The new terminal adopts the design of the structure and function integrating method to integrate six health parameter measuring functions in one suit, including Electrocardiogram (ECG), Respiratory Rate, Blood Oxygen, Body Temperature, Blood Pressure and Pulse) , which is easy to carry. To meet the needs of Body Sensor Network (BSN) intelligent terminal remote communication ,the scheme of network communication design in the Android intelligent terminals is provided .And combined with the characteristics of Android ,the method of Android network communication’s development is discussed .Firstly ,the architecture of intelligent health-cloud system and Android’s framework are introduced .And then the HTTP ,Web Service and other means of communication in Android are analyzed. Finally, a model of network communication in the intelligent medical is constructed and network communication in the intelligent terminal is carried out .The results show that Android can effectively take control of network communication in the BSN’s intelligent terminal and it has practical value.

The system is composed of ARM applications terminal and network server accessing to Internet, which provides intelligent access control, fire alarm, automatic attendance, video surveillance and voice intercom functions. And also the approval of intelligent online booking, real-time information bulletin features can be achieved. For laboratory personnel management, the system provides a good solution of identification and appointment approval, real-time monitoring, information management background. This paper describes functions of system terminals, focuses on terminal software solutions and key technologies. The terminal is implemented on the S3C2440 processor device and applied to practical engineering, proves the correctness and reliability of the program.

Abstract:
The world's container cargo trading is increasing daily, and the role of the container terminal is becoming more important as the center of cargo transportation. In Japan, new container terminals being constructed face very severe competition with larger, cheaper terminals so they must handle cargo more efficiently and cheaply. To cope, handling systems such as container cranes, yard cranes, and conveyers are being automated to enable unattended operation unloading and loading schedule planning, etc., are being computerized. In these system, crane automation and control computerization are already generalized, but automatic control of container conveyers is not completed yet. The container conveyer -15m long, 4m wide, and 1.5m high - picks up containers from container ships with a container crane and hauls them to the shift yard for release to the yard crane. Both crane are operated automatically, so the conveyer must stop at the desired position within a permissible error of ±7.5cm, and run on a predetermined course and speed. Collision avoidance is required because many vehicles oparate on the same course. The automated guided vehicle (AGV) system, which is diesel-driven, 4WS and 4WD, was thought to be effective, but container weights very widely, as do road conditions which depend on weather, so conventional control is not sufficient to maintain the required accuracy. We applied learning control to maintain the desired course and for stopping at the desired position. Speed was controlled, conventionally. The system's applicability was confirmed with computer simulation and vehicle performance testing. This system will be used at the Kawasaki container terminal in 1999 and we are currently working on improving performance.

Based on Ionic, the system constructs a cross platform mixed mode mobile app development framework. The paper shows that the system can realize the basic hidden danger investigation requirements.

ntelligent power consumption system is an important mean to improve the energy efficiency. An embedded terminal was designed in the system, which can achieve intelligent control and management for devices, and reduce power and energy consumption. The terminal in the system was designed and implemented based on ARM platform, using B/S structure to communicate with the remote server through Internet. It has several wired and wireless communication interfaces, which can be connected with various electric equipments. For extensibility, the software of the terminal uses a hierarchical and modular approach which includes communication layer, device layer, interface layer and intelligent power consumption layer. Meanwhile, the communication protocol and the unified interface design in the terminal make sure that the terminal can interact with the remote server reliably and timely. Through experiments in the demonstration operation region, it concludes that the terminals work stable and reliable, and equipment intelligent control and management are fulfilled. The system has many advantages such as modularity and scalability, which can be widely used in many fields like smart grid and smart home, etc.

It is of great significance to implement automatic demand response (ADR) in the energy Internet based on accurate measurement and control of electricity utilization devices using intelligent terminals. Current intelligent terminals lack flexibility and possess weak data collection and processing capabilities. On this basis, this paper developed an intelligent split-type electricity utilization measurement and control terminal for local household energy management and optimization. This intelligent terminal has capabilities of digital signal processing and infrared-based precision control, which is composed of two separate parts: the device body and the infrared controller. Among them, the device body includes DSP chip, electrical sampling circuit, ADC chip, WiFi module, ZigBee module, etc. The infrared controller contains single-chip microcomputer, ZigBee module, infrared encoding and transmit-receiving module, and lithium-ion battery. The device body is able to provide commands to the infrared controller according to the collected electricity utilization information, environmental information and comprehensive demand response requirements, thereby accurately adjusting the operating status of the loads, namely the electrical household appliances. Due to the split-type and rechargeable design, this intelligent terminal is able to adapt to a complex home environment, laying the hardware foundation for effective home energy management and optimization and facilitating household loads participating in demand response, especially automatic demand response.

Starting from the modularization structure design, function of each module, circuit design and implementation method were introduced in detail. A hardware platform was established according to the design. Finally, the article confirmed the correctness of the hardware platform primarily through experimental method.

In recent years, voice terminal products show the intelligentized trend. This paper presents an embedded design method of intelligent voice terminal based on pattern recognition. The design adopts Samsung S3C2410 ARM as target board, Philips Uda1341TS as audio codec, embedded Linux OS as software platform, and speech recognition is implemented through small-vocabulary voice training. To improve the effect, we use the image-retrieval technology as an auxiliary tool, which helps speech recognition module create or more accurately find a personal voice-training library. By means of image recognition, the experimental results show that the effect of speech recognition achieves an average increase of 10 percentages.

In order to obtain the real-time hydrological information, and conduct the analysis and early warning on hydrological data, this paper studied the water level acquisition algorithm, used the dissection method to make the water level more accurate, optimized through image refining to reduce the complexity of the algorithm; it designed the data acquisition module of water level detection system, realized the real-time data transmission through programming, used Microsoft Access database to exchange data between server and communication module, manipulated data in the database, and designed the human-computer interaction interface; experimental studies have shown that this system can have access to information in a real-time and accurate way, and has the functions of warning, settlement &accumulation, statistical analysis and so on, which effectively improves the water level monitoring automation and control level, and helps to improve the management level of the hydrological industry.

With the increasing maturity and wide application of wireless mobile communication technology and 4G networks, the use of mobile smart terminals has been popularized and has become an indispensable thing for people to live, study, and entertain. Taking college English course as an example, this paper aims to study the mobile terminal system of intelligent college English teaching and training mode. Based on the introduction of the concept, architecture, characteristics of WAP technology, and the development tools of WAP application software that need to be used in the teaching mode of the mobile terminal system, this article tentatively constructs a teaching mode of the mobile terminal system. The model is described, the collaborative filtering algorithm is proposed, and how to construct the matrix and calculate the similarity with the collaborative filtering algorithm is discussed. In order to verify the effectiveness of the system model, a test level comparison and a questionnaire survey of the teaching model were carried out. The experimental results of this article show that 91.8% of students said that their comprehensive English level has been improved in the process of applying the mobile terminal system teaching mode. In addition, 87.5% of the students said that it is necessary or basically necessary to use English for professional teaching and 76.2% of the students are very satisfied and basically satisfied with this model.

In order to improve the autonomy of gliding guidance for complex flight missions, this paper proposes a multiconstrained intelligent gliding guidance strategy based on optimal guidance and reinforcement learning (RL). Three-dimensional optimal guidance is introduced to meet the terminal latitude, longitude, altitude, and flight-path-angle constraints. A velocity control strategy through lateral sinusoidal maneuver is proposed, and an analytical terminal velocity prediction method considering maneuvering flight is studied. Aiming at the problem that the maneuvering amplitude in velocity control cannot be determined offline, an intelligent parameter adjustment method based on RL is studied. This method considers parameter determination as a Markov Decision Process (MDP) and designs a state space via terminal speed and an action space with maneuvering amplitude. In addition, it constructs a reward function that integrates terminal velocity error and gliding guidance tasks and uses Q-Learning to achieve the online intelligent adjustment of maneuvering amplitude. The simulation results show that the intelligent gliding guidance method can meet various terminal constraints with high accuracy and can improve the autonomous decision-making ability under complex tasks effectively.

There is new empirical evidence that the effects of impending death on cognition have been miscalculated because of neglect of the incidence of dropout and of practice gains during longitudinal studies. When these are taken into consideration, amounts and rates of cognitive declines preceding death and dropout are seen to be almost identical, and participants aged 49 to 93 years who neither dropout nor die show little or no decline during a 20-year longitudinal study. Practice effects are theoretically informative. Positive gains are greater for young and more intelligent participants and at all levels of intelligence and durations of practice; declines in scores of 10% or more between successive quadrennial test sessions are risk factors for mortality. Higher baseline intelligence test scores are also associated with reduced risk of mortality, even when demographics and socioeconomic advantage have been taken into consideration.

The hardware, software and wireless self-organization networks of the intelligent terminal are designed and implemented, and the key indexes of the intelligent terminal are tested. The fixed transmit power test results show that when the fixed emission frequency is 10 dB, the communication distance is inversely proportional to the communication rate, which means that the smart terminal wireless network has strong ability to pass through obstacles. Based on the above finding, it is concluded that the stability of the mobile internet wireless network intelligent terminal can fully meet the performance requirements of intelligent building control, which lay is a good basis for its flexible use of the future.</span></span></p>

The relevance of the presented model is based on the need to translate the life cycle management processes of buildings and structures into the Industry 4.0 paradigm in order to increase their degree of intelligence. The article will be of interest to scientists and engineers working in the field of automation of technological and production processes. The present work is theoretical.

This paper presents a design method of intelligent monitoring system for transmission lines based on artificial intelligence technology. In this design method, a low-power artificial intelligence chip - LieYing A101 is used to design an intelligent recognition module to realize real-time target recognition on a terminal device. In order to solve the problem that the original image and the input image resolution of the intelligent recognition module do not match, this paper uses a sliding window and convolutional neural network design method, which solves the image resolution mismatch problem and improves the recognition accuracy. Finally, for the problem of excessive network model size, feature channel weight pruning and 8-bit quantization methods are used to compress the network model to less than 10M, and the recognition accuracy is not sharply reduced. After the test set test and actual scene use, the external force destruction target recognition accuracy of the transmission line channel is high; this meets the application needs of customers.

Hardware circuit is implemented through central unit microcontroller ADuC812 extend basic collecting and driving circuit. Heating algorithm employs fuzzy algorithm with prediction model and integral effectiveness, which overcomes the problem that traditional PID algorithm presents barely satisfactory in time delay system [1]. Simulations show this design well meets requirements of UAV airborne terminal computer, possesses good dynamic performance and smaller steady-state error, and avoids oscillation phenomenon. Practical application approves that the measurable temperature range is from-50°C to +50°C with accuracy +/-0.1°C, and static error of temperature control is less than or equal to +/-2°C, which satisfies application demands.
