Abstract:
В статье исследуется проблема использования понятий «межрегиональные взаимодействия», «межрегиональное сотрудничество», «межрегиональные связи» и «межрегиональные отношения». С точки зрения автора разграничение вышеуказанных понятий, придание их соотношениям определенного схематического и структурного вида, определение их иерархичности, взаимосвязи и взаимовлияния позволит в дальнейшем облегчить описание в экономических дисциплинах определенных процессов, протекающих в жизнедеятельности регионов в рамках их сотрудничества с другими субъектами. The article analyzes the existing formulations of the concept “interregional interaction”. Currently, the relevance of inter-regional interactions studies has received a new impulse, but until today there is no definite and clear formulation of “inter-regional interactions” concept. Due to it, there is a problem of law enforcement of this definition in conducting researches with-in the frame of interregional relationships. As a result, in this article, the invested semantic loads in the phrase “interregional interaction”, the consistency and accuracy of this definition usage in the study of socio-economic characteristics in the frame of interregional interaction are explored. In fact, at this stage of the researches, different authors have different points of view and different approaches in the usage of such concepts as inter-regional cooperation, interregional relations and interregional contacts. In that context, appears the question: is it correct men-tioned above formulations regard as synonyms? Are they de-pendent or independent of each other, consistent or inconsistent with common features and properties? Do they refer to one cate-gory or each of these concepts has its own distinctive features and carries out a separate semantic load? What allows us to say that these concepts are different and should not be used in any way as interchangeable definitions? As a result of the studies, comparison and study of various interpretations and approaches to the con-cept of “interregional interaction”, the author’s view is introduced into the relationship and interrela-tion of interregional interaction with the concepts of “interregional cooperation”, “interregional con-tacts” and “interregional relations”. Their conditionality and validity of the application in the descrip-tion of certain socio-economic relations between regions are considered. From the point of view of the author, the distinction between the above concepts, giving them a certain schematic and structural rela-tionship, determining their hierarchy and interaction will further facilitate the understanding of certain processes occurring in the daily and future life of the regions as part of their cooperation. Based on the review and analysis, the author introduces the wording of the notion “interregional interaction”.

AbstractThe Oligocene strata of the Qom Formation from the Tajar-Kuh section, Central Iran, are rich in various Larger Benthic Foraminifera (LBF). Morphometric studies of the internal features of the LBF tests were carried out based on matrix-free specimens from seven samples. The LBF assemblage studied in 24 populations mainly contains representatives of two nummulitid (the reticulate Nummulites bormidiensis Tellini, 1888, only in the lower three samples, and the radiate Nummulites kecskemetii Less, 1991 in all samples) and of two lepidocyclinid lineages. Of the latter, Nephrolepidina praemarginata (R. Douvillé, 1908) occurs in all the samples, whereas Eulepidina formosoides H. Douvillé, 1925 is present in the lower six samples. In the upper sample, the slightly more advanced Eulepidina ex. interc. formosoides H. Douvillé, 1925 et dilatata (Michelotti, 1861) is recorded. Due to the very similar taxonomic composition of the Tajar-Kuh section with their coeval faunas of the Mediterranean, the age was evaluated in the frame of the Western Tethyan Oligo-Miocene shallow benthic zonation (SBZ). Although the presence of E. formosoides suggests late Rupelian (SBZ 22A Zone) age, the occurrence of Heterostegina assilinoides, N. kecskemetii, N. bormidiensis, and Planolinderina sp. preferably represents the SBZ 22B Zone of the early Chattian. Based on the obtained results, at least the lower six samples can indicate the very basal part of the Chattian. More advanced Eulepidina from the uppermost sample suggests a slightly younger but still early Chattian age.

Diante das transformações tecnológicas que marcam a sociedade atual, o jornalismo e a imprensa têm sofrido visíveis modificações ao longo dos últimos anos. Não só a forma de produzir notícias e reportagens se modificou, mas, principalmente, o consumo desses textos também não ocorre da mesma forma, nas mesmas plataformas. Há tempos se discute a possível “morte” do jornalismo impresso nesse cenário, mas o fato é que ainda há publicações impressas circulando. Assim, levanta-se o seguinte questionamento: em que medida o conteúdo jornalístico tem se transformado? Pode-se dizer a valorização da reportagem – em detrimento da notícia factual, de oferta abundante nos meios digitais – tem se mostrado como uma saída para renovação e/ou sobrevivência do jornalismo impresso? Esses questionamentos são o ponto de partida a partir do qual se desenvolve a presente pesquisa, que objetiva investigar as permanências ou transformações nos gêneros jornalísticos de um jornal impresso. Tendo como base teórica o pensamento de autores como Bakhtin (2011), Marcuschi (2008) analisam-se edições do jornal O Paraná, dos anos de 2019 e 2009. SummaryObjectives: To (i) compare agreement of the common tangent (CT) and tibial plateau angle (TP) methods in terms of measuring the patellar tendon angle (PTA) and required advancement and (ii) determine the intraand inter-observer reliability of observers who measured PTA and the advancement.Methods: Six observers were divided into three groups based on their level of experience. They measured the PTA and the required advancement on 43 radiographic images of the tibiae of dogs affected by cranial cruciate ligament rupture. Each observer repeated the measurements three times with each method. The inter-technique (interT), intra-observer (intraO), and interobserver (interO) reliabilities were evaluated, assessed by calculating the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC), and represented by Jones plots.Results: The agreement between PTA-CT and PTA-TP was low (the ICC interT values ranged from 0.11 to 0.4). The PTA-CT was associated with moderate intra-observer reliability (ICC intraO, CT = 0.61) and poor interobserver reliability (ICC interO, CT = 0.33). The PTA-TP was associated with good intra-observer reliability (ICC intraO, TP = 0.75) and moderate interobserver reliability (ICC interO, TP = 0.59). Interobserver reliability did not depend on the level of experience. The advancement measurements were associated with reliability results similar to those obtained for PTA. Jones’ plots showed that the CT method consistently yielded lower PTA and advancement values than the TP method.Conclusion: Given its poor reliability, the CT method is not recommended.

Abstract:
There is a general expectation that all those in charge of carrying out internal control functions in companies are fully responsible for conducting these operations in accordance with the law and relevant standards. This study emphasizes the importance of practical implementation of internal audit in companies with respect to the legal sector, which will contribute to the attitudes, interpretations of the law, to use the total funds available to companies in an economical, efficient and effective manner. In addition, one of the goals of top management in any case is that the system they lead provides better services that are integrated, customer-oriented and result-oriented, which requires that the entire system be focused on measuring performance. The authors point out that such an integrated system will result in a more efficient and effective implementation of the basic guidelines set by top management, as well as more efficient management of the total available funds of the system.

Recent empirical work suggests that the business operations of multinational companies are rather regional than global. The authors analyze the performance impact of intra-regional (as opposed to inter-regional) expansion among companies from six West European countries. Using multilevel modeling, the authors find that an increase in a firm’s degree of regionalization leads to superior performance. The results reveal that an inter-regional strategy does not seem to be a profitable expansion option. Moreover, while examining the moderating impact of firms’ FSAs on the link between intra-regional expansion and performance, the empirical findings suggest that marketing-related FSAs tend to be more regional-bound in nature and support the positive performance effect of intra-regional expansion

Evaluation of genetic variation was performed within 62 local maize populations originating from Slovakia and Czech Republic. In total 48 alleles at 22 analyzed isoenzyme loci with an average of 2.2 alleles per locus were revealed. The percentage of polymorphic loci ranged from 14% to 59% and the frequencies of detected alleles varied from null to four per locus. No polymorphism was detected at the loci <i>Dia2</i>, <i>Got3</i>, <i>Mdh4</i>, <i>Mmm</i>, and <i>Pgm1</i>. The highest number of alleles (four) was detected at loci <i>Acp1</i>, <i>Cat3</i>, <i>Pgm2</i>. No new alleles were identified, nevertheless the frequency of seven alleles was only about 1%. The expected heterozygosity ranged from null to 0.492 with an average of 0.197. The revealed isoenzyme polymorphism confirmed that all analyzed populations were heterogeneous and as many as 17 of them were completely heterogeneous. None of the analyzed populations was identical in the frequency of alleles at all 22 analyzed loci.

Introduction : les aminosides et notamment la gentamicine possèdent un intérêt thérapeutique certain dans les infections sévères. Ces médicaments possèdent cependant un index thérapeutique étroit justifiant le suivi thérapeutique pharmacologique de ces derniers. L’objectif de cette étude est de montrer, par un cas clinique, l’importance relative des variabilités interindividuelles et intra-individuelles et l’intérêt du suivi thérapeutique de la gentamicine en milieu hospitalier pour éviter la survenue de toxicité et l’apparition de germes résistants. Observation : Nous présentons le cas d’une patiente de 53 ans pesant 88 kg, avec une créatininémie de 10,1 mg/l, est traitée par gentamicine durant sept jours. Ses paramètres pharmacocinétiques ont été estimés durant le traitement. La variabilité intra-individuelle des principaux paramètres a été quantifiée et comparé à la variabilité interindividuelle retrouvée dans la littérature. Discussion : Pour la demi-vie, la variabilité intra-individuelle représente la moitié de la valeur atteinte par la variabilité interindividuelle (25 versus 40 %). Celle de la clairance et du volume central est plus importante et supérieure à la variabilité interindividuelle (38 et 52 % versus 23 et 35 % respectivement). Conclusion : Cette forte variabilité pharmacocinétique a des conséquences cliniques importantes. A la notion de dose unique standard s’oppose des concentrations sanguines variées. Pour garantir l’efficacité du traitement, il est nécessaire d’évaluer périodiquement la situation des patients pour tenir compte de la variabilité pharmacocinétique

Abstract:
English for Legal Purposes (ELP) or Legal English (LE) is a prominent area of English for Specific Purposes (ESP), catering for the specific discourse community needs and purposes. This article presents the Integrated Communicative Learning (ICL) approach to instructional design within the curricular framework of ELP/LE courses for academic and professional purposes (LEAP/LEPP) in tertiary education. This holistic approach includes ample intradisciplinary, multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary dimensions. The first part of this article presents the conceptual, structural and theoretical framework of this approach, and its many pedagogical and methodological functions. The second part outlines the structural framework of the three ELP/LE courses, the teaching/learning context,, and the rationale for selecting this approach. The third part focus the practical application of the ICL in these courses, with reference to examples of intra/multi/inter/transdisciplinary integration. Finally, the author discusses the benefits, challenges and considerations in implementing this approach, particularly in view of promoting authentic learning and inter/transdisciplinary legal education.

The Old Kladruber horse is the oldest original Czech horse breed &ndash; gene resource, with pedigree records spanning three centuries. Because the population is closed, there is a concern about the loss of genetic variation. The genetic diversity within and amongst sire lines was evaluated using microsatellite markers and based on pedigree information. The DNA analysis, covering 16 microsatellite loci, revealed that the genetic diversity (observed heterozygosity = 0.637, genetic diversity = 0.678 and the mean number of alleles = 8.25) for the Old Kladruber horse is consistent with other populations of horses. Inter-line genetic difference in sire lines reached the mean value (the F<sub>ST</sub> values ranged from 0.020 to 0.017). Differences amongst the sire lines were identified using genetic distances and principal component analysis. One gene cluster comprised black variation sire lines, while the second cluster included the sire lines of the grey variation. In the subjects monitored, the average inbreeding coefficient of 0.076 was estimated on the basis of pedigree information. The highest mean values of the coefficient of relationship were estimated within the colour variations. When comparing the genetic distance and the average coefficient of relationship, differences were found out. These results are useful for the development of breeding strategies which consider classical horse breeding as well as recent achievements of population and conservation genetics.

Abstract:
The independent task scheduling problem in distributed computing environments with makespan optimization as an objective is an NP-Hard problem. Consequently, an important number of approaches looking to approximate the optimal makespan in reasonable time have been proposed in the literature. In this paper, a new independent task scheduling heuristic called InterRC is presented. The proposed InterRC solution is an evolutionary approach, which starts with an initial solution, then executes a set of iterations, for the purpose of improving the initial solution and close the optimal makespan as soon as possible. Experiments show that InterRC obtains a better makespan compared to the other efficient algorithms.

Важной причиной оттока трудоспособного населения, помимо низкого уровня развитости инфраструктуры, является сравнительно более низкий уровень заработных плат по сравнению с другими регионами. Существует ли меж-региональная взаимосвязанность между величинами заработных плат? C одной стороны, возможно наличие положительной пространственной корреляции. Так, повышение оплаты труда в соседнем регионе приведет к тому, что у рабочих появятся стимулы к переезду в этот регион, что, в свою очередь, может привести к дефициту рабочих в рассматриваемом регионе, что, в свою очередь, создаст стимулы для местных компаний повысить оплату труда. С другой стороны, положительная пространственная корреляция может и не наблюдаться или быть незначимой, например, в случае наличия тех или иных барьеров, препятствующих переезду из одного региона в другой. В статье был произведен пространственно-авторегрессионный анализ взаимосвязанности региональных заработных плат в отраслевом разрезе, позволяющий ответить на вопрос, увеличится или уменьшится величина заработной платы в регионе в конкретной отрасли при увеличении соответствующего показателя в соседних регионах при прочих равных условиях. В рамках моделирования было в том числе оценено влияние на заработную плату некоторых социально-экономических факторов. К их числу относятся уровень образованности, доля пенсионеров, коэффициент демографической нагрузки, уровень развития финансовой инфраструктуры в регионе, уровень безработицы, производи-тельность труда. Основной новизной работы представляется использование моделей пространственной авторегрессии, что помимо выявления пространственных взаимосвязей позволило получить более точные оценки коэффициентов, характеризующих влияние на заработную плату рассмотренных факторов ввиду того, что частично удаётся решить известные проблемы, связанные с наличием пропущенных переменных в классических регрессионных моделях. Для анализа были рассмотрены соответствующие региональные данные с 2012 г. по 2016 г. для 83 субъектов Российских Федерации по следующим отраслям: сельское хозяйство, охота и лесное хозяйство; производство пищевых продуктов (включая напитки) и табака; строительство; оптовая торговля, включая торговлю через агентов; розничная торговля, государственное управление и военная безопасность, обработка древесины и производство изделий из дерева (кроме мебели). Положительная значимая пространственной корреляции была выявлена для всех рассмотренных отраслей, кроме оптовой торговли и обработки древесины. Полученные результаты и сформулированные выводы в дальнейшем могут применяться органами государственной власти при реализации мер социально-экономической политики, направленных на регулирование рынка труда, в том числе мер по привлечению и удержанию кадров на конкретной территории. Besides the low level of infrastructural development, the lower level of wages in comparison with other regions is a major cause of labor force outflow. Is there any interregional interconnection between the levels of wages? On the one hand, there is a possibility for a positive spatial correlation. Thus, increase of wages in the neighboring region will result in the stimuli for workers to move into this region which, in its turn, will lead to the insufficiency of workers in the region under review and, consequently, will encourage the local companies to increase the wages. On the other hand, a positive spatial correlation may not exist or be insignificant, for example, in case of the obstacles for interregional migration of labor force. The article has conducted a spatial-autoregressive analysis of interconnectedness of regional wages in the industrial context that answers the question if the wages will go up in the region in the specific industry in the context of increased wages in the neighboring region on condition of other similar conditions. The modelling has allowed evaluating the influence of some economic and social factors on the wages. These factors include: education level, percentage of pensioners, coefficient of demographic load, level of infrastructural development in the region, level of unemployment, labor performance, etc. The main novelty of the research lies in applying the models of spatial auto-regression that, in addition to revealing the spatial interconnections, give more precise evaluation of coefficients which describe the influence of these factors on the wages as they can partially solve the existing problems connected with the existence of omitted variables in the classic regressive models. Our analysis required reviewing the corresponding regional data from 2010 to 2016 for 83 subjects of the Russian Federation on the following industries: agriculture, hunting and forestry; food manufacturing (including beverages) and tobacco; construction; wholesale including trading via agents; government administration and military security; processing of timber and manufacturing of wood products (except for the furniture). A positive value of spatial correlation was discovered for all industries under research except for the wholesale trading and timber processing. The obtained results and conclusions can further be used by government administrative bodies in realization of measures of social and economic policies aimed at labor market regulation including the measures of attracting and retaining the labor force at the specific territory.
