After the “Wailing Wall” riots and pogroms that swept Palestine in August 1929, a British Commission of Inquiry reported that the Zionist project in Palestine could not proceed without encroaching upon the rights of the Palestinians, creating a class of landless Arabs. The minority Labour government endorsed these conclusions, in its White Paper of October 1930. But in a period of severe economic crisis, with Britain fearful of the Zionist lobby in the United States, and dependent upon Zionist finance to maintain its rule over Palestine, the government retreated from its own policy, in unique

The first recalls the origins of the concept in history, then develops the first construction of the implementation of international law after the 14/18 war with the creation of structures such as the League of Nations, the War Reparations Commission and, of course, the establishment of the first form of international justice. The aim was to make war illegal and, more generally, to ensure that the law would always prevail over the use of force. Abstract International trade in minerals, particularly tin, tungsten, wolfram, and gold, from conflict- affected or high-risk areas can have significant implications on intensifying and perpetuating the conflicts. It occurs that illegal mines are run by armed groups. As a result, minerals acquired from such sources provide financial means to armed movements and support the conflict. In this respect, several international and national regulatory frameworks for responsible sourcing have been established. The fuel of the first thermonuclear reactors, such as ITER or DEMO, will be a mixture of hydrogen isotopes, i.e. deuterium and tritium. As a result of the fusion of these isotopes, an alpha particle with energy of 3.5 MeV and a neutron with energy of 14.1 MeV is created. Neutrons escape from the plasma and pass through the magnetic field without interference and are absorbed in the blanket, and their energy is converted into heat. Measuring their total emission informs us about the reaction rate of the fusion, i.e. the power produced in the reactor. Measuring the energy spectrum of neutrons gi

There are an estimated 1.5 million fungal species worldwide, although this number is felt to be grossly underestimated and is regularly updated. As opposed to bacteria, which are prokaryotes, fungi are eukaryotes, meaning they have a well-defined nucleus and have membrane- bound organelles in the cytoplasm, including an endoplasmic reticulum and a golgi apparatus.
