Despite the conventional wisdom that relationship marketing will generate favourable results, extant marketing research provides inconsistent evidence for this effect. This paper presents the effects of multilevel marketing on relationships and friendships in India. The paper describes what multilevel marketing is, where did it originate from, the way people approach customers and how the customers feel about it. Multilevel marketing is used for product distribution through independent distributors. This paper will also look into the type of mediums these distributors use and how effective each one is in selling their products. However, this paper was answered this question that: Does a firm's relationship marketing truly pay off by enhancing the outcomes of business dealings? Available online at https://int-scientific-journals.com

Abstract:
SMEs contribute about 40 percent of the country’s gross domestic product (GDP) in India. Research has shown that in most countries, SMEs generate by far more employment opportunities than big companies or the public sector. Employment is the major source of livelihood globally. No wonder the search for employment is one of the greatest reasons that accounts for the Rural-Urban migration. Many studies have been conducted to determine factors that influence growth on SMEs. The mixed results can perhaps be explained by contextual differences or the mix of variables observed. This study looked at the quality of the goods produced by the SMEs as one of the determinants of growth in four of SME subsectors; manufacturing metal items, wooden furniture, textiles and leather goods in India. This study used a survey research design. The target population was all registered SMEs operating in India, total number, 556. The sampling frame was all the SMEs from the four subsectors who are involved in manufacturing activities and these were 316. The sample size of 177 was picked randomly from the sampling frame. The data collected was mainly quantitative. This data was collected by way of a questionnaire served to owner managers, managers and senior managers of the enterprises. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were used to summarize the results. The study concluded that the quality of produced goods greatly influences growth of SMEs in India. Available online at https://int-scientific-journals.com

Abstract:
The objective of this study is to find advantages of accounting information system (AIS) for effective organizational performance. In the business of financial institutions, it was always necessary to get up risk management and in time much before the emergence of Information Systems. There was no idea the bank's approval credit to someone without assessing how much risk they face, and whether they will be able to collect receivables. The development of information technology itself in individual periods was accelerated by the need for accurate and timely calculations by reducing risk. Financial institutions (banks, insurance companies, etc.) funded development and the improvement of information systems and some of the first systems are developed just for these needs. In the 21st century we no longer have to talk about the need to implement info technology for these purposes, because they already exist in all areas, but about the need to be correct implemented, as well as the necessity of adequate handling and understanding information’s they give to us. Regardless of the existence of highly sophisticated system quality improvement hardware components of information systems, remarkably improved communication channels between different systems, software development specialized in risk assessment as part of the ERP company. So far, there was no need for information systems to work more efficient and make information which are obtained on this way they are adequate. Available online at https://int-scientific-journals.com

Abstract:
Self-regulated learning is an important aspect of student learning and academic achievement. Certain parenting styles help children develop self-regulated learning and encourage them to exert control over their own learning. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship that exists between parenting styles (authoritative, authoritarian and permissive) and student’s classroom motivation. Simple random sampling was used to select the subjects for the study. The sample consisted of 390 comprising of 130 students, 130 parents and 130 teachers from twenty public and private High Schools in India. The data were analyzed using partial correlation and logistic regression and analytical techniques with SPSS version 21. Results showed that majority of parents perceived themselves as authoritative, followed by authoritarian and permissive. The findings revealed that mothers were more permissive than fathers. The results also did confirm a positive correlation between paternal parenting styles and children’s classroom motivation. Possible reasons why the study findings of the present study are consisted with earlier ones were discussed. The study’s result also suggests that even though cultures differ in the kinds of opportunities they provide children to develop the competencies the need, parenting everywhere has direct influence on children’s social and emotional development. The present study concluded that both paternal and maternal parenting styles have a great bearing on student’s classroom motivation. It was therefore recommended that teachers as well as parents need to be trained to acquire skills to handle children’s problems in a caring and responsible manner. Implications of the study were discussed and recommendations for future research were suggested. Available online at https://int-scientific-journals.com

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of consumer’s ethnocentrism on consumer’s towards domestic and foreign products. However, this may not be the case for marketers, because of the influence of strong feelings of national pride on behaviour of the consumers. Measures of consumer ethnocentrism may provide marketers with the information necessary to target consumers who do not allow nationalistic feelings to influence product quality evaluation and purchase behaviour. Also, the necessity of the product to consumers may provide marketers with clues on which products will be accepted in the marketplace. Results are derived from primary data collected from a consumer sample from those who appear to not be overly ethnocentric, are willing to purchase products from other countries, but will be more likely to buy certain products because of the reputation these products and brands from specific countries have acquired. Thus, data was collected through a questionnaire which was distributed online to a representative sample, consisting of 150 individuals. Data was analyzed using the SPSS software. Factor analysis and Spearman correlation coefficient were used to test the research hypotheses. Study results show that the consumer’s ethnocentric tendencies are positively related to consumer’s purchase domestic products and negatively related to products. This means that ethnocentric consumers may have a more positive attitude toward purchasing products they deem necessary as opposed to unnecessary products, such as luxury items. Implications of the findings are discussed and directions for future research are provided. Available online at https://int-scientific-journals.com

Abstract:
Due to a wide range of industrial and agricultural activities, a high number of chemical contaminants is released into the environment, causing a significant concern regarding potential toxicity, carcinogenicity, and potential for bioaccumulation in living systems of various chemicals in soil. Although microbial activity in soil accounts for most of the degradation of organic contaminants, chemical and physical mechanisms can also provide significant transformation pathways for these compounds. Phytoremediation, with the associated role of rhizosphere microorganisms, is therefore an important tool in bioremediation processes. Various bioremediation configurations as options for treatment of different classes of chemicals have been evaluated. The analysis of microbial action in waste management and control involves the use of diverse microorganisms such as protozoa, Algae, Bacteria, Fungi and Viruses that involved in waste management and then followed by waste categorization and characterization; Domestic waste, Agricultural waste, Electronic waste and scrap metals, Industrial waste and medical waste. Emergency Medical Services (EMS) is a critical component in the delivery of quality healthcare services. Being the first line of professionals to respond and evacuate patients to hospitals, paramedics play a major role in influencing the short term and long term health outcomes the clients with traumatic injuries. In this case, there is need to continuously empower paramedics them with up to date skills and knowledge, to enhance their competence in the profession, through continuous professional education and research in emergency medical services. However, lack of adequate repository of knowledge such as books and scholarly research studies in the field is a major hindrance. This study sought to examine the trend in EMS research, by investigating the scholarly research studies published in the filed in the last 10 years. An electronic search was conducted in the various databases to monitor the number of published scholarly research articles in 13 countries across the world. The study found that although there has been a gradual increase in the number of published research studies during the period of review, the number is so far below the required standards. This indicates low interest in continuous professional development of EMS through research, a situation that hinders delivery of improved services in the field. Also, it is shown the significant resource savings with no changes in clinical outcomes or patient, faculty, and house staff satisfaction through professional education. Abstract:
Stressful incidents at work were examined using an open‐ended technique for the occupations. Meanwhile, the organizations are expecting much more from their employees as a consequence of the industry evolution. Higher demands and requirements have impacted the well-being of employees increasing the levels of occupational stress. The purpose of this study was to examine gender differences in response to occupational stress and to investigate the use and effectiveness of coping strategies. An online survey was distributed containing demographic questions, instruments assessing physical and psychological symptoms along with questions inquiring physical activity, overall stress, and coping strategies. The nature of individual coping responses to stressful life events was explored in a selected sample. It was hypothesized that female employees would report significantly more psychological and physical symptoms than male employees under occupational stress. The results did not support the hypothesis indicating that no significant difference exists between gender and occupational stress. However, differences in the coping strategies used by females and males to reduce stress were found. Thus, knowing how each gender experience occupational stress and what coping strategies are used to decrease stress levels, organizations can have a better understanding of what methods and training to provide employees for the reduction of occupational stress. The findings serve as a contribution to the existing literature on question; yet, the authors suggest further examination on gender, occupational stress, and effectiveness of coping strategies. Abstract:
Crude oil exploitation has had and continues to have a deleterious impact on the environment in the region adversely impacting on the people inhabiting the area ever since its discovery in the 1970s. This review paper dwells much on the analysis of secondary source data such as gray literature, journals and primary data (field reports) on the environmental and social impacts of oil exploration and production. The review shows that much of the oil spills occurring in the study area has limited/ to none reporting making it hard for quantification of the oil spills/lost, the pollution levels on land, water bodies and biodiversity are alarming. Here we also show that as much as oil is the desired product, during the production stage, a good amount of gas and produce water is produced as by-products in the due caused. The oil industry in this region has contributed immensely to the economic growth and development of the country in the recent past which is a fact that cannot be ruled out as the country heavily dependent upon but unsustainable exploration and production activities have severely threatened the ecosystem wellbeing of the region. It presents existing data and research on the global distribution of the impacts of oil production and consumption. Also, the review describes and analyzes the environmental, social, and health impacts of oil extraction, transport, refining, and consumption, with a particular focus on the distribution of these burdens among socioeconomic, and ecosystems. An environmental justice framework is used to analyze the processes influencing the distribution of harmful effects from oil production and use. A critical evaluation of current research and recommendations for future data collection and analysis on procedural impacts of oil production and consumption conclude the review. Available online at https://int-scientific-journals.com

The impact of education on farmers' attitudes toward Subsistence Farmers’ Crop Production (measured using an attitude survey instrument), that was estimated with data from India. The objectives were to determine the impacts of agricultural education on crop production; ascertain the influence of agricultural education on crop farmers’ adoption of innovation and determine the factors that hinder agricultural education from making maximum effect on subsistence farmers in India. The study adopted a descriptive survey design. A simple random sampling technique was used to select sixty-two female farmers and forty (40) male farmers in India, resulting to a total sample size of one hundred and two (102) crop farmers. Data was collected using a well-structured questionnaire designed in Likert 5-point rating scale of agreement. Data was analyzed using mean standard deviation with acceptance means value of  3.00 while z-test was used to test the hypothesis at 0.05% level of significance. Findings from the study revealed that agricultural education enhances crop farmers’ productivity, exposes farmers to agricultural technology, agricultural education increases local food availability among others. Also, creates awareness of improved crop varieties before they are adopted, provides adequate information concerning new innovation, adoption of innovation depends fully on the level of interaction between the change agents and the farmers amongst others. Lastly, the study found that, failure of first trials, lack of resources to obtain the new innovation, affixed with ancient method of farming and others are factors that hinder agricultural education from making maximum impact on crop farmers adoption in the study area. The study therefore recommends that government and NGOs should encourage agricultural education and its extension officers to carryout effective and adequate agricultural programme to develop farmers’ decision making skills, regular extension visits should be extended to rural farmers and adequate awareness should be created to improve farmers’ inputs. Available online at https://int-scientific-journals.com

Abstract:
Africa is a small but expanding region of the global tourism economy. Early efforts to encourage tourism in the 1990s were re-energized after the lifting of UN sanctions in 2003 following dramatic changes in Libya’s foreign policy. Despite a healthy economy, high rates of unemployment (30%) combine with a dominant source of income - oil - which contributes 95% of GDP. Thus Libya is considering tourism for economic diversification. It is a unique destination with: long untouched coastal beaches; stunning and well-preserved Roman and Greek antiquities; amazing desert adventure opportunities; prehistoric civilizations; generous and hospitable people. Despite being very safe, Libya has an image problem in the world: desert; hot; a culture similar to other Arab countries. The tourism industry faces enormous challenges, mostly related to the absence of a clear strategy for tourism development: destination accessibility; poor protection for tourism attractions/antiquities; weak human resource development, environmental and quality service issues. The development of tourism marketing management as an area that attracts tourists will contribute to the support of the economy, and reach a high rank of the determinants that have been adopted by many countries of the world to gain access to global tourism market. Available online at https://int-scientific-journals.com

Abstract:
In the United States in the last few years there has developed a notion of strategic management. Strategic management is all about identification and description of the strategies that managers can carry to achieve better performance and a competitive advantage for their organization. Strategic management can also be defined as a bundle of decisions and acts which a manager undertakes and which decides the result of the firm’s performance. The manager must have a thorough knowledge and analysis of the general and competitive organizational environment so as to take right decisions. One of the major role of strategic management is to incorporate various functional areas of the organization completely, as well as, to ensure these functional areas harmonize and get together well. Another role of strategic management is to keep a continuous eye on the goals and objectives of the organization. Mission of this research is to determine the advantages and disadvantages of the current situation in the Libyan education and employment system, and to determine ways of improving these two sectors. To improve the teaching and learning processes, we need to make changes in the education market, and satisfy the needs of learners and the community. Higher educational institutions in Libya have no option but to move with the times and adopt e- learning. Successful initiatives and experiences in neighbouring countries can serve as a powerful example for the institutions that may follow their strategies to fulfil the potential of ICT for teaching and learning and to achieve rapid technological development. In conclusion the potentially beneficial nature of a comprehensive strategy on active ageing is emphasized: it represents the unusual combination of a morally correct policy in education systems. Available online at https://int-scientific-journals.com

Abstract:
Bank insolvency has been a significant problem in many parts of the world in the last 30 years. All modern economies benefit from efficient, stable and fair financial markets. In times of unstable markets, on the other hand, one of the biggest concerns for depositors is the safety of bank deposits should their bank fail. In times of rainy days almost all states devised rules which provide a safety net for depositors if banks fail. In this regard, the primary purpose of states is to give priority to maintain and restore confidence and proper functioning of the financial sector. States should commit to take all the necessary measures to protect the deposits of individual savers. States should advocate the intention of the interested parties to bring forward urgently an appropriate proposal to promote convergence of deposit guarantee schemes. Therefore, states should try to devise a proper mechanism to address the issues of depositors’ protection. Financial instability, to the extent that it disrupts these functions, has a demanding effect on the wider economy. In particular, the failure of a bank would leave customers, individuals or businesses, unable to access savings, to raise finance or to meet obligations. A single bank failure, though rare and often isolated, has the potential to spread to other parts of the financial system through the effect on consumer confidence, through the inter-bank lending market, or other channels. This in turn, can have knock on effects for the wider economy. In short, the failure of a bank can involve greater and more widespread costs to the economy than that of a non-financial firm of similar size. So, the ascertainment of depositors’ protection is an integral part of the measures that must be taken to ensure the stability of banks and then in turn protecting depositors. Available online at https://int-scientific-journals.com

Abstract:
The paper examines the effect of early marriage through review of the literature. Early child marriage is a barbaric act, man’s inhumanity to man, is a common practice in most developing countries. Every minute a child is married off against her will, education attainment terminated and dreams aborted by this reoccurring act. This has called for a clarion call and a serious concern to the international community at large. The research seeks to look inwardly into variables that invigorate the common practice, how it affects on the society and the way forward. Secondary and primary source were applied in retrieving data for the study, 296 self-administered questionnaires were completed by the respondent between the ages of 10-45years, which early girl-child marriage is predominantly high. Two research hypotheses were tested using Chi-square and the result shows that early child marriage has a negative effect. The study recommended feasible and applicable way forward to abolish and manage the victims of early child marriage. Thus, the government and NGOS should provide support needed for child’ education including free books, uniform and scholarship. Essentially, put away unwholesome custom and traditional practices that are harmful to progress child’s life. Available online at https://int-scientific-journals.com

Full text
Abstract:
In this paper, a fractional order PID controller is investigated for a position servomechanism control system considering actuator saturation and the shaft torsional flexibility. The Arduino microcontroller board is mainly used to control the 12V brushed Namiki DC motor. L298N dual H-bridge motor driver is applied to execute the pulse width modulation (PWM) signal and to drive the direction control. The implementation code is considered to generate the PWM output using PID (proportional, integral and derivative) tuning algorithms. According to the PID tuning method, errors are not only solved but also taken to its minimal value with very low amount of error oscillations. In this work, step input, sine input and potentiometer input are tested to analyze the system performance. The results were clearly seen, the controller output response curve is very well-matched to approach the desired position. But, it has a few errors when the orientation of changes angle because they are not fast to reach the desired position. Therefore, friction compensation according to the velocity effect is considered. After compensating the friction effect, the PID output results were very precise to get the desired angle. This stability performance using PID controller can be applied for robotic arm position control system and other industrial applications. Available online at https://int-scientific-journals.com

Abstract:
Different techniques have already contributed significantly to technological advances in a number of industries, including oil industry. Oil is any nonpolar chemical substance that is a viscous liquid at ambient temperatures. Oil drilling is a complex process that involves the drilling and pumping of oil from underground wells. There are some technologies for bringing oil to the earth surface. Oil drilling reaches usually a depth of 2 to 3 km. The drill heads containing a sophisticated sensor electronic, which is collecting data permanently during the drilling process. Due to the high friction temperatures up to 300°C may occur, only selected electronic components may resist for a few days. To measure the drill string vibrations shock- and-vibration sensors are used. Shock-and- vibration sensor is installed in measurement-while-drilling tools, logging-while drilling tools, and rotary steerable system. Technologies working behind oil well drilling are developing. Electronic devices are used for oil well drilling having some high temperature fault and it's questionable for sustainability in huge vibrations. There is another problem in PCB. Most of the PCB made of brittle ceramic materials. This PCB substrate can’t sustain huge vibration. As a result, efficiency is decreasing and losses are increasing of oil companies. There for this research proposed a unique sensor which can work in high temperature for few days and also can sustain huge vibration. Available online at https://int-scientific-journals.com

Abstract:
Reinforcements corrosion is the most important cause of premature failure on reinforced concrete structures. The variant parameter in this brands is the chemical composition of the cement Brands. The aim of this research was to establish the relationship between the cement Brand and the Critical penetration depth of rust and their role in the durability of the reinforced concrete structures. To achieve the desired objective three cement brands out of six brands manufactured; CemX, CemY and CemZ of ordinary Portland cement with compressive strength 42.5N/mm2 were sourced from a wholesaler for the study. The concrete batches were tested for consistency by the slump and compaction factor tests. For each brand of cement 9 cubes of 150mmx 150mm x 150mm for compression test, 9 cylinders of 150mm x 300mm for tensile strength and 9 cylinders of 150mm x 300mm for accelerated corrosion test were cast. After 24 hours the cast specimens were demoulded and immersed in curing tanks for 27 days. Specimens for compression and tensile test were tested at 7,14 and 28 days while the specimens for accelerated corrosion were immersed in a 3.5% industrial sodium chloride solution under 6V. The accelerated corrosion specimens were monitored for onset of cracks and stopped when the cracks were 0.1mm in width. From the results in the research, the different selected cement brands linearly correlate with the critical penetration depth of rust and the rate of corrosion for the evolution of 0.1mm crack width and this is attributed to their chemical composition. Available online at https://int-scientific-journals.com

Abstract:
Teachers' questions have been traditionally viewed as an important constituent of teacher talk in classroom context. And questioning pattern has received much attention ever since. To maximize learning, questions are used to provoke talks which are meant to stimulate learning both the content and the language. Teachers as initiators and sustainers of classroom talk must understand how they manage classroom in such ways that students have chances to speak. The study was aimed at discovering the kinds of questions that are difficult to respond and the strategies that the teacher uses in classroom talk practice. Observations were video-taped and interviews were conducted. The writer also distributed questionnaire to 66 students and a teacher participant. The study was qualitative descriptive in nature, in the form of case study design. The result of the study answered the two questions that the study posed: the questions that were difficult to respond and strategies the teacher participant used in the question -answer talk. The study presents a list of 20 questions considered difficult by the students. Other result showed strategies the teacher used during learning. Some strategies were absent, they were: encouraging students to direct questions to other students, being the devil’s advocate, changing the perspective, imagining and transforming the response in some way. These strategies were considered of higher-level skills that students need extra effort and thinking in responding. This study discovered that is important that teachers in the faculties of education should develop their critical thinking skills so that they can meet the expectations and needs of their profession. Moreover, these students ask questions to find alternatives, to think the reverse and to head for new ideas. The students in the higher score group experienced thinking processes more intensively than the lower score group. Available online at https://int-scientific-journals.com
