Abstrak Peningkatan kecerdasan spiritual warga binaan Kristen lembaga pemasyarakatan(Lapas)Kelas IIA SalembaJakarta Pusat adalah sangat penting karena pemahaman mereka akan nilai-nilai Kristensangat kurang. Rendahnya kecerdasan spiritual telah melemahkan mental dan jiwa mereka sehingga mereka mudah jatuhke dalam perbuatan jahat. Kecerdasan spiritual yang rendah telahmenyebabkan mereka mengalami kesulitan dalam mengatasi masalah-masalah kehidupan baik ketikamereka menjalani hukuman maupunsetelah mereka keluar dari Lapas. Kegiatan PkM ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah para warga binaanKristen, denganmeningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual mereka. Untuk itu,Tim PkM telah melakukan penyuluhanmelalui Kursus Alkitab secara intensif setiap hari Rabu dan Kamis selama 6 bulan, khususnya menyangkut kepercayaanKristenyang paling utama. Kegiatan ini telah diikuti oleh 60 (enam puluh) warga binaan Kristen. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah sebanyak 23(dua puluh) warga binaan dapat ditamatkandan mereka menyatakan siap untuk terlibat aktif dalam berbagai pelayanan Kristen. Kata kunci: Kecerdasan spiritual Abstract The increase ofspiritual intelligence for the Christian prisoners at the Prison Class IIA Salemba Central Jakarta is very important because they lack understanding of Christian values. Low spiritual intelligence has weakened their mental and soul so that they fall into evil deedseasily. Italso has caused them to experience difficulties in overcomingproblems both when they are still in the prison and after they leave the prison. This programseeks to help to overcome theirproblemsby increasing their spiritual intelligence. The community service team has taught the Christian fundamental beliefs to them and has trained them to have skills for doing Christian ministries. The spiritual intellegence hasincreased through intensive Bible Course heldevery Wednesday and Thursday for 6 months.There were60 (sixty) partisipants, but at the end of Course, as the result, there were 23 (twentythree) graduates that are ready to involvein various Christian ministries. Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of emotional intelligence and self-efficacy on organizational culture and its impact on teachers performance. The research method in this study is a quantitative method that used type of expansive research. The population in this study was honorer teachers or KKI of 7 Public Senior High Schools in Pesanggrahan and Kebayoran Lama sub-districts totaly 54 people. The sample determination method in the study uses non-probability sampling with sample determination using the entire population. The data analysis method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression using the help of statistical product for service solution (SPSS) program version 25. Previously, instrument validity testing was conducted using Pearson Product Moment Correlation and reliability test was conducted. The results showed that emotional intellegence and self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on the organization's culture and teacher performance.

Abstract:
Abstract: The researcher is intended to reveal (1) the implementation of the service, guidance, and control of student management in enhancing students’ achievement and (2) the development of students’ achievement based on students’ preference at State Islamic Senior Highschool (MAN) of Pacitan. This research is qualitative research which takes the setting at State Islamic Senior Highschool (MAN) of Pacitan. This research employed descriptive qualitative research design. The data collection techniques of the study were observation, in-depth interview, and documentation. The results of the study showed that (1) student management in enhancing students’ achievement at State Islamic Senior Highschool (MAN) of Pacitan involves three aspects, namely, service, guidance, and control with various learning activities which try to develop students’ potential, talent and interest in term of academic and non-academic competency in order to enhance students’ achievement, (2) the development of students’ achievement based on students’ preference at State Islamic Senior Highschool (MAN) of Pacitan is developed through multiple intelligence. The students, who have high intelligence and interested more in subject matter or academic competence, are facilitated with some activities like discussion, subject matter group, review of SKL and tutoring. Furthermore, the students, who possess high intelligence and interested more in non-academic competence, are facilitated with various outdoor activities, such as extracurricular like scouting, muhadhoroh, MTQ, PMR, UKS, Risma, theater, journalistic, KIR, music, calligraphy and sport.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang pelayanan, pembinaan dan pengawasan manajemen peserta didik dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa di MAN Pacitan? Serta megetahui pengembangan prestasi siswa berbasis preferensi peserta didik di MAN Pacitan. Penelitian ini merupakan bentuk pendekatan kualitatif dengan setting di MAN Pacitan yang menghasilkan data deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa (1) manajemen peserta didik dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa di MAN Pacitan mencangkup tiga aspek yakni pelayanan, pembinaan dan pengawasan dengan berbagai kegiatan di dalamnya yang berupaya mengembangkan potensi, bakat dan minat peserta didik dari segi akademis dan non akademis dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan prestasi siswa. (2) Pengembangan prestasi siswa berbasis preferensi peserta didik di MAN Pacitan dikembangkan melalui multiple intellegence, peserta didik yang memiliki kecerdasan dan kegemaran lebih dalam hal mata pelajaran atau akademis diwadahi dengan kegiatan seperti diskusi dengan membentuk grup mata pelajaran, bedah SKL, dan bimbingan belajar lainnya. Sedangkan peserta didik yang memiliki kecerdasan dan kegemaran lebih di bidang non akademis diwadahi dengan berbagai kegiatan di luar kelas yaitu kegiatan ekstrakurikuler seperti Pramuka, Muhadhoroh, MTQ, PMR, UKS, Risma,Teater, Jurnalistik, KIR, Seni Musik dan Kaligrafi, dan Olah raga.

Personil of Reskrim Polresta Banjarmasin improve the work performance for service quality improvemtn. The Performance is influenced by emotional intellegent, intellectual intellegent, and work motivation. To analyzing and to know the influence of those variables to the work performance need the research. Quantitative method is used in the research. The population is all members of the police namely 60 persons. Technique of sampling is census. This research sample 60 person. The data collection technique is questioner. Data is analyzed by linier regression analysis. The results of this research shows that intellegent, intellectual qoution, and work motivation have influence significantly to the performance partially and together. The emotional intellegent, intellectual intellegent, and work motivation are need to improve because these variables have influence significantly to the performance.

Abstract:
The aim of this work is the analysis of methods, approaches, technologies, means of information management (IM), using both conventional technologies and adding new intellectual and block chain. Trends in the use of intelligent technologies in information management are given. The developments in the field of intelligent agents based on semantic web, web-services and semantic web-services, the use of cloud computing (CC) are shown. The main ideas of semantic technologies, in which a page of the semantic network contains information in two languages: the natural and special, understood only by intelligent software agents (IA) are discussed.The use of block chain technology for the control of various material and non-material assets are done. Technically, the block chain technology is another application layer on top of the stack of the Internet protocols and can be integrated with the semantic level. The use of intelligent technologies in the information management in the cloud area with the work of IA. The intelligent web (web 3.0), which became the next stage in the development of the Internet is discussed. It forms the semantics on the ontology dase, creating new opportunities for IA to perform various user requests. Analyzes the major developments in the field of intellectualization of IM, and the main tendencies of their development. The result was a list of criteria and their values, which must meet an intelligent system for IM.As trends in the development of IM is considered the improvement of models and methods of joint activity of IA in the cloud area using block chain technology. Three directions of development of intellectual control system are proposed. As the development of information management proposed the creation of an instrumental platform based on multi agent approach, integrating semantic and block chain technology in the cloud area.

This paper uses quantitative approach that rooted in the Artificial Intelligence, Digital Marketing and Customer Buying Intention Literature, that was carried out using structural equation modeling (SEM) based on partial least square (PLS), with 74 respondents. The contribution of this paper examines consumer perseption, beliefs and behaviours of buying intention of online transportation (gojek) in millenials based on artificial intellegence and digital marketing developing. And a result of this study, artificial intelligence and digital marketing have positively effects to Consumer Buying Intention.In this present research helps service organizations and their management better implications of keep up with the developments of service. Abstract The use of discrete variables in optimal design models offers the opportunity to deal rigorously with an expanded variety of design situations, as opposed to using only continuous variables. However, complexity and solution difficulty increase dramatically and model formulation becomes very important. A particular problem arising from the design of a gear train employing four spur gear pairs is introduced and formulated in several different ways. An interesting aspect of the problem is its exhibition of three different types of discreteness. The problem could serve as a test for a variety of optimization or artificial intellegence techniques. The best known solution is included in this article, while its derivation is given in a sequel article.
