Abstract:
During the development of microprocessors, Gordon Moore, one of the founders of Intel Corporation, predicted that the number of transistors in a microprocessor chip would eventually double. This empirical law is given by a simple power (exponential) expression. Refinement of Moore’s law at first glance may seem like a technical problem. But this is not at all the case, he describes the social aspects of the development of microelectronics, and not purely technical laws. Therefore, the assessment of Moore’s law is of great interest to sociologists, economists and people interested in the history and development trends of modern information technologies. In the article, for the first time, effective application programs were developed in the environment of the computer mathematics system Mathcad to describe the phenomenon of the development of information technology using Moore’s law. In order to determine how true this law is, we used data that gives an idea of the growth dynamics of the number of transistors (in thousands) on an Intel microprocessor chip since the introduction of the first 4004 microprocessor in 1971. The data covers three decades of development of Intel Corporation processors . These data were processed by non-linear regression and spline interpolation methods. Based on these treatments, a comprehensive analysis of how correct Moore’s law is is made. The system of differential equations describing the dynamics of data changes is solved and graphically displayed in the environment of the Mathcad computer mathematics system under appropriate boundary conditions. The developed application programs can be widely used in engineering, scientific and technical calculations.

Abstract:
This scientific work delves into the remarkable surge of international trade in high-tech products observed globally over the past decade. Emphasizing their pivotal role in European Commission policies, particularly in environmental and climate-related discussions concerning our digital future and economic stability, the study provides key insights from Eurostat's analysis of extra-EU high-tech product trade. Noteworthy points include a steady 4.9% average annual increase in total trade outside the EU from 2011 to 2021, with high-tech products' share in total trade growing from 14.7% to 18.1% over the same period. China emerges as the principal partner for imports into the EU, while the United States takes the lead in exports from the EU. Eurostat's data further reveals a substantial rise in total extra-EU trade (imports + exports) in high-tech products, surging from €482 billion EUR to €777 billion EUR between 2011 and 2021, indicating an average annual growth rate of 4.9%. Imports escalated from €248 billion to €392 billion, experiencing an average annual growth rate of 4.7%, whereas exports showed slightly stronger growth, increasing from €234 billion to €385 billion, with an average annual growth rate of 5.1%. This led to a reduction in the European Union's trade deficit, plummeting from €14 billion EUR to €7 billion EUR. Additionally, the study examines the IT industry in Romania, characterized by steady and sustainable growth according to the Employers' Association of the Software and Services Industry (ANIS). The industry's value soared from 4.6 billion euros in 2015 to over 9 billion euros in 2022, signifying a substantial impact on the country's gross domestic product (GDP), reaching 7%. Bucharest holds the largest market share at 60%, followed by Cluj at 18%. To provide comprehensive insights into the Romanian microprocessor market, the study employed an online questionnaire from December 3, 2022, to January 3, 2023. Participants were invited to respond to 22 questions, 16 of which were closed-ended, while 6 were open-ended. The questionnaire primarily focuses on gathering objective data related to the microprocessor market in Romania, particularly from the perspectives of industry leaders INTEL and AMD. Following the administration of the aforementioned questionnaire, a total of 485 responses were gathered from individuals aged between 18 and 70 years old. The aggregation of the received responses yielded valuable information on various aspects including gender distribution, age demographics, professional fields, budget allocation for processors, annual spending on IT components, and preferences for processor manufacturers, among others. These insights provide a comprehensive overview of the Romanian microprocessor market, offering crucial data for companies operating in this industry to make informed decisions and develop effective strategies.

We agree with Aguinis and Glavas's (2013) conceptualization of embedded versus peripheral corporate social responsibility (CSR). Our concern is whether GE, Intel, and IBM are the best examples of companies with embedded CSR. We propose a more systematic identification of companies with embedded company-wide CSR. A source of exemplars may be aided in drawing upon companies that meet the criteria of “B Corps” or organize as “Benefit Corporations.” Patagonia and New Belgium Brewing Company are provided as examples of “B Corp” companies that utilize core competencies to create company-wide embedded CSR.

Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to have simulation software capable of processing interrupt instruction and I/O operation that in the future it can contribute in developing a kernel. Interrupt and I/O operation are necessary in the development of the kernel system. Kernel is a medium for hardware and software to communicate. However, Not many application software which helps the learner to understand interrupt process. In managing the hardware, there are times when some kind of condition exist in the system that needs attention of processor or in this case kernel which managing the hardware. In response to that condition, the system will issue an interrupt request to sort that condition. As the I/O operation is needed since a computer system not just consists of CPU and memory only but also other device such as I/O device. This paper elaborates the application software for learning Interrupt application. With interrupt instruction and I/O operation in the simulation program, the program will be more represent the process happened in the real life computer. In this case, the program is able to run the interrupt instruction, I/O operation and other changes are running as expected. Refers to its main purpose, perhaps this simulation can lead to developing the kernel in operating system. From the results of instruction’s testing above, has a result that shows that 90% of instructions are run properly. In executing instructions, simulation program still has a bug following after the execution of Jump and conditional Jump.

This week’s issue on the 75th anniversary of the transistor describes a triumph of both basic and applied science. What started out as studies on the fundamental physics of silicon led to the device that makes it possible to read this article online. The coinventor of the transistor, William Shockley, who along with John Bardeen and Walter Brattain won the 1956 Nobel Prize in Physics, is correctly recognized as a primary architect of the computer age. Gordon Moore (cofounder of Intel Corporation) famously said that Shockley put the silicon in “Silicon Valley.” Appallingly, Shockley devoted the latter part of his life to promoting racist views, arguing that higher IQs among Blacks were correlated with higher extents of Caucasian ancestry, and advocating for voluntary sterilization of Black women. At the time, Science did not condemn Shockley for what he was: a charlatan who used his scientific credentials to advance racist ideology.

Abstract:
The semiconductor industry is the backbone of the information technology sector. It is a strategic, fundamental, and leading sector that supports economic and social development and ensures national security, and its technical level and development scale have become one of the key indicators of a nation's overall national strength and industrial competitiveness. In 2019 Chinese mainland semiconductor equipment sales will be 13.45 billion US dollars. It is crucial to evaluate the stock in the semiconductor industry, which would help the investor to investment. This paper primarily offers a thorough examination of the semiconductor business from a data perspective. The article selected AMD and QCOM.AMD and intel corporation to analyze the investment value based on profit analysis, market analysis, and risk analysis. Based on a variety of analysis frameworks, the article determines that QCOM is the most strongly advised investment. Nonetheless, QCOM's unusual data still implies that there is a significant risk involved in investing in QCOM. Investors may make enormous profits from it as well.

Abstract:
Abstract Several approaches have produced an effective vaccine against severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). However, the influence of immunity against other vaccinations on the durability and efficacy of the immune response against SARS-CoV-2 is still unknown in settings where vaccines against other viruses need to be administered simultaneously. This will be an important factor in developing multivalent vaccines against seasonal viruses. We have developed a hybrid vaccine for SARS-CoV-2 and influenza viruses using influenza virus-like particles (VLP) incorporated with glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored Spike RBD of SARS-CoV-2 fused to GM-CSF as an adjuvant. GPI-anchored fusion protein of GM-CSF and the SARS-CoV-2 S1 RBD was expressed in CHO-S cells, purified by immunoaffinity chromatography and incorporated onto influenza VLPs by protein transfer to make a hybrid VLP vaccine. The efficacy of the hybrid VLP vaccine was tested against both SARS-CoV-2 and influenza A/PR8 viruses in a mouse model. Our results show that the hybrid vaccine induced a strong antibody response and protected the mice from both influenza virus and mouse-adapted SARS-CoV-2 challenges, with vaccinated mice having less body weight loss and significantly lower lung viral titers compared to control mice. These results suggest that the hybrid vaccine is a promising candidate for preventing influenza A and SARS-CoV-2 infections. Abstract:
Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to portray an example of how organizations can harness their employees’ insight. The procedure described here can complement traditional methods such as interviews, open forums, round tables and employee surveys, and can assist HR managers to acquire a unique look inside the company. Design/methodology/approach – The described procedure was facilitated at Intel Corporation and was about The Future of Work. 145 Intel employees took part in an online crowd-deliberation with a methodology called Real-Time Imen-Delphi (RTID). The methodology guided them to initiate 689 questions that were then organized into 258 mission statements, which were rated by importance, priority and feasibility. Findings – A main theme was identified to represent the collective notion with regards to The Future of Work. The participants leaned toward the fractal model for a preferred work environment. This model includes employees who will no longer have a single job description, but rather repeatedly sign up for tasks and projects based on their interests, capabilities, availability, aspirations and future beliefs regarding the path their organization needs to take in manufacturing, research and development. Practical implications – The result provides an example of how organizations can harness their employees’ wisdom to bring to the table cutting-edge ideas, debate their relevancy to the organization, agree collectively on their vision and generate applicable ideas toward realizing their preferred future. Originality/value – As social media tools evolve and become a central part in organizations, they will seek to involve employees in effective conversations and in decision-making processes. RTID is a solid way with which they can do this.

Abstract:
We introduce a new notion of transitive relative return rate and present its applications based on the stochastic differential equations. First, we define the notion of a relative return rate and show how to construct the transitive relative return rate (TRRR) on it. Then, we state some propositions and theorems about relative return rate and TRRR and prove them. Moreover, we exhibit the theoretical framework of the generalization of TRRR for 3 n ? cases and prove it, as well. Furthermore, we illustrate our approach with real data applications of daily relative return rates for Borsa Istanbul-30 (BIST-30) and Intel Corporation indexes with respect to daily interest rate of Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey between June 18, 2003 and June 17, 2013. For this purpose, we perform simulations via Milstein method. We succeed to present usefulness of the relative return rate for the relevant real large data set using the numerical solution of the stochastic differential equations. The simulation results show that the proposed closely approximates the real data

Abstract:
Rapid urbanization has brought about an influx of people to cities, tipping the scale between urban and rural living. Population predictions estimate that 64% of the global population will reside in cities by 2050. To meet the growing resource needs, improve management, reduce complexities, and eliminate unnecessary costs while enhancing the quality of life of citizens, cities are increasingly exploring open innovation frameworks and smart city initiatives that target priority areas including transportation, sustainability, and security. The size and heterogeneity of urban centers impede progress of technological innovations for smart cities. We propose a Smart Stadium as a living laboratory to balance both size and heterogeneity so that smart city solutions and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies may be deployed and tested within an environment small enough to practically trial but large and diverse enough to evaluate scalability and efficacy. The Smart Stadium for Smart Living initiative brings together multiple institutions and partners including Arizona State University (ASU), Dublin City University (DCU), Intel Corporation, and Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA), to turn ASU’s Sun Devil Stadium and Ireland’s Croke Park Stadium into twinned smart stadia to investigate IoT and smart city technologies and applications.

Abstract:
The growth of the information and communication technology sector has vastly accelerated in recent decades because of advancements in digitalization and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Scope 1, 2, and 3 greenhouse gas emissions data of the top six semiconductor manufacturing companies (Samsung Electronics, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation, Micron, SK Hynix, Kioxia, and Intel) were gathered from the publicly accessible Carbon Disclosure Project’s (CDP) website for 2020. Scope 3 emissions had the largest share in total annual emissions with an average share of 52%, followed by Scope 2 (32%) and Scope 1 (16%). Because of the absence of a standardized methodology for Scope 3 emissions estimation, each company used different methodologies that resulted in differences in emissions values. An analysis of the CDP reporting data did not reveal information on strategies implemented by companies to reduce Scope 3 emissions. The use of renewable energy certificates had the largest effect on decarbonization centered on reducing Scope 2 emissions, followed by the deployment of perfluorocarbon reduction technologies to help reduce Scope 1 fugitive emissions. Technology-specific marginal abatement costs of CO2 were also estimated and varied between −416 and 12,215 USD/t CO2 eq., which primarily varied depending on the technology deployed.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is a computer system used to model human cognitive functions, intelligence, and behaviour. Components include both, a virtual and a physical aspect. Virtual aspects of AI include algorithms and neural networks instilled within the system to execute its assignments. Physical components include the entity in conjunction with a code. 1 AI is currently being developed by Nvidia Corporation, Alphabet, Twilio, Amazon, Micron Technology, Microsoft Corp., Baidu, Intel Corp., Facebook, and Tencent. 2 Expanding AI into the health care system can be beneficial for preventative care, patient safety, and reducing treatment costs for families. AI has proven to be useful in machine learning, thus, it can be programmed to complete specific tasks. By performing tasks such as data interpretation, the amount of time that it takes for a physician to consult patients regarding their results will be reduced. In addition, AI is capable of analyzing medical images to identify tumours and it has previously been used in various other branches of medicine such as neurology and cardiology. Overall, AI has great potential to improve the health care industry in North America and worldwide. However, potential violations while utilizing personal patient data must be addressed whilst modifying this technology.

Abstract:
This paper studies the semiconductor industry from three perspectives: historical, entrepreneurial and supply chain management. After a brief introduction, the paper begins by tracing the history and evolution of the semiconductor industry including the two seminal enterprises: Shockley Semiconductor Laboratory and Fairchild Semiconductor. Starting from the invention of the transfer resistor (transistor) by three Nobel laureates (John Bardeen, Walter Houser Brattain and William Shockley) and the founding of the "most successful failure" in Silicon Valley, Shockley Semiconductor Laboratory and the Fairchild Eight, the paper discusses some earliest entrepreneurial attempts in the industry and how these attempts influenced over seventy semiconductor companies in Silicon Valley, including Intel Corporation, National Semiconductor and Advanced Micro Devices. The paper then examines the industry's developing business models, from the vertically integrated model to the integrated device manufacturing model to the development of the foundry model. Finally, the paper looks at the industry's growing trend of globalization together with its outsourcing/off-shoring and supply chain management developments. The authors believe that such a multi-disciplinary approach to study an industry provides valuable insights into the evolution and development of an entire industry and the approach can be generalized to study other industries to enhance understanding at the industry level.

Abstract:
Relevance. The article discusses the structural and substantive aspects of state-owned corporations from the perspective of internal and external environment. The role of state-owned corporations in the Russian economy is growing more and more, individual industries are almost completely functioning on the basis of state-owned corporations, which makes a strategic analysis of such economic actors an urgent problem. The article provides a strategic analysis of the activities of state-owned corporations based on the value chain management methodology. Analysis of the external and internal environment of a state corporation allows us to conclude that despite the fact that economic actors that are legally dependent on a state-owned corporation operate on the basis of market principles, the state corporation itself, as a non-profit organization, performs the functions of the state to institutionalize relations between individual economic actors. The purpose of the study is to demonstrate the institutionalizing role of state-owned corporations in relation to individual sectors of the economy. The objectives of the research are to identify trends in the development of state-owned corporations in modern Russia as agents of the state in embedding and coordinating links between economic actors in the strategic sectors of the Russian economy, as well as developing a model for the value chain of a state-owned corporation. The results of the research. Using the methodology of institutional and strategic analyses, the specific functions of state-owned corporations in coordinating inter-firm, intra-industry and inter-industry relations of economic actors in the strategic sectors of the Russian economy under the control of state-owned corporations have been identified. Despite criticism of the mechanism of manual administration of the economy, the article shows the need to establish links between economic actors by administrative methods and the establishment of legal control.

Abstract:
In the corporative realm of the organization of firms, endemic to modern capitalist economy, a common allegation is that “limited liability”, State historically allowed for political or fiscal reasons, would (though asymmetrically) incite stockholders and managers to overconfidence in their characteristic profit-driven endeavours. It is asserted that the corporative judicial-legal shield absorbs risks and unleashes moral hazard, eroding the genuine market capitalism (gambling, greed, monopolism, wickedness). In this article, we will re-examine the moral hazard around modern corporation, starting from an “institutionally neutral” analysis of the interpersonal asymmetry of knowledge, and shifting over to the domain of “comparative inter-institutional” judgements, opposing two counterfactual mutually exclusive frameworks: the one respecting naturally defined private property rights and the other one hampering them through State-made regulatory interventions. We will add more precision to an old classical debate upon the “illiberalism of corporations”, arguing that, along with the factors fuelling the modern boom-bust business cycles by means of easy money and credit, guilty as well for instability in the global markets is some sort of “over-limited responsibility” of corporations (for instance, in finance and banking industry), granted with those “too big to fail” privileges, invoking their “systemic importance” in terms of resource allocation or employment dynamic.

Microsoft Windows 98 (© Microsoft Corporation, USA).

Abstract:
The paper is about domestic laws’ response to the greater need of publicly listed corporation to be accountable to the public in accordance with international law. The paper is dedicated to the transparency of multinational corporations listed and incorporated in Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States and Switzerland. Under these applicable laws, transparency of publicly listed corporations has significantly changed in the last decade. Some countries oblige corporations to disclose non-financial and financial information immediately; others merely require periodic reporting of financial information. In particular, the connection between Impact Investor, an investor that invests based on social or environmental criteria in addition to the financial performance, and the investment target, publicly listed corporations contributed to some change. The applicable law provides a minimum standard of transparency. This minimum standard defines how the reasonable investor invests in the publicly listed corporation. Depending on this standard, the responsibility owed by the publicly listed corporation extends from the shareholder, several stakeholders to the public. Reasons for these differences lie in the greater accountability of publicly listed corporations from shareholders, to stakeholders or even the public. The OECD’s different standard on Corporate Governance, the Ruggie principles and other recommendations of non-governmental organisations (NGO) keep shaping the accountability under the applicable law. These standards provide guidance to corporations to voluntarily implement greater responsibilities beyond the minimum standard in the form of Corporate Governance. However, once publicly listed corporations implement these standards, the applicable law seem to not adequately impose duties on publicly listed corporations to disclose the information under its self-imposed standard to stakeholders or even the public. The paper researches the problem of transparency of publicly listed corporations in European Union, in particular Germany and the United Kingdom, as well as the United States and Switzerland wither regard to impact investors. Its hypotheses is that the applicable law lacks clear wording that transfers voluntary standards into binding law. The paper will not focus on obligations of corporation established under contracts with groups of shareholders. It will also not focus on stock market programmes to audit corporations based on environmental and social criteria. The paper excludes inter partes obligations because they give the contracting party merely a right to rely on the disclosure. The paper will also not look at methods for evaluation of non-financial information with regard to publicly listed corporations.

It is one of the hypotheses here that the more integrated corporatist type of networks achieves better results of the inter-organizational activities. It is asserted that a more integrative network goes with the societal type of corporatism. It is asserted that so-called societal corporatism nourishes a more integrated network of organizations while so-called state corporatism is associated with less integrated or loosely connected organizations.

Abstract:
Like many other American corporations, Intel was outcompeted in manufacturing by Japanese firms in the late 1970s and the first half of the 1980s. By 1985, it became clear that the corporation's weakness in production endangered its long-term survival. Responding to the Japanese challenge, Intel's upper management instigated a fundamental reform of manufacturing. At their behest, production engineers and managers adopted Japanese manufacturing technologies and operating procedures. They put microchip fabrication on a scientific footing. They developed new ways of transferring processes from development to production and standardized the firm's factories. This major transformation enabled Intel to reach manufacturing parity with Japanese chipmakers by the early 1990s.

In today’s scenario of ‘hyper competition’, global corporations face many other MNCs (more and more frequently based in the US, China, South Korea, Taiwan and Europe). In oversize economy, global companies move to adopt closed innovation policies. In particular, the circular economy suggests that sustainable outputs can be achieved without loss of revenue or extra costs for global manufacturers. The transformation from MNCs to global networks has led towards vertical specialization and highly diversified patterns of collaboration through inter-firm and intra-firm transactions coordinated by global corporations. As we can see from the experience of the greatest global corporations (e.g., Mitsubishi Corporation), the biggest global companies see the circular economy as a specific tool to compete, in the context of a network vision (competitive circular economy management).

Abstract:
This article identifies two dimensions which distinguish corporatism, especially as defined by Philippe Schmitter, from pluralism. Noting that most discussions of corporatism have emphasized one dimension and neglected the second, the article seeks to determine, empirically, whether the two dimensions are as closely associated as the concept suggests. The finding, for the cases studied, is that they are inversely rather than positively correlated. The search for an explanation of why this might be the case leads to two conclusions. First, that the management of labour-capital conflict in advanced capitalist countries has relied less on inter-group and group–state interaction than corporatist theory would suggest. Second, that Schmitter's conceptualization of corporatism is seriously flawed and that other corporatist writers avoid these flaws only at the cost of drastically reducing the concept's distinctiveness from pluralism.

Abstract:
Abstract. The scientific article is devoted to the development of a methodology for assessing the financial stability of financial corporations using the technology of cascading approach to identify weak areas in their activities and prevent the development of threats to their stable operation. The root causes of their financial instability are selected as the object of financial corporations’ financial stability assessment, and a chain of causal relationships is considered that turn the preconditions into real threats to financial stability or even signs of the corporation’s financial fragility. At the same time, the source of prerequisites for the financial stability of financial corporations in the state and depth of imbalances, which are formed both in the internal and external environment of their operation. It is proved that the tools for assessing internal imbalances in the activities of financial corporations should not be limited to financial imbalances, as their root causes can be concentrated in the organizational, managerial, institutional, conceptual component, in the field of personnel, information, technical support. Therefore, the structuring of imbalances in the activities of financial corporations is proposed to be carried out according to the theory of economic potentials and to identify the following content areas: opportunities, resources, tools, and abilities, the interaction of which forms the potential of financial corporations to operate. A three-stage method for assessing the financial stability of financial corporations has been developed, using a cascading approach, which involves the consistent diagnosis of internal imbalances in the activities of financial corporations: 1) those that arise within each component (resources, means, and capabilities) and are the area of origin of internal threats to their financial stability; 2) imbalances that arise through inter-component interaction (resources-means; abilities-means; resources-abilities) and are the sphere of manifestations of imbalances; 3) those that arise through interaction with the external environment and maximally show the impact of their condition and depth on the level of financial stability. For each of these areas, a set of indicators has been developed and an algorithm for calculating the integrated index of financial stability of a financial corporation has been constructed. The scientific and methodological approach was tested on the example of systemically important banks of Ukraine during 2017—2020, each of which is currently in a continuum of financial stability, and for most banks, there is a growing trend of quantitative measurement of its level. In general, the paper reveals a comprehensive approach to assessing the financial stability of financial corporations, which allows you to systematize those key positions in which the imbalance increases the likelihood of their financial fragility and financial instability. Abstract:
High levels of trust and shared vision contribute to collaborative behaviour among units belonging to the same corporation. We examined the relationship of language fluency and socialization mechanisms to inter-unit shared vision and trustworthiness, using a sample of 310 inter-unit relationships involving subsidiaries of multinational corporations located in China and Finland. Results show that language fluency related significantly to shared vision and perceived trustworthiness in both the Chinese and Finnish subsidiaries. We also found socialization mechanisms to have a positive relationship to shared vision in the Chinese but not the Finnish sample, and no significant relationship to perceived trustworthiness in either sample. The interaction effects of language fluency and socialization mechanisms produced different results in the Chinese and Finnish samples. The study confirmed the importance of language fluency for inter-unit relationships and offered several suggestions for future research.

Abstract:
Abstract Although the normative ideal of multiculturalism is the accommodation of communal differences, Singaporean multiculturalism is instead integral to a corporatist form of governance. This article argues that an emerging Singaporean-ness antithetical to the necessary inter-communal divisions required for corporatism poses a strong challenge to the manner in which the city-state is governed.

Abstract:
Ferroelectric field-effect transistors (FEFETs) are receiving significant attention from the microelectronics community for next-generation memory technologies, especially as embedded non-volatile elements for data-centric applications. The main attractive features of FEFETs are that write energy and speed of FEFETs are within an order of magnitude of respective metrics for SRAMs (FEFET ~1 fJ and 1-10 ns vs. SRAM: <1 fJ and <1 ns), all the while requiring a significantly smaller cell size (FEFET 50-60F2 vs. SRAM 120-150F2) and close-to-zero standby leakage power – provided that FEFETs are integrated at the same advanced technology nodes as SRAMs [1]. In this talk, we will discuss the potential path for FEFET toward fulfilling this vision, by addressing the outstanding technological challenges: ultra-fast read-after write, reliability, voltage scaling and variation. To that end, our recent exposition on the trap and reliability physics of FEFETs will highlighted. We will highlight, based on newly developed experimental schemes, how the simultaneous capture and emission of electrons and holes in write cycles occur at the interface and the grain boundaries in the time domain, where in the band-diagram, these traps (acceptors and donors) are located and how exactly they result in the degradation of the read speed and reliability with continued write cycling. Based on these insights, we move on show how engineering the interfacial layer and the ferroelectric grain structure can enable ultra-fast read-after write and write voltage and dramatic improvements in reliability and variation, towards achieving a high-density, ultra-high speed memory technology.
