Therefore, people, who start to learn the automation technology or keep up on it, cannot help gathering fragmentary information from many kinds of technology fields. Additionally, relationship and collaboration between academic institute and industries are important issues that mean industrial firms investigate mostly practical applications of automated machines and production systems, while mainly universities and institutes research fundamental and elemental technologies. Abstract:
Computer-Aided Civil And Infrastructure Engineering (CACAIE) is an international journal, and the first documents was published from 1980. This article is to make an overview based on bibliometric analysis to celebrate the 35th anniversary of CACAIE till 2019. At present, 1045 publications can be indexed in the Clarivate Analytics Web of Science (WoS) from 2000 to 2019, and we explore the characteristics of these publications by bibliometric methods and tools (VOSviewer and CiteSpace). First, the fundamental information of publications is given with the help of some bibliometric indicators, such as the number of citations and h-index. According to high-citing and high-cited publications, we analyse that who pays closer attention to the journal and what the journal most focuses on considering sources, countries/regions, institutions and authors. After that, the influential countries/regions and references are presented, and collaboration networks are given to show the relationship among countries/regions, institutions and authors. In order to understand the development trends and hot topics, co-occurrence analysis and timeline view of keywords are made to be visual. In addition, publications in four fields – Construction &amp; Building Technology; Engineering, Civil; Transportation Science &amp; Technology; Computer Science, Interdisciplinary Applications – that CACAIE refers are summarized, and further discussions are made for the journal and scholars. Finally, some main findings are concluded according to all analysis. This article provides a certain reference for scholars and journals to further research and promote the scientific-technological progress.

Abstract:
This study examines Pakuan University's scholarly output from 2010 to 2024 using Scopus data. The investigation encompassed research productivity, trends, subject areas, publication sources, author contributions, and collaborative efforts. Pakuan University produced 685 papers, with Scopus publications showing rapid growth, with a 32.7% yearly increase. An average citation count of 3,867 per document suggests a moderate impact. Among 1,780 contributing authors, only 12 papers were single-authored, emphasising the prevalence of collaborative research. The primary research domains include Engineering, Physics and Astronomy, Environmental Sciences, Social Science, and Computer Science. Recent research has focused on topics such as in silico, sustainability, job satisfaction, and smart villages. The main publication outlets are conference proceedings and journals, notably the IOP Conference Series, AIP Conference Proceedings, International Journal of Recent Technology and Engineering, and Journal of Engineering Science and Technology. The five most productive authors are Anna Permanasari, Diana Widiastuti, Eneng Tita Tosida, Johan Iskandar and Mochamad Yunus, whilst the most influential are Anna Permanasari, Diana Widiastuti, Eneng Tita Tosida and Dolly Priatna. The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) leads in contributions, followed by the postgraduate school and the faculty of engineering. Abstract:
It is my great honor to extend my sincere congratulation on the new journal on automation technology in 21st century. The assembly automation started in the 1960's after machining had been mechanized. It took a long period to mechanize workers’ operation and automate assembly lines. In these decades, computers exploded their ability and robots gained intelligence. The diversification of the customer requirement, however, has changed automated lines into manufacturing systems with low flexibility. Instead of automation, cell manufacturing system by human workers turned dominant. Hereafter, the automation will become important again. A new age of automation comes with intelligent use of sensors; technology of image processing an force feedback enables automatic machine not only adaptable to the change of environment but also cooperative with human workers. Applications of automation technology will extend from manufacturing industries to service sectors, where IRT (Information and Robot Technology) is required to support to deal with physical objects and to generate values for each individual. I hope the journal advances automation technology in various novel fields such as bio-engineering, human support technology and service engineering.

Abstract:
This study examines the contribution of science and technology fields to journal article publications at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) between 2021 and 2024 using Scopus-indexed data. Analysis reveals a steady increase in the number of publications each year, totaling 2,170 articles. Engineering and computer science together contributed more than 800 publications, indicating the significant presence of STEM disciplines within UPI’s academic output. Additionally, international collaboration was most prominent with countries such as Malaysia, Japan, and China. These findings underscore the vital role of science and technology in advancing educational research and international visibility at UPI. The paper recommends further integration of STEM approaches to support innovation in pedagogy and global academic competitiveness.

For older individuals, the experience of loneliness can lead to mental health conditions including depression. In addition, older adults who do not stimulate their cognitive memoriescan lead to Alzheimers Syndrome and other memory loss conditions. Surprisingly, there is anincrease of older adults using the Internet for communications. However, there are still somechallenges older adults face with technology. Aged people may have a fixed income or dependon Social Security or Disability support this creates problems as computers can be expensiveto purchase. In addition, older adults may have difficulties with using the computer, as far as using the hardware or software components. Software obstacles include small text size,complex menus options, and high level of stimulation from animated software components.This can also include the use of the Internet and the World Wide Web. This research will studythe interactions between older adults and their use of mainstream technologies. Although many techniques exist to transfer data from the widely distributed sensors that make up the Internet of Things IoT e.g., using 3G 4G networks or cables , these methods are associated with prohibitively high costs, making them impractical for real life applications. LoRa Long Range modulation together with LoRaWAN LoRa Wide Area Networks communication protocol can represent a suitable candidate ensuring a high level of performance in wireless technologies. The objective is to contribute toward the realization of LoRa as a viable communication technology for applications that needs long range links and deployed in a distributed manner. The LoRaWAN networks are the evolution of wireless sensor networks directed to the IoT concept, which entails sensor connectivity to the Internet. LoRa technology is summarized by reviewing some aspects regarding the architecture, security and application of the technology. Abstract:
This paper explores how artificial intelligence (AI) and digital technologies have been transforming teaching practices in Pakistan. Its objective is to measure the level of awareness, adoption and attitude of AI tools in education as well as identifying barriers and opportunities to integrate such tools in education. It was a quantitative approach, in which a structured questionnaire was used for data collection from 189 teachers of various level educational institutes in Pakistan. The survey focused on teachers’ awareness, usage of AI technology, its influence on teaching and learning process, obstacles in using AI technology, and the future outlook. Statistical analyses were conducted using SPSS-28 and reliability was confirmed by the Cronbach's Alpha (α ≥ 0.83 for all sections). Findings were summarised using descriptive statistics and figures (bar, pie etc.). Results show that, although an overwhelming majority of educators see the value of AI in increasing student engagement (69.8% agree/strongly agree) and alleviating administrative loads (70.3%), there are still wide knowledge gaps when it comes to AI-enabled personalization (21.1% undecided). Major challenges are insufficient training (69.8% agree as barrier), cost (69.3%) and fears that a reliance on technology will damage creativity (78.8%). It is remarkable that 76.6% of the teachers have interest in PD courses to apply AI as well. The study adds to the scarce empirical inquiry on AI in Education in Pakistan and provides policy pertinent recommendations for policy makers and institutions. It raises important questions surrounding accessibility, teacher training and ethical questions about AI systems, to ensure AI does not substitute, but rather complements, human-based pedagogy. Robotics Technology is a fast growing field of research. Robotics is the branch of science that includes mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science and others. Robotics deals with the design, construction, operation, and use of robots. This paper assess the volume of research carried out by the scientists in world wide on robotic technology, their share of research to world literature in robotics, forms and language that they publish their results, quantum of their publications in terms of institutions involved in research in robotic technology, extent of international collaboration, etc. Data for this study was culled from the Web of Science. The period of study is from 1990 to 2016. Totally 3703 institutions resulted out the output of 5316 among them top 30 institutions’ output is noteworthy. The developing countries like USA, UK and Germany concentrate in the field of robotic technology. Yet Major portion of contribution (36.30%) is from USA. The journal articles are the key factors in sharing the research values among the researchers in the forms of articles which is amounted to be top (67.40%). The language preferred in exchanging research results is English (87.70%) followed by German. The prolific authors in the field of robotic technology are highly found from USA among them the contribution by Bloss R is appreciable. The citation counts seems to be high in the year 2015 which has recorded 11,000 citations.

The use of this program when performing an individual project is presented.Practical works are offered that are aimed at creating a model and prototype of a respirator mask. The result of the works is the technical part of an individual project, which can be realized as an educational startup. When realizing the project as an educational startup, legal regulations, financing opportunities and other features of implementing such a project for continuing education are considered.The material will be useful for teachers of informatics and technology working in engineering or information and technology classes, when teaching an advanced course in informatics or a special course in 3D modeling and prototyping.

This is true since the evolution from paper health records to electronic health records and other electronic health information. Demands are constantly increasing: we cannot imagine our lives today without computers or the internet; this is true both for our work life and our private lives. Almost all job sectors have been digitized during the last 20 years. What our parents could not have imagined, we are experiencing first-hand today, and will be an integral part of our children&rsquo;s lives. How could humanity undergo such a drastic change in telecommunications and computer technology in just 20 years? In addition to the positives, this technological revolution brought pitfalls in the form of technology abuse from cybercriminal activities. Another big concern is - how will we manage all those computer resources and internet services as they cannot be left unattended or otherwise they would break down. Introduce network monitoring, a technological field working in parallel with other functions to fulfill this role. Rapid Prototyping RP techniques are methods that allow designers to produce physical prototypes quickly. It consists of various manufacturing processes by which a solid physical model of part is made directly from 3D CAD model data without any special tooling. The first commercial RP process was brought on the market in 1987. Nowadays, more than 30 different processes with high accuracy and a large choice of materials exist. A CAD technique to allow &quot;Automatic&quot; creation of a physical model or prototype from a 3 D model leads to concurrent engineering. In the RP process the 3D CAD data is sliced into thin cross sectional planes by a computer. The cross sections are sent from the computer to the RP machine which builds the part layer by layer. It is bonded to a starting base and additional layers are bonded on the top of the first shaped according to their respective cross sectional planes. The advantages of RP is Possibility of manufacturing parts which are impossible to be produced conventionally in a single process, it can be fully atomized also reduce lead time, and no supervision is required. Also it has High Resolution and No geometric limitations. This paper provides an overview of RP technology in brief and emphasizes on their ability to shorten the product design and development process. Classification of RP processes and details of few important processes is given. The description of various stages of data preparation and model building has been presented. An attempt has been made to include some important factors to be considered before starting part deposition for proper utilization of potentials of RP processes. The integration of technology in the classroom has become increasingly popular, with many educators seeing it as a way to enhance teaching and learning. However, there is a need to understand how technology is being used and how it is impacting both students and teachers. This qualitative study aimed to explore students' and teachers' perspectives on the use of technology in the classroom. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with eight teachers and ten students in a high school in the United States. The interviews were analysed using thematic analysis. The findings revealed that technology was perceived as a valuable tool for enhancing learning, but that there were also challenges associated with its use, such as technical difficulties and distractions. Additionally, students and teachers had differing opinions on how technology should be used in the classroom, with some students preferring a more traditional approach to learning. Overall, this study highlights the need for careful consideration of how technology is integrated into the classroom, as well as the importance of understanding students' and teachers' perspectives on its use. <strong>Abstract:</strong> ChatGPT has emerged as a noteworthy avenue within the realm of artificial intelligence (AI). In the contemporary digital landscape, the predominant focus of research endeavors revolves around the multifaceted implications of this technology. While numerous scholars, particularly those with expertise in programming and digital security, have acknowledged the existence of a correlation between ChatGPT and cybersecurity as well as social engineering, a comprehensive exploration of this relationship remains conspicuously absent from the academic discourse. The objective of this scholarly work is to elucidate the ramifications of ChatGPT on the domains of cybersecurity and social engineering.To accomplish this aim, a descriptive-analytical approach has been employed to meticulously dissect and assess the influence of ChatGPT. This analysis is conducted from the perspectives of information technology specialists, ChatGPT experts, and cybersecurity professionals operating within the geographical purview encompassing the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the State of Kuwait, and the Arab Republic of Egypt. The research cohort consists of a substantial sample size comprising 93 such professionals, and data collection is facilitated through the utilization of a structured questionnaire. Subsequently, the amassed dataset is subjected to rigorous statistical analysis employing the SPSS statistical software version 22. The Internet of Things IoT is a system of interrelated computing devices, mechanical and digital machines, objects, animals or people that are provided with unique identifiers UIDs and the ability to transfer data over a network without requiring human to human or human to computer interaction. Abstract:
&#x0D; &#x0D; &#x0D; One form of early mathematical recognition is to introduce the concept of geometric shapes. Geometry is an important scientific discipline for present and future life by developing various ways that fit 21st century skills. This study aims to overcome the problem of early mathematical recognition of early childhood on geometry, especially how to recognize geometric forms based on computer learning. A total of 24 children aged 4-5 years in kindergarten has to carrying out 2 research cycles with a total of 5 meetings. Treatment activities in each learning cycle include mentioning, grouping and imitating geometric shapes. There were only 7 children who were able to recognize the geometric shapes in the pre-research cycle (29.2%). An increase in the number of children who are able to do activities well in each research cycle includes: 1) The activities mentioned in the first cycle and 75% in the second cycle; 2) Classifying activities in the first cycle were 37.5% and 75% in the second cycle; 3) Imitation activities in the first cycle 54.2% and 79.2% in the second cycle. ABSTRACT In this paper an efficient &amp; robust non-blind watermarking technique based on multi-resolution geometric analysis named curvelet transform is proposed. Curvelet transform represent edges along curve much more efficiently than the wavelet transform and other traditional transforms. The proposed algorithm of embedding watermark in different scales in curvelet domain is implemented and the results are compared using proper metric. The visual quality of watermarked image, efficiency of data hiding and the quality of extracted watermark of curvelet domain embedding techniques with wavelet Domain at different number of decomposition levels are compared. Experimental results show that embedding in curvelet domain yields best visual quality in watermarked image, the quality of extracted watermark, robustness of the watermark and the data hiding efficiency

ABSTRACT In this paper, a semi-blind watermarking technique of embedding the color watermark using curvelet coefficient in RGB cover image has been proposed. The technique used the concept of HVS that the human eyes are not much sensitive to blue color. So the blue color plane of the cover image is used as embedding domain. A bit planes method is also used, the most significant bit (MSB) plane of watermark image is used as embedding information. Selected scale and orientation of the curvelet coefficients of the blue channel in the cover image has been used for embedding the watermark information. All other 0-7 bit planes are used as a key at the time of extraction. The results of the watermarking scheme have been analyzed by different quality assessment metric such as PSNR, Correlation Coefficient (CC) and Mean Structure Similarity Index Measure (MSSIM). The experimental results show that the proposed technique gives the good invisibility of watermark, quality of extracted watermark and robustness against different attacks.
