Abstract:
Cet article a cherché à analyser l'interdisciplinarité comme un moyen de comprendre les limites et les possibilités de pratisés éducatifs et sa complexité au sein de l'Institut fédéral de l'éducation, de la science et de la technologie de Rondônia à partir des significations attribuée par les enseignants, dans l'interface de processus interdisciplinarité et enseignement et apprentissage. La pratique interdisciplinaire n'est pas prescrite et oui, construite dans le contexte effectif de l'institution de l'éducation. Il a été utilisé comme méthodologie de l'entrevue et la théorie de la complexité en articulant avec l'analyse de contenu. En tant qu'ingriches méthodologiques, il a été utilisé à l'entrevue semi-structurée développée avec trente enseignants du neuf campus de de l'Institut fédéral de l'éducation, de la science et de la technologie de Rondônia Comme les résultats principaux, il y a des limites à pratiquer à l'interdisciplinarité, située dans le domaine théorique en matière d'incertitude théorique sur le terme et non-accès aux théories qui discutent de la question et du champ de l'organisation du travail pédagogique, qui ne prévoit pas d'espace de travail collectif entre les enseignants des différentes secteurs de la connaissance de la complexité. Les possibilités fournies par la pratique interdisciplinaire sont en leur importance pour élargir la vision du monde de l'enseignant et l'éducation; dans son potentiel de formation continue pour encourager la recherche de nouvelles connaissances, de nouveaux apprentis pour les étudiants et les enseignants agissant par les difficultés d'une plus compétente et critique.
