Junker, Rémi. "Déficience auditive et intégration socio-économique : Etude de cas." Paris 5, 1988. http://www.theses.fr/1988PA05H077.
Full textThis questionning of varied facts and opinions dealing with deaf young adults at work or seeking a position mainly relies on a monograph-survey including information collected from 4 different samples (i. E. 325 former students who left a special vocational school between 1967 and 1983, 137 firm managers, supervisory staff members and colleagues of these hearing impaired workers, 48 institutional actors -such as executives belonging to state commissions for disabled people or employment agencies, factory inspectors, labor unionists. . . -and 20 deaf or hearing officers of specific associations for sport, culture or education etc. ). The author raises a systematic apprehension of professional stories which particularly underlines the ways of entering and quitting a job, adapting to technical and relational working conditions and attempting to reach a promotion. These items are investigated from a multi-sided viewpoint. Extra statistical and legal data are concurrently provided whilst a large account of various previous research leads to diagnose a rather complex situation made of social representations added to obvious material contingencies. Emphasis is laid on a major need for achievement of further scientific consideration of the topic that may be run along several suggested approaches
Lurton, Guillaume. "Le Choeur partagé : le chant choral en France, intégration socio-économique d'un monde de l'art moyen." Paris, Institut d'études politiques, 2011. http://www.theses.fr/2011IEPP0037.
Full textThis dissertation describes the development of choir singing in France since the 1940’s. Collective vocal practices are studied here as an “art world”, as defined by Howard Becker. This work analyses the networks of interactions involved in the production of choir works. It is based on both qualitative data and statistical analysis of quantitative surveys. It mobilises both sociology of culture and economic sociology perspectives, to explain the dynamics of this art world. This dissertation focuses successively on four questions to analyse the world of choral music. Choir singing is first considered with regard of the symbolic hierarchies that structure artistic worlds. Choir music results from the fusion of highbrow and lowbrow musical repertoires. To that extent, it can be described as a “middle brow art”. The question of artistic cooperation is hen considered. The specificity of the choral world lies in the fact that its unity does not depend on a unique system of conventions, but on the definition of local equilibriums within choirs. A third part is devoted to the economy of amateur choir singing. This dissertation proposes a typology of economic forms. This theoretical frame is a tool which can be used to organize the diversity of an economy which does not relies exclusively on market forms nor on monetary exchanges. The last part of the dissertation is devoted to professionalization processes which transformed the production of choral works during the 1980’s
Full textSociological analysis of trajectories and socio économic integration of young people in Malia : example of APEJ Integration in the professionnal world has become an expanding issue these last years in particularly in Mali, as in other developing nations, where integration can turn into the longest journey. In Mali, this issue concerns first of all the youth, which is the most vulnerable social group. Our research targets the young adults and aims to understand their integration process. We have been investigation mostly with youngsters supported by the « APEJ » which stands for « Agence pour la promotion de l'emploi des jeunes » (agency for the promotion of youth employement), a widespread agency in Mali. Our research involves analysing their integration process to identify potential challenges. To conduct this research, we hypothesized that the challenges that these people come across in their integration process are due to an inadequacy between their training and job requirements on the one hand, and low awareness the culture of entrepreneurship on the other hand. As regards to methods, we have referred to authors who have studied integration and youth, and also reports and statistics. To collect data, we have used both qualitative and quantitative methods with semi-structured interviews and a survey of 460 people. As a result, we have identified 5 different types of social and economical integration process which are: internship-unemployement, internish-employement, contests and examinations, training course – business creation, social network – employement. These different integration processes show the challenges young people have to face: problems due to the quality of education (with inadequacy between these young people experiences and requierments in the worksplace), problems linked to their training profiles and the issue of reconversion, lack of funding and fund management. Lastly, to adress these issues, we suggest to promote training of young people and reinforcement of their squills as an integration strategy, and to promote entrepreneurship as an alternative to integration

Full textWhat have been the mechanisms of integration, economic, political, cultural and ideological, of the Greek peasantry to the overall society (national and international) over the past thirty years? Is it possible to identify what is at stake in the intensive changing which the peasant in undergoing? Is it possible to seize the contradictions inherent to the process of adaptation, and understand their "functionality" in maintaining the existing social structures? Is there subsequent impact on Greek society overall? These are the principal questions which are addressed in this work which is based on a synthesis of documental and local or localized empirical research over a long period of time, which the author undertook in rural Greece

Full textThe history of influential french and c. E. E. Facing social political economic and cultural policy, for the development and growth in sub-saharian central africa, of the great changes moment political economic, monetary, as well in industrialized countries as is the states of central and sub-saharian africa ; induces us to start on an theorycal and pratical analysis investigation wich leads us towards cameroons this research will try and uncover the actual development among the fallacious informations of a simple political economic growth in the sub-saharian context, considering the world wide crisis, and the fact that the state of cameroons has only bean independent for about thirty years. The investigation is essentially based upon a pluridisciplinary study of that central and sub-saharian africa state. A scientific study does effectively imply a concrete social and historical reality, as is shown in marx's capital, in respect of keeping a rigor in our lecture, that the "althusserians" would qualify as "symtomal", yet, gramsci's works show its consistence as well as its strougth in a policy of mobilization of all popular efforts, for an actual development, excluding any "knout" as auther (staline)

Full textOne of the major consequences of the collapse of the communist bloc is the emigration of several million people from the former Soviet Union. Israel, with a favourable migration policy for Jewish descendants and their families, welcomes nearly one million of them. Fleeing economic stagnation, ethnic conflicts and anti-Semitism, these immigrants arrive in Israel en masse in a relatively short period of time provoking a "demographic shock". More than twenty years after the beginning of the arrival of these immigrants, this thesis provides an analysis of their integration and a critical study of the choices made by the Israeli leadership that reflect the political, economic and socio-cultural upheavals. Whether at the national or international level, the effects of such a migratory wave continues to be felt fundamentally changing the country and its relationship with other nations and its role in world politics
Benama, Youssef. "Formalisation de la démarche de conception d'un système de production mobile : intégration des concepts de mobilité et de reconfigurabilité." Thesis, Bordeaux, 2016. http://www.theses.fr/2016BORD0001/document.
Full textIn this thesis we analyse how the concept of mobility can be taken into account in the analysis and design of production systems. Our contribution aims to formalize the analysis and design process, explaining the decisions, the necessary information and decision criteria to be taken into account. For this purpose, two levels of analysis were distinguished: a local level concerning one production site and a global level including a set of sites. The first level considers one production site. At this level we have proposed an approach that takes into account the characteristics of the production site. In our context, the choice of the geographical location of production is imposed by the final client. Therefore, the design of the production system should be adapted to this constraint. From a design perspective, four questions are addressed: (1) To what extent the concept of mobility can be integrated into a mobile production system design approach? (2) What characteristics of the production environment must be taken into account? (3) How to determine what to produce on site or that it would be appropriate to outsource? And (4) taking into account all obtained information what is the best configuration of the mobile production system to consider and according towhich criteria? The answer to these questions led to the proposal of a configuration of SPM suitable for a single production site. The second Level of analysis addresses the problem of global mobility. In order to be profitable, the production system must be used on several production locations. every change of production location led to a need of reconfiguration of the Production System. Reconfigurability Concerns the internal architecture of the system (machine selection, recruitment News local teams, etc.) as well as the organization of the SPM supply chain. Fot this global level, we propose two analytical models: (1) the first model for the analysis of internal reconfigurability. This analysis model is used to adapt the number of production lines and the number of teams according to a production scenario (Geographical locations, necessary capacity per site). The originality of our proposal consists on the assessment of costs to support reconfiguration and the appreciation the convenience level with the context of the production site by using the mobility indicator. (2) Second model to analyse Concerns reconfigurability of the upstream supply chain of PMS. It Consists in June adaptation of the model using the decision "to do ou do" by integrating A side of the importance of the production site and another side Specifics Each of the production site. The proposed approach is illustrated on an industrial case concerning the design of a mobile manufacturing plant used to produce in-site and Install components of solar plant
Merry, Adrienne. "Socio-cultural aspects of functional regionalization in the cross-border area between Montenegro, Albania, Kosovo, Macedonia and Serbia (SCAFRB)." Thesis, Lille, 2018. http://www.theses.fr/2018LIL1A025.
Full textNew social-economic macro-regionalization in the Central Balkans, leading to accelerating the pace of economic growth in the monitored area, is both necessary and possible. From a review of the literature it is clear that in the view of most western democracies the Central Balkans still remains the most unstable region in the western world. Functional regionalization of the Balkans is a developmental enigma for the Balkans as well as for Europe. Secondly, for Europe, the challenge is to form a functioning community originally in an area composed of a number of different national communities that have recently been in the most harmful national conflict. The challenge of local government community is how best to construct a viable transition from a dysfunctional socio-cultural community to an integrated functional global socio-cultural system. The study analyses the strengths and weaknesses of a particular Balkan area, the Shaar Mountains area, and the possibilities to set up trans-borders cooperation between several cities in order to enhance socio-economic development. Several projects the author has participated to are presented. The stakes are high, and the challenges still uncertain

Full textThe job of CEO is rich and complex and the "number one" change, poorly understood, may have an impact on the socio-economic performance, strategy, policy and the organization of the company. Facilitate the arrival of new manager is an important issue for the survival and development of the organization, as well as its organizational socialization remains little studied. The first part explains the conceptual and methodological research, and presents lots of experiments of our assumptions and our tools. We use interviews with executives to define the business leadership and highlight the specifics CEO’s roles and skills. The specific relationship between the leader and its Governance is also studied. Its specific needs of organizational socialization are then demonstrated, particularly in relation to a buyer company and a "classic" employee. In the second part, the concept of organizational socialization is suitable for demanding and unique leader, through the concept of CEO’s Organizational Socialization. This model meets the needs of leader’s socialization, especially during integration, organizational socialization’s milestone. It consists of three types of recoveries: politico-strategic, organizational and managerial. The quality of these recoveries led to the quality of leader’s integration, reclassified strategic integration because of its strategic challenges. An analytical framework is proposed to allow both the new leader to better understand the organization that will lead, but also its own needs through organizational socialization variables and factors that compose it
