The dissertation deals with the cutting-edge subject of electronic contracts, which have the potential to automatically process and control the access rights for (electronic) goods. The dissertation shows the design and the implementation of a rights expression exchange framework. The framework enables digital rights management systems to exchange electronic contracts with each other and thus, provides DRM system compatibility. Abstract:

Este trabalho tem como finalidade investigar e analisar o impacto da variação da taxa de câmbio real nas exportações e importações de bens em Cabo Verde. Nesta análise, teve-se a preocupação de introduzir as variáveis PIB externo e PIB de Cabo Verde para ajudar a explicar o comportamento das exportações e importações. Estudou-se detalhadamente os aspectos teóricos que envolvem e relacionam o comportamento da taxa de câmbio real e das exportações e importações. A metodologia utilizada é o modelo Vector Autoregressive Model (VAR) em diferenças, com dados anuais compreendidos entre 1983 a 2008.
