X-ray tube with a W-anode (30 kV, 40 mA). The amount of rare earth elements in the rocks of the studied area was determined by the ICP-MS method at the Central Research Institute of VSEGEI (St. Petersburg). The mineralogy was studied using a Tescan Vega Compact scanning electron microscope equipped with an Xplorer Oxford Instruments energy-dispersive analyzer (IG UFRC RAS, Ufa). Results. The studied rocks were diverse in chemical composition, varying from alkaline varieties (trachydacites) to low-alkaline rhyolites. These rocks belong to a highalumina type characterized by potassium specialization and a low agpaitic coefficient. It is assumed that the felsic varieties are subvolcanic formations, and the term “rhyolites” in this case characterizes the chemical composition of the rocks, but not their genesis. The amount of rare earth elements in the studied rocks is subject to significant fluctuations, varying from 60.81 g/t to 1625.39 g/t; moreover, their distribution is characterized by significant differentiation. In general, the rocks belong to a contrasting basalt-rhyolitic series, and their genesis is due to the differentiation of magma in the intermediate chamber. Numerous rare-earth minerals were found in the rocks, inlcuding allanite-(Ce), monazite-(Ce), monazite-(La), nioboeshinit-(Y), aeschinite-(Y), talena-(Dy), talena-(Nd), synchisite-(Ce) and Ce–La–Fe oxide. Conclusions. The presence of paragenetic associations of rare-earth minerals, such as allanite-(Ce) + aeschinite-(Y) + nioboaeschinite-(Y) and allanite-(Ce) + talena-(Dy) + talena-(Nd), indicate the formation of rare-earth mineralization in the course of a single process. The described type of mineralization has no analogues on the western slope of the Southern Urals, which substantiates the need for further research.

Background. The paper presents new data on the material composition and formation conditions of apatite-magnetite rocks (phoscorite and camaphorites) from the Onkuchakh deposit within the Tomtor massif drawing on the study into the typomorphic features of magnetite.Aim. To study the morphology, chemical composition, and relations of magnetite with associated minerals in apatite-magnetite rocks from the Onkuchakh deposit (Tomtor massif).Materials and methods. The study employed core samples measuring 177 m in total length (borehole No. 801, Onkuchakh field, Tomtor massif). In order to determine the composition of recovered minerals, the following instruments were used: JEOL JXA-8230 Electron Probe Microanalyzer (ALROSA, Mirny, Russia); TESCAN MIRA 3 LMU field emission scanning electron microscope equipped with an Oxford Instruments INCA Energy 450+ energy dispersive spectrometer with an XMax-80 detector (ALROSA, Mirny; V. S. Sobolev Institute of Geology and Mineralogy, SB RAS). The measurements were performed according to a standard procedure: accelerating voltage — 20 kV; current — 1 nA; counting time — from 60 s; probe size — 2 μm. Instrument calibration was carried out using a set of characterized artificial compounds and natural minerals; instrument stability was confirmed by measuring Co line intensity.Results. The authors identified the textural and structural features of magnetite ores, as well as ascertaining their relations with the areas of camaphorites characterized by different material composition and host rocks. The impact of superimposed hydrothermal processes was determined. In addition, a detailed morphological characterization was provided for magnetite found to comprise two generations: primary magmatic magnetite and that transformed under the influence of superimposed processes. Finally, representative data on the chemical composition of magnetite were obtained.Conclusion. It is concluded that magnetite is formed through a magmatic process involving crystallization differentiation. The occurrence of noble metal is shown to be related to hydrothermal processes superimposed on magnetite ores. The role of apatite-magnetite ores in the formation of the supergene complex — ferrous phosphate lateritic weathering crusts of the Tomtor massif — is confirmed. It is recommended to consider camaphorites from the Tomtor massif as naturally alloyed iron ores potentially extracted along with a number of valuable components.

The use of oxygen modified graphite-like carbon nitride (C3N4Ox), photosensitive in the visible region of the optical spectrum, along with TiO2, photocatalytically active only in the ultraviolet region of the spectrum, in the C3N4Ox/TiO2 binary photocatalyst, opens a possibility of the use of sunlight energy. To increase opportunities of various kinds of photochemistry-related applications of C3N4Ox/TiO2 photocatalyst, the phase composition of the TiO2 matrix and morphology of nanoparticles of composite and their optical properties are very important. A novel composite material, C3N4Ox/TiO2, was synthesized in the present work in accordance with the approach developed in Frantsevich Institute for Problems of Materials Science of NASU for the synthesis of powdered oxygen-doped carbon nitride (C3N4Ox) by CVD method under the special reactionary conditions of the melamine pyrolysis, in particular, in the presence of a fixed air volume. Deposition of C3N4Ox carried out on the surface of a nanostructured powdered TiO2 matrix of different phase composition, rutile or anatase. The deposition of C3N4Ox (~5 % O) on both rutile and anatase nanopowders was confirmed by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) with energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UV-Vis-DRS) methods. SEM micrographs (recorded with a MIRA3 TESCAN scanning electron microscope) of nanoparticles of both C3N4Ox/TiO2 composites (anatase and rutile phases) demonstrate the arrangement of TiO2 as separate globular nanoparticles and clusters between the plates and in the channels of the porous scaly plates C3N4Ox. However, the anatase phase nanoparticles (synthesized in IPM NASU) have a higher dispersion, the average size of non-aggregated almost monodisperse particles is about 10 nm. Using UV/Vis spectroscopy, it has been found that a redshift of long-wavelength edge of the fundamental absorption band of the spectra is observed when going from TiO2 (anatase), TiO2 (rutile), C3N4, C3N4Ox/TiO2 (anatase), C3N4Ox/TiO2 (rutile) and, then, to C3N4Ox, and the band gap decreases from 3.2, 3.0, 2.6, 2.4, 2.25 to 2.1 eV in the above sequence of materials. In such a case, C3N4Ox/TiO2 (especially deposited on anatase phase) would absorb more visible light than g-C3N4 and TiO2, by generating more charges which favor the improvement in the photoactivity of the catalysts.

Abstract:
La reseña de esta tesina defendida en el año 2010, presenta cuestiones que atraviesan cotidianamente a los profesores de Cs. de la Educación que trabajan en Institutos de Formación Docente. La motivación de indagar sobre este tema surge de la escasa bibliografía que aborda y profundiza esta modalidad. La intención entonces, fue conocer como se pone en juego el conocimiento en las clases escolares. A priori, se fue al campo con muchas sensaciones y supuestos que fueron desglosándose a medida que la investigación fue transcurriendo en el tiempo y en su forma. Se pensó en abordar cuáles serían los recorridos que se producen en las clases para lograr que el conocimiento surja dentro de ella, qué tipo de conocimiento se pone en juego, qué sucede con el conocimiento cuando se lo enseña o que propone el docente cuando enseña. Comprender las formas de conocimiento de la enseñanza que se pusieron en juego en las clases dictadas por los profesores del Instituto observados, ayudó también a analizar y reflexionar la propia labor docente cotidiana, y sobre todo, reconocer senderos,para mediar correctamente en la posibilidad de que los alumnos comprendan y aprendan los contenidos que se “juegan” en el aula.

The recent Institute of Medicine report declared that greater than 100 million Americans have chronic pain with an associated cost of up to $635 billion each year due to medical treatment and lost productivity.[1,2] The explosion in opioid prescribing since the 1990s has resulted in opioids being the most frequently prescribed medication in the United States.[3–5] Manchikanti et al.'s study revealed a 149% increase in retail opioid sales and a 402% increase in average sales of opioids per person in the United States from 1997 to 2007 [6]. Looking at 1999–2012, the National Center for Health Statistics found that among patients aged 20 or older prescription opioid use increased from 5% to 6.9% until 2006 and then stayed at 6.9% until 2012.7 However, the percentage of patients using an opioid stronger than morphine dramatically increased from 17% to 37% over the same period.[7] Among the top 25 dispensed prescriptions in the United States, hydrocodone, tramadol, and oxycodone accounted for 1, 21, and 22 dispensed prescriptions, respectively. 5 Opioids represent one of many therapeutic options for treating chronic nonmalignant pain (CNMP), but their widespread use has resulted in a concomitant increase in misuse, abuse, addiction, overdose, and diversion. While there is evidence of the short-term benefit of opioids for treating pain based on randomized trials lasting less than 3 months, there are few studies reporting outcomes at 12 months or longer [8,9].

Frente al enfoque tradicional en educación superior, se presenta una experiencia denominada Metodología de Problemas Prototípicos e Incidentes Críticos como una alternativa desde la mirada de la innovación educativa crítica, para activar la movilización de saberes, habilidades y actitudes en el estudiante, frente a una realidad compleja, con diversos contextos problemáticos. La metodología implementada en tres Licenciaturas a distancia del Instituto de Estudios Superiores de la Ciudad de México “Rosario Castellanos” está integrada por un Problema Prototípico por asignatura, un Incidente Crítico por cada Unidad Programática, dos actividades auténticas de aprendizaje derivadas del Incidente Crítico y la evaluación sistemática de cada actividad. A manera de ejemplo, se muestra la instrumentación de esta metodología para cuatro Seminarios de Investigación que el estudiante debe cursar como parte de su formación terminal y a través de los cuales selecciona un tema de investigación derivado de un Problema Prototípico, desarrolla dicha investigación y redacta una Tesina. Los resultados hasta ahora son alentadores, logrando romper paradigmas tradicionales de formación tanto en los docentes como en los discentes, pero, queda aún camino por recorrer considerando que esta metodología ha sido poco desarrollada y teniendo en cuenta la necesidad de evaluar críticamente la misma.

Due to the limited number of antimicrobials to be used in the treatment of infections caused by Gram-negative microorganisms with multi-drug resistance recently, old antibiotics such as colistin have started to be preferred frequently. However, some problems are encountered in antibiotic susceptibility tests (disk diffusion, gradient test, automated systems) which are frequently used in the routine laboratory due to the cationic nature of colistin. For this reason, only the broth microdilution test is recommended by European Committee on Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing (EUCAST) and Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI) for the detection of colistin susceptibility. Since broth microdilution tests are time consuming and inconvenient, tests that can provide fast and reliable colistin susceptibility result is needed in routine laboratories. In this study, it was aimed to evaluate the performance of the commercially produced Diagnostics MIC-COL test (Diagnostics I.n.c, Galanta, Slovakia) for the detection of colistin susceptibility in Klebsiella pneumoniae and Acinetobacter baumannii strains. The strains of K.pneumoniae (n = 22) and A.baumannii (n = 28) isolated from various clinical specimens between 2016 and 2019 in our routine laboratory were included in the study. Colistin minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of the strains were studied with both the reference broth microdilution method and the commercially produced Diagnostics Colistin MIC-COL test. The essential agreement, categorical agreement, major error, and very major error rates of the test were calculated by comparing the obtained results. The essential agreement of the Diagnostics Colistin MIC-Strip test was determined as 84 %, categorical agreement as 98 %, and major error rate as 3.8 %, while no very major error was detected. İt is very important to guide antimicrobial treatment with rapid and reliable detection of colistin susceptibility. The commercial test used in our study is easy to use and not time-consuming. Also, due to its strip from, each isolate can be studied separately. Because of the major error rate being above the expected values, it will be useful to re-evaluate these rates with further studies to be conducted with a larger number of strains with different resistance levels.

ÖZ: Ud, Orta Asya’ dan Arap yarımadasına, Orta ve Kuzey Afrika’dan Avrupa’ ya kadar birçok coğrafyada yaygın olarak kullanılan bir çalgıdır. Geçmişi M.Ö. 8. Yüzyıla kadar uzanır. Girdiği her kültüre adapte olabilen ve yeniliklere açık bir çalgı olarak bilinir. Bu çalışmada, özellikle Türkiye ve Ortadoğu’da kültürel bir sembol haline gelen Ud için yenilikçi bir model Targan Ud önerisi sunulmuştur. 20. yüzyılın başlarında ülkemizin yetiştirmiş olduğu ve bütün Arap dünyasının ekol olarak benimsediği Şerif Muhiddin Targan’ın icra tarzı, bestelerinin ses genişlikleri ve sanatçının kullanmış olduğu pozisyon teknikleri dikkate alınarak ileri seviye icralara daha fazla imkân tanıyacak yeni bir ud modeli Targan Ud tasarlanmıştır. 2020 yılında Türk Patent Enstitüsünden 2018/18286 tescil numarası ile Ege Üniversitesi adına faydalı model tescil belgesi alınan Targan udun günümüz müzik tarzlarının ihtiyaçlarına cevap vermesini kolaylaştıracak bir değişim ve gelişim örneği olabileceği düşünülmüştür. Geleneksel udun sap ölçülerine sadık kalınarak gövde formu üzerinde yapılan değişim sayesinde dört kolonluk pozisyon alanı sap üzerine taşınmıştır. Böylece 7-12. Pozisyon arasında icracıya daha konforlu parmak yürüyüşleri, acelite ve süslemelerde yüksek kalitede ses elde etme imkânı sağlanmıştır. Önerilen modelin icra açısından sunmuş olduğu avantajları ortaya koymak için bestecinin (Targan) eserlerinden esinlenilerek yeni örnek eserler yazılmış ve çalışmanın sonuçları objektif olarak sunulmuştur. Sonuç olarak, araştırmamız kapsamında tasarlanan Targan ud modeli ile çalgının ses sahasının kullanım alanı, ergonomisi ve çalım rahatlığı artırılmıştır. Yüzlerce yıl öncesinden günümüze kadar geçirdiği her değişimle ses özellikleri ve kapasitesi daha da iyileşen ud, Targan ud modeli ile kapasite ve yeteneklerine bir yenisini daha eklemiştir. 8. yüzyıldan bu yana insanlığın müzik dünyasının önemli bir aktarım aracı olan kadim çalgı ud 21. yüzyılda da yeni bir form kazanarak bu rolünü devam ettirme imkânı bulmuştur. ABSRTACT: The Oud is a musical instrument widely used across various regions from Central Asia to the Arabian Peninsula, and from the Middle East and North Africa to Europe. Its history dates back to as early as the 8th century BCE. Known for its adaptability to every culture it encounters and its openness to innovation, the Oud has become a cultural symbol, particularly in Turkey and the Middle East. This study proposes an innovative model called the Targan Oud specifically for the Oud, aiming to enhance its cultural significance and musical versatility in these regions. Taking into account the performance style of Şerif Muhiddin Targan, who was trained in our country at the beginning of the 20th century and adopted as a school by the entire Arab world, a new Oud model Targan Oud was designed to provide more opportunities for advanced performances. It is thought that the Targan Oud, which received a utility model certificate with registration number 2018/18286 from the Turkish Patent Institute in 2020 on behalf of Ege University, could be an example of change and development that will make it easier to meet the needs of today's musical styles. By adhering to the neck dimensions of the traditional Oud and making changes to the body form, the four-column position area has been moved to the neck. Thus, between the 7th and 12th positions, the performer is provided with more comfortable finger movements and the opportunity to achieve high-quality sound in melodic passages and ornaments. In order to demonstrate the advantages of the proposed model in terms of performance, new sample works inspired by the compositions of the composer (Targan) were written, and the results of the study were presented objectively. As a result, the Targan Oud model designed within the scope of our research enhances the utilization area, ergonomics, and playing comfort of the instrument's sound field. With each change it has undergone over hundreds of years, improving its sound characteristics and capacity, the Oud has added yet another capability with the Targan Oud model. Since the 8th century, the ancient instrument Oud, an important medium of transmission in humanity's musical world, has found the opportunity to continue its role by acquiring a new form even in the 21st century.
