Abstract:
Despite the conventional wisdom that relationship marketing will generate favourable results, extant marketing research provides inconsistent evidence for this effect. This paper presents the effects of multilevel marketing on relationships and friendships in India. The paper describes what multilevel marketing is, where did it originate from, the way people approach customers and how the customers feel about it. Multilevel marketing is used for product distribution through independent distributors. This paper will also look into the type of mediums these distributors use and how effective each one is in selling their products. However, this paper was answered this question that: Does a firm's relationship marketing truly pay off by enhancing the outcomes of business dealings? Available online at https://int-scientific-journals.com

Abstract:
SMEs contribute about 40 percent of the country’s gross domestic product (GDP) in India. Research has shown that in most countries, SMEs generate by far more employment opportunities than big companies or the public sector. Employment is the major source of livelihood globally. No wonder the search for employment is one of the greatest reasons that accounts for the Rural-Urban migration. Many studies have been conducted to determine factors that influence growth on SMEs. The mixed results can perhaps be explained by contextual differences or the mix of variables observed. This study looked at the quality of the goods produced by the SMEs as one of the determinants of growth in four of SME subsectors; manufacturing metal items, wooden furniture, textiles and leather goods in India. This study used a survey research design. The target population was all registered SMEs operating in India, total number, 556. The sampling frame was all the SMEs from the four subsectors who are involved in manufacturing activities and these were 316. The sample size of 177 was picked randomly from the sampling frame. The data collected was mainly quantitative. This data was collected by way of a questionnaire served to owner managers, managers and senior managers of the enterprises. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were used to summarize the results. The study concluded that the quality of produced goods greatly influences growth of SMEs in India. Available online at https://int-scientific-journals.com

Abstract:
The objective of this study is to find advantages of accounting information system (AIS) for effective organizational performance. In the business of financial institutions, it was always necessary to get up risk management and in time much before the emergence of Information Systems. There was no idea the bank's approval credit to someone without assessing how much risk they face, and whether they will be able to collect receivables. The development of information technology itself in individual periods was accelerated by the need for accurate and timely calculations by reducing risk. Financial institutions (banks, insurance companies, etc.) funded development and the improvement of information systems and some of the first systems are developed just for these needs. In the 21st century we no longer have to talk about the need to implement info technology for these purposes, because they already exist in all areas, but about the need to be correct implemented, as well as the necessity of adequate handling and understanding information’s they give to us. Regardless of the existence of highly sophisticated system quality improvement hardware components of information systems, remarkably improved communication channels between different systems, software development specialized in risk assessment as part of the ERP company. So far, there was no need for information systems to work more efficient and make information which are obtained on this way they are adequate. Available online at https://int-scientific-journals.com

Abstract:
Self-regulated learning is an important aspect of student learning and academic achievement. Certain parenting styles help children develop self-regulated learning and encourage them to exert control over their own learning. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship that exists between parenting styles (authoritative, authoritarian and permissive) and student’s classroom motivation. Simple random sampling was used to select the subjects for the study. The sample consisted of 390 comprising of 130 students, 130 parents and 130 teachers from twenty public and private High Schools in India. The data were analyzed using partial correlation and logistic regression and analytical techniques with SPSS version 21. Results showed that majority of parents perceived themselves as authoritative, followed by authoritarian and permissive. The findings revealed that mothers were more permissive than fathers. The results also did confirm a positive correlation between paternal parenting styles and children’s classroom motivation. Possible reasons why the study findings of the present study are consisted with earlier ones were discussed. The study’s result also suggests that even though cultures differ in the kinds of opportunities they provide children to develop the competencies the need, parenting everywhere has direct influence on children’s social and emotional development. The present study concluded that both paternal and maternal parenting styles have a great bearing on student’s classroom motivation. It was therefore recommended that teachers as well as parents need to be trained to acquire skills to handle children’s problems in a caring and responsible manner. Implications of the study were discussed and recommendations for future research were suggested. Available online at https://int-scientific-journals.com

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of consumer’s ethnocentrism on consumer’s towards domestic and foreign products. However, this may not be the case for marketers, because of the influence of strong feelings of national pride on behaviour of the consumers. Measures of consumer ethnocentrism may provide marketers with the information necessary to target consumers who do not allow nationalistic feelings to influence product quality evaluation and purchase behaviour. Also, the necessity of the product to consumers may provide marketers with clues on which products will be accepted in the marketplace. Results are derived from primary data collected from a consumer sample from those who appear to not be overly ethnocentric, are willing to purchase products from other countries, but will be more likely to buy certain products because of the reputation these products and brands from specific countries have acquired. Thus, data was collected through a questionnaire which was distributed online to a representative sample, consisting of 150 individuals. Data was analyzed using the SPSS software. Factor analysis and Spearman correlation coefficient were used to test the research hypotheses. Study results show that the consumer’s ethnocentric tendencies are positively related to consumer’s purchase domestic products and negatively related to products. This means that ethnocentric consumers may have a more positive attitude toward purchasing products they deem necessary as opposed to unnecessary products, such as luxury items. Implications of the findings are discussed and directions for future research are provided. Available online at https://int-scientific-journals.com
