Dalam rangka pelaksanaan pembangunan daerah, PT Strategic Attitude Intergrity Indonesia Cirebon mendukung perkembangan perusahaan dengan langkah-langkah yang mengarah kepada terciptanya “Good Companyâ€. Tujuan tersebut tidak akan terwujud tanpa adanya peran aktif dari SDM yaitu karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: (1). Mengidentifikasi Sistem Penempatan Karyawan pada PT Strategic Attitude Intergrity Indonesia Cirebon. (2). Mengidentifikasi Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Strategic Attitude Intergrity Indonesia Cirebon. (3). Menganalisis pengaruh faktor penempatan karyawan yaitu Kompetensi, Kualifikasi dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja karyawan pada PT Strategic Attitude Intergrity Indonesia Cirebon. (4). Merekomendasikan alternatif solusi untuk peningkatan kinerja karyawan di PT Strategic Attitude Intergrity Indonesia Cirebon. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama tiga bulan dari bulan Mei - Juli 2010. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui Kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 68 responden, yaitu Karyawan Tetap dan wawancara. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah metode sensus. Data sekunder diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan (buku-buku dan literatur yang relevan) dan data internal perusahaan.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa karakteristik responden yaitu jenis kelamin, usia, pendidikan terakhir dan masa kerja tidak memiliki korelasi atau hubungan nyata dengan kompetensi, motivasi dan kinerja, dan jenis kelamin, usia, dan masa kerja juga tidak memiliki korelasi atau hubungan nyata dengan kualifikasi. Korelasi tersebut dapat ini dapat dilihat dari nilai chi square hitung lebih kecil dari nilai chi square tabel, atau dari nilai Probability lebih besar dari 5 persen (Probability < α = 0,05). Akan tetapi, pendidkan terakhir memiliki korelasi atau hubungan nyata dengan kualifikasi, Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai chi square hitung lebih besar dari nilai chi square tabel, atau dari nilai Probability lebih kecil dari 5 persen (Probability < α = 0,05).Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi, kualifikasi, dan motivasi berpengaruh nyata dan positif, artinya jika PT Strategic Attitude Intergrity Indonesia Cirebon ingin meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, maka kompetensi, kualifikasi dan motivasi juga harus ditingkatkan. Besarnya pengaruh ketiga faktor ini terhadap kinerja adalah sebesar 64,1%, dan sisanya sebesar 35,9% dipengaruhi faktor-faktor lain yang tidak teramati dalam penelitian ini.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of turning parameters on the surface integrity of Inconel 718. The turning parameters studied were cutting speed of 90, 120, 150 m/min, feed rate of 0.15, 0.25, 0.25mm/rev and depth of cut of 0.3, 0.4, 0.5 mm under minimum quantity lubricant (MQL) using coated carbide tool. surface response methodology (RSM) design of experiment using Box-Behnken approach has been employed consisting of various combination of turning parameters Surface roughness, surface topography, microstructure and the micro hardness of the machined surface were studied after the machining process. Feed rate was found to be the most significant parameter affecting the surface roughness. The optimum parameter was obtained with Ra equal to 0.243 µm at cutting speed of 150 m/min, feed rate of 0.25 mm/rev and depth of cut of 0.3mm. A mathematical model for surface roughness was developed using Response Surface Methodology. The effect of turning parameters and factor interactions on surface roughness is presented in 3D graphical form, which helps in selecting the optimum process parameters to achieve the desired surface quality.

This paper aims to examine the hidden campaigns carried out by camp 02 at the 212 grand reunion event, and the actions taken by Bawaslu as election organizer. This study uses analytic qualitative research, namely research that has the aim of analyzing the findings. The results showed that the grand reunion carried out by 212 alumni was a form of covert campaign by camp 02. This was evidenced by the findings explained by the researchers. In addition, the actions taken by Bawaslu were a form of election violations with the DKPP decision regarding the sanctions given to Bawaslu commissioners. In practice, in the field there was a hidden campaign carried out by party 02 at the grand reunion. This is evidenced by the existence of hashtags to replace the president and songs or yells that cornered parties 01. In the third typology it is explained that the election organizer must be neutral and professional. This is different from the findings in the field where a decision was made by one of the commissioners unilaterally without any prior investigation and plenary meeting and only came from television broadcasts. The data were collected through in-depth interviews with sources, and were analyzed qualitatively. This study concluded that the grand reunion carried out by 212 alumni was a form of covert campaign carried out by camp 02. In addition, Bawaslu was proven to have violated ethics by issuing a DKPP decision regarding violations of the code of ethics accepted by DKI Bawaslu and Bawaslu RI by making decisions one-sided so that it is not neutral and professional.

Masalah integritas dipandang sebagai tuntutan yang sangat mendasar dan mutlak bagi seorang pengkhotbah.Alkitab banyak membicarakan tentang dasar-dasar pentingnya intergritas pasca keberdosaan manusia yang pertama.Yesus adalah model pengkhotbah yang berintegritas secara sempurna.Injil kerajaan yang diberitakan oleh Yesus memanggil orang berdosa supaya bertobat di hadapan Allah.Apa yang diberitakan bukan untuk menyukakan kehendak manusia yang berdosa, tetapi supaya mereka hidup dalam pertobatan. Terpenuhinya aspek-aspek integritas bagi seorang pengkhotbah apabila dipadukan dengan kualitas khotbah akan menjadikan instrumen ini untuk menumbuhkan iman pendengar seperti yang dikendaki oleh Allah. Kebutuhan ini manjadi urgen karena antara integritas seorang pengkhotbah dengan kualitas khotbah dapat berimplikasi bagi pertumbuhan spiritual orang percaya.

Bonus demografi harus diimbangi dengan penguatan pendidikan karakter agar tercipta bangsa yang maju dan bermatabat. Pendidikan karakter membutuhkan suatu proses yaitu antara lain melalui pembiasaan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan menerapkan penguatan pendidikan karakter melalui adab makan bersama di kelas. Jenis penelitian kualitatif fenomenologi di SD Negeri Cemara Dua Surakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan metode interaktif. Hasil penelitian, sekolah merupakan habitat yang tepat untuk penguatan karakter para generasi emas terutama bagi siswa. Kegiatan adab makan bersama di kelas dilaksanakan dengan tiga tahapan yaitu persiapan makan, ketika makan dan sesuadah makan. Nilai utama karakter yang dikuatkan yaitu nilai religiousitas, nilai nasionalisme, nilai mandiri, nilai gotong-royong dan nilai intergritas. Karakter dapat tercipta karena adanya kebiasaan. Penguatan pendidikan karakter melalui adab makan bersama di kelas sangat direkomendasikan untuk di implementasikan di sekolah.

Phylogenetic analysis of 63 digenean family groups, based on 113 adult characters and 90 larval characters, produced a phylogenetic tree comprising nine orders. Adult characters alone resolved 76% of the phylogenetic tree, whereas larval characters alone resolved 74%. There was no disagreement in phylogenetic inferences drawn from only larval or only adult characters, and yet the larval forms of digeneans do not seem to be recapitulations of ancestral adult forms. The consistency index for the tree is 74%, indicating a low degree of parallel evolution in digenean morphology. Diversification in six sets of ecological characteristics combined resolves 26% of the phylogenetic tree. The combination of (i) larval and adult congruence in the absence of recapitulation, (ii) low levels of parallel evolution in morphology, and (iii) ecological diversification lagging far behind morphological change discounts traditional notions of adaptive radiations. Digeneans have experienced great morphological diversification constrained by their developmental programs and history, and have maintained their functional intergrity with few changes caused by extrinsic, "adaptive," forces.

<p><em>The study sought to determine whether ego-integrity or sense of fulfilment influenced the attitude to death and dying of civil service retirees in Cross River State (CRS), Nigeria.An instrument consisting of four sub-scales, namely, Background Data Scale (BADs), Ego-integrity Scale (EIS), Attitude to Death Scale (ATDS) and Attitude to Dying Scale (ATDS) was adopted.Ex-post facto design was employed, using a sample of 430 and the data was analysed in line with two hypotheses, using ANOVA for both.The indication from the result was that attitude of retirees to both death and dying tended to be more negative than the positive attitude of acceptance.It was recommended that retirees and other older adults view death as a passage to another existence, hence, the need to be positive about it, and hold one’s self in readiness for this particular rite of passage instead of being fearful or in denial.</em></p>

In this paper, titanium powders from various sources were characterized to compare powder intergrity for additive manufacturing by selective laser melting process. Selective laser melting by powder-bed based Additive Manufacturing (AM) is an advanced manufacturing process that bonds successive layers of powder by laser melting to facilitate the creation of engineering components. This manufacturing approach facilitates the production of components with high geometrical complexity that would otherwise be impossible to create through conventional manufacturing processes. Although the use of powder in AM is quite common, powder production and optimization of powder properties to yield desired performance characteristics has posed a serious challenge to researchers. It is therefore critical that powder properties be studied and controlled to ensure reliability and repeatability of the components that are produced. Typically, the desired feature of high quality titanium metal powders for AM are a combination of high sphericity, density and flowability. Scanning electron microscopy, EDS, particle size distribution and powder rheology were extensively performed to investigate the properties of gas-atomized Ti-6Al-4V powders.

Purpose The purpose of this conceptual paper is twofold, i.e. first, to elevate an assumption of Motivating Language Theory (MLT) – walk and talk congruence – to the level of antecedent variable serving as a prerequisite to the implementation of Motivating Language (ML) and second, to explore the components of walk and talk congruence (Behavioral Integrity and Credibility) to understand how they are vital in the establishment of trust at the organizational level which is the key lever for ML to be strategically implemented. Design/methodology/approach The approach is cross-disciplinary, as it utilized MLT from the field of business; applied in the field of education with research from educational researchers; and for the purpose of utilization by organizations, leaders, and scholars from all fields. Findings The findings are leadership communication matters and is how leadership gets done, ML makes a difference to employees and organizations, trust is a critical factor in organizational success, Credibility is all that stands between a leader’s believability or not, and Behavioral Intergrity is the key determiner in walk and talk alignment. Researchlimitations/implications The implications for researchers are new research opportunities in the ML field. Practicalimplications The implications for practitioners are clear in terms of how to maximize leader effectiveness and organizational trust/citizenship, increase employee and organizational outcomes and drive leadership development. Originality/value The value of this paper is to both the practitioner and scholar in terms of application and deepening of the field.

In the context of community life, the “plurality” of religions or pluralism is often controversial which can disrupt the intergrity of society. There is no plural society that can be free of ethnic and communal tensions. Wonorejo Village community is a plural society, consisting of four ethnic tribes and four different religions, but community life is full of togetherness.
This study aims to test empirically the focus of the problems that have been written are: What are the activities of propaganda in plural communities in the Village District Wonorejo Banyuputih Situbondo? What is the strategy of dakwah in plural society in Wonorejo Village, Banyuputih Sub-District, Situbondo Regency?
The theoretical study used to base research activities under the title “Strategy of Dakwah on Plural Society in Wonorejo Village Banyuputih Sub-District of Situbondo Regency” is about dakwah strategy and plural society, while the methodology used to answer from the focus of this research problem is qualitative research with study approach case, this research was conducted in Wonorejo Village, Banyuputih District, Situbondo Regency, to complete the data of this research using observation, interview and documentation. Analysis of qualitative data used to analyze data. The results of the analysis show that Wonorejo Village is a village that still upholds customs and ancestral heritage.
Based on the of this study obtained the conclusion: a). That dakwah activity in plural society in Wonorejo Village is the form of: preaching bi al-hal, pioneering Islamic activity, commemoration of Islamic Day, establishing Islamic education institution, preaching with community empowerment, dakwah through community institution or mass organization, cultural dakwah. b). The Dakwah strategy for plural society in Wonorejo Village is to use cultural infiltration strategy, ta`lim strategy or education, sentimental strategy and recitals strategy.

The article deals with the urgent issues of the development of lifelong professional education, state policy implementation directed to the petroleum engineers’ training. The essence, content and structure of future engineers professional training with the aim of formation professional competence are highlighted in this article. The features of cognitive and practical activities of future experts in petroleum industry are revealed. The constituents and conditions for increasing the efficiency of forming the professional competence of a petroleum engineer and his willingness are defined. The impact of globalization challenges to ensure qualitative training of future petroleum engineers to meet requirements and needs of national and regional labour markets is analysed. A great attention is given to the importance of prediction of lifelong professional education development, strengthening of forecast scientific research function. The specific features of forming the content of training and the application of innovative and advanced pedagogical technologies are identified. The interaction of economic, scientific and technical factors being considered in training experts for petroleum industry is outlined. In order to estimate efficiency of this training interdisciplinarity is essential. The necessity of using interdisciplinary educational technologies in the professional training of future petroleum specialists is substantiated. The significance of interdisciplinarity in education under the condition of sharp growth in information activity and the increased role of intellectual property items in modern economy are shown. It has been found that interdisciplinarity of petroleum education is based on the network interrelations of the studied disciplines. The goal, content, and trends in interdisciplinarity of petroleum education are presented in the system of petroleum training. The study has confirmed that interdisciplinary intergrity in petroleum industry boosts the development of international collaboration and intercultural cooperation.

Dalam rangka menuju good governance reformasi birokrasi dengan menerapkan prinsip transparansi dan akuntabilitas merupakan salah satu syarat dan upaya dalam penguatan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan. Dalam melaksanakan Amanat dari Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 60 Tahun 2008 Sistem Pengendalian Intern Pemerintah hadir untuk dapat menghindari terjadinya penyimpangan, ketidakpatuhan, dan penyalahgunaan wewenang yang dapat merugikan keuangan negara. Dengan menerapkan lima unsur SPIP yaitu lingkungan pengendalian, Penilaian Resiko, Kegiatan Pengendalian, Informasi dan Komunikasi, serta Pemantauan. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui sistem pengendalian intern pemerintah di Inspektorat Provinsi Kepulauan Riau dan untuk mengetahui hambatan-hambatan yang terjadi dalam penerapan lima (5) unsur sistem pengendalian intern pemerintah di Inspektorat Provinsi Kepulauan Riau yang dimaksud. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengambilan sempel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 7 orang dari pimpinan dan pegawai di inspektorat Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Dari hasil analisis bahwa dalam sistem pengendalian intern pemerintah di Inspektorat Provinsi Kepulauan Riau menggunakan unsur lingkungan pengendalian, dengan penegakan nilai etika dan intergritas dalam organisasi yang dicontohkan dengan keteladanan sikap dan prilaku pimpinan, dan komitmen pimpinan terhadap kompetensi pegawai, dari penilaian resiko, di lihat dari penentuan titik kritis suatu kegiatan yang dapat menimbulkan resiko terhambatnya pencapaian target kegiatan, mengidentifikasi resiko yang mungkin terjadi yang dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif dengan tingkat resiko tinggi, sedang dan rendah, dan juga mengidentifikasi potensi kendala yang akan dihadapi dari resiko. Kegiatan pengendalian dilihat dari membuat laporan trasnsaksi keuangan, setiap kegitan dan mencatat dan mendokumentasikan dengan lengkap dan akurat atas seluruh aset yang ada di inspektorat, informasi dan komunikasi dilihat dari segi keterbukaan informasi anggaran, komunikasi seluruh pegawai dalam memberikan saran perbaikan, jika terjadi kesalahan penyusunan target dab transaksi keuangan suatu kegiatan, dan dilihat dari pemantauan pengendalian dengan segi membandingkan dokumen RTP dengan anggaran yang tersedia, memantau belanja dan data aset kegiatan sesuai dengan standart satuan harga, melakukan rekonsiliasi aset setiap bidang kegiatan dan elauasi laporan RTP setiap kegiatan bidang.

Pancasila is a volkgeist (the soul of the nation), which is an ideology in the nation and state. Indonesia as a state of law needs law enforcers who have the soul of Pancasila in building integrity and justice in the midst of society. The purpose of writing this article is to describe the nature of Pancasila as a guideline for law enforcement in demonstrating self-integrity and justice. This writing method is normative writing through an analytical approach. The result of writing this article is Pancasila has an element of value that can be used to build a spirit of integrity for law enforcement and have positive energy in realizing social justice. The role of Pancasila in enhancing the integrity of law enforcement in by encouraging law enforcement officials to live up to, explore, find and find the values contained in the soul of the community in order to create justice that is not only legal justice but also social justice, namely justice that respect equality between humans and other humans in society.
Pancasila adalah volkgeist (jiwa bangsa), yang menjadi ideologi dalam berbangsa dan bernegara. Indonesia sebagai negara hukum membutuhkan penegak hukum yang memiliki jiwa pancasila dalam membangun intergritas diri dan keadilan di tengah masyarakat. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan hakikat pancasila sebagai pedoman penegakan hukum dalam mewujudkan integritas diri dan keadilan. Metode penulisan ini adalah penulisan secara normative melalui pendekatan analitis (analytical approach). Hasil penulisan artikel ini yaitu pancasila memiliki unsur nilai yang dapat digunakan untuk membangun jiwa integritas bagi penegak hukum dan memiliki energi positif (positive energy) dalam mewujudkan keadilan sosial. Peran pancasila dalam meningkatkan integritas penegakan hukum adalah dengan mendorong aparat-aparat penegak hukum dalam menghayati, menggali, mencari dan menemukan nilai-nilai yang terdapat di dalam jiwa masyarakat agar tercipta keadilan yang bukan hanya keadilan hukum semata melainkan juga keadilan social yaitu keadilan yang menghormati kesetaraan antara manusia dengan manusia lainnya dalam masyarakat.

ASEAN merupakan organisasi regional yang beranggotakan 10 negara, tujuan dibentuknya ASEAN adalah menjaga stabilitas kawasan serta perdamaian di kawasan Asia Tenggara. Jika terjadi suatu sengketa antara anggota-anggotanya maupun dengan negara di luar anggota ASEAN dihimbau menggunakan jalan damai sesuai dengan yang tertuang dalam TAC 1976. Hal ini untuk memaksimalkan apa yang telah dituangkan di dalam TAC seperti : Saling menghormati kemedekaan, kedaulatan, dan intergritas wilayah semua bangsa; Setiap negara berhak memelihara keberadaanya dari campur tangan, subversi, kekerasan dari kekuatan luar; Tidak mencampuri urusan dalam negara lain; Menyelesaikan perbedaan pendapat dan pertikaian dengan jalan damai; serta Menolak ancaman penggunaan kekerasan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu kepustakaan dimana metode pengumpulan data dari buku, artikel dan bacaan lain sebagai bahasa analisis. Data akan dianalisis secara kualitatif berdasarkan teori kemudian disajikan sistematis secara deskriptif. Introduction: Post-stroke patients are at high risk of developing cognitive decline. Previous studies have examined only limited magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) parameters for prediction of cognitive status following stroke Aim: To determine radiological markers associated with different cognitive domains in post-stroke patients. Materials and Methods: Patients from the TABASCO (Tel-Aviv Brain Acute Stroke Cohort), a prospective cohort of first-ever mild-moderate ischemic stroke patients, were Included (N=141). All patients underwent a 3T MRI and were cognitively assessed at admission and 2 later. Multiple regression models were used to assess which of the imaging measures best associated with cognitive scores 2 years after the index event. Results: After controlling for both age and education, the comparisons between cognitively intact and impaired patients revealed significant differences between the two groups in relative CSF volume, white matter lesion (WML) load and white matter microstructural integrity, reflected as mean diffusivity (MD), radial diffusivity (Dr) and axial diffusivity (Da) values ( p’s <0.05). Multiple regression analyses demonstrated the significant role of hippocampi MD to serve as a common predictor for all three cognitive scores. Relative WML load significantly contributed to the global score and executive function. Discussion: Our results highlight the role of hippocampal MD and WML load as markers for cognitive performances. We suggest that these imaging markers best demonstrated "brain intergrity"

With the rising trend of miniaturization in modern industries, micro manufacturing processes have made a significant position in the manufacturing domain. Demands of high precision along with super finish of the final machined product have started rising. Grinding, being largely considered as a finishing operation, has large potential to cater to such requirements of micro manufacturing. However, stochastic nature of the grinding wheel topography results in a high degree of variation in the output responses especially in the case of microgrinding. With an aim to obtain a good and predictable surface finish in brittle materials, the current study aims at developing a surface generation model for wall grinding of hard and brittle materials using a microgrinding tool. Tool topographical features such as grit protrusion height, intergrit spacing, and grit distribution on the tool tip of a microgrinding pin have been calculated from the known mesh size of the grits used during tool manufacturing. Kinematic analysis of surface grinding has been extended to the case of wall grinding and each grit trajectory has been predicted. The kinematic analysis has been done by taking into consideration the effect of tool topographical features and the process parameters on the ground surface topography. Detailed analysis of the interaction of the grit trajectories is done to predict the final surface profile. The predicted surface roughness has been validated with the experimental results to provide an insight to the surface quality that can be produced for a given tool topography.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of competence, independence, audit time budget,,task complexity on the audit quality and to find out the auditor integrity as a moderating influence of competence on the audit quality, the auditor integrity as a moderating influence of independence on the audit quality, the auditor integrity as the moderating influence of the task complexity on the audit quality. This study used associative research. The data were primary data and secondary data. The popolation of this research was auditors who work in KAP and BPK RI in Palembang, there were 124 respondents. The techniques used for collecting the data were interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The techniques used for analyzing the data ware quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results showed that the competence gave a significantl effect on audit quality, independenceand audit time budget gave a significant effect on audit quality, the task complexity has no effect on audit quality. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi . Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif dan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kompetensi independensi serta anggaran waktu audit secara signifikan memengaruhi kualitas audit, sedangkan kompleksitas tugas tidak memengaruhi kualtitas audit. Intergritas auditor tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kualitas audit, independensi dan anggran waktu audit secara signifikan memengaruhi kualitas audit yang dimoderasi integritas auditor, dan kompleksitas tugas secara signifikan memengaruhi kualitas audit yang dimoderasi integritas auditor.Kata kunci : Kualitas AuditKorespodensi : betri.sirajuddin@gmail.com
